The purpose of this study is to report the effect of Korean medicine treatment on a pressure sore in a stroke patient. An 86-year-old female patient diagnosed with spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage in the right basal ganglia had symptoms of left hemiparesis, dysphagia, and a 4.5-cm-by-2.5-cm left trochanteric pressure sore. Clinical outcomes were measured using the National Pressure Ulcer Advisory Panel (NPUAP) pressure injury stages, the Agency for Health Care Policy and Research (AHCPR) pressure ulcer stages, and the Braden scales. Treatment with Korean medicine, including acupuncture, herbal medicine, and dressing therapy, significantly improved the trochanteric pressure sore, as reflected by a NPUAP stage change from III to I, an AHCPR stage change from III to I, and a Braden scale change from 13 to 18. These findings suggest that Korean medicine treatment may be effective to treat pressure sores in stroke patients.

Transformer is widely used element on power system and industrial area. Especially the transformers installed at power system are exposed to an environment of arbitrary changed. Thus the prediction of degradation and the analysis of response to impulse are important. To conduct those works, the electrical characteristics of system should be analyzed, effectively. But the analysis of electrical characteristic in electric machine level such as pole and pad-mounted transformer is almost no, thus commercial VNA (Vector Network Analyzer) is used to getting the response in wide frequency range. However, the output power of VNA is usually under 10mW, so verification for effectiveness of measuring electrically large component should be conducted, firstly. Next, after getting total S-parameter of transformer, predicting impulse response can be performed in time-domain with circuit simulator. In this paper, it is introduced that verification effectiveness of VNA using transfer function from SFRA (Sweep Frequency Response Analyzer), firstly. Next, total S-parameter, six by six matix form, was built using measured 2 port S-parameter from vector network analyzer. To get the response to impulse which is defined by IEC 60060-1, time-domain simulation is conducted to ADS (Advenced Design System) circuit simulator.

본 연구에서는 문항반응이론식 CAT 기법을 이용하여, 학습부진아를 진단하고 평가 결과를 즉시 확인할 수 있는 학습부진아 진단을 위한 웹기반 적응형 평가시스템을 구현하였다. 적응형 평가시스템은 단순히 피험자에게 검사 문항을 제시하는 것이 아니라, 각 문항의 정보를 계산하여 피험자에게 검사 문항을 제시하고 피험자의 응답을 다음 문항 추출의 입력 조건으로 처리하여 피험자 개개인에게 가장 적합한 문항을 다시 추출하여 피험자에게 제시하는 시스템이다. 이 시스템은 문항의 특성에 관련된 각종 정보들을 문항과 함께 체계적으로 저장하고 관리할 수 있는 평가시스템이다. 그리고 피험자의 반응에 따라 수준을 고려한 문항이 추출되어 피험자의 수준 및 상황에 반응하여 평가의 길이, 난이도가 조절되는 평가시스템이다. In this study, we have developed a web-based adaptive testing system using item response theory's computerized adaptive testing to diagnose underachievers, and to check the evaluation results immediately. Adaptive testing system simple is not the fact that it presents a question to students. It calculates information of a question and presents the question to students. It controls the response of the students under extraction conditions of the next question. It extracts the question which is the most suitable it presents. In this adaptive testing system, you can extract questions according to the level of the students, and adjust the length and the level of the difficulty according to the response of the students.
