I have observed the body growth of the boys aged from 9 to 14,concerning their home economic environment and their intelligence. I come to the conculisons that the two aspects are greately influnced to their body growth as follows. A. concerning home economic environment. 1. There are many differences in the growth of their bodies. The levels of significances are high between low: 0.001, and middle between low: 0.001. 2. There must be rhythm in the growth of their bodies. 3. Good economic enrironments influence much more to their growth and have good results. 4. Correlations in each part of body. a) Body weight and circumferece of chest: to 82. b) Height stature and Body weight: to 76. c) Height stature and chest circumferece: to 63. B. Concerning intelligence quotient with body growth. We are Well aware of the fact that I.Q. is improved and changed cender the circumstances of one's growth but it is much more transmitted from his parents. The boys transmitted the same I.Q.can be changed while they are growing under the different environments. Any way I.Q. is also influenced much to their growth. High intelligence quotient made the boys grow better than low I.Q. (from 70 to 79). This aspect is considered in two ways. First, cender good environments, their body growth is faster than the others in bad environments, and their I.Q. is also very high (but not so many). Second, under bad environments, their growth is much slower than the boys in good conditions. The former's I.Q. is generally lower than the boys in good growing conditions given from their surroundings such as food, rests, exercises, and their parents' much care, etc……

한국공학교육학회의 금년(2008) 추계학술대회(2008년11월13일(목)-14일(금), 제주시 라마다호텔)에서는 국제세션(I)에서 3편의 논문이 발표되었다. 첫 번째 논문발표에서는 일본 공학교육학회의 국제이사인 일본 니혼대학의 Hajime Fujita 교수를 초빙하여 일본에서의 공학교육과 국제협력에 관한 현황이 발표되었으며 두 번째 발표로 헝가리의 University of Pecs의 공대학장인 Jozsef Mecsi 교수를 대신하여 미국 국립과학재단의Win Aung박사가 2008년 8월에 헝가리 부다페스트에서 개최되었던 ICEE2008 내용과 함께 유럽 등 국제공학교육 현황에 대한 발표를 하였다. 세 번째 발표 논문으로는 본 세션의 좌장인 한국기술교육대학의 김광선 교수(한국공학교육학회 국제이사)가 글로벌사회에서의 공학교육에 관한 최근의 이슈에 대한 발표가 있었다.

Cognate Words are of the same linguistic origin and both have the same or similar voice characteristics and in semantics they are of the meaning of the same, opposite meaning or relative meaning, similar meaning. The phonetic theory of this study is used by Mr. Wang Li 同源字典·同源字論's theory. He divided the archaic Chinese phonology divide the initial into 33 pieces and divide the final into 29 pieces. The semantic theory of this study is used by Mr. Yin Ji`ming 語源學概論's theory. He said Cognate words semantic theory has a three situations, the same meaning, opposite or opposite meanings and similar meanings. This study for the study of Cognate Words, analyzed 17 words with the meaning of 'Reign' in 廣雅·釋誥, ‘乾, 官, 元, 首, 主, 上, 伯, 子, 男, 卿, 大夫, 令, 長, 龍, 嫡, 郞, 將, 日, 正’. Among them ‘伯’ and ‘大夫’ are excluded from this study. As a result, we found out that there were four Cognate Words organizations. (1) 乾 官, 元. 卿 (2) 首, 主, 上, 子, 令, 長, 龍, 嫡, 郎, 將, 正 (3) 男, 子 (4) 日, 嫡, 正. 본 논문에서는『廣雅·釋詁의 ‘君’의 의미가 있는 17개 단어의 語音과 語義를 분석해 단어들의 同源詞 관계를 알아보았다. 同源詞는 중국의 先秦時代부터 시작하여 현대까지 진행되고 있는 연구로서 두 개 또는 그 이상의 단어들 사이의 語音이 서로 같거나 비슷하여야 하며 語義는 서로 같거나 비슷해야 同源詞라고 할 수 있다. 同源詞에 관한 연구 방법은 다양하여 많은 이론이 있는데 본 논문에서는 王力의 33개의 聲母와 29개의 韻母로 구성된 語音이론과 殷寄明의 서로 같거나(相同), 서로 반대 혹은 대립하거나(相反, 相對), 서로 통하다(相通)로 구성된 語義이론을 사용하였으며 분석의 결과 (1) 乾 官, 元. 卿 (2) 首, 主, 上, 子, 令, 長, 龍, 嫡, 郎, 將, 正 (3) 男, 子 (4) 日, 嫡, 正의 총 4종류의 同源詞詞組가 있음을 밝혀냈다.

Abstract This is a comparative study on administrative procedure law(1996) and the bill(1987) in Korea. Comparing the law with the bill, the structure changes of the law are as follows : The decisional procedures of administrative plans excepted, however, declare procedures supplemented. Owing to the substantial extension of the application objections of the previous procedures of administrative legislations and administrations, these procedures as well as the procedures of administrative acts could be applied to the making an administrative promise and the planning an administrative plan according to the characters of the promise and the plan. And We'll find the law is harmonized among the principles of administrative democracy, efficiency and propriety. Above all, the principal procedures being harmonized between the principles of administrative democracy and efficiency are as follows : A hearing by the person concerned of the hearings about the administrative acts excepted, however, the objections of previous notice are expended to not only the violation but also the restriction of right and interest. And a hearing about the bill of legislation excepted, however, the objections of previous notice are expended.
