        근거중심의학에 기반한 한의치료기술 및 한방진단기기 개발을 위한 임상수요조사

        Objects : To establish directions to evidence-based medical interventions and diagnosis technology in oriental medicine, we did survey research among oriental medical doctors. Methods : Systematically-organized questionnaires were provided for survey. 105 Oriental medical doctors nationwide participated in the survey. We investigated diseases of their patients, differential diagnosis methods, frequently used medical interventions, needs for diagnosis devices, evidence-based clinical manuals, etc. Results : In oriental medical clinics, the most frequent patient class was patients with musculo-skeletal diseases. Oriental medical doctors assumed that the preparation of care solution for chronic life-style diseases was the most urgent. Dong-Eui-Bo-gam(東醫寶鑑) was the most frequently used reference for their herbal medication prescription. Fixed document for diagnosis and treatment were thought to be the most important in the developing evidence-based clinical manuals. Conclusions : Validity and reliability should be considered as very important in developing oriental diagnosis devices. Evidence-based clinical manuals are needed to build standardized document for diagnosis and treatment and to verify efficacy and safety of oriental medical diagnosis and treatment.

The Qi production process is analyzed that EM wave changed sound wave of superlow frequency number and penetrated the human body deeply.

        미래 환경변화에 따른 전문도서관의 서비스 개발방안 - RSS와 매쉬업(Mashup)을 중심으로 -

        전문도서관은 이용자들의 요구에 적절히 대응해야 하기 위해서 웹 2.0 기술을 이용한 다양한 서비스를 개발해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 RSS 및 OPEN API를 활용한 신(新) 정보서비스를 개발하였고, 이를 한국조세연구원에 실제 적용하였다. 미래에도 전문도서관이 지속적으로 역할을 다하기 위해서는 꾸준한 전략개발과 기술변화를 위한 노력이 필요할 것이다. A special library using Web 2.0 technologies should explore a new service to meet appropriately the needs for users. By applying the RSS and OPEN API, this paper developed a new information service for the Korea Institute of Public Finance(KIPF). In order for the library to sustain in the future challenges, it should participate actively in the developments of new strategic options and technological changes.

        타이치(Tai-Chi) 운동이 유방암 수술환자의 어깨관절 가동범위와 심박동수 변화에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 타이치 운동이 유방암 수술 후 환자의 어깨관절 가동범위 및 심박동수에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 대상자는 유방암 1∼2기 진단을 받고 유방암 수술 후 2개월 이내의 B광역시에 거주하는 환자 40명을 대상으로 타이치 운동을 12주간, 주4회, 1회 60분씩 실시하여 실험 전ㆍ후 어깨관절 가동범위 및 심박동수를 측정하였다. 본 연구결과 어깨관절 가동범위의 굴곡, 신전, 내전, 외전 모두 유의하게 증가하였고(p<0.05). 심박동수도 유의하게 감소하였다(p<0.05). 이상의 결과로 타이치 운동은 유방암 수술 후 환자들에게 어깨관절 가동 범위를 향상시키고 심장기능을 강화시킴으로써 심혈관질환을 예방할 수 있고 유방암 수술 후 환자들의 건장증진을 도모할 수 있는 권장할 만한 운동으로 사료된다. Good health-related quality of life is regarded as the goal of elderly residential care. Treatment for breast cancer produces side effects that diminish functional capacity and quality of life among survivors. Tai-Chi exercise offers the benefits of fitness and health. Tai-chi has been claimed to generate beneficial effects with respect to a wide range of diseases. The object of this research is to evaluate the effects of tai chi exercise on shoulder joint movement and cardiovascular function in elderly breast cancer patients. The subjects were 40 patients residing in B metropolitan city, who had undergone surgery for breast cancer within 2 months. They underwent post-operative radiotherapy and an anti-cancer chemical treatment. They practiced tai-chi exercise for 60 min a day, four times a week for 12 weeks under the direction of a special tai-chi instructor. Shoulder joint movement and heart rate, were measured before and after the experiment. The results were as follows; Shoulder joint movement, including flexion, extention, adduction and abduction, significantly increased (p<0.05) after treatment, and heart rates significantly decreased after treatment (p<0.05). From the results, Tai-Chi exercise was shown to be extremely effective in improving shoulder joint movement and heart rate in elderly breast cancer patients. Further study is needed in this area.

        전단을 받는 부유식 콘크리트 구조물 접합부의 강도 평가

        이 연구에서는 전단하중을 받는 부유식 콘크리트 구조물 모듈 접합부의 구조거동 실험연구를 수행하였다. 모듈 접합부 전단키의 균열 양상, 전단거동 및 전단강도를 파악하였다. 전단강도의 영향을 파악하기 위해 전단키의 경사각도, 횡방향 구속응력 및 콘크리트의 압축강도 등을 실험변수로 고려하였다. 전단키의 경사각도가 증가함에 따라 접합부의 전단강도가 증가하였다. 또한, 구속응력이 증가함에 따라 전단키의 전단강도가 증가하였다. 실험변수에 따른 전단거동 실험결과를 토대로 접합부의 전단강도 평가식을 제안하였으며, 제안식에 의한 전단강도 예측값은 실험값에 근접하는 것으로 나타났다. This study explores the structural behavior of module joints in floating concrete structures subjected to shear. Crack patterns, shear behavior and shear capacity of shear keys in joints of concrete module were investigated. Test parameters included shear key shape, or inclination of shear keys, confining stress levels and compressive strength of concrete. Test results showed that shear strength of joints increased as shear key inclination increased. Test results also showed that shear strength of concrete module joints increased with the increase of confining stress levels. The equation for predicting shear strength of joints was suggested, which was based on the test results. Shear strength prediction by using the equation suggested in this study showed good agreement with test results.

        뇌파의 한의학적 진단 지표로의 활용 방안에 대한 연구초안

        Objective : By examining EEG status in Korean Traditional Medicine (KTM) from the viewpoint of "form-qi theory(形氣論)", We wish to prepare for the fundamentals of applicability of KTM diagnoses to EEG. In addition, through reinterpretation of existing Western Medicine reports from the viewpoint of KTM, We tried to find out interrelationship between them.Method : In this paper, a methodology applicable to KTM diagnoses of EEG is presented from the EEG features in waveform characteristics, personalized diversity, and cognitive activity reflection.Results : Frequency bands are assigned to corresponding one of the eight trigrams in terms of yin/yang balance, which is analogous with EEG spectrum analysis mostly used in EEG quantification. The amplitude ratio of each EEG for each frequency band gives meaningful index numbers which can be used in EEG data interpretation, and every index number is named after the sixty four hexagrams. These approaches are adopted through both "4-band classification system" and "6-band classification system", and applied to pre-existing reported EEG data obtained from normal adults. These analyses show that changes and distribution pattern in the index numbers are observed as a whole on both left-right line and front-back line connecting EEG measurement cephalic electrodes. And differences in distribution pattern of three index numbers deduced from "6-band classification system" are discussed according to constitution.Conclusion : The index numbers introduced here, which are the spectral power ratio for each EEG, are based on KTM yin/yang balance. These index numbers vary according to cephalic location, so its application in terms of traditional meridian theory is strongly expected. The index number distribution also shows different patterns according to constitution.

        프리캐스트 콘크리트 부유식 구조물의 모듈 접합부 강도

        프리캐스트 콘크리트 모듈 단위로 시공되는 플로팅 구조물의 거동은 콘크리트 모듈 접합부의 거동과 밀접한 연관성을 갖는다. 극한하중조건에서의 플로팅 구조물의 구조적 거동을 정확히 예측하기 위해서 모듈 접합부의 구조거동 실험연구를 수행하였다. 모듈 접합부 전단키의 전단거동, 전단강도 및 균열 패턴을 파악하였다. 실험결과는 전단키의 경사각도가 증가함에 따라 전단강도가 증가하는 것을 나타낸다. 또한, 구속응력이 증가함에 따라 전단키의 전단강도가 증가한다. 실험결과와 AASHTO 제안식에 의한 예측값을 비교하였으며, AASHTO 제안식은 실험값을 과소평가하고 있다. The behavior of floating structures constructed with precast concrete modules is dependent of the behavior of joints between the concrete modules. To accurately predict the floating structure response under the ultimate loading, knowledge of joint behavior is essential. This study aims to investigate the structural behavior of concrete module joints under various configuration of joint and confining stress levels. The shear behavior, shear capacity and crack patterns of shear keys in concrete module have been studied. Test results indicated that the shear capacity of joints increased as shear key inclination increased. In addition, shear capacity of concrete module joint increased with the increase of confining stress levels. The test results were compared with the AASHTO design recommendations. The AASHTO design recommendations underestimated the shear strength of test specimens.

        "방제구성의 표준적 규격 - 군신좌사(君臣佐使)"

        The Theory for Monarch, Minister, Adjuvant and Dispatcher (or the Theory of Principal, Assistant, Adjuvant and Guiding Korean Oriental Herbal Medicines) has served as a standard principle for newly developed prescription formulas as well as established ones. Despite its significance, however, this theory hasn't been thoroughly studied and covered in the academic journals of Korean Oriental Herbal Medicines (KOHM) yet. This paper inquires into the origin of the theory while presenting the definitions and functions of Principal, Assistant, Adjuvant, and Guiding KOHM. In the end, the recommended doses and number of the KOHM comprising each of Principal, Assistant, Adjuvant, and Guiding KOHM are suggested. The compatibility theory of Principal, Assistant, Adjuvant, and Guiding KOHM can be traced back to the Warring States Period during which it was recorded in the treatise of the various schools of thoughts and their exponents. The theory was firmly established as a full system in ${\ulcorner}Shinnong's\;Pharmacopoeia{\lrcorner}\;and\;{\ulcorner}Yellow\;Emperor's\;Cannon\;of\;Internal\;Medicine{\lrcorner}$. While ${\ulcorner}Shinnong's\;Pharmacopoeia{\lrcorner}$ focuses on the classification of the properties of KOHM, ${\ulcorner}Yellow\;Emperor's\;Cannon\;of\;Internal\;Medicine{\lrcorner}$ mainly deals with the principles for writing prescriptions. In this regard, it is ${\ulcorner}Yellow\;Emperor's\;Cannon\;of\;Internal\;Medicine{\lrcorner}$ that systemized the Theory of Principal, Assistant, Adjuvant, and Guiding KOHM in a real sense. Principal KOHM aims at the causes of diseases and treat main symptoms. The doses are greater than Assistant, Adjuvant and Guiding KOHM. With their comprehensive effects, Principal KOHM is a leading ingredient of any prescription formula. Assistant KOHM are similar to Principal KOHM in its natures and flavors. Although its natures, flavors as well as efficacies may slightly differ from those of Principal KOHM, Assistant KOHM strengthens the therapeutic effects, jointly working with Principal KOHM. They mainly treat accompanying diseases and symptoms. Adjuvant KOHM is divided into two types: facilitator and inhibitor. Facilitators with the similar properties to those of Principal and Assistant KOHM help strengthen the therapeutic effects. Since they usually treat accompanying symptoms or secondary accompanying symptoms (minor accompanying symptoms), there are two kinds of facilitators. (1) The first kind of facilitators assists Principal KOHM, targeting accompanying symptoms. (2) The second ones supporting Assistant KOHM are for accompanying or secondary accompanying symptoms (or minor accompanying symptoms). Inhibitors counteract and thereby complement Principal and Assistant KOHM. Some of them inhibit the side effects or toxicity of Principal KOHM for the sake of the safety of the whole prescription formula while the others generate induced interactions. Guiding KOHM can be used for two purposes: guiding and mediating. The Guiding KOHM for the former purpose leads the other KOHM in a prescription formula to the lesion. But, the Guiding KOHM for mediating coodinate and harmonize all the ingredients in a prescription formula. The number of KOHM for those Principal, Assistant, Adjuvant and Guiding KOHM and their doses are different, depending on the types of prescriptions: classical prescriptions, prescriptions after ${\ulcorner}$Treatise of Cold-Induced Diseases${\lrcorner}$ and prescriptions of Sasang Constitutions Medicines. In the case of the prescriptions after ${\ulcorner}$Treatise of Cold-Induced Diseases${\lrcorner}$, it is highly recommended to follow the view of ${\ulcorner}$Thesaurus of Korean Oriental Medicine Doctors in Chosun Dynasty${\lrcorner}$ for the number of KOHM to be used.         열가소성 복합재 적용 자동차 도어 임팩트 빔 개발

        열가소성 복합재료를 적용하여 자동차 도어 임팩트 빔을 설계하고 시생산을 통해 생산성 및 성능을 검증하였다. 자동차 안전법규는 지속적으로 강화되어 왔으며 최근 자동차 산업에서 경량화가 필수 요건이 되면서 고성능 경량 부품에 대한 요구가 크게 증대되고 있다. 본 연구는 섬유강화 열가소성 복합소재를 도입하여 기존 탄소강 제품 대비 경량화 되면서 성능은 향상된 도어 임팩트 빔 개발을 목표로 하였다. 연속섬유 복합재료와 장섬유 복합재료(LFT)를 혼합 적용한 도어 임팩트 빔 제작 공정을 제시하며, 생산성이 우수한 인서트 사출 공정을 활용하여 구현하였다. 시생산된 도어 임팩트 빔은 3점 굽힘 시험을 통하여 성능을 평가하였다. 열가소성 복합재료는 경량화 설계와 함께 높은 생산성 구현이 가능하여 다양한 자동차 부품으로 복합소재의 적용을 확대시킬 것이다. Thermoplastic composite is introduced to design an automotive door impact beam, and the manufacturing process is demonstrated. The safety regulation for vehicles has been steadily tightened, and weightreduction has become a mandatory factor in the automotive industry. Hence, both high-performance and lightweight are demanded for automotive components. The aim of the present study is to develop an automotive door impact beam using fiber-reinforced thermoplastic composites to reduce the weight of the impact beam while increasing its mechanical performance. A new production method which combines continuous fiber-reinforced composite and LFT(Long Fiber-reinforced Thermoplastic) is implemented by using insert injection molding process. The mechanical performance of the composite impact beam was evaluated using 3-point bending tests. Thermoplastic composite will expand its application range to various automotive components due to its light-weight design capability and high productivity.
