        춘작 재배시 Chip 가공용 감자 품종에 따른 저장성 연구

        This experiment was conducted to investigate the changes of sugar contents and chip color during 104days storage after harvesting of five potato varieties. The potato varieties were planted on 1st april in 1999 and harvested on 10. July in 1999. NO<sub>2</sub> contents in potato petiole tended to decrease rapidly at tuber maturing stage. K<sup>+</sup> contents in potato petiole tended to in crease at 70 days ofter planting on medium maturing varieties, and at 90 days after planting on late maturing variety. Snowden variety was no desirable cultivar for processing on spring cultivation due to long growth period. Contents of solid and sugar in potatoes affected on potato chip color. Higher contents of solid in potato varieties showed low sugar contents and no change on chip color during storage.

        천연물질(天然物質) 처리(處理)가 배추의 생장(生長)과 품질(品質)에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted to investigate the effects of natural materials such as GB<sub>10</sub>, chitofarm, chaff charcoal, and chaff charcoal sap, on quality and yield of chinese cabbage. Natural materials were treated on seeds, soil, and leaves. The total plant weight, head weight, head length, head width, leaf length, leaf width, and sugar content of chinese cabbage in treatment with natural materials showed significant difference compared with control. The yield of chinese cabbage in GB<sub>10</sub> soil treatment and 1% GB<sub>10</sub> leaf treatment was increased 53% compared with control. The total nitrogen, P<sub>2</sub>O<sub>5</sub>, K<sub>2</sub>O, CaO, MgO, Na<sub>2</sub>O, and Mn in total plant were analyzed. The chemical components were increased in total plant of chinese cabbage treated with natural materials compared with control natural materials increased the quality of chinese cabbage.

        천연물질(天然物質) 처리(處理)가 무의 생장(生長)과 품질(品質)에 미치는 영향

        This study was carried out to investigate the effects of natural materials on quality and yield of radish. The GB<sub>10</sub>, chitofarm, chaff charcoal, and chaff charcoal sap were used as natural materials. The total plant weight, root weight, root length, and root width of radish in treatment with natural materials showed significant difference compared with control. The yield of radish in 1% of GB<sub>10</sub> treatment was increased 75% compared with control. The chemical components were increased in total plant of radish treated with natural materials compared with control. This appears that natural materials increase the quality of radish.

        토양미생물처리(土壤微生物處理)가 가을배추의 수량(收量)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        This study was carried out to investigate the effect of microbial fertilizers on yields of Chinese cabbage(Brossica campestris L.). Six microbial fertilizers, MPK+Husk+Palma, Husk+Palma, MPK+Corrpost, Conpost, Bio livestock cattle system(BLCS) cattle dropping, and Tomi, were used. All of the microbial fertilizers were very effective to increase yields of Chinese cabbage. As a result of analysis of plant chemical components, MPK+Compost treated plot showed higher concentrations of Fe and Zn than other microbial fertilizers plot. In a chemical components of soil, concentrations of K, Mg were increased with Tomi treatment, however, the other concentrations of plant and soil chemical components were not different. In a microbial properties of soil, Tomi, Husk+Palma, and MPK+Husk+Palma treated plots increased in numbers of total bacteria and bacillus. Tomi treated plot increased in numbers of actinomycetes and fungi, also. The other microbial properties of soil were not different, however. The microbial fertilizers may affect the useful microbial properties, therefore, it would be increase yield of Chinese cabbage treated with them.

        The result of application of the organic manure obtained from livestocks fed with BLCS in the altari radish under structure were as follow. The no. of leaves. leaf length. root length. root width. and total weight of altari radish treated with dong of fowl(BLCS) were the highest in any other treatment. and cattle dropping (BLCS) was higher. also. The contents of total N. P<sub>2</sub>0<sub>5</sub>. K<sub>2</sub>O. CaO. MgO. and sugar content in the altari radish treated with dong of fowl(BLCS) were the highest. and the second was cattle dropping (BLCS). The contents of OM. P<sub>2</sub>O<sub>5</sub>. K. Ca. Mg. and CEC of soil treated with microorganism were the highest in the cattle dropping(BLCS) in any other plots. however. In general. effect of cattle manure fed with BLCS on the altari radish yield and microbial activity were higher than cattle manure did not feed BLCS.

        미생물(微生物) 유기질비료(有機質肥料)의 시용(施用)이 상추의 수량(收量)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        This study was conducted to investigate the effects of microbial fertilizers on the yields of Leaf lettuce, chemical components of soil,and the microbial floras. Six microbial fertilizers,MPK+Husk+Palma, Husk+Palma, MPK+Compost, Compost, Bio livestock cattle system (BLCS) cattle dropping, and Tomi, were used. All of the microbial fertilizers were tend to increase yields of Leaf lettuce, especially MPK+Husk+Palma treatment was most effective. In a chemical components of soil, concentrations of K, Mg were increased with Tomi treatment, however, the other concentrations of soil chemical components were not different. In a microbial floras of soil, Tomi, Husk+Palma, and MPK+Husk+Palma treated plots increased in numbers of total bacteria and bacillus. Tomi treated plot increased in numbers of actinomycetes and fungi, also. The other microbial floras of soil were not different, however. The microbial fertilizers may affect the useful microbial floras, therefore, it would be increase yield of Leaf lettuce treated with them.

In general. effect of cattle manure fed with BLCS on the red pepper yield and microbial activity were higher than cattle manure did not feed BLCS.

        산수유의 용매분획별 항균활성

        다양한 기능성을 갖는 산수유를 대상으로 새로운 식품개발 및 천연 보존료 개발의 일환으로 물, 에탄올, 에칠아세테이트로 추출한 항균활성 물질을 몇종의 병원균과 식중독균 식품과 관련이 있는 세균, 젖산균 및 효모 등 10개 균주에 대하여 항균활성 검색을 하였으며, 항균력이 강한 산수유 에탄올 추출물을 용매 계통분획하여 각 분획별 항균활성을 조사하였다. 또한 에탄올 추출물의 최소저해농도, 추출물에 함유된 항균성물질의 열안정성 pH 등을 조사하였다. 산수유 과육과 씨 추출물의 항균활성은 에탄올 추출물과 물 추출물이 10균주 중 세균에 대하여 항균활성이 강하였으나, 젖산균 및 효모에 대해서는 항균활성이 나타나지 않았다. 산수유의 에탄올 추출물을 핵산, 디에칠에테르, 에칠아세테이트 및 물로 용매계통분획하여 얻은 각 분획물의 항균활성은 에칠아세테이트와 물층에서 강한 항균활성을 보였고 균주별로 일반세균은 항균활성이 나타났으며, 효모와 젖산균에서는 항균활성이 나타나지 않았다. 산수유 과육과 씨의 에탄올 추출물의 최소저해농도는 세균이 0.25 ㎎/mL이었고, 효모와 젖산균이 2 ㎎/mL이었다. 산수유의 과육 에탄올 추출물 농도의 영향은 B. subtilis는 0.25 ㎎/mL 이하의 농도에서는 균 증식이 증가되었으나 0.5 ㎎/mL 농도에서는 억제되었다. E. coli는 0.25 ㎎/mL이하의 농도에서는 배양 16시간까지 균 증식이 억제되다가 그 이후 서서히 증가되었다. 산수유의 에탄올 추출물에 함유되어 있는 항균활성 물질은 121℃에서 15분간 가열한 후에도 그 활성이 유지된 것으로 보아 열에 안 정하였으며, pH의 변화에도 항균활성의 변화가 거의 없는 것으로 나타났다. To develop natural food preservatives, ethanol and water extracts were prepared from the cornus (Cornus officianalis) and antimicrobial activities were examined against 10 microoganisms which were food borne pathogens and/or food poisoning microoganisms, food-related bacteria and yeasts. Ethanol extract exhibited antimicrobial activity for the microoganisms tested, except lactic acid bacteria and yeast. Especially, minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of the ethanol extracts were determined as 0.25 ㎎/mL against bacteria and 2 ㎎/mL against target lactic bacteria and yeasts. Antimicrobial activity of the ethanol extracts were not destroyed by the heating at 121℃ for 15 min and not affected by pH. The ethanol extract of cornus exhibiting high antimicrobial activities were fractionated in the other of diethylether and butanol fractions to test antimicrobial activity. The antimicrobial activity adjust bacteria test was highest in the ethanol fraction.

        열무에 대한 토양(土壤) 개량제(改良劑)의 효과(效果)

        本 實驗은 土壤改良劑가 열무(Raphanus sativus L.)에 미치는 影響을 알아보기 위해 修行 하였다. 土壤改良劑로는 MPK + Husk + Palma, Husk + Palma, MPK + Compost, Compost, Bio Livestock Cattle System(BLCS) Cattle Dropping 및 Tomi를 사용하였다. 實驗效果, 모든 微生物劑 處理區에서 植物體의 生育特性이 無處理에 비하여 收量이 增加하였다. 특히, BLCS Cattle dropping處理는 植物 生體重, 葉數, 및 乾物重에서 가장 큰 效果를 보였고, MPK + Husk + Palma는 葉長에서, Husk + Palma는 糖度에서, Tomi處理區는 葉幅에서 各各 效果的이었다. 열무의 化學成分에 대한 土壤改良劑의 效果는 Tomi處理區에서 인산의 含量이 다른 處理區에서보다 훨씬 增加했다. 칼륨의 含量은 모든 處理區에서 無處理區와 비교하여 高度의 有意性을 보였고, Compost處理區에서 가장 높았다. 土壤의 化學成分에서는 處理間에 인산과 칼륨含量이 有意性을 보였다. 인산은 Tomi處理區에서 가장 높게 나타났고, 칼륨은 Husk + Palma處理區에서 가장 높게 나타났다. Tomi處理區에서 인산과 칼륨의 含量은 植物體, 土壤 모두 고르게 增加를 보였다. 土壤의 微生物相을 調査한 結果, 總細菌數, Bacillus, 放射線菌類 및 곰팡이류가 有意性을 보였다. 總細菌數는 Tomi處理區에서,Bacillus균과 放射線菌類는 MPK + Husk + Palma處理區에서, 곰팡이류는 Tomi處理區에서 매우 높았으며 다른 處理間에는 差異를 보이지 않았다.
