        프로 스포츠 구단과 사회적 책임 활동의 적합성이 구단에 대한 태도, 신뢰도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 프로 스포츠 구단의 CSR 활동의 적합성과 수용자들의 설득 지식 정도의 상호작용 효과가 스포츠 구단에 대한 태도와 신뢰도에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 구체적으로, 2(CSR 적합성: 고 vs. 저) × 2(설득 지식: 고 vs. 저) 요인 실험 설계를 실시하여 본 연구의 가설을 검증하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 스포츠 구단의 CSR 활동에 대해 수용자들의 설득 지식이 높은 경우, 적합성이 낮은 CSR 활동이 적합성이 높은 CSR 활동에 비해 구단에 대한 태도와 신뢰도에 보다 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, CSR 활동에 대해 수용자들의 설득 지식이 낮은 경우에는 적합성이 높은 CSR 활동이 적합성이 낮은 CSR활동보다 구단에 대한 태도와 신뢰도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 이론적 · 실무적 시사점 및 연구의 제한점과 향후 연구 방향을 제시하였다. This study examined the influence of the level of fit of corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives on consumers’ attitudes and credibility toward a sport team. We posited that the effectiveness of CSR fit on consumers’ attitudes and credibility toward the sport team depended on consumers’ perceived persuasion knowledge. To meet the purpose, we utilized a 2 (CSR fit: high vs. low) × 2 (persuasion knowledge: high vs. low) between-subjects experiment. Two hypotheses were proposed, and the results were as follows: (1) when consumers’ perceived persuasion knowledge was high, low-fit CSR affected their attitudes and credibility toward the team more positively than high-fit CSR; and (2) when consumers’ perceived persuasion knowledge was low, high-fit CSR had a more positive influence on consumers’ attitudes and credibility toward the team than low-fit CSR.

        SAC305 솔더, Sn58%Bi 솔더 및 에폭시 Sn58%Bi 솔더와 OSP표면처리된 PCB기판 접합부의 미세조직 및 낙하충격시험 평가

        Lead free Sn3.0%Ag0.5%Cu (SAC305) solder and low temperature Sn58%Bi solder have been widely used to replace lead based solder alloys. Because Sn58%Bi solder has poor ductility and shock absorbance ability, previous researches have tried to improve its mechanical properties by adding additional elements, reinforcements, carbon nano tube (CNT) and polymer. The bonding strength and drop impact reliability of SAC305 solder, Sn58%Bi and epoxy contained Sn58%Bi solder (epoxy Sn58%Bi solder) assembled on the OSP surface finished PCB substrate were investigated using low speed shear and board drop impact tests. After soldering, Cu6Sn5 intermetallic compound (IMC) was formed in the solders and OSP surface finished PCB substrate joints. Bonding strength and drop reliability of epoxy Sn58%Bi solder had superior mechanical properties than those of SAC305 solder and Sn58%Bi solder. The crack in the solder joint of SAC305 after board drop impact testing takes place within the IMC layer. However, the crack at the solder joint of the Sn58%Bi after board drop impact testing occurred on the interface between IMC layer and Sn58%Bi solder and the crack in the solder joint of the epoxy Sn58%Bi presented within the solder, respectively.

        열충격시험과 3점굽힘시험을 통한 BGA 패키지 신뢰성에 미치는 언더필과 코너필의 영향

        The reliability of a BGA component packaged with underfill and cornerfill was evaluated by 3-point bend test under two thermal shock conditions. The BGA component packaged with cornerfill failed before 500 cycles at a temperature range of -40 ~ 125 ℃. Crack propagation occurred between the Sn3.0-Ag0.5Cu solder and (Cu, Ni)₆Sn₅ intermetallic compound of the BGA component side. Both the BGA components packaged with soldering and underfill passed the thermal shock test under two conditions. However, the SAC305 BGA component assembled with cornerfill only passed a thermal shock in the range of –40 ~ 85 ℃. After 2,000 thermal shock cycles under two temperature conditions, bending reliability was evaluated by 3-point bend test. The SAC305 BGA component packaged with underfill showed superior bending reliability of over 3,000 bend cycles. The early failure (before 500 thermal cycles) of the SAC305 BGA component assembled by cornerfill was considered to be related to the coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) and glass transition temperature (Tg) of the cornerfill material.

        The fabric used in the restoration work of the veritable records is silk fabric by a vertical machine. The silk fabric, or silk thread, is composed of fibroin and sericin, and the freshly woven fabric contains sericin (20-30%) that hinders chromatin, so the process of removing it and securing uniform chromatin is called refining. When the fabric required for this restoration work was delivered, the dyeing property was investigated after removing the glue. I tried to dye fabric with only starch removed, but it was not evenly dyed and showed very poor dyeing conditions that became dark everywhere. Mechanical fabrics sold in the market are well refined and bleached, so it is not difficult to dye them right away. However, since this fabric has poor dyeing properties, the dyeing properties were investigated by adding natural lye (dogo ash) and pig oil and refining it. First of all, it was investigated by cutting the fabric every 10 minutes during refining with about 4m 50cm, washing it, and dyeing it in a salt solution. As a result of examining the dyeing properties by cutting the fabric (about 37x42) every 10 minutes, it was possible to secure even dyeing properties from the refined fabric for 1 hour and 20 minutes. P.H was investigated on various lye that were used in this dyeing process and were important for dyeing. The vegetation surveyed were Kongdae, Honghwadae, Chalbbeop, mulberry and oak.

        공공데이터 활용을 위한 개인정보보호 제도의 개선 과제

        국가 정책적으로 추진하였던 국가정보화의 성과를 바탕으로 한 공공데이터의 활용이 우리사회에 화두로 떠오르면서, 구체적인 성과의 창출에도 기대가 커지고 있는 것이 사실이다. 공공데이터의 적법한 이용을 가능하게 한 공공데이터의 제공 및 이용활성화에 관한 법률 시행 이후 보다 구체적이고 활용성이 높은 서비스 개발을 위해서 단순히 데이터를 개방하고 제공하는 것에 그치는 것이 아니라, “데이터의 이용가능성”을 넓히는 형태의 제도 개선이 필요하다는 문제제기가 이어졌다. 특히 양질의 서비스 개발을 위해서 개인정보를 포함한 공공데이터의 이용 요구가 점증하고 있는데, 공공데이터의 이용 근거라고 할 수 있는 정보의 자유와 개인정보보호의 근거인 개인정보자기결정권의 갈등 문제를 어떻게 판단하느냐에 따라 공공데이터의 이용가능성의 확대 문제가 해결될 수 있을 것이다. 두 가지 기본권의 충돌 문제를 해결하는 과정을 통해서 개인정보인 공공데이터의 이용가능성을 타진하고, 공공데이터를 활용한 삶의 질 향상과 경제발전의 효과를 달성하기 위해 필요한 공공데이터 활용 법제 및 개인정보보호법제의 구체적인 개선과제들을 살펴보았다. As the utilization of public data based on the outcomes of national informatization which is implemented as a national policy is increasingly being highlighted in our society, it is true that expectations of specific outcomes are growing. After enforcement of law related to providing public data that enabled legal usage of public data and vitalizing usage, it did not only simply provide and open data to develop specific and high utilization service but also a series of concerns was raised that there is a need of improvements of system to a form that broadens “data availability”. Especially, amid increasing requests of utilizing public data including personal information to develop high-quality service, problems of expanding availability of public data can be resolved depending on how to judge conflicts between freedom of information that can be a ground for using public data and self-determination right of personal information that is ground for personal information protection. We looked at the specific improvement tasks of utilization of public data and personal information protection law system to determine availability of public data which is personal information through a process of resolving the conflict issues of two fundamental rights to achieve effectiveness of improvements of life quality and economic developments by utilizing the public data.

        발달장애성인의 국내 · 외 고등교육 프로그램 비교

        본 연구는 교육과 재활의 기회의 사각지대에 있는 발달장애성인들의 삶의 질향상을 위한 고등교육의 국내동향을 비교분석하였다. 국내외 발달장애성인의 고등교육은 두 가지 유사점을 발견하였다. 첫째, 국내외 발달장애성인의 고등교육의 대상 연령이 대체로 18-30세 수준이다. 둘째, 국내외 발달장애성인의 고등교육의 성격은 대체로 직업재활을 위한 프로그램이다. 국내외 발달장애성인의 고등교육 방향의 세 가지 차이점을 발견하였다. 첫째, 국외 발달장애성인의 고등교육은 대학주도형으로 이뤄지고 있고, 국내 발달장애성인의 고등교육은 평생교육원 또는 사회복지평생교육시설주도형으로 이뤄지고 있다. 둘째, 국외 발달장애성인의 고등교육은 정부의 적극적인 지원이 이뤄지고 있지만, 국내는 정부의 지원이 역부족하다. 셋째, 국외 발달장애성인의 고등교육은 대학중심의 학문보완교육과 자아실현과정으로 진행되고 있지만, 국내는 주로 사회복지관중심의 생활중심교육과정과 직업준비과정으로 진행되고 있다. This research is about the finding a relationship that how teacher's communication skills and adult student's self-leadership skills are correlated to a student's continuing education satisfaction. The research has shown that the teacher, who has continually educated and learned, has above average communication skills than their adult students. Furthermore, the teacher's language, physical, and adaptation skills are shown extremely high. The adult student's self-leadership skills are fairly good however, the study has indicated that the adult student's strategic skill is relatively low. In detail, their intelligence strategy is better than their behavioral strategy. Furthermore, the survey tells that student's self-leadership skills are indirectly connected to their education satisfaction. However, student's self-leadership skills are also the critical factor to their continuing education success and satisfaction.

        잊혀질 권리의 논의 동향과 우리나라 인터넷 법제의 수용과제

        Matters related to the right to be forgotten started the dispute Europe to introduce it first when Data Protection Directive established in 1995 proceeded revision. Relating to this. diverse disputes proceed on responding to personal information protection and internet laws in our nation. Especially as our National Assembly submitted the law regarding the promotion of information and communication network use and protection of information and amendment of copyright. it is necessary to look into the movement on introduction of law of right to be forgotten closely in detail. EU which attempted the institutionalization for the first time. relating to review of General Data Protection Regulation. proposed opinions such as the necessity to define subjects of personal information concretely and specifically and or protection target and balanced consideration on freedom of expression which is constitutional value. In the case of our nation. there was legislation attempt to introduce the regulation but it was limited in the form of fallen effectiveness without concrete and detailed review on internet law. To solve such problems. it is necessary to look into issues and matters to be considered required to accept right to be forgotten closely and discuss possibility of introducing right to be forgotten. conflicts between fundamen tal rights becoming issue. effect of goal achievement of person al information protection through the system introduction. and other rational acceptance method.

        정부조직개편과 ICT 규제체계의 개선

        정보통신 분야의 정부조직법 개정은 국회 과학기술과 ICT 정책을 포괄(ICT 차관)하는 미래창조과학부의 신설, 방송통신위원회의 규제기능 유지, 정부 3.0과 빅데이터, 개인정보보호 관련 정책은 안전행정부의 담당, 임베디드(embeded) 소프트웨어산업 관련 업무의 산업통상자원부 존치, 디지털콘텐츠 및 미디어 관련 일부 업무의 문화체육관광부 담당 등으로 일단락되었다. ICT 총괄하는 전담부처를 마련하였다는 긍정적 성과가 있었으나, 그 결과가 선거 전부터 지속적으로 제기되었던 CPND (Content Platform Network Device)로 대표되는 현재 정보통신분야의 환경에 적합한 ICT 생태계가 효과적으로 조성될 수 있을 것인지 여부, 새롭게 구성된 정부조직이 그 기능과 역할을 통해서 공약에 제시된 국가발전의 새로운 동력으로 작용할 수 있는 조직으로 발돋움 할 수 있을지에 관하여는 여전히 여러가지 논의가 진행 중에 있다. 기존의 정보통신관련 법령의 내용적 수정 등 향후에 본격적으로 개정논의가 진행되어야 하는 상황에 놓여 있다는 점에서 행정조직의 측면에서 뿐만 아니라, ICT 관련 작용법의 효과적인 개정과 관련된 논의 등 효과적인 ICT 추진체계를 형성한다는 측면에서 조직 개편의 결과와 한계에 관하여 충실하게 검토할 필요가 있다. The revision of the National Government Organization Act in the field of information and communication was at an end as establishment of the Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning covering the scientific technology and ICT policy of the National Assembly (the Vice Minister of ICT), maintaining of regulatory function of the Korea Communications Commission, making the Government 3.0 and big data, and personal information protection policy be in charge of the Ministry of Security and Public Administration, retention of embedded software industry business in the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, and making some business for digital contents and media be in charge of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Although this revision has a positive result that set a government ministry in full charge of ICT, still many issues are under discussion whether an ICT ecosystem appropriate for the present ICT environment represented by CPND (Content Platform Network Device) which had been continuously raised before the presidential election can be formed effectively and whether the new government organization can grow into an organization that can act as a new engine of national development suggested in the presidential election pledge through its functions and roles. The result and limitation of reorganization need to be carefully examined in terms of not only administrative organization considering a need for later discussion about modification of the existing laws and regulations for ICT but also the formation of an effective ICT driving system such as discussion for an effective revision of ICT operation laws.
