남·여 체육대학생 관절부위별 등속성 근 기능의 성차에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to analyze a gender gap of isokinetic strength in various body regions between Physical Education male and female students. The subjects of this study were total 150 college students who were majoring in Physical Education and resided in P city. The subjects were consisted of 90 males and 60 females. The isokinetic sterength appreciation was used an experimental tool CYBEX770, This study was training subjects were analyzed using independent t-test. The measured isokinetic strength in the generation Peak torque, Peak torque %BW, Angle of Peak torque at Knee, Shoulder, Elbow, Ankle, Trunk each regions. The finding of the study were as follow: The result showed each Group of Knee, Shoulder, Elbow, Trunk, Ankle regions all strong appeared comparison by peak torque more male than female. This study was result showed the difference did not appear gender gap at Elbow 180°/sec and Ankle Angle of Peak torque appear gender gap in only Shoulder. That was appear gender gap out of high speed in Knee, Trunk, Ankle. And not appear gender gap in Elbow.
고교 컬링선수들의 동계훈련 및 훈련중지가 호흡순환기능 및 등속성 근·관절 기능에 미치는 영향

The study aims to minimize the athletic performances of the athletes in case of suspension of training by investigating the change of physical fitness appeared after having the suggestion of training method required for improving athletic performances of curling athletes and training suspension for 12 weeks through 12 weeks of physical fitness and technical training focusing on improving physical fitness and skill of excellent high school curling athletes. 7 male high school curling athletes who are preparing for National Sports Festival were selected as the subjects of study, and cardiorespiratory functions and isokinetic articular muscle functions were measured by having training frequency with 6 times of a week, physical fitness training and technical training for total 6 hours 30 minutes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday as the training hours and physical fitness training 3 hours 30 minutes on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Regarding data processing, one-way ANOVA with repeated measure was performed using SPSS 18.0 Program. V02max did not show the significant difference and FVC and total training nours increased significantly after training comparing with before training in the results of the study. Peak torque of both extensor & flexor muscles of knee increased significantly before and after training and decreased significantly after training and suspension of training. Muscle endurance increased significantly at both extensor & flexor muscles and decreased significantly after training and suspension of training. Regarding elbow, it increased significantly at both extensor & flexor muscles and decreased significantly after training and suspension of training and it kept increasing with significant difference after suspension of training comparing with before training. Muscle endurance increased significantly at both extensor & flexor muscles before and after training and decreased significantly after training and suspension of training and it kept increasing with significant difference after suspension of training comparing with before training.
복합·저항운동이 보디빌더의 신체구성, 최대산소섭취량 및 골밀도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to find out Resistance Training and complex Resistance Training for l2week has an influence on Body composition, Vo<sub>2max</sub> and bone mass density(BMD) in Bodybuilders. For this study is 12 Bodybuilders were each subject was trained 6 time a week. Resistance Training-complex Resistance Training 6 Bodybuilders shares each, 12 weeks between executes a exercise, this study is training subjects were analyzed using two-way ANOVA with repeated measure. The result of this study presents between groups was not plain difference expressed, muscle volume, %fat and Vo<sub>2max</sub> was plain difference expressed after l2week point of time and (p<.05), Bone mass density Body weight was not plain difference expressed(p>.05). Condusion each group did not appear, but point of view exercise was effect muscle volume, %fat and Vo<sub>2max</sub> plain difference expressed. not plain difference expressed but, a contest improvement and health increase of a little good actual results complex Resistance Training than Resistance Training in the Bodybuilders.
중년여성의 마사지 부위가 체간과 체지의 등속성 근ㆍ관절기능에 미치는 영향

The object of this study is to define the feature of massage depending on the part of a body and verify the effects of them by evaluating muscle capacity of each part of a body after applying foot and abdominal massage to females in middle age. It is intended for 24 middle-aged females divided into 3 groups of 8 and each of group had been applied with foot massage, abdominal massage, and non-massage 3 times a week for 30 minutes each, for 12 weeks. The result is following. First, shoulder joint, trunk joint, and knee joint of the group with abdominal massage showed significant increases in peak torque and knee joint, ankle joint of the group with foot massage showed significant increases in peak torque. Among the groups, abdominal massage group was higher than non-massage group in shoulder joint and abdominal massage group was higher than foot massage and non-massage group in trunk joint and knee joint, foot massage group was higher than foot massage in ankle joint. Second, trunk joint and knee joint of the group with abdominal massage showed significant increases in muscle endurance and knee joint and ankle joint of the group with foot massage showed significant increases in muscle endurance after applying massage. Among the groups, abdominal massage group showed more increase in muscle endurance on trunk joint than foot massage group and non-massage group, foot massage and abdominal massage group showed more increase in muscle endurance on knee joint, foot and abdominal massage groups showed more increase in muscle endurance on ankle joint than non-massage group.
시스템다이내믹스를 활용한 오피스텔 사업타당성 분석 모델 개발

2008년 세계 금융위기 이후 경기침체에 따른 은행의 저금리로 인해 금융상품의 대체재로 상가 오피스텔과 같은 임대수익형 투자 상품에 대한 관심과 투자수요가 증가했다. 이는 오피스텔 개발의 양적인 팽창에는 많은 기여를 해왔지만 과잉공급, 임대 수익률 감소, 그에 따른 개발사업의 부정적인 인식 확산 등 문제점을 야기했다. 문제점의 원인은 하나의 대표 값으로 제시하는 기존의 잘못된 사업타당성 분석에서 찾을 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 시스템다이내믹스를 활용한 오피스텔 사업타당성 분석 모델 개발을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 첫째, 사업타당성 연구현황을 파악하고 시스템다이내믹스에 대한 문헌고찰을 수행한다. 둘째, 타당성분석에 있어 고려해야 하는 변수들을 선정하고, 인과지도를 작성한다. 셋째, 인과지도를 토대로 모델 구축을 수행한다. 넷째, 오피스텔 사례와 비교하여 적합성과 유효성을 검증하고 타당성을 비교한다. 본 연구에서 제안한 모델은 오피스텔개발사업의 실행여부를 결정하는 의사결정권자 및 이해관계자에게 의사결정 도구로써 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. Due to the low interest rates of banks according to the breakdown economy after the global financial crisis in 2008 As a substitute for financial products, the investment demand has been increased for rentable investment funds such as commercial building and officetel. However, the problems such as oversupply, decrease of a rental profit and negative perception of development projects have been occurred. One of the primary problems is the existing deterministic method of project feasibility analysis. Therefore, the objective of this study is to develop feasibility model by applying system dynamics method in residential officetel. To achieve the objective, first, the previous studies are investigated. Second, the causal loop diagram is structured based on the collected data. Third, the feasibility model is developed through the causal loop diagram. Fourth, the effectiveness is validated and compared to collected actual data. The proposed model can be helpful whether or not conduct execution of an officetel development project to the decision makers.
운동이 노화 쥐의 심근과 골격근의 HSF-1과 HSP72에 미치는 영향

In this study, we investigated the effect of long-term treadmill exercise on the expression of the HSF-2 and HSP72 in Fischer-344 rats at the resting level. 12-week or 24-month old rats (n=20) were randomly assigned to four groups; control group and exercising group for 12-week, aged group and aged and exercising group during 24-month, and the exercise was performed at 10-wk on tradmill. The expressions of HSF-1 and HSP72 proteins in the muscle tissue were analyzed using Western blotting. As a result, it showed that the expression of HSF-1 and HSP72 in muscle of the aged group was significantly lower than those in the muscle tissue of control group, and a long-term aerobic training restored these expressions decreased by the aging in cardiac and muscle tissue. Consequently, these results suggest that the regular exercise can attenuate the decrease of HSF-1 and HSP72 expressions by the aging.
토끼 신장의 근위곱슬세관과 근위곧은세관에 존재하는 Na-α-ketoglutarate Cotransport System의 생화학적 특성

Purpose: alpha-Ketoglutarate (αKG), a Krebs cycle intermediate, is extensively used in the kidney as a fuel substrate and as a counter anion for organic acid secretion. It is known to be taken up by the proximal tubule cells via the brush-border as well as basolateral membranes. We explored biochemical characteristics of the brush-border and basolateral αKG transport systems in pars convoluta and pars recta of the proximal tubule, respectively. Methods: Brush-border and basolateral membrane vesicles (BBMV and BLMV) were isolated from rabbit renal outer cortex and outer medulla by Percoll gradient centrifugation. Vesicular uptake of αKG was determined by rapid Millipore filtration method using α-14[C]KG as a substrate. Results: Both BBMV and BLMV showed a Na-gradient dependent uphill transport of αKG. The systems in both membranes were similarly inhibited by Li and activated by Na (Hill coefficient of 1.4). Kinetic analyses indicated that the Na-αKG cotransporters in the BBMV had a lower substrate affinity as compared with those in the BLMV. The transport systems in BLMVs showed a similar Km but different Vmax between the outer cortex (Km: 34 uM, Vmax: 3.3 nmol/mg protein/10s) and outer medulla (Km: 37, Vmax: 1.8). On the other hand, the systems in BBMVs were different in both Km and Vmax between the outer cortex (Km: 194, Vmax: 3.3) and outer medulla (Km: 89, Vmax: 1.7). Conclusion: The findings suggest that both axial and apical to basolateral heterogeneity of the Na-αKG cotransport system in proximal tubules may be due to a physiological adaptation to efficiently utilize αKG in the kidney.
