골반 교정 운동과 요부안정화 운동이 검도선수들의 코어 근육 기능에 미치는 영향

In the current study, a short-term corrective pelvic exercise and lumbar stabilization exercise were performed 12 times to elite kendo (Japanese fencing) players with chronic back pain to find out changes in the muscular functions of the core muscles. Ten elite kendo players at K University, who have chronic back pain, were selected as subjects of this study, and using gym ball and togu, corrective pelvic exercise and 12 times of short-term stabilization exercise were performed, respectively, on subjects. Using an isokinetic equipment, Cybex Humac Norm ; Back Joint system (USA), muscle strength of lumbar during flexion and extension was measured, and the result is as follows. In the analysis of the muscle function of lumbar at 60˚ angular velocity, the peak torque trunk extension and average power showed significant difference (p<.05). 2. In the analysis of the muscle function of lumbar at 60˚ angular velocity, there was significant difference in the peak torque trunk flexion (p<.05) and extension (p<.01). In addition, the total work trunk flexion and extension also showed significant difference (p<.01). 3. In the analysis of the muscle activity of lumbar at 240˚ angular velocity, there was significant difference in peak torque trunk flexion (p<.01) and extension (p<.05). Integrating the results of the current study, short-term lumbar stabilization exercise appears to have positively influenced the lumbar muscle function of the elite kendo players with chronic back pain. Furthermore, we hope for the continued research and development of the rehabilitation program through more clinical applications.

N/A Prolonged endurance exercise training is known to lowering oxidative damage during exercise. Therefore, we examined the effects of endurance exercise training on antioxidants enzymes activities in rats. Rats were trained on the treadmill with 1 % incline, 28m/min, 1h/day, and 5d/wk for 6 wks in the trained group (TR). Sedentary group did not perform the endurance exercise training (NT). They were decapitated at before and after exercise. Then, liver, heart, soleus muscle, gastrocnemius red and white muscle samples were collected for malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) analysis. Students t-test was performed as the statistical analysis. Endurance exercise training has significantly reduced MDA concentrations in liver, heart, and gastrocnemius muscle. In addition, SOD concentration was significantly increased in liver, heart, soleus muscle, gastrocnemius red and white muscle. These results suggest that endurance exercise training reduced the risk of lipid peroxidation during exercise in rats.
운동부하와 식이제한이 흰쥐의 골격근 Endoplasmic Reticulum(ER) 스트레스 및 혈중 염증반응에 미치는 영향

This study is based on exercise and dietary restriction ER stress in skeletal muscle and blood inflammatory response. For this purpose, experimental animals(SD rats) by using acute and on going exercise and dietary restriction applied to each experiment was conducted in step 2. As a result, Dietary restrictions and the exhaustive exercise were endoplasmic reticulum stress protein expression increases and serum concentrations of IL-6 increased. In addition, repeated 4-week dietary restriction and exercise training-induced endoplasmic reticulum stress gene expression in skeletal muscle, but decreased food intake and exercise training showed as if the ER stress protein expression was reduced inflammatory response could be confirmed improvement. The results are presented together, Acute dietary restriction and exercise on skeletal muscle and blood of the ER stress-induced anti-inflammatory response, but the intensity of regular exercise and proper diet control it effectively is expected to improve.
단기간 견관절 안정화 운동이 검도선수의 견관절 등속성 근기능에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of twelve repetitions of intensive shoulder stabilization exercise on shoulder strength in elite Kendo players with chronic shoulder instability. 10 K-university Kendo players in their twenties with chronic shoulder pains participated in the study, who were scheduled to do continuous training. Flexing and extension changes for angular velocity 60 degrees of isokinetic shoulder muscle function by the application of stabilization exercise. It were shown that there was a significant difference between before-and after exercise treatment in terms of peak torque flexion right( p<.01), Left( p<.05), peak torque extension right( p<.05), and total work extension right( p<.05), left( p<.05). Those of angular velocity 180 degrees of isokinetic shoulder muscle function was revealed that there was a significant improvement by exercise treatment in aspects of peak torque extension right(p<05) and total work extension right( p<.01). Moreover, those of angular velocity 240 degrees of isokinetic shoulder muscle function were also found to have a significant difference between before-and after exercise treatment in lists of peak torque extension right( p<.05), left( p<.05), total work flexion right( p<.05), and total work extension right( p<.05), left( p<.001). Theses results suggest that twelve repetitions of intensive shoulder stabilization exercise had a positive effect on shoulder muscle function of elite Kendo players with shoulder injuries.
운동선수와 일반인의 체격 , 체력 및 등속성 근력 조사분석

In order to elucidate the physique, physical fitness and isokinetic strength in athletes and control subjects, 9 rowing players, 9 gumdo players and 9 control subjects enrolled as university students were participated in this study. The results were as follows; 1. Physique was not significantly different between each group. 2. In muscle strength, rowing players showed significantly higher results than control subjects. 3. There was no significant difference among three groups in flexibility and agility 4. In abdominal muscle endurance, rowing players showed significantly higher results than gumdo players. 5. There was no significant difference among three groups in elbow flexion outputs as 60˚/sec. 6. In left elbow flexion outputs at 180˚/sec, rowing players showed significantly higher results than gumdo players and control subjects. And in right results, rowing players showed significantly higher results than control subjects. 7. In elbow flexion outputs at 240˚/sec, rowing players also showed significantly higher results than control subjects. 8. In right and left isokinetic knee flexion and extension at 60˚/sec, 180˚/sec and 240˚/sec, rowing players showed highest results and control subjects showed lowest results. 9. There was no significant difference among three groups in total work outputs of right and left knee joint.
고등학교 육상 선수와 수영선수의 체격 및 영양섭취 칼로리 분석

High school runners (n=40) and swimmers (n=40) were participated in this experiment to analyze their physique, skinfolds thickness, circumference, and calorie intake. Caloric intake data were obtained for an week using 24 hour recall method. The span was statistically significant between groups (p<.05). In addition, body weight, % body fat, lean body mass, and total body water were statistically significant between groups (p<.05). Among the items of the skinfolds thickness, chest, biceps, subscapular, and thigh back were statistically significant between groups (p<.05). Moreover, chest and abdominal girth were statistically significant between groups (p<.05). However, caloric intake ratio was not statistically significant between groups. These results suggested that adolescent athletes, especially runner and swimmer, were not given sufficient caloric intake compared with the national team as suggested by other researchers. Therefore, adolescent players given more caloric food, especially protein and carbohydrate, during maturation periods.
콜라겐 유도 관절염 흰쥐에서 운동부하가 혈중 TNF-α와 Interlukim-1β에 미치는 영향

The present study was to investigate the effects of restraint of arthritis in small animal(SD;sprague-dawley) for swimming exercise during five weeks. For this experiment, the rat led to arthritis with injected collagen typeⅡ after that performed swimming exercise for five weeks(5times/week, 30min/day). We tried to examined whether as inducing arthritis by collagen, improving arthritis by swimming exercise or not though MAI(mean arthritic index) and histological examination. The results are as follows; The change of serum inflammation cytokines was significantly increased in TNF-α, L-1β by rise to arthritis (p<.05). There was significantly decreased in TNF-α by swimming exercise(p<.05). Consequently, this study suggests that the consistent swimming exercise improve the rat led to arthritis with collagen typeⅡ.
