        레이저를 이용한 결정질 실리콘 태양전지의 Double Texturing 제조 및 특성

        In this paper, double texturization of multi crystalline silicon solar cells was studied with laser and reactive ion etching (RIE). In the case of multi crystalline silicon wafers, chemical etching has problems in producing a uniform surface texture. Thus various etching methods such as laser and dry texturization have been studied for multi crystalline silicon wafers. In this study, laser texturization with an Nd:$YVO_4$ green laser was performed first to get the proper hole spacing and $300{\mu}m$ was found to be the most proper value. Laser texturization on crystalline silicon wafers was followed by damage removal in acid solution and RIE to achieve double texturization. This study showed that double texturization on multi crystalline silicon wafers with laser firing and RIE resulted in lower reflectance, higher quantum yield and better efficiency than that process without RIE. However, RIE formed sharp structures on the silicon wafer surfaces, which resulted in 0.8% decrease of fill factor at solar cell characterization. While chemical etching makes it difficult to obtain a uniform surface texture for multi crystalline silicon solar cells, the process of double texturization with laser and RIE yields a uniform surface structure, diminished reflectance, and improved efficiency. This finding lays the foundation for the study of low-cost, high efficiency multi crystalline silicon solar cells.

        This paper, laser edge isolation for crystalline silicon solar cell was tested. Existing methods to plasma etching and wet etching to proceed with the separation process, but the material damage aspect ratio greater problems in the aspects of the laser separation process can reduce a lot of time there can be an inline assembly line, this has the advantage. Nd: YV04 laser were used wavelength 532㎚ reduced by Green laser used. In addition, the shorter the wavelength of the laser thermal effect due to the lower load receives a clean surface was obtained.

        In this paper, the firing condition among crystalline silicon solar cell fabrication processes was studied. Many studies have been performed to improve the efficiency of crystalline silicon solar cell. Both single and multi crystalline silicon wafers in p-type were used with surface area 156×156 ㎟ and resistance 0.5?2 mΩ. To find the optimized firing condition to fabricate the silicon solar cell, the five-zone belt furnace was used with changing the temperatures of the each zone. As a result, the firing condition for single and multi silicon solar cell was different and found to gain the best conversion efficiency. We achieved the energy conversion efficiencies of 17.3 % and 16.3 % for single and multi crystalline silicon solar cell, respectively.

        치과위생사의 수행업무, 직무만족, 조직기여도의 관계

        본 연구는 치과위생사의 수행업무, 직무만족, 조직기여도의 관계를 파악하고 치과위생사의 조직기여도를 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 치과 병·의원 근무하는 치과위생사 285명을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문지와 온라인을 통해 회수하였으며 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 연구결과 일반적 특성에서 연령이 41세 이상, 경력이 11년차 이상, 기혼치과위생사, 책임치과위생사, 월 소득 200만원 이상인 치과위생사가 경영지원업무를 많이 하는 것으로 나타났으며 연령이 28∼33세, 경력이 6∼10년차, 전문학사(3년제)졸업자, 중간관리치과위생사가 임상 및 진료협조업무의 빈도가 높게 나타났다 (p<0.05). 41세 이상, 경력이 11년차 이상, 기혼치과위생사, 책임치과위생사, 월 소득 200만원 이상인 치과위생사가 업무만족 역시 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 조직만족에서 기혼 치과위생사와 월 소득이 250만원 이상, 주 근무시간이 주40시간 이하가 가장 높게 나타났다(p<0.05). 연령이 41세 이상, 경력이 11년차 이상, 기혼치과위생사, 근무 직위가 중간관리치과위생사 이상, 월 소득 200만원 이상인 치과위생사가 조직기여도가 높은 것으로 나타났다(p<0.05). 치과위 생사 조직기여도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인으로 월 소득, 경영지원업무, 업무만족이 유의한 관련변수로 나타났다. 이상의 결과로 볼 때 치과위생사의 조직기여 도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 월 소득, 경영지원업무, 업무만족이다. 이는 병원 경영에 참여할수록 조직기여도가 높은것으로 나타나고, 업무만족이 높을수록 병원에서의 업무가 순조롭게 이루어지는 데 기여하는 것으로 판단된다. 이에 추후 연구에서는 치과위생사의 조직기여도 향상을 위해 병원 전체 목표 달성과 병원에서 업무가 순조롭게 이루어질수 있도록 조직기여도와 관련 있는 요인을 명확히 파악하고, 치과위생사의 조직기여도 향상을 위한 연구도구 개발이 필요할 것이다. This study aimed to evaluate the relationship between task performance, job satisfaction, and organizational contribution of dental hygienists, and to analyze the resulting impact on the organizational contribution of the dental hygienists. The study sample included 300 people working in a dental clinic during May 2016; data were collected through a self-questionnaire and an online questionnaire. Subsequently, 285 responses were analyzed. The results showed that a higher monthly income, business support services, and work satisfaction affect organizational contribution. The correlation of organizational contribution was the highest with business management in task performance and with work satisfaction in job satisfaction. In conclusion, a dental hygienist, who may have highest careers and is involved in the management of dental work, affects the organizational contribution of the dental clinic.

        춘천호와 안동호의 어류상과 군집 특성

        수산자원보호구역인 춘천호와 안동호에서 어류 군집 분석을 실시하였다. 조사는 2017년부터 2018년까지 수행되었으며, 어류상을 파악하고 우점종 및 아우점종을 확인한 결과 춘천호에서 채집된 어류는 총 13과 34종 1,197개체였다. 채집된 어류 중 블루길(Lepomis macrochirus)이 23.2%로 우점하였으며, 피라미(Zacco platypus)가 17.4%로 아우점하였다. 안동호에서 채집된 어류는 총 9과 24종 1,393개체였다. 우점종은 블루길이 15.7%로 가장 많이 채집되었으며, 붕어(Carassius carassius)가 15.2%로 아우점하였다. 두 조사지점의 종다양도는 과거보다 증가하는 경향을 보였으며, 균등도는 안동호에서는 차이가 보이지 않았으나 춘천호에서는 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 두 인공호 모두 어류상 및 군집구조 측면에서 안정된 상태를 유지하고 있으나 외래종 비율을 감소시키기 위한 지속적인 노력이 필요하고, 다양한 어종이 안정적으로 개체수를 유지할 수 있도록 수산자원 종자 방류 및 인공산란장 설치 등과 같은 관리가 필요하다. Ichthyofauna and community structure of fish were studied for two fisheries resource reserves, Chuncheon reservoir and Andong reservoir from 2017 to 2018. Fish were sampled 8 times at each reservoir. In Chuncheon reservoir, total number of fish sampled was 1,197 representing 34 species and 13 families. Dominant species and sub-dominant species were Lepomis macrochirus (23.2%) and Zacco platypus (17.4%), respectively. In Andong reservoir, total number of fish sampled was 1,393 representing 24 species and 9 families. Dominant species and sub-dominant species were L. macrochirus (15.7%) and Carassius carassius (15.2%), respectively. The diversity index of two sampling site increased compared to previous investigation. The evenness index was not changed much in Andong reservoir but increased in Chuncheon reservoir. Ichthyofauna and community structure of fish at sampling sites in both reservoirs maintained stable except high proportion of exotics species with needed to be reduced by consistent effort. For better fish population in these communities, however, various efforts such as seed stocking and installment of artificial spawning ground should be provided to these reservoirs.

        소양호, 남양호, 안동호 및 춘천호에 서식하는 잉어과 어류의 간흡충 Clonorchis sinensis 감염 조사

        Clonorchis sinensis is a main parasite that infects humans by making freshwater fish as an intermediate host in South Korea. There are so many reports about the infestation status of Clonorchis sinensis metacercariae (CsMc) in freshwater fish living in the river, but there are a few studies of fish in the lake. In this study, we examined CsMc in Cyprinid fish sampled from Soyang Lake, Namyang Lake, Andong Lake and Chunchun Lake from 2016 to 2017. Metacercaria of trematodes were found from Hemiculter eigenmanni and Carassius auratus in Namyang Lake, and Zacco platypus and Opsarichthys uncirostris in Soyang Lake. As a result of PCR using Clonorchis sinensis specific primer sets, it was confirmed that the metacercariae from Hemiculter eigenmanni in Namyang Lake was CsMc. This study provides information on CsMc infestation status of Cyprinid fish in four lakes and it is the first report of CsMc infestation in Namyang Lake.

        형질전환 벼 현탁세포 배양에서 투과성 증진을 통한 hCTLA4Ig의 생산성 증대

        In this system, rice cells were genetically modified to express human cytotoxic T-lymphocyte antigen 4-immunoglobulin (hCTLA4Ig) using RAmy3D promoter induced by sugar depletion. Even though the target protein fused with signal sequence peptide, plant cell wall can be a barrier against secretion of recombinant proteins. Therefore, hCTLA4Ig can be trapped inside cell wall or remained in intracellular space. In this study, to enhance the secretion of hCTLA4Ig from cytoplasm and cell walls into the medium, permeabilizing agents, such as dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), Triton X-100 and Tween 20, were applied in transgenic rice cell cultures. When 0.5% (v/v) of DMSO was added in sugar-free medium, intracellullar hCTLA4Ig was increased, on the other hand, the secreted extracellular hCTLA4Ig was lower than that of control. DMSO did not give permeable effects on transgenic rice cell cultures. And Triton X-100 was toxic to rice cells and also did not give enhancing permeability of cells. When 0.05% (v/v) Tween 20 was added in rice cell cultures, however, intracellular hCTLA-4Ig was lower than that of control cultures. And the maximum 44.76 mg/L hCTLA4Ig was produced for 10 days after induction, which was 1.4-fold increase compared to that of control cultures. Especially, Tween 20 at 0.05% (v/v) showed the positive effect on the secretion of hCTLA4Ig though the decrease of intracellular hCTLA4Ig. Also, Tween 20 as a non-toxic surfactant did not affect the cell growth, cell viability and protease activity. In conclusion, secretion of hCTLA4Ig could be increased by enhancing permeability of cells regardless of the cell growth, cell viability and protease activity.

        단결정 실리콘 태양전지의 도핑 최적화를 위한 확산 온도에 대한 연구

        In this paper, the optimized doping condition of crystalline silicon solar cells with 156 × 156㎟ area was studied. To optimize the drive-in temperature in the doping process, the other conditions except variable drive-in temperature were fixed. These conditions were obtained in previous studies. After etching 7㎛ of the surface to form the pyramidal structure, the silicon nitride deposited by the PECVD had 75∼80㎚ thickness and 2 to 2.1 for a refractive index. The silver and aluminium electrodes for front and back sheet, respectively, were for medby screen-printing method, followed by firing in 400-425-450-550-850℃ five-zone temperature conditions to make the ohmic contact. Drive-in temperature was changed in range of 830℃ to 890℃ to obtain the sheet resistance 30∼70Ω/□ with 10Ω/□ intervals. Solar cell made in 890℃ as the drive-in temperature revealed 17.1% conversion efficiency which is best in this study. This solar cells showed 34.4 ㎃/㎠ of the current density, 627 ㎷ of the open circuit voltage and 79.3% of the fill factor.
