        해양레저관광 활성화를 위한 법제 개선방안에 관한 함의

        The purpose of this study was to give progressive opinion to manage legal system of marine leisure tourism more stably with a critical approach toward its limitation sand problems. In details, defining the types of the legal systems of water-related leisure activities safety regulation, the tourism promotion law, and discover the supplement for present regulations for several administrative solutions would be suggested in the end of this study. Finding from 54 domestic dissertations and journals and 16 international journals and columns were used to analysis using systematic review methodology. The results were as follows. First, however, if we were to relax the current restrictions of water leisure safety act, it would be by efficient legislation for marine leisure industry promotion. Second, there were all kinds of laws regulate confusion for effective law applicable. Third, marine leisure tourism legislates for invigorate the marine tourism. Forth, water-related leisure activities safety regulations make up for the weak point of yacht license system, the ships act of inspecting standard, and apply for compulsory insurance.

        대학농구팀 스폰서십의 설득의도성이 스폰서태도, 이벤트

        The purpose of this study was to examine the influences of persuasion attempt of collegiate basketball team sponsorship on sponsor attitude, event-sponsor coincidence and future intention for giving. By doing so, this study aimed to utilize the result of study for a practical marketing strategy in operating and developing sport infrastructure for Korean collegiate sport circumstances. The participants of this study consisted of 480 university`s students selected from five universities(Seoul and Gyeinggi in Korea). Samples were extracted by convenience sampling method. 455 surveys were collected, and removing those that have no or insufficient answers, total 431 surveys were used as data in actual analysis. In data processing; via SPSS 18.0 version for Window, frequence analysis, exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach`s α, Pearson`s correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted in order to study the relationships among persuasion attempt of collegiate basketball team sponsorship, sponsor attitude, eventsponsor coincidence and future intention for giving. Based on the results, the following conclusion was obtained. First, persuasion attempt of collegiate basketball team sponsorship (sponsor coincidence, sponsor effort) had influence on sponsor attitude. Second, persuasion attempt of collegiate basketball team sponsorship (sponsor familiarity, sponsor effort) had influence upon event-sponsor coincidence. Third, persuasion attempt of collegiate basketball team sponsorship (sponsor familiarity, sponsor effort) had influence on future intention for giving.

        국가대표 수영대표팀의 금지약물사용에 따른 법률관계에 관한 연구

        National athletes were selected by Korean government and used by the Korea Sport Council. The selection as a national athlete contains tremendous obligation and responsibility to them. However, in the case of Park, the legal relations could be defined with a word, ‘ambiguous’, because the legal position of national athlete was also vague. With this reason, the purpose of this study was to investigate a tort of national athletes with the negative drugs using case of Park, used prohibited drugs for the 2014 Inchon Asian Games and was caught, and define the legal position of the national athletes and their relationships between him and his teammates as public officials based on the National Public Service Law. After the analysis, three outcomes were deducted. First, Park and his teammates were officials based on contract service. Second, prohibited drugs use was a tort of officials against the obligation of integrity and the obligation of obedience as public official. Third, there were no legal responsibilites between Park and his teammates. Eventually, the results of this study were expected to contribute on the protection of rights and interests of national athletes and the secure of national athletes’ stable legal position in Korea.

        IPA기법을 활용한 대학 U-리그 관람결정요인에 대한 중요도와 만족도의 차이분석

        The purpose of this study was to figure out the importance and satisfaction of U-league spectators’ decision factors for marking positioning strategies using Importance-Performance Analysis. The participants of this study consisted of 327 university spectators who visited basketball, volleyball, and soccer leagues, and spectators selected from 6 universities in Seoul, Gyeoggi and Chungnam. Samples were extracted by convenient sampling method. Total 327 data were collected in this study except data which did not respond or trustlessly responded. In data processing, via SPSS version 20.0 for window, exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach’s a, frequency analysis, paired t-test, and Importance-Performance Analysis. The results were as follows. First, I quadrant was detailed schedules of games, take part in prefer player, and alma mater’s star player. Second, Ⅱ quadrant was play for fan, internet TV broadcasting, playday of the week, play time, and erect direction sign. Third, Ⅲ quadrant was player’s sense of rivalry, sufficient restroom, convenient facilities, and size of seat and space. Fourth, Ⅳ quadrant was supporters, a lively play, rival team, support team, player’s individual grade, rival star player.

        캠핑 매니아의 진지한 여가체험 형성에 관한 분석

        The purpose of this study was to figure out the formation of srieous leisure experience for camping mania using grounded theory method approach. Research participants were selected 8 camping mania by reputational sampling method. Eight participants who usually participated in camping club or voluntary participants as research participants. The data for this study included participants’ observation and in-depth interview. This study categorized the coding paradigm which was presented by uinsg the findings derived from data as they were into casual condition, context, phenomenon, intervening conditions, interaction, consequences and core category to draw out the process of becoming a camping mania adn its significances. The results of were as follows. First, camping manias’ important motivation factors were accidental and intentional background. Second, camping manias felt a burden for economic burden, personal relationship, environmental restrictions and they endure burden through maximize satisfaction. Third, camping manias developed into a mania, the more serious experience in participation.

        청소년의 아웃도어스포츠 브랜드 추구혜택이 구매의사결정에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of adolescents` outdoor sports brand benefits sought on the decision-making. The participants of this study consisted of 439 students selected from 4 high schools located in Seoul and Gyeonggi, Korea, which are located in 2 school districts. Samples were extracted by convenient sampling method. 439 data were collected in this study except data which did not respond or trustlessly responded. In data processing, via SPSS 18.0 version for Window, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach`s α, Pearson`s correlation analysis and regression analysis were conducted in order to study the relationship between adolescents` outdoor sports brand benefits sought and decision-making. The following were results of the study. First, the internet website had the most influence on purchase information. Second, adolescent`s outdoor sports brand benefits sought had potent influence upon the decision-making.

        여성의 아웃도어 스포츠의류 구매결정요인이 브랜드이미지와 동일시 및 구전의도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the influences of women`s outdoor sports wear purchase decision factor on brand image, brand identification and word of mouth. By doing so, this study aimed to utilize the result of study for a practical marketing strategy in operating and establishing outdoor sports brand for Korean outdoor market circumstances. The participants of this study consisted of 450 female consumers selected from two districts(Seoul and Gyeinggi in Korea). Samples were extracted by convenience sampling method. 449 surveys were collected, and removing those that have no or insufficient answers, total 439 surveys were used as data in actual analysis. In data processing; via SPSS 18.0 version for Window, frequence analysis, exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach`s α, Pearson`s correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted in order to study the relationships among women`s purchase decision and brand image, brand identification and word of mouth. Based on the results, the following conclusion was obtained. First, women`s cause of purchase outdoor sports wear was for children and husband (39.9%) and self-wear (53.3%). Additionally, women`s practical use was almost daywear (29.4%) and outdoor activity and casual clothing (59.2%). Second, women`s outdoor sports wear purchase decision factor (functionality, aesthetic, dependence of brand, service and self-display) had potent influence upon brand image, brand identification and word of mouth.

        IPA기법을 활용한 도심 캠핑장 선택속성에 대한 중요도와 만족도의 차이분석

        The purpose of this study was to verify the importance and satisfaction of choice attributes for urban camping site using Importance-Performance Analysis. The participants of this study consisted of 448 camping participants who visited urban camping site in Seoul. Samples were extracted by convenient sampling method. Total 448 data were collected in this study except data which id not respond or trustlessly responded. In data processing, via SPSS 20.0 for window, exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach’s α, frequency analysis, and Importance-Performance Analysis. The results were as follows. First, Ⅰ quadrant included in convenient parking facilities, cooking facilities and ancillary facilities maintenance status, providing information, solution any inconvenience, web site accessibility, camping site accessibility. Second, Ⅱ quadrant included in scenery around the camp site, comfortable and clean environment, convenient bathroom showers, proper mounting of the garbage, kindness of the staff, employee’s dress and attitude, controlled condition a sign. Ⅲ quadrant included in facilities and balance of nature, shade canopy, convenience of internet reservations, reliability of the reservation, message notification service. Ⅳ quadrant included in milestone in the camp site, camping site information of map, differential rate system, admission fee and parking fees, camping site fee.
