개방형 BIM 데이터 품질관리 체계화 방법에 관한 연구

The recent trend of more complex, high-tech, high-rise and free-form buildings worldwide has made BIM(Building Information Modeling) technology being actively accepted in the industry. Along with the growth of interest on the categorization, storage, and application of BIM data, the importance of data quality management is also expected to grow. This study is to suggest effective ways of sharing BIM quality information considering the general approach for criteria, objects, and rules for Open BIM data quality management. For this purpose, we investigated precedent studies on the BIM quality management as well as literatures to draw 3 basic elements of BIM data quality - Data Quality Index, Critical to Quality and Business Rule. These elements were applied to a sample BIM model data whose quality needs to be assured for accurate QTO(quantity takeoff). And this quality assurance could be accomplished by API application developed for SMC program, suggesting a direction for BIM data quality management.

Due to the needs for more efficient design processes, BIM nowadays is in the center of topics of architectural design field. But as 2D drawings are still to be widely used in practical fields, it is very important that 2D drawing information could be easily and clearly projected from 3D BIM data. In order for the elements of 2D drawings to be mapped to 3D BIM data correctly, 2D digital data should be organized efficiently and standardised. This study aims to suggest standard classifications for drawing styles and drawing elements. For this, Korea CALS/EC standards and practical drawing samples have been analysed. It was investigated that 2D drawing elements standards are critical to BIM standards, and this study proposes improvement of electronic 2D drawing information standards so that BIM could be introduced to Korean construction filed.

One of the problems in the advancement of small and medium-sized construction companies and engineering companies overseas is the difficulty in acquiring various localized information and weakness in risk management capability. The purpose of this study was to identify the information required for each phase of overseas construction engineering work and process and derives priorities of technical information through expert evaluation, in order to analyze the demand of overseas construction engineering information required for domestic construction engineering companies to enter the overseas market. The necessity of the information, frequency of utilization, information and easiness of obtaining the data were evaluated comprehensively for the technical information items derived from the demand survey of the experts in the overseas construction work. In addition, weighting work was performed on the technical information items derived by using the AHP methodology. Based on the results of the demand survey on the overseas construction engineering information and the result of deriving the priority of the target information to be provided, the information construction strategy plan of the overseas construction engineering information system to be constructed will be utilized as basic data for efficient utilization of resources and budgets.
Co-FXLMS 알고리듬을 이용한 능동소음제어 성능의 향상

The active control technique mostly uses the least-mean-square(LMS) algorithm, because the LMS algorithm can easily obtain the complex transfer function in real-time, particularly when the Filtered-X LMS(FXLMS) algorithm is applied to an active noise control(ANC) system. However, FXLMS algorithm has the demerit that stability of the control is decreased when the step size become larger but the convergence speed is faster because the step size of FXLMS algorithm is fixed. As a result, the system has higher probability which the divergence occurs. Thus the Co-FXLMS algorithm was developed to solve this problem. The Co-FXLMS algorithm is realized by using an estimate of the cross correlation between the adaptation error and the filtered input signal to control the step size. In this paper, the performance of the Co-FXLMS algorithm is presented in comparison with the FXLMS algorithm. Simulation and experimental results show that active noise control using Co-FXLMS is effective in reducing the noise in duct system.
