        황연해독탕약침(黃連解毒湯藥針)의 기능성두통(機能性頭痛) 치료(治療) 효과(效果)에 대한 임상적(臨床的) 고찰(考察)

        A clinical analysis was carried out for 37 patients who was treated for functional headache with HWANGRYUNHAEDOKTANG(黃連解毒湯) herb-acupuncture in Seoul Red-Cross Oriental Hospital. The results were as follows; 1. The effect of HWANGRYUNHAEDOKTANG(黃連解毒湯) herb-acupuncture for functional headache was turned out to be better effective the young and middle age than the old. 2. Man was better effective than woman 3. There were effective at tention headache and migraine. 4. There were effective within 6 monthes from onset. 5. There were availability in according with increasing treatment. Through the clinical consequences of therapy mentioned above, we came to confirm regular therapeutic effects for functional headache and hereafter, it is considered that a clinical comparative study on oriental cure and herb-acupuncture therapy for headache has to be more progressed than now.

        韓醫學과 儒學에 나타난 心에 대한 고찰 : 心經을 중심으로

        As a result I get the fallowing conclusions; 1. Oriental medicine and confucianism have similar point about heart because oriental medicine and confucianism have same philosophical backing 2. Oriental physitian read the books complated by confucianism by confuncianism physitian because racial characterristics are based on confucian thoughts, and my race make much of the heart. So to use confucian thought to phychotheraphy need to study confucian In(仁) thought. 3. Thought that oriental medicine refers man as small university and thought that man and heaven are same based on the ethical doctrine that man's inborn nature is good are same connection. but oriental medical aim is agreement external features of man with university, confucian aim is agreement heart of man with university 4. Confucianism will be used in phychotheraphy because phychotheraphy require close relationship between psychiatrist and patient and confucianism gives importance to man's relationship 5. Oriental medical phychotheraphy deal prevention and cure at same time, but, confucianism deal prevention entirely. so confucianist target a saint by training at ordinary times.

      • 越鞠丸合補中益氣湯이 電氣刺戟스트레스를 받은 mouse의 免疫機能에 미치는 影響

        본 실험은 越鞠丸合補中益氣湯의 항스트레효과를 조사하기 위하여 시행되었다. 越鞠丸合補中益氣湯이 전기자극으로 스트레스 상황을 유발시킨 mouse에게 끼친 B 임파구 면역계 변화를 mouse 혈청의 綿羊赤血球에 대한 적혈구 응집소가와 비장세포에서 B 세포 및 T 세포가 차지하는 백분율의 변화를 통하여 측정하였으며 이를 대조군과 비교 분석하였다. 혈청 항체가의 측정에서 스트레스 자극하에서 越鞠丸合補中益氣湯을 투여받은 그룹에서 약제를 투여받지 않은 그룹에 비하여 유의성 있는 차이를 보여(p<0.01) 면역 기능을 정상군의 수준으로 유지하는 결과를 얻었다. T 세포와 B 세포의 백분율의 측정에서도 스트레스 자극하에서 越鞠丸合補中益氣湯을 투여 받은 그룹에서 약제를 투여 받지 않은 그룹에 비하여 유의성 있는 차이를 보여(p,0.01) 면역 기능을 정상군의 수준으로 유지하는 결과를 얻었다. 실험결과들로 보아 越鞠丸合補中益氣湯이 체액성 면역 반응과 비장 내 면역 세포의 백분율을 정상의 수준으로 유지하는 효과를 보여 면역 기능의 이상에 응용할 수 있는 가능성을 제시한다고 사료된다. The present experiments were designed to study the influence of Walgookwhanhab-Bojoongikgitang on immune functions of Balb/c mice under stress condition. Walgookwhanhab-Bojoongikgitang was orally administered to the mice for 15 days. On the 10th day the mice were immunized with sheep red blood cells (SRBC) and then subjected to electric footshock for 5 days (2 sessions a day, 11 footshocks a 31 min-session). The immune responses to SRBC were determined by means of hemagglutination and B / T cell populations in the spleen were studied by FACS analysis on the 16th day. The results were as follows. 1. After electric footshock, mice became sluggish and crowded to one side of the cage. Increased antibody titer for SRBC, increased B cell population, and decreased 7 cell population in the spleen were also observed. These results confirm that electric footshock caused stress inducing immunological and behavioral changes in Balb/c mice. 2. Walgookwhanhab-Bojoongikgitang administration significantly antagonized the effect of electric footshock on the antibody titer for SRBC. As a result, antibody titers for SRBC in the mice treated with Walgookwhanga-Bojoongikgitang were maintained at the similar levels as those of control group mice even after the electric footshock. 3. Walgookwhanhab-Bojoongikgitang administration also antagonized the effect of electric footshock on the B / T populations in spleen. As a result, B and T populations in the mice treated with Walgookwhanhab-Bojoongikgitang were maintained at the similar levels as in the control group mice even after the electric footshock. Taken together, M algookwhanhab-Bojoongikgitang seem to help Balb/c mice to maintain their humoral immune response and immune cell populations at a normal range under the stress conditions, suggesting its possible therapeutic use as a immune function modulator.

        精ㆍ氣ㆍ神ㆍ魂ㆍ魄 개념의 상징성에 관한 연구 : 분석심리학적 고찰 A psychological consideration

        The aim of this study is to review the concepts of Jing(精) . Qi(氣). Shin(神). Hun(魂). Po(魄) in the light of the Jungian psychology. According to the explanations of the Jungian psychology human beings have archetypes-a priori conditioning factors-in the collective unconscious. These archetyps are concerned with common concepts conceived by mankind about the fundamental elements which constitute the universe and the existence. The archetype is perceived in a symbol, hence Jing(精) . Qi(氣). Shin(神). Hun(魂). Po(魄) also are these symbolic representations which had common background of mankind. The meaning of Jing(精) is emphasized as psychic and physical elements, and concerned with instinct. Qi(氣) corresponds to Jung's definition of libido as life energy. The concept of Shin(神) has the value of the self archetype as whole psyche's president principle. Hun(魂) and Po(魄) are intuitive notions of the Orient compared with Animus and Anima which are characteristic representations. However from a standpoint of autonomous energy as archetype the difference would be diminished. Considering each purpose of Hun(魂) and Po(魄), Hun(魂) has a intention of integrating the unconscious flux into consciousness while Po(魄) has a tendency toward instinct to secure a body. It is precious to recognize deeply that these concepts of Jing(精) . Qi(氣). Shin(神). Hun(魂). Po(魄) play an important part which mediate between the unconscious and consciousness, psyche and body as symbols.

        한의학적인 정신요법에 대한 불교의 응용방법론 연구 (1)

        After we looked back on the process western psychotherapy, and consider current meaning and necessity of buddhism. we concluded as follows 1. We can apply buddihism to psychotherapy in terms of oriental medicine. Especially buddhism with long history in the orjent has similarity with orental mediclne and common cultural background. therefore it will be useful especially to koreans 2. Whereas buddhism's object is Nirvana, that of medicine is to retum to the above view. to apply various methodologies of buddhism to psychology of oriental medicane you must select useful parts and drop others 3. Whereas buddhism centers on human mind, oriental medicine wholly describes body and mind without separation, buddhism put stress on inside of consciousness and oriental medicine put stress on revealing process 4. It is difficult to combine buddhism to oriental medicine theoretically. In combining it is easier to accept buddhism practically rather than theoretically 5. To apply boddhism clinically we have to modify buddhism to modern societies and to research and discussion to combine it to the system of oriental medicine.

        韓醫學과 儒家哲學에 있어서 心의 理解

        According to studing on the mind in oriental medicine and confucianism. I got the following results. 1. In oriental medicine, the mind (心) is main faculty region of shin(神) in human body. 2. The mind have functional reaction of sensation, rational thinking, and emotional faculty for objective world. 3. In Confuncianism, the mind express the Sung (性) which is based on the Heaven (天), and it control sensation, rational thinking, and emotional faculty. 4. To the understanding ground of universal reality, the mind was explained Qi (氣) or Li (理), and come to an end about the sung (性).
