This Paper is an introduction about Liquid level detecting system of tank, Especially, in order to detect liquid level of tank, we install a magnetic float in the pipe for detecting of tank, and the detecting device equipped hall sensor is moving upwards and downwards according to the surface of the pipe, detecting magnetic force of interior of the pipe, and it transformed to current value and transmitted to the PLC. so we can know the level in real time. Afterward, I think this device will be adapted to varies fields.

We have supervised the conditions of facilities of Hydro power plant using SCADA system. and we have operated the EMS after joined in Electricity Market. In this paper, I introduce EMS of K-WATER and afterwards, this paper will be able to help us to make a decision when we install or revise EMS.

양파를 메탄올로 추출하여 생리활성 특성 중 전자공여 작용, 아질산염 소거작용, ACE저해 작용 등과 항산화 효과를 검토하였다. 양파 추출물의 전자공여작용은 30 mg/mL 이상의 추출물 첨가구의 경우에는 약 70%의 높은 효과를 나타내었다. 아질산염 소거작용은 모든 농도에서 pH가 증가하면서 감소하는 경향을 보였고 또한 ACE저해 작용의 경우에도 추출물 30 mg/mL 이상 첨가구의 경우에는 약 80~90%의 높은 활성을 나타내었다. 양파 추출물을 대두유, 옥배유, 라아드 및 쇼트닝에 농도별로 첨가하여 60℃에 저장하면서 POV, AV 및 TBA가를 측정하여 이들 유지에 대한 산화 안정성을 시험한 결과 쇼트닝을 제외한 모든 유지에 항산화 효과가 뚜렷하였고 특히 라아드에 탁월한 효과를 보였다. Onion was extracted by methyl alcohol and some physiological activities and antioxidative effect of the extracts on soybean oil, corn oil, lard and shortening were compared with commercial antioxidants such as α-tocopherol and BHT. The electron donating ability was about 70% at concentration above of 30 mg/mL. Nitrite scavenging effects of all concentrations diminished at higher pH, while in the case of pH 1.2, it showed a nitrite scavenging effect of more than 80% at concentration above of 30 mg/mL. And also, the angiotensin I-converting enzyme inhibitory effect was good above 80%. The soybean oil, corn oil, lard and shortening containing different levels of the onion extract were stored at 60℃ to evaluate the antioxidative activity of onion extracts. Peroxide value, acid value and TBA value of each oil were detected. Onion extract was very effective to retard oxidation of soybean oil, corn oil and lard, and especially, the very high antioxidative effect was observed for lard.
