초등교원양성대학의 교육서비스품질과 학생만족도 및 충성도의 구조적 관계

본 연구는 초등교원양성대학의 교육서비스품질과 학생만족도 및 충성도의 구조적관계를 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 모집단으로는 현재 전국교육대학교에 재학 중인 학생들을 선정하였고, 이 중 서울과 강원도, 충청도에 소재한 A대학교, B대학교, C 대학교 학생들을 2017년 6월 5일부터 23일까지 약 3주간 표본 집단으로 설정하여 연구를 진행하였다. 연구의 수행을 위해 설문지를 측정도구로써 사용하였으며, 총 234명의 자료를 분석하여 가설을 검증하였다. 자료 처리에는 Windows용 PASW 18.0과 AMOS 20.0 프로그램을 이용하였으며, 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식 모형분석을 통해 자료를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육서비스품질은 학생만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교육서비스품질은 학생충성도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학생만족도는 학생충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 교육서비스품질과 학생충성도 사이에서 학생만족도는 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. The current study was aimed to investigate the structural relationships among educational service quality, satisfaction, and loyalty. Data were drawn from 234 students in three different universities. PASW 18.0 for windows and AMOS 20.0 program were used for data processing. Data were analyzed using frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling techniques. The results were as follows. First, educational service quality had a positive effect on satisfaction. Second, educational service quality did not affect loyalty. Third, satisfaction had a positive effect on loyalty. Lastly, satisfaction fully mediated the relationship between educational service quality and loyalty.

음악중심 문화 감응 교수를 통한 예비교사의 간문화 역량 함양 방안

빠른 속도로 다변화하고 있는 현대 사회는 국가 간‧문화 간 경계를 허물고 사회의 다원화를 가져오면서 많은 사회적 문제를 일으키고 있다. 이러한 문제는 특히 학교 교육에서 다양한 양상으로 나타나고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 다양한 문화에 진지하고 민감하게 반응하고 이를 소통의 원동력으로 삼는 문화 감응 교육을 학교 교육의 중요한 책무로 이해하고, 이를 감당해야 하는 예비교사의 대응 능력을 키워주기 위해 음악중심 문화 감응 교수를 통한 간문화 역량 함양 방안을 제시하고자 했다. 연구에서는 근간의 문화 감응 교육을 주장하는 학자들의 연구를 통해서 아직은 우리나라의 음악교육에서 낯선 문화 감응 교수의 개념과 방법을 정리하였고, 문화 감응 교수를 위한 교사의 조건에 대해 탐색하였다. 또한 교사가 문화 감응 교수를 수행하기 위해 요구되는 조건인 간문화 역량을 키우기 위해 음악을 기반으로 예비교사 교육에서 적용할 수 있는 간문화 역량 함량 방안을 제안하였다. 이 연구를 통해서 다문화 기반 음악 교수법의 개발을 도모하고, 음악을 통한 예비교사의 문화 감응 교육 실천 역량이 증진하길 기대한다. The modern society, which is rapidly diversifying, is causing many social problems by breaking the boundaries between countries and cultures and bringing social diversity. This problem is manifested in various aspects, especially in school education. Therefore, this study is a music-centered culturally responsive teaching in order to understand culturally responsive pedagogy, which responds seriously and sensitively to various cultures, and uses it as a driving force for communication, as an important responsibility of school education, and to increase the ability of pre-service teachers to handle it. It was intended to present a plan to cultivate intercultural Competency. In the study, the concept and method of unfamiliar culturally responsive teaching in music education in Korea have been summarized through research by scholars who insist on culturally responsive pedagogy in the past, and the conditions of teachers for culturally responsive teaching have been explored. Also, in order to develop intercultural Competency, which is a condition required for teachers to perform culturally responsive teaching, we proposed a method for the content of intercultural Competency that can be applied in pre-teacher education based on music. Through this study, it is hoped that the development of multi cultural-based music teaching methods will be promoted, and that the prospective teacher s ability to practice culturally responsive pedagogy through music will be enhanced.
