        눈꺼풀 피부 악성 종양의 모즈 미세도식 수술 후 결손부의 복원

        Background: The reconstruction of eyelid defects is extremely complex because both functional and aesthetic aspects should be considered. Numerous techniques for reconstruction are available for repairing eyelid defects, depending on the size, location, and extent of the defect. Objective: This study was aimed at assessing the effectiveness and cosmetic consequences of various reconstruction techniques for eyelid defects after Mohs micrographic surgery. Methods: Twenty patients who received a diagnosis of skin cancer of the eyelids from November 2005 to August 2009 were analyzed. Among them, 15 patients were treated with a local flap to reconstruct the defective eyelids, and the remaining patients were treated with primary closure. The medical records and photographs were reviewed by two independent physicians, and postoperative results were evaluated. Results: Eyelid defects were reconstructed with various surgical techniques, such as primary closure, transposition flap, subcutaneous island pedicle flap, advancement flap, rotation flap, Tenzel flap, and hard palate mucous membrane graft. The cosmetic results were satisfactory, and 16 of 20 (80%) patients showed good to excellent results. However, one patient developed a sclera show and another patient showed tumor recurrence. Conclusion: Many reconstruction techniques can be used for eyelid defects. An optimal choice would be one that is based on the extent, depth, and location of the defect; skin condition and wishes of the patient; and the surgeon’s experience. Furthermore, it is important to have an understanding of the anatomy of the eyelid, the basic principles of the reconstruction techniques, and the merits and drawbacks of each technique.         CZT와 NaI 검출기 물질 기반 물리적 변화에 따른 영상의 질 분석에 관한 연구 : 몬테카를로 시뮬레이션

        본 연구의 목적은, 몬테 카를로 시뮬레이션 기반 조준기 길이와 검출기 두께 변화에 따른 Cadimium Zinc Telluride (CZT) 와 NaI 검출기 물질을 변화하면서 영상의 질을 비교 평가 해보고자 한다. CZT 와 NaI 검출기 물질 기반 감마카메라를 각각 모사하였고, 조준기 길이는 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 cm, 검출기 두께는 1, 3, 5, 7 mm 로 설정하였다. 1 MBq의 점선원을 이용해 민감도, 4.45, 3.80, 3.15, 2.55 mm 의 지름을 가진 자체 제작한 팬텀을 모사하고, 가장 큰 지름인 4.45 mm 영상에 관심영역을 설정하여 signal to noise ratio (SNR)과 프로파일을 이용하여 각각 획득영상을 분석하였다. 조준기 길이에 따른 CZT 검출기 기반 민감도는 2.3 ~ 48.6 cps/MBq, NaI 검출기 기반 민감도는 1.8 ~ 43.9 cps/MBq 이고, CZT 검출기 기반 팬텀을 활용한 SNR은 3.6 ~ 9.8, NaI 검출기 기반 팬텀 SNR은 2.9~9.5다. 조준기 길이 변화에 따른 프로파일은 조준기의 길이가 증가할수록 영상의 공간 분해능이 향상함을 확인하였다. 또한, 검출기 두께에 따른 CZT 검출기 기반 민감도는 0.04 ~ 0.12 cps/MBq 이고, NaI 검출기 기반 민감도는 0.03 ~ 0.11 cps/MBq 다. CZT 검출기 기반 팬텀 SNR은 7.3~9.8 이며, NaI 검출기 기반 팬텀 SNR은 5.9~9.5다. 또한, 검출기 두께 변화에 따른 프로파일은 검출기 두께가 증가할수록 산란선이 증가함으로써 영상의 공간 분해능이 감소함을 확인하였다. 이 연구데이터를 기반으로 영상 획득 목적에 따라 검출기의 종류와 두께, 조준기의 길이를 선택하여 최고의 영상의 질을 획득할 수 있어야 한다. In this study, we evaluated image quality by changing collimator length and detector thickness using the Geant4 Application for Tomographic Emission (GATE) simulation tool. The gamma camera based on the Cadimium Zinc Telluride (CZT) and NaI detectors is modeled. In addition the images were acquired by setting 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 cm collimator length and 1, 3, 5, and 7 mm detector thickness using point source and phantom, which is designed by each diameter (4.45, 3.80, 3.15, 2.55 mm) with 447, 382, 317, and 256 Bq. The sensitivity (cps/MBq) for point source, and signal to noise ratio (SNR) and profile for phantom at the 4.45 mm by drwan the region of interests were used for quantitative analysis. Based on the results, the sensitivity according to collimator length is 2.3 ~ 48.6 cps/MBq for CZT detector, and 1.8 ~ 43.9 cps/MBq for NaI detector. The SNR using phantom is 3.6~9.8 for CZT detector, and 2.9~9.5 for NaI detector. As the collimator length is increased, the image resolution is also improved according to profile results based on the CZT and NaI detector. In addition, the senistivity for detector thickness is 0.04 ~ 0.12 cps/MBq for CZT detector, and 0.03 ~ 0.11 cps/MBq. The SNR using phnatom is 7.3~9.8 count for CZT detector, and 5.9~9.5 for NaI detector. As the detector thickness is increased, the image resolution is decreased according to profile results based on the CZT and NaI detector due to scatter ray. In conclusion, we need to set the geometric material such as detector and collimator to acuquire suitable image quality in nuclear medicine.

        단기 창업교육프로그램의 효과분석: D대학교 창업동아리를 중심으로

        본 연구는 창업교육의 양적 성장에 따른 교육의 질적 효과를 알아보기 위한 연구이다. 단기 창업교육프로그램의 효과를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 이론수업 위주의 프로그램보다는 직접 체험할 수 있는 실습형 프로그램이 더 높은 만족도와 교육성과를 보였다. 둘째, 학생의 창업의지와 자기효능감이 창업교육프로그램 참여 이전과 이후에 어떻게 달라졌는지 분석한 결과 창업의지는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았으며, 자기효능감은 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다. 이러한 연구결과는 효과적인 창업교육프로그램을 개발할 수 있는데 영향을 미칠 것이다. This study is to research the qualitative effect of education in accordance with quantitative growth of start=up education. The outcome to analyze the effect of short-term start-up education program which this study intends to research is as follows. First, actual experience program shows higher satisfaction than theory centered program. The performance of education of practice type program also shows higher same as the education satisfaction. Second, as a result of analyzing how different the commitment of entrepreneurship, self-efficacy of student are before and after participation of start=up education program, the commitment of entrepreneurship didn`t show the meaningful difference statistically, the self-efficacy shows the meaningful difference statistically. To research the start-up education program in D university currently, we can find that the start-up education which can enhance the self-efficacy but the education in which we can elevate the commitment of entrepreneurship is not conducted through start-up education. It is assumed that actual founders are not many compared to the activation of start-up education for its reason. It is considered many programs which can elevate the commitment of entrepreneurship should be developed for the future start up education program.

        직업계 고등학교의 노동인권교육에 관한 텍스트 마이닝 분석: 성공적인 직업생활, 통합사회 교과서를 중심으로

        본 연구는 교과서 분석을 통해 직업계 고등학생이 학교 교육에서 접하는 노동인권교육을 탐구하여 직업계 고등학교의 노동인권교육 개선에 주는 시사점을 찾는 데 목적이 있다. 직업계 고등학교의 교육과정에서 노동인권교육과 내용적·실천적 보편성과 적합성을 가진 공통과목‘성공적인 직업생활’과‘통합사회’를 대상으로, 해당 교과의 교과서에서 노동인권 관련 서술이 얼마나 이루어지고 있는지, 어떤 내용 요소를 중심으로 하고 있는지, 어떤 교육 목표를 지향하고 있는지를 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 활용하여 탐색하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교과서 내 노동인권교육은 내용 지식 전달이 여전히 높은 비율로 이루어지고 있고, 특히 법 지식 중심의 협의의 노동인권교육이 이루어지고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째, 노동과 근로의 용어 사용에 여전히 구분이 있고, 직업계 고등학교 학생들만을 대상으로 하는 과목인 성공적인 직업생활의 경우 근로, 근로자를 중심으로 서술되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 마지막으로, 직업계 고등학생의 노동인권 침해의 실질적 문제가 되는 현장실습과 관련한 내용은 미비함을 확인할 수 있었다. This study used textbook analysis to explore labor-rights education that vocational high-school students encounter in school. We investigated textbooks organized as "Integrated Social Studies" and specialized textbooks on "Successful Career Life", which have content and practical suitability for labor-rights education. We used text mining to analyze if and to what extent contents related to labor rights are addressed, what content elements are centered on, and what educational goals are aimed at. Our findings are as follows. First, the content knowledge transfer is still carried out at a high rate in textbooks, and narrowly structured labor-rights education centered on law and economy was noticeable in particular. Second, there is still a distinction in the use of terms between 노동 and 근로, and in the case of ‘Successful Career Life’, which is a subject only for vocational high-school students, its description is centered on 근로 and 근로자. Finally, the contents related to field training, which have been a core issue of vocational-school students’ infringement of labor rights, were largely limited.

        손가락에 발생한 섬유골성 가종양

        Fibro-osseous pseudotumor is an unusual ossifying fibro-proliferative lesion. Typically, this lesion affects the young adults, mainly women, and presents as a painful, localized, fusiform, and often erythematous swelling in the soft tissue of the fingers, especially the region of the proximal phalange. We present a case of fibro-osseous pseudotumor on the left index finger of a 22-year-old woman. Diagnosis was confirmed by histopathologic features, followed by complete excision of the lesion. At the 7-month follow-up, there was no recurrence. We suggest that fibro-osseous pseudotumor should be considered in the differential diagnosis of any digital mass.

        고에너지 밀링분말과 급속소결을 이용한 Ti-Nb-Zr-HA 생체복합재의 기계적 성질 및 생체적합성

        Ti-6Al-4V ELI (Extra Low Interstitial) alloy has been widely used as an alternative to bone due to its excellent biocompatibility. However, it still has many problems, including a high elastic modulus and toxicity. Therefore, nontoxic biomaterials with a low elastic modulus should be developed. However, the fabrication of a uniform coating is challenging. Moreover, the coating layer on Ti and Ti alloy substrates can be peeled off after implantation. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to produce bulk Ti and Ti alloy with hydroxyapatite (HA) composites. In this study, Ti, Nb, and Zr powders, which are biocompatible elements, were milled in a mixing machine (24h) and by planetary mechanical ball milling (1h, 4h, and 6h), respectively. Ti-35%Nb-7%Zr and Ti-35%Nb-7%Zr-10%HA composites were fabricated by spark plasma sintering (SPS) at $1000^{\circ}C$ under 70MPa using mixed and milled powders. The effects of HA addition and milling time on the biocompatibility and physical and mechanical properties of the Ti-35%Nb-7%Zr-(10%HA) alloys have been investigated. $Ti_2O$, CaO, $CaTiO_3$, and $Ti_xP_y$ phases were formed by chemical reaction during sintering. Vickers hardness of the sintered composites increases with increased milling time and by the addition of HA. The biocompatibilty of the HA added Ti-Nb-Zr alloys was improved, but the sintering ability was decreased.

        통전가압활성소결을 이용한 나노 결정립 Ti-35%Nb-7%Zr-10%CPP 복합재료의 미세조직 및 기계적 특성

        The aim of this study was to investigate microstructures and mechanical properties of nano-sized Ti-35 wt.%Nb-7 wt.%Zr-10 wt.%CPP composite fabricated by high energy mechanical milling (HEMM) and pulse current activated sintering (PCAS). Grain growth of the mechanically milled powder was prevented by performing PCAS. The principal advantages of calcium phosphate materials include: similarity in composition to the bone mineral, bioactivity, osteoconductivity and ability to form a uniquely strong interface with bone. The hardness and wear resistance property of nano-sized Ti-35 wt.%Nb-7 wt.%Zr-10 wt.%CPP composites increased with increasing milling time because of decreased grain-size of sintered composites.
