본 연구는 지적제도의 선진화를 위한 지적재조사사업 및 향후 신뢰성을 확보한 지적정보의 지속적인 생산, 유지·관리적 차원에서 논의되어야 하는 지적측량의 정확도와 관련한 법제도적인 측면에서의 논의이다. 향후 고품질의 지적정보 확보를 위해 지적측량 정확도 규정 개선을 위한 국내의 지적측량 정확도 관련 규정 그리고 외국(일본, 대만, 독일)의 지적측량 정확도 규정을 검토하여 그 시사점을 도출하였다. 연구를 통해 도출된 시사점으로서는 첫째, 지적기준점 및 지적경계 복원측량의 공정 및 그에 따른 정확도 기준 마련이 검토되어야 한다. 둘째, 지가 및 유지·관리의 효율성 극대화 관점에서 지역구분과 그에 따른 정확도 기준 마련이 검토되어져야 한다. 셋째, 위치오차를 비롯한 지적측량에서의 정확도 개 념의 정립 및 홍보가 이루어져야 한다. 넷째, 지상(필지)경계점 설치 및 유지 관리를 위한 법제도 정비의 필요성 등이다. This study discusses the accuracy and related legal aspects of cadastral surveying for ensuring the continued produce, maintenance, and management of reliable cadastral information in the next years as well as cadastral renovation project to advance this nation's cadastral system. Accordingly, this study attempts to help improve the provisions for cadastral accuracy necessary for constructing reliable cadastral information system presenting several suggestions by reviewing the accuracy of domestic cadastral surveying and the provisions of other nations including Japan, Taiwan, and Germany to ensure the accuracy of cadastral surveying. The first of the lessons concluded from the research is that it is important to establish cadastral reference points and the work processes and accuracy involving the recovery of cadastral boundaries. Second, it is needed to establish land prices and the division and accuracy of regional boundaries in order to achieve the maximum efficiency of maintenance and management. Third, it is also necessary to establish and promote the importance of accuracy in cadastral renovation projects including the works involving location errors. The fourth and last implication of this research is the necessity of organizing the legal system related to the implementation and maintenance of land boundaries.

본 연구에서는 지적교육의 이론적 고찰로서 지적교육의 개념 및 필요성을 제시하고, 지적교육의 변천과정에 대한 실태를 국가기관, 사립학교, 국내ㆍ외 실무기관으로 나누어 분석하고, 전반적인 지적교육의 발전사항을 구분 고찰함으로써 고등학교부터 전문대학, 종합대학교, 실무기관의 지적교육에 대한 성과 분석과 현황 및 문제점을 도출하고 개선방안을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이에 본 연구결과를 토대로 우리나라 지적교육의 발전방향을 모색하는데 기여할 것이다. In this study, the cadastral training of the theoretical considerations as the cadastral training of the concept and the need presented, and the cadastral training of the transition process, the actual conditions of the state agencies, private schools, domestic and foreign practice agencies share analysis, and overall the cadastral development of education information discussion to separate from high school by colleges, universities, organizations working on education and the cadastral status and identifying problem analysis and proposed improvement measures that are intended to. Based on the results of this study the cadastral Korea to contribute to the development of education is seeking direction.
