전력산업이 수요자중심의 서비스로 변함에 따라 전력정보에 대한 정확하고 실시간적 제공은 필수불가결한 요소가 되고 있다. 따라서 활용과 공용을 전제로 전력정보의 실시간 처리와 효율적 관리기술이 필요하다 하겠다. 본 논문은 전력산업 부가가치를 높일 수 있는 무한한 잠재력을 지닌 전략적 자산으로써 검침정보에 대한 저장 및 활용기술 설계 방안을 통해 전력부가서비스 산업이 한 단계 나아가기 위한 추진력을 제공할 것으로 기대한다.

In this study firstly we survey the calculation method and the characteristics of the way of estimating CBL(Customer BaseLine Load) that is important calculation tool for DRP internationally. Also we analyze the power consumption pattern using the 15 minutes load profiles of about 120,000 customers in domestic. Based on this pattern, we provide the CBL calculation method that can be utilized in DRP to save the cost, and analyze the accuracy of the CBL calculation proposed in this paper through the simulation.
밀×야생밀 속간잡종의 genomic in situ hybridization

Genomic in situ hybridization (GISH) was used to discriminate parental chromosomes of 3 intergeneric hybrids such as Triticum aestivum×Thinopyrum junceum, T. aestivum×Th. ponticum and T. aestivum×Leymus karelinii. Biotin labelled T. aestivum DNA was hybridized to the chromosomes of the three hybrids. In the hexaploid (2n=6x=42) T. aestivum×Th. junceum, 21 chromosomes with origin of T. aestivum were observed yellow-green, and the rest were orange-red. 21 yellow-green chromosomes and 35 orange-red ones were observed in the octaploid (2n=8x=56) T. aestivum×Th. ponticum, while the heptaploid (2n=7x=47) T. aestivum×L. karelinii was clearly distinguished as having 21 yellowgreen and 28 red chromosomes. Some of 35 orange-red chromosomes of Th. ponticum have bands with yellow-green, indicating that some regions of chromosomes of Th. ponticum were hybridized with T. aestivum DNA used as probe. The results showed that GISH could identify chromosomes of different origin from the hybrids.

전력산업이 전력회사 중심에서 고객 중심의 비즈니스 서비스로 변함에 따라 고객의 요구 충족을 위한 고기능 전력정보서비스 제공의 필요성이 점차적으로 증대되고 또한 데이터 중심에서 정보, 지식 등 특화된 분석정보 제공은 필수불가결한 요소가 되고 있다. 따라서 효율적 활용과 공용을 전제로 검침데이터에 대한 실시간 처리와 효율적 통합관리기술이 필요하다 하겠다. 본 논문은 전력산업 부가가치를 높일 수 있는 무한한 잠재력을 지닌 전략적 자산으로서 검침데이터에 대한 정확한 처리와 효율적 지원으로 고객서비스의 질을 한 차원 높이는 동기를 마련하는 한편, AMR 데이터의 활용과 이용효율성을 극대화하는 방안을 제시하며, 현재 적극적으로 추진되고 있는 전력부사서비스 산업의 활성화에 효과적으로 이용될 것으로 기대한다.

Recent power industries are to be progressed as moving into horizontal markets and expanding of competitive systems through promoting SmartGrid. In these environments, the information on power consumers leads to establish a part of power markets through active and real-time participations instead of participating it as a passive manner presented by a vertical integration. Also, such information should be established as a way that effectively reflects changes and market behaviors occurred in power market participants. Therefore, in this study, a method that develops consumer information models, performs integrated managements, implements registration and distribution, and forms integrated management centers is presented to commonly use the consumer information according to the change in the environment of power industries.

A soybean cultivar for soy-paste, ‘Hwangkeumol’, was developed from the cross between SS92414 (crossing line of ‘Pokwangkong’ and ‘Suwon163’) and ‘Hwaeomputkong’ by soybean breeding team in the National Institute of Crop Science (NICS) in 2010. A promising line, SS99409-2B-11-5-4, was selected and designated as the name of ‘Milyang202’. It was prominent and had good result from regional adaptation yield trials for three years from 2008 to 2010 and released as the name of ‘Hwangkeumol’. It has a determinate growth habit, white flower, gray pubescence, yellow seed coat, yellow hilum, spherical seed shape and large seed (28.6 grams per 100 seeds). Maturity date of ‘Hwangkeumol’ was as early as September 15th. Therefore it is suitable for double cropping system. ‘Hwangkeumol’ was resistant to bacterial pustule and resistant to soybean mosaic virus, the major soybean diseases in Korea and tolerant to lodging in fields. The average yield of ‘Hwangkeumol’ was 2.51 ton per hectare in the regional yield trials carried out for three years from 2008 to 2010.

A new intelligent power network (Smart Grid) that grafts some new technologies, such as the extension of the new and reproducible energy, electric motors, and electric storages, onto the regulation of green house gases according to the recent convention on climate changes has been actively promoted. As establishing such an intelligent power network, it is possible to implement a real-time rate system according to the change from the conventional single directional information transmission to the bidirectional information transmission. Such a real-time rate system can provide power during the chip rate hour by avoiding the high rate hour although customers use the same level of power through providing such real-time rate information including power generation costs. In this study, the establishment of an operating system that makes an effective use of the real-time rate system and its operation method are to be proposed.
