        투어말린과 티타늄 심리스 웨어의 운동 후 다이어트 효과

        The purpose of this research was to verify the weight loss effects including changes in body composition and thermography with wearing Seamless made by Tourmaline and Titanium after exercise. Subjects were 7 female college freshman students who majoring in physical education and they weared 2 different types of clothing during the study. The measurement variables were the changes of fat mass, muscles mass, weight and thermography in the region of pectoralis major muscle, external abdominal oblique muscle, and erector spinae muscle. These were measured at stable state, 60 minutes after sit-up exercise, and 60 minutes after taking off the cloth. Collected data were analyzed by the repeated measure analysis ANOVA using PASW statistics 18. As a result, A-type cloth, which is added with Tourmaline and Titanium significantly decreased the body fat in 120 minutes after exercise and decreased the body heat immediately after the exercise and then increased consistently during a resting period (120 minutes). This indicates that A-type cloth was more efficient for weight loss.

        사상체질별 수면시간에 따른 비만, 체력 및 골밀도에 관한 연구

        According to the existing research works, there exists a difference in body composition, physical strength, and obesity, bone density by Sasang constitution, and with the recent report that sleep duration have something to do with obesity, research works on sleep are being done in many fields actually. Thus, this research, targeting the female college students in Korea, is aimed at looking into the difference in measuring variables(physique, bone density, obesity, body composition, and physical strength) followed by slee duration (hours/day) by Sasang constitution. For data processing, this research analyzed by ANOVA with the aim of verifying the difference between sleep duration by Sasang constitution using PASW Statistics 18.0, and differences between means were determined using scheffe`s protected least significant difference as a post hoc test. The results are as follows: there appeared a difference in physique(Height), bone quality index, body-water, abdominal fat, muscle-mass, and muscular power(grasping power) according to Sasang constitution and sleep duration. In addition, the detailed results of the difference between sleep duration by Sasang constitution are as follows: 1. In case of weight, In case of Taeumin, > 5 S-DG(sleep Duration Group) showed significantly higher weight than < 9 S-DG, and BMI < 5 S-DG appeared significantly smaller the < 6-7 S-DG. 2. In case of Soyangin, < 5 SDG showed significantly higher PEI than 6~7 S-DG and 7~8 S-DG. 3. In case of Soeumin, > 9 S-DG showed significantly smaller fat mass than 7~8 S-DG. In consideration of such results, this research reached the conclusion that physique, bone density, obesity, body composition, and physical strength appear different according to Sasang constitution and sleep duration, and the variables showing a difference according to sleep duration by Sasang constition are different. Through the study process of it, this research suggested that it is possible to consider Sasang constitution in the follow-up research work related to sleep.

        여대생의 체력, 신체조성, 비만에 대한 사상체질과 좌식시간의 상호작용분석

        본 연구는 여대생의 체력, 신체조성, 비만에 대한 사상체질과 좌식시간의 상호작용을 알아봄으로써, 사상체질별 좌식시간에 따른 체력, 신체조성, 비만에 대한 차이를 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상자는 총 384명(20.602.01세)으로 사상체질 분석프로그램(QSCCⅡ)을 이용한 결과 소양인 120명, 소음인 120명, 태음인 55명, 태양인 0명으로 분류하였다. 좌식시간 차이에 따라 5시간 미만, 6~9시간, 10시간 이상으로 집단을 구분하였으며, 체력, 비만요인, 신체조성을 측정하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 18.0 통계프로그램을 사용하여 이원변량분석(Two-way ANOVA)을 실시하였다. 주효과에 대한 집단 간 차이를 알아보기 위한 사후검증은 Scheffe를 이용하였다. 그 결과, 여대생의 체력, 비만, 신체조성에 대한 모든 변인에서 사상체질과 좌식시간의 상호작용 효과는 없었다. 따라서 사상체질별 좌식시간에 대한 차이는 알 수 없었다. 이에 각 독립변인별 차이를 알아본 결과, 사상체질에 따라 체력과 비만, 신체조성에 차이가 나타났으며(근력: 태음>소음, 심폐지구력: 소양>태음; 비만 및 신체조성: 태음>소음, 소양), 좌식시간에서는 체력 부분에서만(근지구력: 5h>6~9h>10h, 심폐지구력: 5h>6~9h, 10h; 근력: 5h>10h) 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 여대생의 체력, 비만, 신체조성은 사상체질과 좌식시간의 상호작용 효과가 아닌 좌식시간, 사상체질 각각의 독립변인별 영향을 받음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 체력, 비만에 있어서 사상체질별로 다른 운동프로그램의 필요성과 접근 방법이 다름을 시사하며, 차후 여대생의 비만과 체력에 관한 다양한 사상체질 연구와 더불어 타당한 좌식시간 측정방법에 관한 연구가 이뤄져야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the interaction effect between Sa-sang constitution and sedentary time on physical fitness, obesity, and body composition of female college students. The reason was to figure out whether there was a difference in physical fitness, obesity, and body composition depending on Sa-sang constitution and sedentary time. The study subjects were 384 female college students (20.60 ± 2.01 years old), and they were classified by the Sa-sang constitution analysis program (QSCCⅡ): So-yangin 120, So-eumin 120, Tae-eumin 55, and Tae-yangin 0. Depending on the difference of weekday-daily average sedentary time, subjects were divided into 3 groups, below 5 hours, 6 to 9 hours and more than 10 hours, and physical fitness, obesity factors, and body composition were measured. For data processing, two-way ANOVA was performed using the SPSS 18.0 statistics program. Scheffe`s post-hoc method was utilized for major effect. All the significance levels used in the statistical analyses were less than 5%. The study results revealed that there was no interaction effect between Sa-sang constitution and sedentary time on physical fitness, obesity, body composition. In conclusion, Sa-sang constitution and sedentary time are independently related to physical fitness, obesity and body composition. In Sa-sang constitution (Muscular strength : Tae-eumin>Soeumin; Cardiorespiratory fitness : Soyangin >Tae-eumin; Obesity & Body composition: Tae-eumin >Soeumin, Soyangin). Additionally, physical fitness showed a significant difference depending on sedentary time (Muscular endurance : 5h > 6~9h > 10h; Cardiorespiratory fitness : 5h > 6~9h, 10h; Muscular strength: 5h > 10h). Female college students` physical fitness, obesity and body composition are affected not by the interaction effect between Sa-sang constitution and sedentary time but by each independent variables, Sa-sang constitution and sedentary time. The results of this research suggested that female college students` exercise programs will be developed by Sa-sang constitution and should be used to accurately measure for sedentary time.

        여대생의 행복지수와 자살충동지수에 영향을 미치는 신체활동과 체력요인

        This research looked into the impact of physical activity on the levels of happiness and suicidal impulses of female Korean university students, and factors of physical activity and physical fitness that affect their happiness and Scale for suicide Ideation(SSI), thereby coming to the following conclusion. It was found that it is good to have heavy exercise once a week, mid-exercise three times a week or muscle exercise at least three times a week, and walk one to two hours a day and more than 30 minutes during weekends to enhance one’s happiness. Also, it was discovered that having less sedentary lifestyle helps enhance happiness and decrease SSI. In addition, having physical education twice a week was proven to improve one’s happiness, emphasizing the importance of PE class in university. One’s level of physical activity is related with their habits. Therefore, it was concluded that we can enhance female university student’s level of happiness by changing their mind sets positively about physical activity to have them make it a habit to exercise often, and by encouraging them to participate actively in physical education. Hence, diverse daily exercise and exercise programs that are fun and interesting are needed. On top of this, more detailed research should be conducted later on to find out whether diverse exercises and physical activities directly influence female university students’ happiness and suicidal impulses.

        지식재산권 창출을 위한 체육측정평가 KIP 교수-학습 모듈 개발의 타당화

        체육측정도구를 살펴보면 매우 노후되었거나 다른 나라로부터 수입되어 값비싼 로열티를 지불하는 기자재들이 대부분이다. 본 연구는 체육교육 현장에서 타당성과 신뢰성이 떨어지는 측정도구의 문제점들을 파악하고, 새로운 아이디어를 결합한 도구를 지식재산으로 창출하기 위해 체육측정평가 KIP 교수-학습 모듈을 개발하며, 역할을 제시함으로써 그 타당성을 제시하고자 하였다. KIP 교수-학습 모듈을 개발하기 위한 교육과정은 다음과 같다. 먼저 A대학 체육교육과 체육측정평가 수강생 30명을 2~4명씩 9개조로 편성하여 학생들에게 2014년 3월 중 3주간에 걸쳐 체력측정평가에 대한 개념 및 이해와 체력측정 실습교육을 하였고, 마지막 주 800여 명을 직접 체력측정 한 후 측정기자재에 대한 타당성 및 신뢰성에 대한 토론을 하여 그 문제점을 찾아내었으며, 3주간에 걸쳐 그룹별로 아이디어 회의를 하였다. KIP교수-학습 모듈은 1단계: 도입(이론이해 및 실습), 2단계: 기준근거의 기자재 탐색, 3단계: 선행기술조사, 4단계: 특허출원 후 발표, 5단계: 평가 단계로 개발되었는데, 9개조 모두 직접 특허출원 및 실용신안 등록에 성공하였다. 측정도구에 관하여 제기될 수 있는 공통의 문제점은 성별, 연령, 체형, 자재의 재료, 형태, 사용편리 등 체력 측정에 대한 도구의 타당성 및 신뢰성에 대한 것이다. KIP 교육과정은 학생들이 배운 지식을 통해 아이디어를 도출하고 지식재산을 창출하기 위한 특허출원과정을 거침으로써 학습자의 성취감은 물론 자신들의 아이디어를 보호받고 가치창출로 이어질 수 있는 가능성에 대하여 배울 수 있으므로 차후 이 모듈에 대한 기준 점검이 요구된다. In terms of measurement tools in physical education, most pieces of the measurement equipment are very time-worn or imported - expensive royalty fees are paid to im KIP Teaching-Learning Module of measurement and evaluation in physical education and presenting the roles. The education course for developing the module was aport them. This study intends to solve the problem. Specifically, it intends to create a new tool combined with new ideas as an intellectual property by grasping the problems of the tools with low validity and reliability used for measuring physical strength in the physical education field, where measurements and evaluations are performed. Furthermore, it intends to present the validity by developing s follows. First, 30 attendees of the course ‘Measurement and Evaluation in Physical Education’ of the Department of Physical Education of University A were divided into 9 groups of 2-4 members. They received education about the concept of the measurement and evaluation of physical strength, came to have an understanding of the concept, and practised physical strength measurement for 3 weeks during March 2014. They measured the physical strength about 500 people during the last week, discussed the validity and reliability of the measurement equipment, and found out the problems. The module was developed through a total of 5 steps (1st: beginning theory understanding and practising; 2nd: the exploration of equipment that is based on standard; 3rd: prior art search; 4th: announcing after the patent applications; 5th: evaluation). All the students who belong to the 9 groups succeeded in the patent applications and utility model patent registrations themselves. The problems common to the measurement tools are the validity and reliability of the physical strength measurement tools - the validity and reliability related to genders, ages, body shapes, materials, shapes, convenience for use, etc. The KIP education course can provide an opportunity for learners to learn about the possibilities of protection of their ideas and the possibilities of ultimate value creation as well as provide a sense of accomplishment to them, through the patent application process for coming up with ideas using the obtained knowledge and for creating intellectual properties. Future, This module requires a check on evaluation Criteria.

        의식적 호흡조절법이 운동후 회복속도에 미치는 효과

        In order to analyze the effect of the voluntary respiratory control used in the traditional martial art `Taek-Gyun`, which is being called `Son-Shim-Nae-Ki Yul-Sae-Gae Du Bun` on the recovery time after the exercise, a master of the martial art was chosen as a subject, and change of the heart rate and respiration of the subject were analyed through the qualitative approach via the method of A-B-A-B design in the single subject designs. The results are as followings. 1. The change of heart rate In general, the heart rate sharply decreases between 1 and 3 minutes after the rest starts, when the subject in the phase of base line. In the phase of treatment, where the voluntary respiratory control was applied immediately after the exercise, the same pattern of the change was observed. On the contrary, prominent difference in the rate of HR change was observed between the phase of base line and the phase of treatment. In the phase of treatment, the rate of HR change (as compared to the HR right after the exercise) decreased faster than in the phase of base line: 5%, 3%, 9%, 5%, after 1, 2, 3, 5 minutes, respectively. The rate of the recovery (as compared to the HR before the exercise) after 25 minute was 58% in the phase of treatment while it was 53% in the phase of base line. 2. The change of respiration In the phase of base line, the pattern of the respiration change was very similar to the one of the HR change. This indicates that the relation between HR and respiration changes is proportional. This change pattern was also similarly observed when the voluntary respiratory control was applied immediately after the exercise.

        사상체질 태음인과 소음인의 제지방, 골밀도, 근력 간 모델과 경로비교

        본 연구에서는 사상체질 태음인과 소음인의 제지방, 골밀도가 근력에 영향을 미치는 정도에 대한 차이를 알아보기 위하여 선행연구를 토대로 요인들 간 관계 모델을 설정하고, 다중집단의 경로계수를 비교하여 그 차이를 알아보았다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 제지방과 골밀도 근력 간 모델에 있어서 여대생 전체 표집표본과 비슷한 체질은 태음인이었고, 소음인 모델과는 차이가 있었다. 또한 태음인과 소음인 모델 간 역시 차이가 있었다. 이후 경로 간 차이 분석에서 제지방이 발목의 골밀도와 근력에 영향을 미치는 정도는 체질에 따라 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 그러나 발목의 골밀도가 악력에 영향을 미치지는 않았다. 이것으로 제지방량은 근력에 영향을 미치지만 골밀도와 근력 간 관계에 있어서는 측정부위의 일치에 관한 타당성이 확보되어야 함을 알았다. 따라서 차후 제지방, 골밀도와 근력 관계에 관한 연구에서는 측정하고자 하는 부위의 동일성이 확보되어야 한다. 또한 연구대상자 선정에 있어서도 체질은 고려할 만한 충분한 가치가 있다고 생각된다. This research, is aimed at looking at the difference in the influential extent of fat-free and bone density of Sasang constitution based Taeum and soeum types on physical strength by setting up the relation model between factors on the basis of the precedent research works and conducting equivalence test between path coefficients of a multi-group. The research results are as follows: Among the models between fat-free, bone density and physical strength, the constitution similar to all samples of female college students was found to be Taeum type and there existed a difference from the model for Soeum physiological type. In addition. There also existed a difference between the models for Taeum type and Soeum type. Afterwards, in the analysis of difference between paths, there appeared a significant difference in the influential extent of fat-free on the bone density and grasping power of the ankle according to constitution. However, the bone density of the ankle didn`t have an effect on grasping power. By this, this research discovered that the validity on the consistency in the part for measurement should be secured in the relations between bone density and muscular strength. In addition, even in the selection of research subjects, it is believed that constitution is adequately deserved to be considered.

        노인전담 여성체육지도자의 리더십역량이 직무만족에 미치는 영향력 분석

        The purpose of this study is to provide basic materials for developing leadership programs in order to enhance the instructors` level of satisfaction at work by analyzing the effect that the leadership of female sports instructors who are in charge of the aged has on satisfaction at work. For this purpose, a survey was executed as sampling 147 female sports instructors in charge of the aged throughout Korea and several conclusions are drawn as follows:First, as a result of correlation analysis between leadership and satisfaction at work, it is revealed that there is a positive(+) correlation between leadership and three factors for satisfaction at work namely, attitude, colleagues, seniors and seniority allowance while there is no significant correlation between leadership and other two factors for satisfaction at work namely, financial reward and welfare. Second, with respect to satisfaction at working attitude, it seems to have a significant effect on self-management factor and trust factor of self-assurance, creative innovation, communication, and power factor of empowerment. Third, with respect to satisfaction at colleagues, it is revealed that colleagues have a significant effect on knowledge power factor of creative innovation and synergy factor of empowerment. Fourth, with respect to satisfaction at seniors, it is shown that seniors have a significant effect on knowledge power factor of creative innovation and verbal factor of communication. Fifth, with respect to satisfaction at seniority allowance, it is shown that seniority allowance has a significant effect on knowledge power factor of creative innovation and no-verbal factor of communication. As a consequence, since it is revealed that the leadership of female sports instructors who are in charge of the aged has a significant effect on satisfaction at work, the detailed educating programs, which are suggested in this study, should be developed in order to enhance their level of satisfaction at work.
