In this paper, in order to derive a basic feature of FMS, case study of the major domestic FMS are performed. After investigation, 10 main menus and 58 sub-menus are established for super tall building. Derived from the standard features, 20 selected pilot functions are selected then its user interface of function and maintenance of super tall building are designed. The characteristics of super tall buildings with one screen and also BIM capabilities are shown in a FMS user interface. Implementation of the standard features have been validated through a pilot test. This system will be applied to a Intiland building located in Indonesia.

In this paper, demand side resources and economics are analyzed based on 100 domestic building’s power usage data in 2011. In order to participate in demand side management or response program, there is a barrier of a large amount of capacity reduction. The demand side resources in domestic are focused on industrial area but there is a need to find a variety of demand side resources from buildings. To find demand side resources, power usage and existing power equipment are investigated and analyzed for actual office buildings. The result says that an emergency generator operated at no load condition for maintenance during 12.9 hours per month. Considering demand side resource, it is identified that participating demand response program and economic evaluation are secured at the same time.

The dog breeding kennel bacterial infection are very significant in perinatal mortality. In many case, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus, and Escherichia coli were infected in intra-uterine or by the genital tract to the puppies, and they are cause of septicemic death of the puppies and clinical mastitis of bitch, leading to septicemic death of newborn puppies. Severe mastitis due to bacterial infection was diagnosed in a 2 year-old female Brittany Spaniel which loss 6 puppies with odor small rice sharp white diarrhea of nine puppies. Bright curd milk and intestinal sample were inoculated on MacConkey agar, blood agar and brain heart infusion agar, and incubated at 37°C for 24-48 hrs. Gram negative colonies isolated from these sample which were characterized as Glu, Ure, H2S, Orn, Cit, and Cl, and were identified by Microscan Walk- Aways Baxter, American Type Culture Collection, USA) as Proteus mirabils. The isolate was more sensitive to ampicillin, gentamicin, cefoxitin, cefuroxime, and cefazidime. In this results, we confirmed that cause bacteria of septicemic death in puppies was P. mirabilis.

In a flocks of broiler, 29 days old, was submitted to Iksan-branch, Livestock Development and Research Institute of Chonbuk province. Grossly, their feathers were ruffled and multiful hemorrhage were presented in the thigh and pectoral muscles. There were multifocal foci on the liver surface and enlarged and edematous on bursa of Fabricius. The coagulative materials, which were blood-tinged, were filled in cecum, and Eimeria oocysts were detected in the cecal contents. Microscopically, macrogametes were noted in the cecum, degeneration and necrosis of lymphocytes in the medullary area of bursal follicles, and multifocal necrosis of hepatocytes. There were positive in the infectious bursal disease(IBD) through selologic test and Salmonella gallinarum were detected. This report is a mixed infection case of coccidium, IBD and fowl typhoid in a flocks of broiler.

This paper gives an economic analysis of gridable sea water reverse osmosis plant. To show economic efficiency of suggested gridable seawater reverse osmosis plant, production cost of potable water of 20 cities in Korea is used. The result shows that 3/4 cities has economic efficiency.

This paper gives a basic concept of gridable sea water reverse osmosis plant. Regarding energy efficiency for SWRO plant, traditional operation only considered plant itself. In this research, Electric Operation based on demand response is mainly focused to achieve SWRO operation cost reduction. To prove suggested approach, 10 MIGD SWRO Test-bed operation data is used. The result shows 200 million won opeartion cost reduction.

본 논문에서는, 제주지역 전력계통에 설치되는 에너지 저장장치의 경제성을 분석하였다. 본 논문에서 검토한 내용은, 현재 운영 중인 제주지역 내 발전소의 고정비와 변동비를 기준으로 에너지 저장장치의 고정비와 변동비를 비교한 것이다. 비교분석결과를 통해 에너지저장장치가 경제성 측면에서 이점이 있다는 것을 보여주었다. 에너지저장 장치는 유리한 경제성과 함께 신뢰도 측면에서도 좋은 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다. In this paper, economic analysis of Energy Storage System for power system is performed. Economic analysis is performed to show the benefits of Energy Storage System. Results illustrate the advantages of Energy Storage System not only acting as an alternative generation resource but also giving a better reliability and stability in power system.

미래에 예측되는 수요를 보다 바랑직한 방향으로 개선하고자 시행하는 제반활동을 의미하는 전력수요관리는 고유가와 온실가스 문제가 큰 현안이 펀 지금의 상황에 비추어 볼 때 그 중요성이 날로 커지고 있다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 현재의 수요관리 시스템은 하계의 수급문제 해결에 그 초점이 맞춰져 있으며, 현재 문제가 되고 있는 동계 전력수급문제에 대해서는 특별한 관리 대책이 없는 상황이다 따라서 동계 수요관리를 위한 수요관리자원 발굴 작업이 시급하며, 그 대책중의 하나로 PV(Photovoltaics) DSM(Demand Side Management)를 제안하고, 실제 건물에 적용 시 그 효과에 대하여 알아보았다.

최근의 세계적인 환경규제 강화 및 에너지절감 추세에 따라 전기자동차(Electric Vehicle)에 대한 요구가 점차 증가되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 4차 전력수급 기본계획에 따른 에너지 및 피크증가량과, 전기자동차 보급률에 따른 전력사용량을 비교하여 전력계통에 미칠 수 있는 영향에 대하여 알아보고 그에 대한 해결책으로 유연하고 강인성이 뛰어난 Smartgrid의 필요성을 제시 하였다.
