본 논문에서는 필기체 한글에서 접촉된 자모를 분리하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 자모 분리는 우성 특징점을 추출한 후 초성자음을 분리해서 초성자음의 크기에 따라 6형식 중 하나의 형식을 추론한 다음 자모영역을 퍼지화하여 종모음, 횡모음, 종성자음을 분리하는 방법으로 행한다. 자모가 접촉되어 있을 때 새로운 형태의 자모가 생성되어 있는 경우가 많이 때문에 정확한 분리가 되지 않아 오인식이 일어나게 된다. 이것을 완화시키기 위해 자모의 영역을 퍼지화하여 자모를 분리할 때 그 기준으로 삼아 정확한 자모분리를 하는 데 있다. 본 실험의 결과 만족한 자모 분리들을 보였다.
유리와 PET 기판에 잉크젯 인쇄된 실버 도선의 레이저 소결

잉크젯으로 인쇄된 실버 도선의 레이저 소결에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 요구적출(DOD) 방식의 잉크젯 프린터를 이용하여 서로 다른 두께의 유리와 PET 기판에 실버 나노 잉크를 이용한 미세 도선을 인쇄하였으며, 인쇄된 실버 도선에 집광된 레이저 빔을 조사하여 소결하였다. 레이저 강도와 조사시간을 달리하여 소결된 실버 도선의 비저항을 측정하였으며, 오븐을 이용한 소결 처리 결과와 비교하였다. 단순화된 이론식으로부터 레이저 강도, 조사 시간, 표면 반사율 및 기판의 물성에 따른 온도 증가를 추산하였으며, 추산된 온도 증가와 레이저 소결에 의한 전기전도도 향상의 관계에 대하여 논의하였다. In this study, the laser sintering of inkjet-printed silver lines was evaluated. Silver-nanoparticle ink and a drop-ondemand (DOD) inkjet printer were used for printing on glass and polyethylene terephthalate (PET) substrates with various thicknesses. To sinter the printed silver nanoparticles, the silver layer printed on the transparent substrates was irradiated by focused CW laser beams that were incident normal to the substrates; the irradiation was carried out for various beam intensities and for various irradiation times. The electrical conductivity of the laser-sintered silver patterns was measured and compared with the conductivity of silver patterns sintered by using an oven. The increase in the temperature caused by laser irradiation was also calculated on the basis of the laser beam intensity, irradiation time, surface reflectivity, and thermophysical property of the substrate in order to estimate the increase in the electrical conductivity caused by laser sintering.

Polymer thick film capacitors were successfully fabricated by using ink-jet printing and screen printing technology. First, a bottom electrode was patterned by ink-jet printing of a nano-sized silver ink. Next, a dielectric layer was formed by the screen printing, then a top electrode was pattern by ink-jet printing of a nano-sized silver ink. The printed area of the dielectric layers were changed into 2×2㎡ and 4×2㎡, and also the area of the electrodes were patterned with 1×3㎟ and 1×3㎟. The thickness of the printed dielectric layer was ranged from 1.1 to 1.4㎛. The analysis of capacitances verified that the capacitances was proportional to the area of the printed electrode. The capacitances of the fabricated capacitors resulted in one third of the calculated capacitances.
기판의 재질과 두께가 인쇄된 실버 패턴의 레이저 소결에 미치는 영향

In this latter, the process of printing and laser curing of nanoparticle solutions was investigated. A drop-on-demand (DOD) inkjet process is utilized to print electrically conducting line patterns from a suspension of silver nanoparticles. The ultra fine particles in the suspension have a diameter size range of 50㎚. Micro droplets of 10 pl volume are generated and deposited on a moving substrate. Focused laser irradiation is utilized in order to cure the nanoparticles to form continuous, electrically conducting silver lines on the glass and PET substrate. Scanning electron microscopy have been employed to investigate the topology of the cured line. Results on the effect of the substrate material and thickness, which is directly related th the electrical conductivity, are reported.
잉크 및 기판 특성 변화에 따른 잉크젯 프린팅 패턴의 형상 분석

Inkjet technology has various merits as a direct patterning process in plenty of industrial applications, but critical issue such as coffee ring effect should be overcome for the application to an industrial manufacturing process. In this paper, we introduced the morphological analysis of inkjet printed pattrerns on the characristics of inks and substrates. In case of Triethlene Glycol Monoethly Ether based ink, the coffee ring effect was observed. However, an ethanol based ink showed the round shaped morphology under the same printing conditions and surface conditions. An ink consisted of the solvent with high boiling point results in coffee ring effect. This experimental results showed that the morphological change of the printed droplet is caused by the main solvent of ink, rather than the metal content, viscosity and surface tension.
