        필터의 개발을 통한 해수 육상수조식 양식장의 환경개선에 관한 연구 II. 필터 운행에 따른 유입수 및 배출수의 정화효과

        육상 수조식 양식장의 유입수에 망목 60$\mu$m 스크린필터 및 조사량 0.5 mWS/$cm^2$ 자외선등, 배출수에 망목 90 $\mu$m 드럼필터를 설치$\cdot$운행하여 어류사육수조의 유입수와 배출수의 정화효과를 검토하였다. 유입 수에 60$\mu$m 스크린필터와 조사량 0.5 mWS/$cm^2$의 UV, 배출수에 90 $\mu$m 드럼필터의 설치$\cdot$운행에 따른 수온, 염분, $NO_3-N,\;NO_2-N,\;NH_4-N,\;PO_4-P$, DO 및 COD에 대한 정화효과는 인정되지 않았다. 그러나, 유입수에 60$\mu$m스크린필터의 설치$\cdot$운행에 의한 부유물질과 탁도는 각각 $48.7\~65.6\%$ (평균, $52.8\%$), $33.3\~42.5\%$ (평균, $35.9\%$)가 제거되었고, 조사량 0.5 mWS/$cm^2$의 UV의 설치$\cdot$운행에 따른 세균 및 비브리오 균수는 각각 $16.7\~20.2\%$ (평균, $19.2\%$), $20.0\~21.9\%$ (평균, $20.9\%$)가 살균되었다. 또한, 배출수에 90 $\mu$m 드럼필터의 설치에 따라 부유물질은 $42.7\~52.6\%$ (평균 $46.9\%$), 탁도는 $27.7\~29.9\%$ (평균 $28.3\%$)의 제거효율을 나타내었다. This study was conducted to evaluate the purification efficacy by filter and ultra violet (UV) irradiation against inlet and outlet seawater of the land based fish farm. Purification efficacies for inlet seawater (50$\ell$/min) has been examined with filter of 60$\mu$m pore size and UV irradiation at an average dose 0.5 mWS/$cm^2$ for 5 months. For outlet seawater filter of 90 $\mu$m pore size only was used. Temperature, salinity, pH, $NO_3-N,\;NO_2-N,\;NH_4-N,\;PO_4-P$, DO and COD of inlet and outlet seawater in the system were not influenced. However, the removing rate of suspended solid and turbidity of inlet seawater were appeared to be $48.7\~65.6\%$ (average $51.9\%$) and $33/3\~42/5\%$ (average $34.8\%$) after passing through screen filter respectively. Also, germicidal efficiency to the total bacteris and Vibrio species were $16.7\~20.2\%$ (average $19.2\%$) $20.0\~21.9\%$ (average $20.9\%$) respectively after passing through UV irradiation. After passing through drum filter of 90$\mu$m pore size, suspended solid and turbidity of outlet seawater were appeared to be $42.7\~52.6\%$ (average $46.9\%$), $27.7\~29.9\%$ (average $28.3\%$), respectively.

        꽃게, Portunus trituberculatus의 생존, 섭이활동 및 대사률에 미치는 빈산소와 황화수소의 복합적 영향

        日本 瀨戶內海의 빈산소수괴의 형성에 따른 황화수소의 발생이 꽃게, Portunus trituberculatus의 자원량이 미치는 영향을 간접적으로 파악하기 위하여 이들의 생존, 섭이활동 및 대사률에 미치는 빈산소와 황화수소의 복합적 영향에 관한 실험을 하였다. 빈산소조건에서 꽃게의 생존, 섭이활동 및 대사률은 용존산소가 각각 2.14, 1.41, 및 3.35 mg/l에서 유의한 저하가 인정되었다. 또한 복합 조건하에서 꽃게의 생존율은 용존산소 1.86 mg/l이하와 황화수소농도 12,35㎍/l, 섭이활동은 용존산소 1.86 mg/l이하와 황화수소농도 12.35 ㎍/l, 대사률은 용존산소 2.97 mg/l이하와 13.12 ㎍/l의 황화수소농도에서 유의한 저하를 나타내었다. 아울러 용존산소 1.86 mg/l이하와 황화수소농도 12,35 ㎍/l의 복합 조건하에서는 빈산소조건하에 비해 그들의 생존과 섭이활동율이 한층더 감소하였다. 꽃게의 서식지인 瀨戶內海의 각 해역에서는 하기의 용존산소량과 황화수소가 각각 2.0 mg/l이하, 15 ㎍/l이상이 보고되고 있어 이곳에 서식하는 꽃게의 자원량의 감소가 예상된다. Experiments were carried out to examine the combined effects of hypoxia and hydrogen sulfide on survival, feeding activity and metabolic rata of Blue crab, Portunus trituberculatus. Survival rate of the crab was significantly affected by ≤2.14 mg/l dissolved oxygen, and feeding activity was also reduced below 1.41 mg/l dissolved oxygen. Metabolic rate rate of the crab exposed to hypoxia (≤3.35 mg/l) was significantly reduced than that exposed to normoxia. The combined effects of hypoxia (≤1.86 mg/l) and hydrogen sulfide (12.35 ㎍/l) on the survival rate were highly toxic than each single effect. Feeding activity was also decreased by the combined exposure to ≤1.86 mg/l dissolved oxygen and 12.35 ㎍/l hydrogen sulfide compared with single effect.

        필터의 개발을 통한 해수 육상수조직 양식장의 환경개선에 관한 연구 3. 스크린필터 및 자외선 등의 운행에 따른 사육수의 정화효과

        This study was conducted to evaluate the purification efficiency in rearing water of the land based fish farm by screen filter and ultra violet (W) irradiation. Purification efficiency for rearing seawater has been examined with screen filter of 60㎛ pore size and UV irradiation at dose of 0.5 mWS/㎠ for 5 months. Purification efficiency by changing of temperature, salinity, pH, DO, total bacteria and Vibrio species in rearing seawater by filtering and UV irradiation were not significant during 5 months. However, the removing rate of suspended solid and turbidity of rearing seawater were 43.8∼45.6% (average, 44.7%) and 29.2~33.3% (average, 31.3%) by filtering, respectively. Also, Purification efficiency for the NO₃^- -N, NO₂^- -N, NH₄^+ -N and PO₄^(3-) -P were 21.3∼21.9% (average, 21.6%), 24.1∼25.2% (average, 24.7%), 17.6∼17.8% (average, 17.7%) and 19.0∼20.4% (average, 19.7%) respectively by the system used on this study.

        빈산소와 철에 대한 넙치 , Paralichthys olivaceus 의 생태생리적 반응 및 회복

        This study is to find out the effects of various iron concentrations on growth, feeding and feed efficiency of olive flounder, Paralichthys olivaceus. The growth rate, feeding rate and feed efficiency of olive flounder in each experiments were represented by the relative value. The relative growth rate and relative feed efficiency of olive flounder were kept almost constant below the iron concentration of 1.0 ㎎/ℓ, but were significantly decreased above the 5.0 ㎎/ℓ iron concentration. The growth rate, feeding rate and feed efficiency of olive flounder exposed to 10.0 ㎎/ℓ iron concentration were significantly decreased than that exposed to normal condition. From these results, it could be concluded that the high level of 5.0 ㎎/ℓ iron concentration in the bottom water would curtail production of olive flounder in coastal area.

        Pentachlorophenol 노출에 따른 넙치, Paralichthys olivaceus의 혈액성분의 변화

        Experiments were carried out to determine the hematological changes in olive flounder, Paralichthys olivaceus, after sub-chronic dietary pentachlorophenol (PCP) concentrations (0, 0.1, 0.5 and 1.0 mg/kg) exposure 6 weeks. The RBC count, Ht and Hb were significantly decreased in PCP 0.5 mg/kg exposed flounder compared to control group. The flounder exposed to PCP concentration 0.5 mg/kg started to increase significantly in serum magnesium concentrations after 4 weeks. The low concentration of serum calcium concentration was observed at 6 weeks of the experiment in PCP concentration 0.5 mg/kg. Although serum total protein concentrations was significantly reduced compared to the control group at PCP concentration 0.5 mg/kg, serum glucose concentration was found to be significantly increased over the control group. A significant increment of GOT, GPT and LDH activities in the flounder serum was noticed after 4 weeks at PCP concentrations over 0.5 mg/kg without typical changes of Al-P. These results indicate that flounder can be affected by PCP in terms of inorganic matter, organic matter and enzyme activity in serum when they were exposed to the PCP concentrations 0.5 mg/kg or higher.

        곤쟁이 Neomysis awatschensis 의 생존 , 성장 및 산소소비에 미치는 구리 , 카드뮴 , 크롬의 독성

        In order to estimate toxicity of copper, cadmium and chromium on survival, growth and oxygen consumption of the estuarine mysid, Neomysis awatschensis, adult and juvenile, the experiments were conducted by renewal bioassay method at 20±1℃ and 20±1‰ salinity. The 96hr-LC_(50) of the mysid exposed to cadmium, copper and chromium was 20.2, 11.3 and 670.4㎍/ℓ in adut and 3.4, 1.9 and 49.4㎍/ℓ in juvenile, respectively, and were ranked in order of toxicity : copper >cadmium >chromium. Survival rates of the mysid exposed to the sublethal concentrations of heavy metals for 40 days were significantly affected by cadmium≥1.0㎍/ℓ and copper≥0.6㎍/ℓ concentrations. The growth rate of the mysid exposed to cadmium≥2.0㎍/ℓ and copper≥1.2㎍/ℓ concentrations were significantly reduced than that exposed to normal condition, but there was no affect on intermoult period. Oxygen consumption rate of the mysid exposed to heavy metals was significantly reduced with increasing heavy metals concentrations. The results of the present study led us to conclude that concentrations levels of cadmium≥1.0㎍/ℓ and copper≥0.6㎍/ℓ of the estuarine could markedly affect the distribution and population of the mysid by reduced survival, growth and oxygen consumption rate.

        시안 노출에 의한 이스라엘 잉어 , Cyprinus carpio 의 혈액화학성상의 변동

        The study was carried out to determtine the toxicity of cyanide on the hemochemical changes of Israel carp, Cypenus carpio reared under a continuous-flow system for 5 weeks. The carps exposed to cyanide concentration over 151 ㎍/ℓ started to decrease significantly in red blood cell count, hemoglobin concentration and hematocrit value at week 4. However, a significant elevation of MCH and MCV was noticed a week later, at week 5 at cyanide concentration 289 ㎍/ℓ. The low concentration of serum calcium was observed at the last week of the experiment in cyanide concentration 151 ㎍/ℓ, while serum magnesium concentration initiated to increase from the 4th week at the cyanide concentration 289 ㎍/ℓ. Serum total protein, albumin and glucose concentrations decreased significantly after 4th week at the concentration over 151㎍/ℓ. A significant increment of GOT, GPT and LDH activities in the carp serum was noticed after 3rd week at cyanide concentrations over 151 ㎍/ℓ without typical changes of Al-P and amylase. These results indicate that carps can be affected by cyanide in terms of red blood cell count, hemoglobin concentration and hematocrit value in blood, calcium and magnesium concentration, GOT, GPT and LDH activities in serum when they were exposed to the cyanide concentradons 151 ㎍/ℓ or higher.

        날개망둑 치어의 생종 , 성장 및 산소소비율에 미치는 염분의 영향

        염분에 대한 날개망둑의 내성범위를 파악하기 위한 일환으로 이들의 생존, 성장 및 대사에 미치는 염분의 영향을 40일간 사육 실험을 통하여 검토하였다. 날개망둑의 생존율은 염분 10.1‰ 이상에서 90% 이상을 나타냈으나, 염분 6.7‰ 이하에서는 유의한 감소를 나타냈고, 담수에서는 40일째 5%의 생존율을 보였다 성장은 20.2∼33.6‰의 염분 범위에서 유사한 체장, 체중의 증가 및 일일성장률을 나타냈으나, 염분 10.1‰ 이하에서 유의한 감소가 관찰되었다. 산소소비는 염분 20.2∼33.6‰에서 유사하게 나타났으나, 염분 13.4‰ 이하에서 염분이 감소함에 따라 감소하는 경향을 보여 염분 13.4, 10.1, 6.7 및 3.4‰에서 각각 15.8, 19.3, 18.6 및 24.1%의 유의한 감소를 보였고, 담수에는 28.2%의 감소가 관찰되었다. 이러한 결과는 낮은 염분에서 생존, 성장 및 산소소비율이 낮다는 것을 지적하고 있으며, 염분의 농도차이가 연안지역이나 기수지역에서 자연사망율에 잠재적으로 영향을 미칠 수 있다는 것을 암시한다. The juvenile gobiids, Favonigobius gymnauchen, were reared for 40 days under 0∼33.6‰ salinity conditions to examine the effects of various salinity on its survival, growth and oxygen consumption rates. Survival rate was significantly declined below 6.7 ‰ salinity, and daily growth rate was also reduced below 10.1‰. Body length and weight of gobiids reared below 10.1‰ were smaller than those of gobiids reared above 20.2‰. Oxygen consumption rate in the salinity conditions ≤13.4‰ was significantly reduced with decreasing salinity than that in natural seawater (33.6‰). This study revealed that low salinity reduced survival, growth and oxygen consumption rates of the juvenile gobiids suggesting potential influence on the natural mortality of F. gymnauchen in the coastal areas.
