Multi-object tracking has been studied for a long time under computer vision and plays a critical role in applications such as autonomous driving and driving assistance. Multi-object tracking techniques generally consist of a detector that detects objects and a tracker that tracks the detected objects. Various publicly available datasets allow us to train a detector model without much effort. However, there are relatively few publicly available datasets for training a tracker model, and configuring own tracker datasets takes a long time compared to configuring detector datasets. Hence, the detector is often developed separately with a tracker module. However, the separated tracker should be adjusted whenever the former detector model is changed. This study proposes a system that can train a model that performs detection and tracking simultaneously using only the detector training datasets. In particular, a Siam network with augmentation is used to compose the detector and tracker. Experiments are conducted on public datasets to verify that the proposed algorithm can formulate a real-time multi-object tracker comparable to the state-of-the-art tracker models.
아파트 리모델링의 법ㆍ정책적 저해요인분석과 활성화 방안 - 건축법, 주택법상 관련규정을 중심으로

Apartment remodeling is an architectural behavior to improve residential convenience, pleasantness and productivity by replacing physically deteriorated or functionally old-fashioned building with up-to-date facilities and technology. Apartment remodeling is classified into repair type remodeling and enlargement type remodeling, and enlargement type remodeling is main stream in Korea. That is, the existing balcony is included in the apartment size or aisle is included in the apartment size by transforming style apartment into stair style apartment. According to the recent revision of the law, apartment units will be allowed to be enlarged by up to 30percent. Therefore, it is suggested that remodeling will become a solid alternative to deteriorated high-density apartment from now on. But it is necessary to realize that there are still many obstacles to activate remodeling. Also apartment remodeling is gaining great public attention because if the first floor is vertical enlargement is allowed as long as the number of house doesn"t increase on the top floor. There has been reconstruction boom in Korea so it is called as ‘Heaven of Reconstruction’, government policy is changing after policy makers came to recognize harmfulness of reconstruction. So it strictly restrains reconstruction while promoting remodeling with various laws and systems.<BR> However, it is reality that most people possessing deteriorated apartment are dreaming of making a big fortune through reconstruction.<BR> That is, although enlargement is allowed up to 30%, the regulation should be relaxed as long as floor space index and structural safety accept. Also for worse loan condition than reconstruction, the amount of loan and the term of redemption should be expanded. Also large amount of repairing expenses should be accumulated through correction of the system considering remodeling so that a good round sum is not required at once. In addition, it is necessary that remodeling is easy structurally by giving incentive to structures suitable for remodeling through establishing design standard of construction. Operating companies should cultivate ability to implement remodeling economically and efficiently by accumulating advanced know-how required by remodeling.
[일반논문] 부동산 value chain 재구축을 통한 부동산 개발사업의 위험관리 방안

A real estate development project is very sensitive to the changing environment of the real estate market. It is true that the success of such a project often depends on it, involving some risk, speculation, or unplanned and disorderly development leading to environmental deterioration. For this purpose all elements of risk that may happen in the course of real estate development were analyzed through the analysis of the overall problems of the real estate development project, and the process of the real estate development was divided into three stages, and then picked out elements of risk involved in each stage. This study also suggested that although various studies were carried out for the effective and efficient promotion of the real estate development with supplementary measures complementing the existing systems, all of such attempts were based on normative and fragmentary analysis, and therefore unable to deal with the essence of the problems in a thorough and detailed manner touching the matter with a short-sighted way of thinking. However, this study were unable to develop discussions in an objective and logical way, although there can be a great deal of controversy according to the interest of the individual developer, as the scope of real estate development is wide and varied. And suggestions had to be listed, as the study dealt with too diverse a topic, leaving room for an in-depth study on each area of this subject.
도시내 다양한 야간 조명 환경에 강인한 자율주행 알고리즘 개발을 위한 데이터 증강 기법

Recently, datasets for training a CNN model have become very important in the field of self-driving vehicle research. However, most of the currently released deep learning datasets are focused on daytime environments. In this paper, we present a study on how to enhance the robustness of the CNN model against night environment by augmenting the autonomous driving dataset using CycleGAN. The experimental results showed that the proposed framework shows a significant improvement in robustness without adding any additional annotated datasets.

현재 많은 PVR SetTop Box가 시중에 나와있는데 그 가격은 만만치가 않다. 또한 가장 많이 보편화 되어 있는 모바일 폰 역시 그 기능은 다양화 되어 있다. 이러한 요소들을 종합하여 가장 실용적이고 저렴한 가격의 시스템을 구축하는데 그 의미가 있다. 본 논문은 저렴한 TV수신카드를 이용한 리눅스 기반의 PVR시스템 구현과 자바 플랫폼을 이용한 서버구현, 그리고 WIPI-Emulator를 이용한 모바일 폰의 구현으로 원격지에서 PVR의 제어와 예약녹화 기능을 구현하였다.

Object tracking in computer vision is essential for various applications but faces challenges in distinguishing similar objects and generating re-identification (Re-ID) based trackers due to limited datasets. We propose a solution using the Segment Anything Model (SAM) to automatically create instance segmentation labels from detection data. We employ Test-time Augmentation for label accuracy and utilize YOLOX for detection, instance segmentation, and Re-ID feature generation. Our model achieves a 56.50 mean average precision (mAP) on the ETRI State Recognition Dataset and runs in real-time on an NVIDIA TITAN RTX GPU. Qualitative assessments demonstrate the models effectiveness in urban environments, showcasing its potential for practical object tracking.
도시 및 주거환경정비법상 주택재개발사업의 활성화를 위한 관리처분단계의 법·제도적 개선방안

House redevelopment projects are conducted to improve residential environment of areas with poor infrastructures and many superannuated buildings in compliance with the Urban and Residential Environment Maintenance Law. Therefore, in case of ignoring the situation, a city will lose its functions because areas become slums. Accordingly, although harmonious and prompt maintenance work is required, many cases in which delay of process and economic loss are inevitable because of differences between actual conditions in the maintenance site and disposal policies of the authorities were found. First of all, Article 46, Clause 1 of the Urban and Residential Environment Maintenance Law is contradictory to reality because it claims that approximate allotments, application period for sale, and other matters decided by a Presidential decree should be notified to land owners within 21 days from a notification of a project approval. Secondly, some items of the articles of association have problems because there have been many cases in which association members gave up contracts claiming that they don't like the building and the house number decided by computer lot according to Article 42, Clause 5 when the computer lot for association members is conducted and contracts are concluded at a time of completion of removals and demolition after approval of the management and disposal plan. Thirdly, disposal of state and public lands does not accord with reality, becoming another obstacle to redevelopment projects. Therefore, the necessity of improvement measures of laws and systems at the management and disposal stage for activation of house redevelopment projects in Busan area was proposed. The current study suggested solutions such as partial revision of the Urban and Residential Environment Maintenance Law and revision of the articles of association.
