        3D 충돌 검출 모델의 선정 기준에 관한 연구

        In a good 3D engine, objects interactions are similar to those of real-world. Collision is one of the interactions. It includes whether collision took place or not, where collision took placed, and reaction after collision took place. More precise collision detection needs more time. If there exist required precision, detection time can be controlled by choosing appropriate detection model. Therefore, we need a selection mechanism for the collision detection with respect to required precision and detection time. In this paper, a collision detection model with seven different precision levels is examined. And relationship between detection time and precision is analyzed. Consequently, we propose a selection mechanism for collision detection model. 좋은 3D 엔진이란 객체들의 상호 작용을 실세계와 유사하게 표현하는 물리학 엔진을 말한다. 충돌은 이런 상호작용 중의 하나이며, 충돌 유무 검사와, 충돌 지점, 충돌후의 반응을 다룬다. 대부분의 물리학 엔진과 같이 충돌 검사도 정확하게 검출하려면 많은 시간이 소요된다. 그러나 요구되는 정밀도만 만족하는 모델 사용으로 검출시간을 조절 할 수 있다. 그러므로 요구되는 정밀도와 시간에 따라 충돌 검출 모델을 선정하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 충돌 검출 모델들을 정확도에 따라 7단계로 구분하여 구현하고 실험했다. 이를 통해 시간과 정확도의 연관 관계를 분석하고, 이에 따른 충돌 검출 모델을 선택하기 위한 기준을 제시하고자 한다.

        Various gene transfer play important roles in the development of the controlled release of nucleic acid. In this review, we describe a relatively new approach to the immobilization and release of DNA from surfaces and detailed overview of the state of the art. First, methods based on the layer-by-layer assembly of thin multilayered films will be discussed. The applications of layer-by-layer assembly to the fabrication of DNA-containing surfaces will be then presented. We believe this approach can contribute potential method for spatial and/or temporal control over the delivery of DNA.

        감초 신품종 및 약전 수재감초의 항알러지 효과 비교 연구

        Objective : The genus Glycyrrhiza has been used in food and traditional herbal medicine. Many experimental studies reported that Glycyrrhiza species possess several pharmacological properties. Glycyrrhiza new varieties WONGAM and SINWONGAM have been developed by Korea Rural Development Administration doing research for registration on Ministry of Food and Drug Safety. During the evaluations about pharmacological effect of Glycyrrhiza new varieties WONGAM and SINWONGAM, we focused the anti-allergic effect in this study. Methods : We investigated the anti-allergic effect of WONGAM and SINWONGAM compared with Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fischer and G. glabra L. using anti-dinitrophenyl-immunoglobulin E (IgE)/human serum albumin-stimulated RBL- 2H3 cells, phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate plus calcium ionophore A23187-stimulated HMC-1 cells and compound 48/80-induced anaphylaxis mice model. We analyzed the effect on the expression of various cytokines, and IgE from mast cells and the underlying molecular mechanisms of WONGAM and SINWONGAM in presented models. Results : WONGAM and SINWONGAM showed the inhibitory effect on the histamine release from rat peritoneal mast cells or human mast cells without cytotoxicity. WONGAM and SINWONGAM blocked anaphylactic shock and decreased the IgE production. Furthermore, WONGAM and SINWONGAM inhibited the productions of TNF-α and IL-6 in compound 48/80-induced anaphylaxis mice model. Conclusion : These results indicated that WONGAM and SINWONGAM would have protect effect on allergic responses through the inhibition of allergic mediators and pro-inflammatory cytokines. This study may facilitate the development on Glycyrrhiza new varieties for allergy.

        『광제비급』의 「향약단방치험」에 나타난 향약활용법에 대한 연구 -인삼을 중심으로

        Objectives : In this study, we investigated Hyangyak in 「Single-medicine prescription treatment of domestic herbs」 of 『Kwangjebikeup』 and then conducted further studies focusing on ginseng as it is written in 「Single-medicine prescription treatment of domestic herbs」. Methods : Through a study of classical literature on Hyangyak and ginseng, information regarding the two was gathered and analyzed, with respect to both time and region. Results : All of the herbs in 「Single-medicine prescription treatment of domestic herbs」, the 4th volume of 『Kwangjebikeup』, are domestic herbs. Ginseng was a part of the flora of the Korean Peninsula from long ago and ginseng was cultivated from most of the peninsula. We confirmed cultivation of ginseng in Sungcheon, Pyungan-do and most areas of Hamgyeong-do through geography books such as 『Geography Monograph of King Sejong』. Because the natural environmental condition of the Korean Peninsula was conducive to growing wild ginseng, it was possible to cultivate ginseng. In the late Chosun period, cultivated ginseng was so prevalent that people would have been able to collect and use ginseng without great difficulty. In 『Kwangjebikeup』, ginseng shows superior efficacy in terms of first-aid. 『Kwangjebikeup』 contains practical herbal medicines that were based on obtainable ingredients. Conclusions : The purpose of publication of this book was to make medical knowledge available to general public in an easy-to-understand form. And through added clinical experiences of the author, we know that 『Kwangjebikeup』 played a role in settlement and spreading of foreign knowledge to civilians.

        상급종합병원 간호사의 자기효능감, 비판적 사고성향, 셀프리더십 및 의사소통 능력이 프리셉터 핵심역량에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The study is to confirm the influence of self-efficacy, critical thinking disposition, self-leadership, and communication competency on the core competencies of the preceptor. Methods: Data were collected from August 27 to September 7, 2017 using structured questionnaires for 127 preceptors at a general hospital located in Korea. SPSS/Win 23.0 was used to analyze the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearsons correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression. Results: The mean score of the core competencies of the preceptors was 3.94±0.35 (range 1-5); self-efficacy was 3.88±0.49; critical thinking disposition was 3.54±0.36; self-leadership was 3.66±0.39; communication competency was 3.71±0.35. There were no statistically significant differences between the core competencies of the preceptor and general characteristics. The core competencies of the preceptors were significantly correlated with self-efficacy (r=.61, p<.001), critical thinking disposition (r=.69, p<.001), self-leadership (r=.59, p<.001), and communication competency (r=.58, p<.001). The core competencies of the preceptors were affected by critical thinking disposition (β=.54, p<.001), followed by communication competency (β=.24, p<.001). The explanatory power by the factors was 51% (F=63.66, p<.001). Conclusion: The results suggest that critical thinking disposition and communication competency are important predictors of the core competencies of the preceptors.

      • 고지방식이로 유도된 비만 동물 모델에서 평위산, 후박, 창출의 항비만 효능 비교 연구

        Objectives Obesity is considered a global epidemic that greatly affects general population health, and there has been a growing interest in the development of anti-obesity drugs worldwide. There are many hepatic and gastrointestinal diseases for which obesity is the direct cause or is a serious risk factor. Pyungwi-san (PWS) is a traditional oriental herbal prescription used to treat gastrointestinal disorders. Atractylodes chinensis (DC.) Koidzumi (AC) and Magnolia officinalis Rehder & E.H. Wilson (MO) are main components of PWS. In this present study, anti-obesity effects of PWS, MO, and AC were investigated in high-fat diet (HFD)-induced obese mouse model. Methods Eight-week-old male C57BL/6N were fed 45% HFD for 8 weeks. For comparison of PWS, MO, and AC for obesity, the body weight, food intake, and white adipose tissue (WAT) weights were checked. In addition, hematoxylin and eosin staining for histological examination were performed to observe lipid droplets in epididymal WAT and liver tissue. Results Among them, AC had powerful effects on reduction of body weight, epididymal and visceral WAT weight, and regulation of the levels of serum total cholesterol and triglyceride. In addition, PWS, MO, and AC treatment ameliorated the HFD-induced histological changes in the epididymal WAT and liver tissue. Conclusions These findings demonstrate that AC has anti-obesity effects and would be evaluated as a potential treatment for obesity.
