본 연구는 우리나라 지원예비군 제도의 문제점을 분석하고 발전방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 러시아-우크라이나 전쟁, 이스라엘-하마스 전쟁을 통해 민간자산의 자발적인 참여와 효과적인 활용 여부는 전쟁의 승패에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 우리나라도 당면한 병역자원 감소와 예비군자원 급감 등 후방지역작전 환경의 변화에 효과적으로 대응하기 위해서는 병역의무를 마친 예비역과 전문자격을 보유한 민간인력 또는 단체와 여성을 지원예비군부대로 편성하여 효과적으로 활용하는 제도, 즉 지원예비군 제도의 발전이 필요하다. 연구를 위해 국내·외 민간분야의 군사적 활용 사례를 고찰하고 우리나라 지원예비군 제도의 문제점분석과 제도발전 필요성을 검토하는 과정을 거쳤다. 연구결과 첫째, 지원예비군 편성 개념 재설정, 둘째, 위기유형별 지원예비군 운용개념과 지역방위작전 간 활용 가능한 민간 전문자격과 조직 판단, 셋째, 지원자 확대 및 유인 대책 강구, 넷째, 지원예비군 교육훈련 내실화 방안을 제시하였다. 지원예비군은 유사시 초동조치, 감시정찰, 예비군 작전지속지원 임무를 수행하고, 특히 전시에는 예비군지역대 또는 예비군중대에 편성되어 지역방위작전의 핵심전력으로활용한다. 평시에는 재해재난 시 현장 확인, 이재민 구조와 구호, 복구지원 등의 임무를 수행함으로써 지역주민과 함께하는 예비군의 모습을 정립하도록 한다. This study aims to analyze the problems of Korea’s Volunteer Reserve Forces system and suggest development plans. Voluntary participation and the effective use of private assets through the Russia-Ukraine War and the Israel-Hamas War haves been shown to con?tribute to victory or defeat in war. To effectively respond to changes in the environment in the rear area operations, such as a decrease in military service resources and a sharp drop in reserve forces resources, Korea needs to develop a system that effectively utilizes the civilian workforce or organizations with professional qualifications such as reservists who have completed military service and women, in volunteer reserve units. To this end, this study first discusses the concept of organizing volunteer reserve forces; second, determines the operation of volunteer reserve forces by crisis type, with consideration of private professional qualifications and organizations that can be used between regions in defense operations; third, proposes measures to expand membership and attract applicants; and fourth, suggests measures to improve the education and training of the volunteer reserve forces. In case of emergency, volunteer reserve forces should perform initial actions, conduct surveillance and reconnaissance, and provide continuous support for reserve forces operations.

The power curve during rubber mixing presents useful information for the understanding of rubber mixing process, because the power curve is determined the mixing state of rubber at the point. The time to the second peak on the power curve js known as carbon black incorporation time, BIT. This study gets the quantity relationship of BIT and viscosity of natural rubber, so by determining the mixing time of the compound on the ground of viscosity of the raw rubber. The mixing with natural rubber and carbon black is examined for various grade natural rubbers, encompassing a wide range of Mooney viscosity. Alter smoothing the mixing power curve using a polynomial, the carbon black incorporation time, BIT, was determined time to second power peak on the curve, The BIT's versus specific values on Mooney viscometer test curve show a linear relation, Especially, the peak of initial maximum torque on Mooney viscometer curve, PMT, is most relevant property relating to the BIT. PMT is useful index for determined optimum mixing time, To apply this results at the mixing, we effectively control the natural rubber mixing but can also know the grading of natural rubber upon processability.<br/>

This circuit is based on a new type comparator using inverter logic threshold voltage. A new type of thermometer-to-binary decoder is employed for no glitch error, simplifying the conventional structure significantly and proper to the architecture. This ADC is designed for 6-bit resolution, 2 GSample/s maximum conversion rate, 10㎽ power dissipation, one clock cycle latency in 0.25㎛ CMOS technology.

Purpose: The purpose of the current study was to analyze relationship of leadership of handball instructor, safety culture, safety attitude and athletic satisfaction among the middle and high school handball athlete. Methods: This study surveyed 254 handball athletes of middle and high school using stratified cluster random sampling method. This study used self-administration method. Validity and reliability were examined by factor analysis and reliability analysis. The coefficient of reliability showed up over Cronbach``s α=.60. The data was analyzed by SPSSWIN program. The method of data analysis was factor analysis, reliability analysis, regression analysis. Conclusion: The conclusion were as follows: First, leadership influences on safety culture. Second, leadership influences on athletic satisfaction. Third, safety satisfaction influences on safety attitude. Fourth, safety attitude influence on athletic satisfaction. Fifth, safety culture and attitude have mediating effects between leadership and athletic satisfaction. Sobel test showed up significance level. Transactional leadership influences on safety attitude through safety culture. Safety culture influences on athletic satisfaction through safety attitude. Leadership and safety culture influences directly on athletic satisfaction and indirectly through safety attitude.
가공조제가 Styrene-Butadiene Rubber 배합고무의 유변특성 및 기계적 특성을 미치는 영향

공정조제의 성분 및 함량이 styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) 배합고무의 유변학적 특성과 기계적 물성에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 공정조제로 지방산, 지방산 유도 금속염, 에스테르, 알코올, 아미드 성분을 단독 혹은 혼합한 5종의 상용제품을 선택하였다. 공정조제 첨가에 따른 무니점도와 전단점도의 감소는 금속염이 주성분인 공정조제가 가장 컸고, 고분자량의 지방산 알콜이나 에스터의 함량이 높은 공정조제가 낮았다. 공정조제의 함량증가에 따라 인장 모듈러스는 감소하고, 발열은 증가하는 경향을 나타내었지만, 극한물성인 인장강도와 파단신장율에는 그다지 큰 영향을 미치지 않았다. Effects of type and loading level of process aids on the rheological and mechanical properties of styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) compound were investigated. Five commercial grades of process aids composed of fatty acids and their various derivatives such as metal salts, esters, alcohols and amides were selected .The reduction in Mooney and shear viscosities was higher for metal salt-type process aids, but lower for the process aids containing high molecular weight fatty acid alcohols and esters with increasing the loading of process aids. Tensile modulus generally decreased, while heat-build-up increased with increased process aids content. No considerable effect was observed for ultimate properties such as tensile strength and elongation at break.
