        하이힐을 착용하는 여자대학생의 자가 발반사 마사지 효과

        본 연구는 하이힐을 착용하고 생활하는 여자대학생을 대상으로 자가 발반사 마사지를 수행하여 신체 및 심리사회적 효과를 파악하고자 시행된 비동등성 대조군 유사 실험연구이다. 대상자는 68명이 참가하였으며 자가 발반사 마사지를 실시한 실험군 35명과 실시하지 않은 대조군 33명으로 하였다. 자료 수집은 사전, 중재 후 6주, 10주에 이루어졌다. 수집된 자료는 SPSSWIN 20.0 program을 이용하여 서술통계, chi-square test, t-test, repeated measures ANOVA로 분석하였다. 자가 발반사마사지를 실시한 실험군은 실시하지 않은 대조군에 비해 하지부종(종아리 둘레와 발목 둘레)의 감소와 피로도 감소에 효과가 있었다. 또한 자가 발반사마사지를 실시한 실험군은 실시하지 않은 대조군에 비해 건강증진행위는 변화가 없었으나, 지각된 건강상태와 자기효능감이 향상되어 효과가 있었다. 자가 발반사 마사지는 하지부종과 피로도를 감소시키고, 지각된 건강상태와 자기효능감을 향상시키는데 효과가 있었다. 따라서 자가 발반사 마사지는 하이힐을 착용하는 여자대학생을 대상으로 신체적 증상 완화와 심리사회적 안위에 효과적인 간호중재임을 확인할 수 있었다. The purpose of this study is to identify the physical and psycho-social effects of self-foot reflexology on female college students wearing high heels. The research design used was the nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. A total of sixty-eight participants were assigned to the experimental group (n=35) or control group (n=33). Data were collected at baseline and after 6 weeks and 10 weeks. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, the chi-square test, t-test, and repeated measures ANOVA with the SPSS WIN 20.0 program. In the analysis of the physical effects of self-foot reflexology, there were significant interactions of group by time in terms of the lower extremity edema and fatigue (p<.05). In the analysis of the psycho-social effects of self-foot reflexology, there were significant interactions of group by time in terms of the perceived health status and self-efficacy (p<.05), except for health promoting behavior. Self-foot reflexology was effective in reducing lower extremity edema and fatigue and in improving the perceived health status and self-efficacy. Consequently, self-foot reflexology as a nursing intervention was found to be a method of providing female college students wearing high heels with physical and psycho-social relief.

        미용전공자와 비전공자의 모발관리 인식 및 태도에 관한 연구

        This study examined if there were any differences in the state of hair condition and hair care, the behavior and recognition of shampooing, recognition and attitude about hair care between beauty majors and non-majors. The result of analysis of differences in the state of hair condition and hair care between beauty majors and non-majors showed that there were differences in the degree of hair damage, the procedures they undergo most frequently, factors of hair damage, types of hair care procedures, recognition of hair damage, reason for using electric beauty appliances, and the source of hair care. The result of analysis of differences regarding the behavior and recognition of shampooing between beauty majors and non-majors showed that there were differences in the number of shampooing, use of an appropriate shampoo, region of use when shampooing, use of a hair conditioner and a hair treatment, and benefits of treatment. The analysis of differences in knowledge of hair care between beauty majors and non-majors showed that beauty majors had higher knowledge of hair care than non-majors (majors average : 10.86, non-majors knowledge average : 8.72). When analyzing the differences in recognition and attitude about hair care between beauty majors and non-majors by classifying the recognition and attitude about hair care into preference of hair care, interest in hair, and recognition of hair products, it showed that there was no difference in reference of hair care but there were differences in interest in hair and the recognition of hair products. Both of the interest in hair (majors average : 3.15, non-majors average : 2.88) and the recognition of hair products(majors average : 3.70, non-majors average : 3.44) were higher in beauty majors.

        뷰티살롱 고객의 외모관리행동에 대한 신체이미지와 자아존중감의 영향관계 -대구지역 20대 고객을 중심으로-

        This study is to find out the relationship between body image and self-esteem toward appearance care behavior. Total 570 samples were analyzed for the study through 600 samples distributed. Results of the study are as follows. First, It was found that the influential relationship of body image and self-esteem. Results of survey, appearance satisfaction, physical activity ability had positive effects on self-satisfaction and they had negative effects on self-abasement. Second, It was found that the influential relationship of self-esteem and appearance management behavior. Results of survey, self-satisfaction had positive effects on hair/skin care behavior and self-abasement had negative effects on hair/skin care.

        탈모자의 두발상태 및 생활습관과 탈모와의 관계 -가발업체를 찾은 탈모자들을 중심으로-

        Society desires to have people with capacity and the appearance. So Koreans has developed much interest in their appearance, especially hair styles, since it is important for a first impression. But alopecia has increased because of a variety of reasons, such as: Environmental pollution, Endocrine disruptor, Stress, etc. The purpose of this study is to find two relationships. One is the relationship between hair conditions and alopecia. And the other is the relationship between types of alopecia and lifestyle. The survey was performed among a group of adults during 2008/05/06~2008/05/31. Out of 230 surveyed, 212 were recovered and used for statical analyses. The following are the results.: Hair conditions and the extent, the ages of beginning, the type, the part of alopecia have relationship. And lifestyle and types of alopecia also have relationship. So we need to find out a cure that is based on hair conditions. And the people who have alopecia and worry about alopecia need to change their lifestyle.

        간호여대생의 지각된 부와의 의사소통, 부의 정서표현, 성정체성이 자기효능감에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 간호여대생의 지각된 부와의 의사소통, 부의 정서표현, 성정체성이 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 자기효능감 향상을 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 시도되었다. 연구대상자는 B시의 간호학과 여학생으로 자료수집은 2016년 5월 23일부터 5월 27일까지 였고, 최종 270부를 분석하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 실수, 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, 일원분산분석, 피어슨 상관계수, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 연구대상자의 자기효능감은 3.21±0.38점으로 나타났고, 일반적 특성에 따른 자기효능감은 경제상태(F=5.13, p=.006), 부와의 관계(F=4.74, p=.001), 성적(F=5.22, p=.006), 성만족(F=4.00, p=.004)에서 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 연구대상자의 부와의 의사소통, 부의 정서표현, 성정체성, 자기효능감과의 상관관계에서 자기효능감은 개방적 의사소통(r=.30, p<.001), 긍정적 정서표현(r=.37, p<.001), 성정체성(r=.26, p<.001)과는 정적 상관관계, 폐쇄적 의사소통(r=-22, p<.001), 부정적 정서표현(r=-.26, p<.001)과는 부적상관관계를 나타냈다. 연구대상자의 자기효능감에 영향을 미치는 요인은 부의 긍정적 정서표현, 부정적 정서표현과 성정체성으로 나타났고, 설명력은 18.2%로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 통하여 간호여대생의 자기효능감에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요인을 확인하기 위한 반복연구가 필요하고, 자기효능감의 영향 요인에 대한 중재가 필요하다. This study was conducted to investigate the factors influencing perceived father communication, emotional expressiveness and gender identity on self-efficacy of female nursing college students. Data were collected from 270 female nursing students in B city, from May 23, 2016 to May 27 and then analyzed by ANOVA, Pearson"s correlation coefficient, and multiple regression using SPSS/WIN 21.0. The degree of self-efficacy among female nursing students was 3.21±0.38. There were significant differences in self-efficacy with respect to academic status(F=5.13, p=.006), relationship with father(F=4.74, p=.001), academic grade(F=5.22, p=.006), and gender satisfaction (F=4.00, p=.004). There were positive correlations between self-efficacy and open communication(r=.30, p<.001), self-efficacy and positive emotional expressiveness(r=.37, p<.001),and self-efficacy and gender identity(r=.26, p<.001),while there were negative correlations between self-efficacy and close communication(r=-22, p<.001), and self-efficacy and negative emotional expressiveness(r=-.26, p<.001). Regression analysis showed 18.2% variance in female nursing student"s self-efficacy in response topositive emotional expressiveness, negative emotional expressiveness, and gender identity. Overall, the results of this study indicate that it is necessary to identify various factors affecting and increasing self-efficacy of female nursing college students.

      • 패션점포의 윈도우 디스플레이 VMD요소가 AIDMA효과에 미치는 영향

        This study is to examine effect of VMD elements in window displays on AIDMA for fashion retail store. Six stimuli of window display with three images (e.g., fun, sporty, lifestyle) were selected by focusing on young casual retailers. A total of 364 usable questionnaires were obtained from consumers aged from 22 to 25 years old. Respondents represent more females (67.2%) than males (32.8%). Descriptive statistics, ANOVA, and regression analysis were used for data analysis. Of VMD elements, mannequin factor was strongly associated with perceived fun image of window display. For window display with fun image, mannequin and color had a significant effect on AIDMA; for window display with sporty image, mannequin and product factors had a significant effect on AIDMA; and for lifestyle, product and color factors had a significant effect on AIDMA. This study discusses a managerial implication into fashion retailers for developing visual merchandising strategy.

      • 미용관련학과 대학생의 아로마테라피에 대한 인식도와 만족도에 관한 연구

        The aim of this study was to explore the use of Aromatherapy in beauty-related departments students and the understanding & satisfaction concerning Aromatherapy of these students. This was a quantitative study, utilizing self-administered questionnaires. 400 Students were recruited from the beauty-related departments in Daegu and Kyung buk. There was an association between the use of Aromatherapy and sophomores(55.8%), higher monthly income(47.7%), the recommendation of family, relatives, acquaintance. The higher their family had income, the more satisfied they were. The more efficacious they were to combine Aromatherapy and conventional treatment, the happier they were. The use of Aromatherapy depends on monthly income, utilization, the understanding of combination between Aromatherapy and conventional treatment. There was a signigicant difference between demographic characteristics such as gender, monthly income, skin type and the satisfaction regarding Aromatherapy.

        간호대학생의 자아존중감과 전공만족도 및 진로동기와의 관련성

        본 연구의 목적은 간호대학에 재학하는 학생을 대상으로 자아존중감, 전공만족도, 진로동기 간의 관련성을 파악하고, 자아존중감과 전공만족도가 진로동기에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위함이다. 자료수집은 부산시 소재 3년제 간호대학 2개교와 경상남도 소재 3년제 간호대학 2개교에서 간호대학생 369명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지로 조사하 였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 18.0을 이용하여 one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구대상자의 자아존중감과 진로동기, 전공만족도과 진로동기, 자아존중감과 진로동기 간 에 각각 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 대상자의 진로동기에 영향을 미치는 요인은 전공만족도(β=.48)와 자아존중 감(β=.23)으로 나타났으며, 총 설명력은 34.5%였다. 본 연구를 통하여, 진로동기에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요인들을 파악하고 진로동기를 높일 수 있는 프로그램의 개발이 필요하다. This study was done to identify the relationships of self-esteem, major satisfaction and career motivation and to examine the factors influencing on career motivation among 369 college nursing students. Data were analyzed using t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients and stepwise multiple regression with the SPSS Win 18.0 Program. There were significant positive correlations between self-esteem and career motivation, between major satisfaction and career motivation, between self-esteem and major satisfaction. The predictors on career motivation were major satisfaction (β=.48) and self-esteem (β=.23) and the model explained 34.5% (F=17.84, p<.001) of the variance. The findings indicate the following studies are needed to explore various factors influencing on the career motivation and to develop the career motivation programs for college nursing students.
