교회 위기청소년의 자아탄력성 증진을 위한 기독교 교육상담적 접근

본 연구의 목적은 교회의 위기청소년들이 위기상황을 잘 극복하고 회복할 수 있는 내적 자원인 자아탄력성을 증진시켜, 교회, 가정, 학교, 사회 등에서 잘 적응하고 기능할 수 있도록 도울 수 있는 기독교 교육상담적 접근 가능성을 모색해 보는 것이다. 이를 위하여 먼저, 위기 청소년과 자아탄력성에 대한 이해를 하고, 다음으로, 기독교 교육상담의 가능성과 방법을 정리하였으며, 마지막으로 위기상황과 대처양식에 맞추어 교육상담적 접근을 살펴보았다. 본 연구에서는 교회 청소년의 위기상황을 가족/관계적 위기, 학업/진로적 위기, 심리/정서적 위기, 사회/문화적 위기, 영적/신앙적 위기 등 5가지 유형으로 분류하고, 이에 대처하는 교육상담적 접근을 치료 지향적, 성장 지향적, 예방 지향적 대처 등 3가지 차원에서 살펴보았다. 아울러 교회 내 위기 청소년들의 자아탄력성 증진을 위한 교육상담적 접근방법을 L. J. Crabb의 상담자 훈련 단계를 참고하여, 첫째, 전체 청소년 대상 위기대처 및 자아탄력성 강화 교육적 접근, 둘째, 위기 극복 및 패러다임 전환을 위한 교육상담적 접근, 셋째, 코칭 및 멘토링 접근 등으로 정리해 봄으로써, 교회에서의 교육상담적 가능성과 구체적인 교육상담적 방법들을 제시해 보았다. The purpose of this research is to investigate for the possibility of Christian educational counseling approach in order to help Christian youth in crisis to adjust and function more effectively in churches, families, schools and society by improving resilience, which is their inner resource to overcome and recover from crisis or problem situations in their lives. Based on the understanding on the youth in crisis and resilience, this researcher outlined the possibility of Christian educational counseling and its methodology, and then finally surveyed educational counseling approach to the Christian youth`s crisis and their response modality. This research categorized 5 types of crisis situations in the youth`s life: family/relational crisis, educational/vocational crisis, psychological/emotional crisis, social/cultural crisis, and spiritual/faith life crisis. By dealing with educational counseling approach to these crisis situations from the three dimensions, which are therapeutic-oriented response, growth-oriented response, and prevention-oriented response, this research seeks to secure the possibility of educational counseling in churches where they can help and improve the resilience of the Christian youth in crisis and thereby suggest specific educational counseling programs and methods.

기독교 상담의 통합적 원리와 특징

기독교 상담은 수용과 거부 그리고 통합의 역사를 통해 발전해 왔다. 본 연구는 기독교 상담의 통합적 원리를 정리하고, 기독교 상담과정 및 기법의 통합적 특징을 살펴보고자 한다. 기독교 상담과 심리학의 통합은 삼위일체 하나님, 성경의 권위, 성경적 인간관, 기독교 세계관, 상담이론과 기술 및 기법의 선택적 수용, 신앙자원의 활용, 상담자의 인격과 신앙, 삶과 윤리 등과 같은 8가지 원리에 따라 이루어진다. 기독교 상담과정은 일반상담의 초기-중기-말기와 같이 이루어지며, 상담의 개념 및 목표에 맞는 이미지를 따라 제시되어지고, 인지-정서-행동-영성과 같은 전인적 인간이해를 기초로 내담자의 변화와 성숙을 향해 전개되어지며, 전통적 신앙자원(예: 성경, 기도, 찬양 등)을 포함하여 이루어지는 통합적 특징이 있다. 기독교 상담의 기법은 일반상담기법 중 기독교 관점에서 수용 가능한 상담기법은 적절하게 사용할 수 있지만, 아무리 효과적인 상담기법도 기독교관점에서 수용 가능한 것인지 검증해야 하며, 기독교 상담의 영역에서만 사용가능한 도구나 기법 등을 활용할 수 있으며, 기독교 관점에서 개발되어진 상담도구, 프로그램. 기법 등의 개발과 활용이 이루어져야 하고, 기독교 상담자를 위한 훈련 및 방법의 활용 등이 필요하다는 등의 통합적 특징을 가지고 있다. The history of Christian counseling developed in the history of acceptance, reject and integration between Christianity and psychology. The principles of integration of Christian counseling are: Trinity, authority of Bible, Biblical human condition, Christian worldview, eclectic acceptance of psychology, eclectic acceptance of counseling skills and methods, resource of faith community, personality, faith and ethics of Christian counselor. First, the process of counseling is presented in the time series : earlymiddle- last stage of counseling. Second, the process of counseling is presented in the image of concept and purpose of counseling. Third, the process of counseling is presented in the base of wholistic human understanding. Fourth, the process of counseling is presented in the resource of Christianity. There are principles of the skills and methods of Christian counseling. First, Christian counseling can accept and use general counseling skills and methods eclectically in the Christian perspectives. Second, Christian counseling examine generally useful counseling skills and methods in the Christian perspectives. Third, Christian counseling make use the traditional resources of the Christian community. Fourth, Christian counseling need the new developed counseling tools, programs, skills and methods for the practical situation. Fifth, Christian counseling need the new developed Christian counseling & training program and supervision for the Christian counselors.

기독교 학습상담 프로그램이 청소년의 자아정체감 형성 및 학습유능감에 미치는 효과

본 연구의 목적은 기독교 학습상담 프로그램이 기독교청소년의 학습유능감 향상뿐만 아니라 자아정체감의 확립에 미치는 영향을 밝혀내는 것이다. 연구대상은 H교회 중등부 학생으로서 매주 빠지지 않고 출석하며, 구원의 확신을 가지고 있는 중학교 1학년 여학생 7명, 남학생 3명으로서 실험집단 10명, 통제집단 10명으로 하였다. 이 연구의 실험설계는 실험집단과 통제집단 간 사전-사후 비교법을 실시하였는데, 기독교 학습상담 프로그램 실시를 전후하여 자아정체감, 학습종합검사를 실험, 통제집단에게 모두 실시하였고 두 검사의 결과를 비교하였다. 기독교 학습상담 프로그램을 실시하기 전과 실시한 후의 실험집단과 통제집단간의 효과가 있을 것이라는 가설을 검증하기 위해서 실험집단과 통제집단간의 사전-사후검사 평균의 차이에 대한 독립표본 t-검증을 실시하였다. 기독교 학습상담 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단은 통제집단에 비하여 자아정체감 및 학습유능감 향상에 효과가 있는가를 검증한 결과, 실험집단이 통제집단보다 자아정체감 검사 및 학습유능감 점수가 향상되었다. 본 연구의 결과 기독교 학습상담프로그램이 기독청소년의 학습유능감 및 자아정체감 형성에 효과적이라는 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of Christian learning counseling program on the learning efficacy and ego identity formation of Christian adolescent. Subjects were the first graders at middle school who have attended worship every Sunday from H church and comprising 7 female students and 3 male students. The members of experiment group and control group were 10 respectively. To assess pre and post effects between experiment group and control group matched-samples t-test was used. Ego identity and learning efficacy using comprehensive learning diagnostic test were measured for both experiment and control groups before and after Christian learning counseling program. To examine the research hypothesis that there is significant difference between experiment and control groups before and after Christian learning counseling program, independent-samples t-test was used. As a result of testing the effects of Christian learning counseling program on ego identity and learning efficacy, we identified that the mean scores of ego identity and learning efficacy of experiment group who participated in the program was improved compared to those of control group. Summarizing findings from this study results, Christian learning counseling program has positive effects on the learning efficacy and ego identity formation of Christian adolescent.

도박중독의 예방 및 치유를 위한 기독교 상담학적 접근

본 연구의 목적은 도박중독 예방 및 치유를 위한 기독교 상담학적 접근 가능성을 알아보는 것이다. 먼저, 도박중독의 실태와 문제점을 진단하고, 도박중독의 예방 및 치유를 위해 4단계 NNAPF의 예방상담모형과 초이론적 변화단계모델(TTM: Transtheoretical Model)의 단계별로 이루어질 동기강화상담 (MI: Motivation Interviewing)의 전략 및 기법들을 정리하였다. 아울러 도박중독에 대한 기독교적 이해와 기독교 상담의 역할에 대해 정리하였으며, 위에서 언급한 예방 및 치유상담 모형을 기독교 상담학적 관점에서 어떻게 통합하여 적용할 수 있을지에 관해 생각해 보았다. 또한, 사행 산업의 폐해를 막을 수 있는 국가 차원의 정책수립과 행정제도 및 법적 보완이 이루어져야 하며, 다음으로, 지지그룹 등 공동체의 지원과 역할이 실제적으로 이루어져야 할 뿐 아니라, 마지막으로 중독자 본인의 치유와 재활을 위한 의지와 희망이 중요하다. 특히, 가정과 교회, 사회에서는 도박중독자가 생기지 않도록 예방, 교육을 실시하고, 전문상담자들의 사역이 체계적으로 이루어 질 수 있도록 하며, 또한 경제적, 직업적 문제를 직면하고 있느 도박중독자들을 위한 재활 상담도 잘 이루어질 수 있도록 도울 수 있어야 할 것이다. This research, which is for the purpose of prevention and healing of gambling addiction, considers the problem of Gambling addiction and surveys the contents and characteristics of Motivation Interviewing, which has as its basic structure, what is called, Tran stheoretical Model, and NNAPF`s Prevention Counseling Model. Furthermore, this researcher surveyed Christian understanding and the role of Christian counseling for the purpose of gambling addiction. Finally, this researcher considered how to integrate and apply Christian counseling perspectives on the above-mentioned prevention and healing counseling models. In order to heal gambling addicts, what needs to occur is to establish legal and administrative policies on the government level first. Secondly, community support and their function has to be realized on the practical level. Finally what’s important is the addicts own will for healing and hope for rehabilitation. Especially, Christian family and church, and other communities in society must implement education for the prevention of addiction in gambling among their members and support the ministry of professional counselors. These communities also need to provide an environment in which rehabilitative counseling would be systematically established for the gambling addicts who would face economical and vocational issues.

독신의 전인적 안녕을 위한 기독교상담의 과제

위기유형 및 대처양식에 따른 한 부모 가정 자녀상담

현대 사회의 다양한 가족 형태 가운데, 가장 급격히 증가하고 있는 가족 유형이 한 부모 가정이다. 한 부모 가정이란“이혼, 별거, 사망, 유기 등 여러 가지 사유로 양친 중 한 쪽과 18세 미만의 미성년 자녀로 구성되어진 가정”을 말하며, 자녀의 양육과 보호를 누가 담당하고 있느냐에 따라 모자 가정, 부자 가정, 조손 가정 등으로 나누어질 수 있다. 우리나라에서도 한 부모 가정은 높은 이혼율과 함께 급격히 증가하는 추세에 있으며 이미 중요한 사회 문제가 되어가고 있고, 한 부모 가정 부모 뿐 아니라, 자녀들도 다양한 위기 상황에 노출되어 있는 것을 볼 때에 이들을 위한 사회적 지원과 관심이 시급히 필요한 실정임을 볼 수 있다. 한 부모 가정의 증가 추세는 기독교 가정에도 그 영향을 미치고 있는데, 기독교 가정의 이혼율 증가와 함께 교회 내에서도 점차적으로 한 부모 가정이 증가하는 양상을 보이고 있어, 이들을 위한 교회의 적극적인 대책과 예방적인 노력, 그리고 기독교 상담적 접근이 절실히 요청되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 먼저, 이 시대 한 부모 가정의 실태와 문제를 살펴본 후, 이에 따른 한 부모 가정 자녀의 위기유형과 대처양식을 정리해보고 한 부모 가정자녀들의 위기유형과 대처양식에 따른 기독교 상담적 접근방법에 관해 생각해보고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 기독교 한 부모 가정의 자녀들의 5가지(학교적응적, 가족관계적, 심리정서적, 사회문화적, 신앙영적) 위기 유형과 3가지(치료지향적, 성장지향적, 예방지향적) 위기 대처 양식에 입각하여 다양한 기독교 상담적 접근을 살펴보고, 교회 내에서 활용할 수 있는 방법을 찾아보고자 한다. 따라서 기독교 상담자들은 본 연구를 기초로, 보다 세부적이며 실제적인 기독교 상담 프로그램의 개발 및 실험 연구들을 계속 보완하여야 할 과제를 가지고 있음을 밝히는 바이다. Single parent family is the most increasing family type in Korean society. It is definited as “the family consisted of single parent and children by reason of divorce, separate, death, leave, etc”, and it is needed social concerns and support for this family members. Single parent family has three types : fatherchildren family, mother-children family and grand father(mother)-children family. Christian counselors have a task to help and support the single parent and children and to effort the active and preventive counseling approaches for their happiness and well-being in church community and society. Also they have to consider the crisis and problem of single parent family’s children as overviewing crisis types and coping styles and to approach to the Christian counseling after establishing Christian perspectives to the crisis of single parent family’s children. This study will search diverse approaches to Christian counseling and useful methods in the basis of five crisis types (school-adaptational, psychoemotional, family-relational, socio-cultural, faith-spiritual) and three crisis coping styles (therapeutic-oriented, growth-oriented, prevention-oriented) of single parent family’s children. And it will provide the possibilities and alternatives of Christian counseling to help an healthy and happy life of single parent family’s children. Therefore Christian counselors have the task to accomplish development of counseling programs and experimental researches in the basis of these studies specifically and actually for single parent family’s children.

긍정심리학 이론에 대한 기독교 상담학적 고찰 -행복(Happiness)이론을 중심으로-

전통적인 심리학은 한 개인의 부정적이며 병리적인 문제에 초점을 맞추어 이를 치료하고 변화시킴으로써 문제를 해결하고 행복을 증진할 수 있다고 믿어왔다. 그러나 최근에 대두되고 있는 긍정심리학은 개인의 긍정적인 측면을 개발, 증진함으로써 최적의 행복감을 증진시키고 삶의 질을 향상시키고자 하는 접근으로써, 행복심리학이라고도 일컫는다. 이러한 행복의 심리학은 인간의 잠재력과 가능성의 개발에 강조점을 두고 있는 인본주의적 접근이기에 기독교적인 관점에서는 비판할 부분이 많이 있다. 진정한 성경적 행복이란 하나님과의 바른관계성을 맺고 하나님께서 허락하시는‘복’을 누리며 살아가는 것을 의미한다. 성경적인 행복은 일반 심리학적 관점에서의 행복과는 그 의미와 차원이 다르기때문에 쉽게 이해하기 어렵고, 역설적이며, 고난과 고통이 따르기도 한다. 긍정심리학의 행복이론은 그리스도인의 삶의 목적, 내용, 방법, 결과의 차원에서 고찰될 수 있다. 그리스도인들은 하나님과의 진정한 관계성 가운데 성경적인 관점의 복을 누리며 살아가고자 노력할 때에 진정한 성경적 행복을 경험하게 될 것이다. 아울러 기독교상담자들은 기독교 세계관의 관점에서 긍정심리학에 대한비판점을 분석하고, 기독교상담학과 긍정심리학과의 수용과 통합의 가능성에 관해 계속 연구해가야 할 것이다. Traditional psychology, focusing on negative and pathologic parts of each individual, believed that curing and changing those symptoms could solve the problems and increase the feeling of happiness. However, positive psychology, recently on the rise, is an approach which tries to increase the optimal feeling of happiness and improve the quality of life by developing and enhancing the positive aspects of each individual. Positive psychology is also known as psychology of happiness. The psychology of happiness has many points to be criticized from the perspective of christianity because it is a humanistic approach based on the development of human potential and possibilities. The true biblical happiness means to have a right relationship with God and enjoy the ‘blessing’ from God. The biblical blessing is not easy to understand, sounds paradoxical, and sometimes goes with trial and pain because it has different meaning and level from the happiness in psychology. Happiness theory of positive psychology is thought in the level of aims, contents, methods, and results of Christian life. Christians will experience the true biblical happiness when they make efforts to enjoy the‘ ‘blessing’ from the perspective of the Bible in the true relationship with God. And Christian Counselors must to analysis the critical points about positive psychology and to study the possibilities of acceptance and integration in the perspective of Christian worldview.

영화치료를 활용한 기독교 부모교육 프로그램 개발 및 효과

본 연구는 영화치료를 통하여 기독교 가정의 자녀를 성경적 가치관을 가진 기독교인으로 양육할 수 있도록 기독교인 부모들을 교육시키는 효과적인 프로그램을 개발하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위하여 기독교인 부모를 대상으로 Horace Bushnell(2004)의 기독교적 양육 이론과 Birgit Woltz(2006)의 영화치료 이론 그리고 John Gottman(2007)의 감정코칭 이론을 기틀로 영화 치료를 활용한 기독교 부모교육 프로그램을 개발하여 효과를 검증하였다. 연구 참여자는 C시에 소재한 C/D교회에 출석 중인 9-12세 학령기 자녀가 있는 기독교인 부모로, 실험집단과 통제집단 각각 15명씩을 무선 배치하여 주 2회, 각 120분, 총 12회기로 진행하였으며 자료 분석은 SPSS 25를 사용하였다. 결론적으로 영화치료를 활용한 기독교 부모교육 프로그램은 기독교인 부 모의 양육행동, 부모 자녀의 의사소통 및 부모의 영적 안녕감에 있어서 통계 적으로 유의미하게 향상되었음이 입증되었다. 따라서 영화치료를 활용한 기독교 부모교육 프로그램은 기독교 부모의 양육에 대한 전문적 지식을 중심으로 자녀와 의사소통을 통한 영적 안녕감의 향상에 도움을 줄 수 있는 교회 내 활용 가능한 부모교육 프로그램임을 시사한다. The purpose of this thesis is to develop a Christian parent Education program using cinema therapy based on Birgit Wolfz (2006)’s Cinema Therapy theory, Horace Bushnell (2004)’s Christian Nurture theory and John Gottman (2007)’s Emotional Coaching theory and to investigate its effects. This program were conducted expert validity investigation and preliminary research, and the participants were selected Christian parents with school aged children 9 to 12 at the C/D church in C city. The participants were divided in two groups of 15 people each that were alloted randomly. One is a test group and the other is a control group. The program were conducted two sessions a week, 120 minutes per session and total 12 sessions. Data analysis was performed using the IBM SPSS Statistics Version 25 program, In conclusion, the Christian parent education program using cinematherapy developed by this researcher proved to be statistically significant in the parenting behavior, parent-child communication and spiritual well-being of Christian parents. Therefore, the Christian parent education program using cinematherapy suggests that it is an in-church viable program that can help improve spiritual well-being through communication with children based on the professional knowledge of parenting of Christian parents.

은둔형 외톨이 자녀를 둔 부모의 심리적 갈등과 영적 경험에 관한 연구

본 연구는 은둔형 외톨이의 부모가 겪는 심리적 갈등과 그 속에서 체험하게 되는 영적 경험이 어떤 의미인지 이해하고자 하는 목적을 갖고 시작되었다. 본 연구의 목표는 현상학적 질적연구를 통하여 은둔형 외톨이의 부모가 체험하는 심리적 갈등과 영적 경험의 의의와 본질적 구조를 파악하여 그들을 돕기 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 것이다. 본 연구 참여자는 은둔형 외톨이자녀를 둔 부모 7명이며, Giorgi의 현상학적 연구방법을 적용하여 은둔형 외톨이 자녀의 부모가 체험하고 있는 심리적 갈등과 영적 경험을 요약된 의미단위 53개, 하위구성요소 21개, 구성요소 6개로 결과를 도출하였다. 여섯 가지의 구성요소는‘아이의 틀어박힘으로 충격과 고통, 그리고 혼란’,‘ 나는 점점 지쳐가고 있음’,‘ 사그라지는 희망의 불씨’,‘ 바닥으로 치닫는 나의 믿음’,‘ 고통의 밑바닥에서 하나님께 매달림’,‘ 하나님의 사랑은 나를 일으켜 세움’이다. 본 연구를 통하여 은둔형 외톨이의 부모가 체험하고 있는 심리적 갈등과 영적 경험에 대한 이해를 높이게 되었고, 부모의 힘듦과 소진을 줄일 수 있는 지원이 요구되고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이 연구를 토대로 은둔형 외톨이의 부모를 위한 기독교 상담학적 접근과 다양한 프로그램 개발이 이루어지길 기대한다. In this research, psychological conflicts of the parents of adolescents in Hikikomori and the meaning of their spiritual experiences in those conflicts are to be studied. The purpose of this research is to understand the meaning and essential structure of the psychological conflicts and spiritual experiences of the parents of adolescents in Hikikomori by using a phenomenological research approach among several qualitative research methods and to provide basic data to help them. Seven parents of adolescents in Hikikomori participated in this research. A conclusion was drawn by applying phenomenological research method of Giorgi. The psychological conflicts and spiritual experiences of the parents of adolescents in Hikikomori can be categorized into 6 components, 21 sub-components, and 53 abridged units of meaning in this research. The six components are as follows: “shock, distress and confusion caused by the seclusion of the children,” “becoming exhausted by degrees,” “the waning hope,” “the plummeting faith of mine,” “grasping the hands of God at the bottom of the pain,” and “God’s love recovering me.” Through this research, the psychological conflicts and spiritual experiences of the parents of adolescents in Hikikomori were revealed. Also, I came to understand the importance of support to relieve them of difficulties and exhaustion. I expect this research to make a contribution to developing christian counseling approaches and several programs for helping those parents of adolescents in Hikikomori.
