The uncrosslinked and crosslinked by ethylene glycol diglycidyl(EGDE) chitosan/sericin blend films were prepared by solvent blending method. Physicochemical properties of the prepared blend films according to various blend ratios were investigated. This was carried out by using universal testing machine, thermogravimeter(TGA), differential scanning calorimeter(DSC), wide angle X-ray diffractometer(WAXD), Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). With an increase in the sericin mixing ratio, tensile stress increased whereas the tensile strain decreased for uncrosslinking blend films. For a cross linked chitosan/sericin blend film by EGDE, both the tensile stress and strain decreased. Chitosan/sericin blend films exhibit an excellent thermal stability when sericin mixing ratio is 25%. In the infrared spectra, chitosan/sericin blend films showed an absorption band of amide I peak at 1630 $cm^{-1}$ and it is concerned with C=O stretching vibration by strong hydrogen-bond between inter-molecular. These also showed an absorption band of amide II peak at 1521 $cm^{-1}$ concerned with N-H bending vibration. The absorption band of amide I peak decreased with an increase in the chitosan mixing ratio. We identified that there was good miscibility between chitosan and sericin. The water-retention values(WRV) of chitosan/sericin blend films increase as the amount of sericin is raised and this owes to the hydrophilic nature of sericin. Weight loss of the citosan/sericin blend films by cleaning with an aqueous sodium hydroxide increased with an increase in the sericin mixing ratio. This loss is the loss of acetic acid and sericin in the chitosan/sericin blend films and this is because of the molecular weight of the sericin is 1/5 of the chitosan and sericin is dissolved into NaOH solution. Weight loss increased when sericin content was more than 50% for the cross linked chitosan/sericin blend films. From the structure analysis, we identified that there was good miscibility and strong intermolecular interaction between the chitosan molecules that resulted from intermolecular hydrogen bonds.

본 연구의 목적은 유치원에 처음으로 입학하는 만 3세 유아의 정서지능과 유치원 적응의 일반적인 정도를 평가하고, 성별에 따른 차이를 알아보며, 남ㆍ여 유아의 정서지능과 유치원 적응은 어떠한 상관관계가 있는지 알아보는 것이다. 이를 통해 현장에 있는 교사들에게 유아의 정서지능과 유치원 적응간의 관계에 대한 정보를 제공하고 교육을 계획하고 실천하며, 입학초기 적응에 어려움을 겪는 유아의 적응도를 현장에 있는 교사들이 어느 정도 예측하고 유아의 유치원 적응도를 높이는데 필요한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구 대상은 서울시와 경기도에 위치한 9개의 유치원에 다니는 만 3세 유아 211명(남아 101명, 여아 110명)이다. 연구문제를 해결하기 위하여 유치원 교사를 대상으로 질문지를 사용하였으며 평균, 표준편차, t검증, Pearson의 적률상관으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 만 3세 유아의 정서지능과 유치원 적응도의 평균은 대체로 높은 편으로 나타났다. 또한 만 3세 유아의 정서지능과 유치원 적응도는 여아가 남아보다 유의미하게 점수가 높게 나타났으며, 3세 남ㆍ여 유아의 정서지능과 유치원 적응과의 관계는 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 본 연구결과 만 3세 유아의 경우 정서지능과 유치원 적응도가 매우 밀접한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of the present study was to analyze the 3-year-old children’s emotional intelligence and their adjustment to kindergarten, and to examine the actual gender differences and the relative contributions of the children’s emotional intelligence and their social adjustment to kindergarten. The subject of this study were 211 three-year-old children (101 boys, 110 girls) from 9 kindergartens located in Seoul and Kyunggi-Do. Statistical analysis was performed using mean, standard deviation, t-test and Pearson’s correlation analysis. The results were as follows : First, the emotional intelligence of the children’s in the present study was generally found to be well-developed. With respect to gender, a few significant differences have been revealed between boys and girls. Girls appeared to have higher emotional intelligence than boys. Second, the children in the present study were generally found to be well adjusted to kindergarten. With respect to gender, statistically significant differences appeared to exist between boys and girls. The results showed girls were more positively adjusted to kindergarten than boys. Third, the central goal of the present study, to determine the existence of any influences of context on the relation between the children’s emotional intelligence and their adjustment to kindergarten by gender, was successfully achieved. Based on the results, children demonstrating higher emotional intelligence were found to have better adjustment to kindergarten.
PEG의 함량에 따른 알모트립탄 PVA 하이드로겔의 성질비교와 경피흡수형 제제로서의 가능성 확인

트립탄 계열의 약물을 경구 복용 시에 트립탄은 소화 시스템에 의하여 생물학적 이용도가 감소되며, 혈중 약물농도가 시간의 경과에 따라 급격히 감소되고, 위장 장애의 가능성 등이 있다는 문제들을 나타낸다. 일반 겔 패치의 부작용을 개선하기 위하여 패치는 하이드로겔 형태로 제조하였다. 하이드로겔 패치의 주가 되는 메트릭스의 고분자는 PVA를 사용하였고, PEG는 PVA의 분자 간/분자 내 수소결합을 유도하기 위해 첨가물로서 사용되었고 알모트립탄 약물이 부가되었다. 또한 PVA 체인간의 미세 상분리를 가속하기 위해 매우 낮은 온도에서 액체질소가 사용되었다. FT-IR 분석에서 PVA, PEG 그리고 알모트립탄의 흡수 밴드를 확인하였다. PEG 함량이 증가함에 따라 결정화도, 수분흡수력과 인장강도들은 증가하였다. 약물방출 실험에서 약물 방출량은 PEG의 함량이 높은 하이드로겔이 약물 방출 시에 팽윤이 더 잘 이루어져 증가하였다. 본 실험에서 10 wt%의 PEG를 첨가하여 제조된 하이드로겔의 약물 방출량이 가장 좋았다. 또한 10 wt%의 PEG가 함유된 하이드로겔은 2시간째까지 전체 약물의 약 60%가 방출됨을 확인하였고, 24시간째까지도 방출이 계속되었다. 따라서 제조된 하이드로겔은 triptan의 1차 투여 이후 24시간 이내에 재발하는 편두통 환자들을 대상으로 한 트립탄의 2차 투여를 위한 경피흡수형 패치로서 적합하다. Problems appear when triptans are taken orally. For example, the bioavailability of triptan is reduced by the digestive system, and the drug level in the blood reduces rapidly over time; there is also a possibility of gastrointestinal disorder. To improve side effects, a transdermal patch has been prepared in hydrogel form. The polymer matrix that makes up the hydrogel uses PVA; PEG is used as an additive to induce inter/intra hydrogen bonding of the PVA and almotriptan drug is added. In addition, to accelerate micro-phase separation between PVA chains, liquid nitrogen is used. In FT-IR analysis, the absorption bands of PVA, PEG, and almotriptan were found. The degree of crystallinity, the water uptake ability and tensile strength were increased with increasing PEG content. In drug release tests, the amount of drug released increased depending on the PEG content. In this study, hydrogels with 10 wt% PEG showed better performance in drug release. Approximately 60% of the total drug amount was released in 2 hr, and the drug continued to release for 1 day. Thus, the prepared hydrogel patch is suitable as a transdermal formulation for the second dose administration of triptans to patients who require recurrent migraine treatment within 24 hr after the first administration.

octanethiol and vinyl acetate telomers (R8S-nVAc) were synthesized and hydrolyzed with sodium hydroxide subsequently, 1.2-epoxyhexane was then introduced to the telomers, In addition, we prepared cotelomers of multi-alkylated nonionic surfactants with a molecular structure of xRnMA-yVA (x; hydrophobic group, y; hydrophilic group, MA; methacrylic ester, VA; vinyl alcohol, R; and alkyl group) and cross-linked with sodium tetraborate decahydrate. Their active surface properties were investigated by several techniques such as surface tension, foaming property, and emulsification power measurements. The surface tension of R8S-8.8VA decreased without the introduction of 1.2-Epoxy hexane, and the degree of emulsification and foaming abilities of R8S-8.8VA increased without the introduction of 1.2-Epoxy hexane. However, the differences were insignificant. The epoxy groups were attached to a R8S-8.8VA cotelomer with a limited variation of the active surface properties. The surface tension of 1.1R6MA-8.8VA decreased after cross-linking subsequently, the degree of emulsification and foaming abilities of 1.1R6MA-8.8VA increased after cross-linking. However, there was no clear difference between them. The B-O bonds were attached to a 1.1R6MA-8.8VA cotelomer with a limited variation of the active surface properties.
