프로축구 선수들의 갈등요인이 경기력에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

본 연구는 국내 프로축구 선수들의 팀 및 개인 경기력에 영향을 미치는 갈등 요인이 무엇인지를 밝히는데 본 연구의 필요성 및 목적이 있으며, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 갈등 하위요인 중 비용갈등 선수생활 지속문제, 부적절한 언행 그리고 지원 및 배려가 팀 경기력에 부적 영향을 미치며, 그 중 부적절한 언행이 팀 경기력에 가장 큰 부적 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 갈등 하위요인 중 성적갈등 부적절한 언행 그리고 지원 및 배려가 개인 경기력에 부적 영향을 미치며, 그 중 부적절한 언행이 개인 경기력에 가장 큰 부적 영향을 미친다. The purpose of the study is to investigate the conflict factors of the professional soccer players and its relation with the player`s individual and group athletic performance. The conclusions of the study were drawn as follows. First, conflict factors of expenditure issue, continuation of athletic life, improper speech, support and consideration influenced on team`s athletic performance. Among those factors improper speech influenced as the greatest impact on team`s performance. Second, conflict factors of sexual conflict, improper speech, support and consideration influenced on individual player`s athletic performance. Among those factors improper speech influenced as the greatest impact on player`s individual performance.

사격 스포츠 참여 노인의 정신건강과 생활만족에 관한 연구

본 연구는 사격 스포츠 참여집단과 다른 스포츠 참여집단 그리고 스포츠 비 참여집단간의 정신건강 및 생활만족의 차이를 규명함으로써 노인의 정신건강과 생활만족에 사격 스포츠가 부합되는지를 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 조사대상은 사격 스포츠 참여 노인 85명과 다른 생활체육 참여자 또는 비참여자 160명 등 총 245명을 표집하였으며, 누락된 자료와 불성실한 자료로 판단되는 데이터를 제외한 227명의 자료를 최종 분석 자료로 사용하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 정신건강 차이검증에 있어서, 사격 스포츠 참여 집단이 다른 스포츠 참여 집단과 스포츠 비 참여 집단보다 긍정적 정신건강이 더 높은 것으로 나타났으며 부정적 정신건강에서는 집단 간 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 생활만족 차이검증에 있어서, 사격 스포츠 참여 집단이 가장 높은 긍정적 생활만족을 나타냈으며, 스포츠 비 참여집단이 가장 낮은 긍정적 생활만족을 나타냈다. 그러나 부정적 생활만족에서는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 정신건강과 생활만족의 관계 검증에 있어서, 긍정적 생활만족에 대하여 긍정적 정신건강이 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 부정적 생활만족에 대하여 긍정적 정신건강은 부(-)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 부정적 정신건강은 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 이상의 결과를 종합하여, 사격 스포츠 참여는 신체적 부담이 적고 정신집중을 많이 요구하는 스포츠라는 특성 때문에 다른 종목의 생활체육 참여나 생활체육 비 참여보다 사격 스포츠 참여는 노인의 긍정적 정신건강에 큰 도움을 주며, 이러한 긍정적 정신건강은 결국 긍정적 생활만족에 영향을 미쳐 노년기에 윤택한 삶을 누릴 수 있도록 하는데 부합하는 스포츠라고 결론 내린다. The purpose of the study is to investigate the relation between elder`s mental health and life satisfaction through the shooting leisure sports. The study involved a group of shooting sports and other sports groups, and non-participating group. The study examined mental health and life satisfaction differences among those groups to clarify the match The subjects of the study involved 85 shooting sports participating and 160 other sports participating and non-sports-participating elderly. The data have been sampled in total of 245, the data which is missing and judged as insincere, omitted and used 227 questionnaires in the final analysis. The study conducts following results: First, the differences in mental health, shooting sports participating group have positive mental health than other sports participating group and non-participating group, and there were no significant differences in negative mental health Second, the differences in life satisfaction, the shooting sports participating group appeared concretely the highest and non-participating group appeared the lowest among the participants. However, there were no significant differences in negative mental health Third, the relationship between mental health and life satisfaction appeared as the positive mental health affect to positive life satisfaction. And negative life satisfaction for the positive mental health was negatively affected and negative mental health was positively affected. Therefore, the results suggest that the shooing sports which is fewer physical and mental burden compare to other sports is great for elderly to practice mental focus and assist them to have positive mental health. The study conclude that participating sports impact positively to participant`s mental health, and mental health of old age eventually lead elderly to live a comfortable life.

중고속 전철용 합금 주철 제동 디스크 개발 및 성능 검증에 관한 연구

As the speed of railway vehicle grow up, the brake energy become quite higher. Generally, the material for the brake disc at high brake speed over 300㎞/h is cast alloy steel or forged steel. Steel has higher mechanical and thermal strength than cast iron, but it is more expensive and difficut to produce through casting. In this study, the brake disc for the brake speed up to 200㎞/h was developed by using special cast alloy iron of which strength and abrasion hardness is higher than gray cast iron. Full scale brake test was carried out to verify the perfomance and safety as a high speed brake disc.

틸팅차량용 제동 디스크의 트라이볼로지 특성 연구

Brake system is indispensible functional part to the transportation machines such as railroad cars, and all of industrial machines. It is mechanical element to stop the movement or slow the speed, transforming kinetic energy of motion object into thermal energy through solid friction. According that recently the railroad cars have become high-speed, the technique in braking domain to secure the overall braking effort is making rapid progress. In particular, material development and manufacturing process are so important to secure friction performance, which is the core in braking performance of mechanical brake units. Wear of brake disk could mainly result in the diminishment of its life span due to thermal cracking, so the endurance against high temperature is required. On the other hand, in this case, the problem is that the side wear of pad, relative material is slightly increased because of enlargement of plastic deformation. It is necessary, therefore, to develop a disk material that will be used in the Tilting System mechanical brake units. The purpose of this paper is to make a study prior to developing brake disk of Tilting Train travelling at 200㎞/h and to propose the component of brake disk. Accordingly, I will conduct sufficient researches on technical documents of brake disk, that are basic documentations, analyze an impact on components, and further, considering braking degree of train, study for the basic proposal on brake disk"s component of the train travelling at 200㎞/h, which has relatively minor influence of heat stress and maintains the friction. In this respect, I would like to investigate friction characteristics between disk and relative friction material via Test on some possible test segments, analyze and propose friction performance, temperature impact and so forth coming from the contact with pad, relative material to demonstrate the friction characteristics.

수영 스포츠 참여와 심리적 웰빙에 관한 연구

본 연구는 많은 현대인들이 참여하고 있으며, 향후에도 참여하고 싶은 운동 종목 1위인 수영 스포츠 참여와 심리적 웰빙은 어떠한 관계가 있는지를 밝히는 것에 본 연구의 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 수영 스포츠 참여에 따라 심리적 웰빙 자각 증세는 차이가 있다, 둘째, 수영 스포츠 참여에 따라 심리적 웰빙 하위 요인은 차이가 있다. 셋째, 심리적 웰빙 자각 증세에 따라 심리적 웰빙 하위 요인은 차이가 있다. 넷째, 심리적 웰빙 하위 요인은 심리적 웰빙 자각 증세에 영향을 미치고 있다. This study involves numbers of modem people as participants, placing its purpose on learning how psychological well-being correlates with the people engaging in swimming sports where swimming has been voted as no.1 sport for "most likely to continue in future". Conclusion on this research drew the following results: 1.Symptom of psychological well-being self-awareness differs depending on swimming sports participation scale. 2.Subordinate cause of psychological well-being differs depending on swimming sports participation scale. 3.Subordinate cause of psychological well-being differs depending on symptom of psychological well-being self-awareness. 4.Subordinate cause of psychological well-being has influence over symptom of psychological well-being self-awareness.

중국 완남고진 마을공간의 인지경향 분석

We can find various socio-cultural aspects from the physical space structure of well preserved traditional village, and reason socio-cultural meanings and values from the cognitive representation of these structures. The purpose of this study is to analyze the cognitive representation on places and ways of well preserved traditional village of south area of Huangsan Mt. in China - Chengkan, Xidi and Hongcun. Frequency and percent of appearance of places and ways were calculated with the analysis of various elements on sketch-maps drawn by 40 inhabitants on three villages. And collective cognitive maps of each village were produced by digital layering process of multiple mode. The valuable meanings of sociological space in settlements will be obtained with analyzing the differences or relationship between cognitive space and physical space with cognitive mapping technique.

중국 상해 근대산업시설의 형성과 재생

Responsible urban space and sustainable social relation should be facilitated with regeneration of urban space. Early modern industrial buildings in Shanghai, constructed with foreign capital and high technology during concession period, have important values of regeneration. Creative industry complex in Shanghai has attracted with high-end modern service enterprises, functioning as a platform for communication and development of the creative industry with regenerated industrial buildings. Purpose of this study is to analyze the socio-geographical relation of 159 modern industrial buildings and 116 creative industrial complexes, which are distributed in Shanghai urban area. Functions of early modern industrial buildings and creative industry complexes are analyzed by 5 districts including modern industrial area, Suzhou riverside area and other specific urban areas.
