The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of the service quality on the customer satisfaction and a subsequent reuse intention based on quantitative analysis in the real estate trust company. The data were gathered from customers who were have been provided by the service quality in the real estate trust company. They were asked to assess the service quality, customer satisfaction and reuse intention in the real estate trust company. A total of 522 usable questionnaires were used for the survey. The survey data were analyzed by factor analysis, reliability analysis, frequency analysis and Structural Equation Model using SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 16.0 program to find the relationship among variables. The results of the study are as follows. First, The service quality in the real estate trust company had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Second, customer satisfaction had a significant effect on the customer`s reuse intention.
