134.2kHz 대역의 RFID 루프안테나 설계에 관한 연구

In this paper, it has a proposal of the RFID reader antenna design that expand the dedicated short-range communication distance between a static object on the ground and a mobile object attached on the moving article. The static reader equipped with micro-processor makes it possible to have a serial communication with a main system, so that much data can be transfer to the main system. An antenna is adjusted in order to a communication, the scale is designed by results values of simulation using matlab. It is achieved to systematically manage logistics, person resource and security system by grasping the information and location of mobile object on the basis that this system receives the information between a static reader and a mobile object tag at 134.2kHz band on real time, also to make it possible the main system to process. Therefore, the reader antenna scale is controlled on the foundation of a magnetic field theory in order to expand a recognition distance of reader and tag, so that can be optimistically recognized with minimizing the direction influence of reader and tag.

본 논문에서는 관절 각도계를 사용하여 관절가동범위의 측정하던 것을 각도계를 사용하지 않고 플렉서블 센서를 이용하여 측정하고 측정된 값을 스마트 디바이스와 연동하여 실시간 모니터링이 가능하게 하였다. 현재의 관절가동 범위 측정은 관절 각도기를 활용하여 사람이 직접 측정하고 있다. 이러한 방법은 측정하는 사람의 측정 방법과 위치에 따른 오류로 일관성 있는 측정이 어려워 오차가 발생할 수 있다. 그래서 측정해야 할 관절에 센서를 부착하여 관절의 운동 범위를 측정하였다. 측정을 위한 센서는 플랙서블 형태로 관절의 움직임에 따라 변화되는 저항 값을 측정하는 센서로서 센싱 된 값을 ROM 센서노드를 통하여 무선으로 스마트 디바이스로 전송될 수 있도록 하였다. 개발 된 ROM 측정 장치는 일반적인 관절 각도기를 활용한 측정보다 일관성 있는 측정이 이루어 질 수 있고 스마트 디바이스와 연동하여 실시간 모니터링 함으로써 관절의 움직임에 따른 신속한 진단으로 환자의 빠른 치료와 재활의료 발전에 도움이 될 것이다. In this thesis, the range of motion of the joint was measured using a flexible sensor without using a goniometer, and the measured values were transferred to a smart device. Current range of joint motion measurement is measured by a person using a goniometer. Since the method of measuring by a person is different according to the measuring method and position of the measuring person, it is difficult to make consistent measurement, and an error may occur. The sensor for measurement is a flexible sensor that measures the resistance value that changes according to the movement of the joint. The sensed value can be transmitted to the smart device wirelessly through the ROM sensor node. Also, the sensed analog values were converted to digital values using an ADC. The converted value can be transmitted to the smart device wirelessly through the sensor node. The developed ROM measuring device can perform more consistent measurement than the measurement using general articulator and real time monitoring by interlocking with smart device, so that rapid diagnosis according to the movement of the joint can help the patient's rapid treatment and rehabilitation medical advancement will be.
16-QAM-Based Highly Spectral-Efficient E-band Communication System with Bit Rate up to 10 Gbps

This paper presents a novel 16-quadrature-amplitude- modulation (QAM) E-band communication system. The system can deliver 10 Gbps through eight channels with a bandwidth of 5 GHz (71-76 GHz/81-86 GHz). Each channel occupies 390 MHz and delivers 1.25 Gbps using a 16-QAM. Thus, this system can achieve a bandwidth efficiency of 3.2 bit/s/Hz. To implement the system, a driver amplifier and an RF up-/down-conversion mixer are implemented using a 0.1 μm gallium arsenide pseudomorphic high-electron-mobility transistor (GaAs pHEMT) process. A single-IF architecture is chosen for the RF receiver. In the digital modem, 24 square root raised cosine filters and four (255, 239) Reed-Solomon forward error correction codecs are used in parallel. The modem can compensate for a carrier-frequency offset of up to 50 ppm and a symbol rate offset of up to 1 ppm. Experiment results show that the system can achieve a bit error rate of 10^-5 at a signal-to-noise ratio of about 21.5 dB.

Objective To identify the prevalence of multidrug-resistant (MDR) bacteria and identify their specific risk factors in routine urine specimens of spinal cord injury (SCI) patients.Methods This study was designed in a retrospective manner, reviewing the medical records of SCI patients who were admitted to a specialized SCI unit between January 2001 and December 2013. Patients were investigated for age, gender, American Spinal Injury Association impairment scale, SCI level, duration after injury, bladder management method, and hospitalization history within four weeks prior to visiting our unit. The results of routine urine cultures including presence of MDR organisms were analyzed. Results Among the total 2,629 urine samples from the newly admitted SCI patients, significant bacteriuria was identified in 1,929 (73.4%), and MDR organisms were isolated in 29 (1.1%) cultures. There was an increasing trend of MDR organism prevalence from 2001 to 2013 (p<0.01). The isolation of MDR organisms in inpatients who were admitted for rehabilitation (1.3%) was significantly higher than it was among community-residing persons (0.2%) (p<0.05). By voiding method, patients who used a suprapubic indwelling catheter (3.3%) or a urethral indwelling catheter (2.6%) showed a higher rate of MDR organism isolation (p<0.05).Conclusion There was an increasing trend of MDR organism isolation in SCI patients. Inpatients and persons who used indwelling catheters showed a higher risk of MDR organism isolation.
