The flow around a rotating circular cylinder near a plane wall is investigated by the measurement of the lift acting on the cylinder and by the flow visualization using the hydrogen bubble technique in the circulating water tank. The experimental parameters are the rotating direction of the cylinder. the space ratios $H/D(H/D=0.05{\sim}0.5)$ between cylinder and plane wall and the velocity ratios ${\alpha}({\alpha}=0{\sim}{\pm}2.0)$. In the case of clockwise, the lift on the rotating circular cylinder was increased with the reduction of the space ratios and with the velocity ratios, the upper separation point was more shifted in the rotating direction with them. In the case of anticlockwise, the absolute value of the lift on the rotating circular cylinder was increased with increasing the space ratios and the velocity ratios. the lower separation point was more shifted in the rotating direction with them.

Pancake windings have merits that are easier to make high field magnets and replace windings when an accident happens and windings are aged. The current of the whole magnet consisted of windings connected in series was limited by the minimum current of the top and bottom pancake windings where maximum perpendicular magnetic field was applied. This paper propose a optimal design of a HTS magnet excited by a single source, where evolution strategy was adopted for optimal design algorithm. A magnet consisted of 8 BSCCO pancakes was chosen to prove the effectiveness of this optimal design method. Magnetic field at the center of a magnet was chosen as the object function and it was used maximized. Results of the optimal design shows that the increment of the number of turns of the pancake winding make the magnetic field of the center of the magnet increase but the current of the winding decrease for the larger perpendicular magnetic field.

피복작물을 이용한 잡초 방제효과와 녹비효과를 비교 분석하여 효과적인 피복작물-잡곡 작부체계를 알아보기 위한 호밀과 자운영을 이용하여 포장시험을 수행한 결과는 다음과 같다. 피복작물의 잡초 방제효과는 잡초의 발아억제와 생육저해로 잡곡 초기생장에 있어 잡초발생시기를 늦추었다. 그러나 잡초 방제기간이 자운영은 30일 내외, 호밀은 40일 내외로 자운영보다 호밀의 잡초방제 효과가 뛰어난 것으로 나타났다. 무처리구와 자운영 피복구는 잡곡의 출수기 차이는 나타나지 않았으나, 호밀의 피복구에서는 7일 정도 지연되었다. 피복작물에 대한 기장의 초장은 30%, 건물중은 70% 이상의 피해를 받았고, 조의 초장은 25%, 건물중은 60% 이상의 피해를 보였다. 그러나 시간이 경과함에 따라 조, 기장, 수수 모두 많은 회복을 보였으며, 특히 수수에서는 초장은 거의 회복되었으며, 건물중도 56% 까지 회복하였다. The study was conducted to evaluate the weed suppressing effects of two winter cover crops, Chinese milk vetch (CMV) and rye, in minor cereal fields in 2009. The suppressing activities of cover crops were due to the allelopathy of cover crops during weed emerging periods and competitive activity during vegetative growth of weeds. Weed suppression by cover crops were changed from 26.5 g m-2, 0.1 g m-2 and 0.2 g m-2 in control, rye field and CMV field, repectively, on June 22 to 428.6 g m-2, 1 g m-2 and 403.9 g m-2 in control, rye field and CMV field, respectively, on July 22. The weed dry weights were further changed to 656.3 g m-2, 607.8 g m-2 and 511.8 g m-2 in control, rye field and CMV field, respectively on August 22. The suppressing effect of cover crops also observed in minor cereals. Plant height and dry weight of sorghum was reduced to 68.7% and 33.6% of handweeding, respectively, on August 5. The reduction was recovered to 82.7% and 55.6% of control, respectively, on August 26. In addition, heading date of minor cereals was delayed by 7 days with rye.

The Purpose of this study, is to identify and evaluate the economic performance of various regions except for Seoul during 1988-1989 by using regional gross products data from the Ministry of Domestic Affairs. Various research methods such ogive, entropy index and multiple regression are employed to meet the research objectives. The major finding are as follows ; 1. The big-sized urban regions including metropolitan expect Seoul, Pusan and Daegu areas produces 57 percent of national gross production(GNP), followed by the medium-sized areas with 22 percent and the small-sized regions with 20 percent. 2. The regional industrial specialization is well under-performed through local resources in Korea. The food industry tends to concentrate in small-sized region while the textile and metal industries in the medium-sized regions. The big-sized regions has the highest specialization index in high technology and chemical industries. 3. The productivity in manufacturing industry is twice as much as any other industries and five times more than agriculturc and fisheries. And rural regions shows the highest labor pro ductivity over whole industries and the big-sized urban regions have the lowest labor productivity. In fact, the small-sized urban regions have the highest labor productivity, but the big-sized urban regions show the lowest. 4. The industrial specialization index given by ogive and entropy measures shows that the small-sized regions perform well in the process of industrial diversification and the big-sized urban regions perform relatively less. 5. The regression analysis by using regional production function statistically fit well in most research models. The research results reveals that the regional congestion costs will increase by growth in amount of agriculture and fisheries production over any other industries and decrease in space utility by the industries. This means that the congestion costs and space utility of industry location are important factors to increase absolute amount of production.
최대하운동시 스키지도자의 혈중젖산농도 및 체표면 온도 변화 분석

This study is to know how the exposure to the skiing ground environment on the normal temperature will have influence on bloodstream and distribution. So we chose A group is composed of 7men in their twenties(who has experience in teaching skiing) and B group is composed of 7 men in their twenties(who have take any experience) and have analyzed their lactic acid concentration in blood and body temperature on submaximal exercise. At the result of this study, we obtained following results. In the case of heart rate change and lactic acid concentration change when we compare two groups, we could find a difference(p<.001). In the case of an arrival time of expected heart rate and faceㆍchest surface temperature change there was no special difference but in the specific figure. AS we generalize outcome, Although regular long-term working under the low temperature does not have difference with working under the normal temperature, in the specific figure, there is difference in some field. As a result of these study, we could know that A group's physiological reaction when they work during a slack season. So I consider this study would be basic data for other studies such as how human can adopt new environment and what kind of physiological reaction will be happening from working out under the various environment.
