Today, it is extremely necessary to do the comparative studies on their democratic political thoughts at the important moment of developing socialist democratic politics and promoting democracy within the party.

21st century aging population problem is striking a major social problem in the world today, many interdisciplinary research academic issues. Of the world"s population, China"s aging population is also growing. This is a sign of progress in the development of human society, and with the retirement system in China, and the constant improvement of the social security system, the physical fitness of the elderly will also be on the agenda. Growing our elderly population to participate in daily fitness activities, they are more and more clearly recognize the positive health effects of physical exercise activities In this study, based on research literature, Chinese academic journals, newspapers and dissertations, research papers and Taijiquan physical exercise activities for the elderly in China, and the Chinese elderly Overview of physical exercise activities for the elderlyimportance to our elderly to participate in the largest, the most extensive range of tai chi, for example, summarized the participation of older persons in the Taijiquan movement motivation, participation in the status quo, so as to achieve the recommendations of the country"s aging physical exercise activities, promote the development of senior citizenresearch purposes, the final of the continuous efforts to enhance our elderly physique.

송대는 중국역사에서 가장 특수한 시대이다. 후손들은 송대를 거론할 때마다 가장 “약”하고 “수치스러운” 시대라고 말하지만, 사실 송대는 당대보다도 더 발전된 사회생산력을 창출하였다. 경제학자들은 제도의 형성은 경제 발전에 새로운 제도적 틀을 마련한다고 주장한다. 송대 상품경제의 발전과 번영은 그 당시의 제도적 발전과 갈라놓을 수 없다. 송대 지배층의 관리 이념 전환은 상품경제발전에 새로운 이념적 동력을 마련하였고, 재산권 제도 변혁은 상품경제 발전을 위해 정책적인 보장을 제공하였으며, 관리방식의 변화는 상품경제발전에 발전 공간을 마련하였다. Once the system is set up, it sets new form of economy running, and becomes the important factor which influences the economy development. Why the economy in Song Dynasty was prosperous went with its system changes at that time. The political system changes of its governors in Song Dynasty provided spur for commodity economy development. The prosperity right system changes of its government provided political guarantee for commodity economy development. The run mode changes of its government provided development space for commodity economy. Thus, the prosperity of Song Dynasty is the interactive result of system changes and commodity economy development.

本研究是通过实证分析来验证魅力型领导对组织成员的创新性行为及变化指向型组织公民行 为的影响关系,及其这个影响过程中感情承诺的中介效果和领导-成员交换关系的调节效果。民营 电子公司需要面对激烈的外部竞争,企业为了进一步适应外部环境的变化及提升公司业绩,对于领导风格,员工的创新行为,对公司的认同等行为的变化和改进非常重视。为了验证研究模型和假 设,我们把北京,天津,青岛这三个城市的5家民营电子公司的192名员工作为调查对象,共收集到 有效问卷175份,通过统计分析软件SPSS,AMOS及其Bootstrapping分析方法,对收集到的问卷进行 研究分析。研究结果如下:1,魅力型领导对员工创新工作行为及变化指向型组织公民行为有积极 的的影响。2,感情承诺在魅力型领导对员工创新工作行为及变化指向型组织公民行为影响关系中 有明显的中介效果。3,领导-成员交换关系在魅力型领导对感情承诺的影响中没有调节效果。通过 上述研究成果得知:如果想提升员工的创新工作行为和变化指向型组织公民行为,增强领导的魅力 型领导能力和创造有利于强化员工的感情承诺的环境十分必要。 Today’s fast developed corporate environment requires highly professional employees, and organizational structure becomes simplified and horizontal. So, individuals’ change-oriented organizational citizen behavior(C-OCB) and innovative work behavior(IWB) are considered as important factors to improve the organizational achievement. The charismatic leadership in organization becomes very necessary. The study showed the charismatic leadership, affective commitment can make organization members achieve the performance and innovation beyond the expection, and which effectively to reform the circumstance in the corporate and increase the effectiveness of the organization and its members. In addition, this research is to empirically investigate the impacts of charismatic leadership on change-oriented organizational citizen behavior and innovative work behavior. Moreover, the mediating role of affective commitment is also measured in present research. The relationship of variances were tested using SPSS, AMOS, and Bootstrapping. In conclusion, the results of the study have indicated that the charismatic leadership as an independent variable have significantly influence on both innovative work behavior and change-oriented organizational citizen behavior which as dependent variable. Also, based on the recent research, the affective commitment plays a mediated role in the relationship between the charismatic leadership and change-oriented organizational citizen, innovative work behavior. Finally, according to the results, some practical recommendations to develop the innovative work behavior for Chinese organizational members were suggested.

世界历史理论视域下《马克思恩格斯论中国》对新时代建设“人类命运共同体”的启示

《马克思恩格斯论中国》阐释了近现代世界历史的形成,并探讨了近现代中国在国际视野中的发展路径,其论述中体现出的世界历史理论为我们提供了阐述新时代构建“人类命运共同体”在唯物史观下根本遵循和理论视角。本文首先分析了马克思恩格斯的世界历史理论形成的学理逻辑,然后阐述了中国特色社会主义新时代下构建“人类命运共同体”的理论基础和可行性实践探索,认为“人类命运共同体”是运用世界历史理论对以往国际政治经济秩序中资本主义逻辑的严肃批判和对“全人类共同价值”的目标升华,是对马克思主义唯物史观和“共同体”概念的继承和创新性发展。《马克思恩格斯论中国》对构建当代“人类命运共同体”有重要的启示和借鉴意义。 Abstract: Makesi Engesi Lun Zhongguo explains the formation of modern world history and explores the development path of modern China from an international perspective. The world historical theory reflected in its discussion provides us with Basically theoretical perspective under historical materialism to elaborate on the construction of the “community with a shared future for mankind” in the new era. This article first analyzes the academic logic of the formation of Marx and Engels’ world history theory, and then elaborates on the theoretical basis and practical exploration of building the “community with a shared future for mankind” under the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It believes that the “community with a shared future for mankind” is the application of world history theory. The theory’s serious criticism of the capitalist logic in the past international political and economic order and the sublimation of the goal of “common values for all mankind” are the inheritance and innovative development of Marxist historical materialism and the concept of “community”. Makesi Engesi Lun Zhongguo has important enlightenment and reference significance for building the contemporary “community with a shared future for mankind”.

Radiocommunication is one of the essential elements for constituting the information society and also radio engineers play an indispensable function in the communication-age what we call today. Especially, on the ocean-going ship, according to the treaties and domestic laws, radio stations and radio operators are compulsorily needed for the safety of life at sea. The Radio Regulations annexed to the International Telecommunication Convention which belong to the above treaties were amended at Geneva in 1979, Therefore, the Article of "The radiocommunication operator's general certificate" has been newly appeared in this Regulations. In 1978, "The International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watch­keeping for Seafarers" were concluded at London through the IMCO, and so, a certain Recommendation on training for the marine radio officer was adopted additionally. Investigating upon these new Provisions on radio men in the above Conventions, this study is considered on the common and directional aims, and researched the technical conditions of the qualification for the New generation's radio officer. Realizing this study in Korea, the Radio Act and the National Technical Qualification Act shall be amended, then the subjects of the examination and the curriculum for "the general class radio operator" shall be established as soon as possible. On the other hand, analizing the percentage of passed applicants for the examination of the 1st class radio operator in Korea, I found that the supply of marine radio officers could not satisfy our demand due to the Korean Regulations. Therefore, it is necessary for us to change the educational course on radiocommunication in college prefaring for the general class radio officer and I would like to suggest some compulsory subjects for upgrading the level of its education. With a view to~make a comparative perspective, I took the model from the education of Japanese college because of its advancement in radiocommunication and its similarity with Korea as well. This study is mainly based on foreign and domestic books and documents.
