        알루미늄 5083 합금의 플라즈마 미그 하이브리드 용접시 용접부 미세조직과 기계적 성질 변화에 미치는 용접조건의 영향

        The effect of welding condition on microstructure and mechanical property of Plasma-MIG Hybrid Weld between Al 5083 plates(thickness : 10mm) was investigated. 1 pass weld without any defects such as puckering, undercut, and lack of fusion was obtained by 150~200A of plasma current and 5~7mm of welding speed. Gas porosities and shrinkage porosities were existed in the weld near fusion line. As welding speed and plasma current were decreasing, the area fraction of porosity was increasing. The hardness of the weld is increasing as welding speed. On the basis of microstructural analysis, Mg segregated region near dendrite boundaries tends to increase with the welding speed. In the result of hardness test, Distribution of hardness in fusion zone showed little change with the plasma current. However, when the welding speed increased, hardness in weld metal markdly increased. It could be considered that effect of heat input to growth of the dendritic solidification structures. Based on tensile test, tensile properties of weld metal was predominated by area fraction of porosities. Consequently, tensile properties can be controlled by formation site and area fraction of porosity.

        Rapid Synthesis of Arylpiperazine Derivatives for Imaging 5-HT1A Receptor under Microwave Irradiation

        We have established an efficient method for the synthesis of the arylpiperazine derivatives in which the acylation of 2-aminopyridine, the coupling reaction of the acyl compound with piperazines, and reduction of the arylpiperazines were performed under a microwave irradiation (300 W) to afford the corresponding target compounds in quantitative yields. In all cases, the reaction times were remarkably reduced when compared with those of the conventional method.

        Publish/Subscribe 모델 기반 RPC 미들웨어 설계와 구현

        다양한 형태의 미들웨어가 레거시 시스템과 신규 시스템의 통합을 위해 고안되었다. 미들웨어의 대표적인 형태로는 RPC(Remote Procedure Call), MOM(Message Oriented Middleware), TM(Transaction processing Monitor) 등이 있다. MOM 방식의 대표적인 모델인 PS(Publish/Subscribe)는 시스템의 결합도(coupling)가 낮고 낮은 결합도로 인해 높은 확장성(Scalability)를 얻을 수 있다는 장점이 있으나 한편으로는 응집도(cohesiveness) 또한 낮아진다는 단점이 있다. 이에 비해 RPC 방식은 응집도가 높으나 결합도 역시 높다는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 RPC와 PS의 단점을 서로 상쇄시킬 수 있는 하이브리드 모델의 설계와 구현 방안을 제안한다. Various types of middle-ware were created for integration between legacy systems and newly built systems. RPC(Remote Procedure Call), MOM(Message Oriented Middle-ware) and TM(Transaction processing Monitor) are the typical types of middle-ware. One of the most known MOM type middle-ware is PS(Publish/Subscribe). PS enables to create a system which has low coupling and high scalability. But PS based systems also have low cohesiveness. On the contrary, RPC has high cohesiveness but also has high coupling. This paper proposed design and implementation of hybrid model which offset disadvantages of RPC and PS.

        효과적인 후판의 제품번호 검출 방법

        본 논문에서는 여러 장의 후판이 포함된 영상에서 제품번호 문자열을 추출하고 문자를 분리하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 일반적으로 후판 영상은 여러 개의 후판을 포함하고 있다. 후판의 제품번호를 추출하기 위해서는 먼저 개별 후판을 분리하여야 하며, 이를 위해 후판의 직선 에지를 검출하고 군집화를 수행한다. 다음으로 분리된 개별 후판을 대상으로 배경 정보를 제거하여 후판의 제품번호 문자열을 검출한다. 후판의 배경은 철판의 어두운 부분과 제품번호를 출력하기 위한 흰색 페인트 부분으로 구성되며, 제안하는 방법에서는 두 부분을 구분하여 두 단계로 배경을 제거한다. 배경을 제거한 영상에 대해서 후판의 제품번호 문자열의 특성을 고려하여 개별 문자열을 추출한다. 다양한 후판 영상에 대해서 실험을 수행한 결과는 제안하는 알고리즘이 전체 영상에서 각각의 후판을 효과적으로 검출하고 개별 후판 영상에서 제품번호를 정확하게 추출함을 보여준다. In this paper, a new algorithm is proposed for detecting the product number of each thick plate and extracting each character of the product number from a image which contains several thick plates. In general, a image of thick plates contains several steal plates. To obtain the product number from the image, we first need to separate each plate. To do so, we use the line edges of thick plates and a clustering algorithm. After separating each plate, background parts are eliminated from the image of each plate. Background parts of an individual thick plate image consist of the dark part of steel and the white part of paint which is used for printing the product number. We propose a two-tiered method where dark background parts are first eliminated and then white parts are eliminated. Finally, each character is extracted from the product number image using the characteristics of product number. The results of the experiments on the various steal plates images emphasize that the proposed algorithm detects each thick plate and extracts the product number from a image effectively.

        Among objectives of periodontal therapy. the principal one is the morphological and functional reconstruction of lost periodontal supporting tissues. This includes de novo formation of connective tissue attachment and the regrowth of alveolar bone. The use of enamel matrix derivative(EMD) may be a suitable means of regeneration new periodontal attachment in the infrabony defects. Implant used to replace lost tooth but, implantitis occurred after installation. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of EMD on differentiation and growth of osteoblast in titanium disc. Twentyfive millimeter diameter and 1mm thick Ti disc which was coated 25, 50, 100, 200${\mu}g$/ml of EMD(Emdogain(R)) used as experimental group, 25, 50, 100, 200ng/d of rhBMP-2 as positive control group, and no coat as negative control group. A human osteosarcoma cell line Saos-2 was cultured in Ti disc and cell proliferation and Alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity were measured at 1 and 6 days. PCR was performed at 2 and 8 hours. Semi-quantitative RT-PCR for mRNA expressions of various osteoblastic differentiation markers -type I collagen, ALP, osteopontin, and bone sialoprotein - were performed at appropriate concentrations based upon the results of MTT and ALP assay. Cultured cell-disc complexes were prepared for scanning electron microscopy (SEM) at 2 hour. Data were analyzed using Mann-Whitney and repeated- measures 1-way analysis of variance(SPSS software version 10,SPSS. Chicago. IL). After culture, there was more osteoblast in EMD100${\mu}g$/ml than in EMD50, 200${\mu}g$/ml on day 6. There was significant difference in experimental and positive control group compared control group, as times go by(1 and 6 days). Alkaline phosphatase activity was different significantly in EMD100, 200${\mu}g$/ml and BMP100, 200${\mu}g$/ml on day 6. The results of reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) showed that expression of mRNA for ALPase, collagen type I, osteopontin. hone sialoprotein and BMP-2 was detected at 2 hour and 8 hour in EMI 200${\mu}g$/ml subgroup and BMP100ng/ml subgroup. The results of this study suggest that application of enamel matrix derivative on osteoblast attached to titanium surface facilitate the expression of bone specific protein and the differentiation and growth of osteoblast.

        배수구조를 기반으로 한 Clark 모형의 재해석

        본 연구에서는 유역의 배수구조를 설명할 수 있는 폭 함수 기반의 Clark 모형을 제안하였다. 시간-면적곡선으로는 지표면과 하천에 대하여 개별적인 동수역학적 특성을 적용한 재조정된 폭 함수를 이용하였다. 선형저수지 추적의 경우 기존의 Clark 모형과 같이 차분화된 형태가 아니라 해석식을 적용하여 수행하였다. 본 연구에서 고려한 주요한 매개변수들로는 지표면평균이송속도 및 하천평균이송속도와 저류상수를 들 수 있다. 실제 매개변수의 추정 과정에는 전역최적화 기법 중의 하나인 SCE-UA 기법을 적용하였다. 또한 Clark 모형으로부터 유도된 순간단위도의 형상은 원점에 대한 1차모멘트와 면적중심에 대한 2, 3차 모멘트로 구분하여 평가하였다. 관측 수문사상의 통계모멘트들과 본 연구에서 추정된 통계모멘트들의 상관계수는 1차모멘트의 경우 0.995, 2차모멘트는 0.993, 3차모멘트는 0.983로 산정되었다. 평균과 분산에 대해서는 추정값과 관측값이 대체로 일치하는 경향을 보여주었다. 그러나 추정된 3차모멘트에 대한 결과는 다소 과대 평가되는 경향을 나타내었다. 제안된 Clark 모형은 순간단위도의 형상을 평균과 분산만을 고려하여 적용한 방법보다 수문곡선의 왜곡 및 첨두좌표의 모의와 관련된 한계점을 개선하였다. 이러한 결과로부터 본 연구에서 제시한 방법론은 배수경로의 이질성과 동적매개변수들의 영향을 적절하게 반영할 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구에서 고려한 모멘트들의 변동성은 주로 저류상수의 영향이 크게 나타나고 있으며, 지표면평균이송속도보다는 하천평균이송속도가 크게 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이로부터 저류상수와 하천평균이송속도가 Clark 모형으로부터 유도되는 순간단위도의 형상을 결정하는데 지배적인 역할을 하는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 두 매개변수는 모형의 적용 과정에서 중요하게 고려되어야 할 것으로 판단된다. This study presents the width function-based Clark model. To this end, rescaled width function with distinction between hillslope and channel velocity is used as time-area curve and then it is routed through linear storage within the framework of not finite difference scheme used in original Clark model but analytical expression of linear storage routing. There are three parameters focused in this study: storage coefficient, hillslope velocity and channel velocity. SCE-UA, one of the popular global optimization methods, is applied to estimate them. The shapes of resulting IUHs from this study are evaluated in terms of the three statistical moments of hydrologic response functions: mean, variance and the third moment about the center of IUH. The correlation coefficients to the three statistical moments simulated in this study against these of observed hydrographs were estimated at 0.995 for the mean, 0.993 for the variance and 0.983 for the third moment about the center of IUH. The shape of resulting IUHs from this study give rise to satisfactory simulation results in terms of the mean and variance. But the third moment about the center of IUH tend to be overestimated. Clark model proposed in this study is superior to the one only taking into account mean and variance of IUH with respect to skewness, peak discharge and peak time of runoff hydrograph. From this result it is confirmed that the method suggested in this study is useful tool to reflect the heterogeneity of drainage path and hydrodynamic parameters. The variation of statistical moments of IUH are mainly influenced by storage coefficient and in turn the effect of channel velocity is greater than the one of hillslope velocity. Therefore storage coefficient and channel velocity are the crucial factors in shaping the form of IUH and should be considered carefully to apply Clark model proposed in this study.
