문학동인지의 지역성과 스토리텔링 가능성 연구

The literary coterie magazine (munhak tonginji) is often formed by people of commonalities of similar ideology, birthplace, region, and years of experience, who volunteer to write and publish together. Therefore, the literary magazine has become the important site that contributes to literary activities regardless of the passage of time and functioned to lay a firm foundation for literary people. As the literary magazine is based on the specific period and local space, the examination of the published works of the literary magazine requires the consideration of the specific cultural and regional contexts, as the magazine can be connected to the recently emerging concept of ‘attracted literary space.’ The literary magazine entitled “Juksun” is to be discussed in this study. It was the first magazine specialized in Korean literature, particularly poems, so its historical and literary values should not be perishable. Besides, the magazine has provided local writers with the resources to publish their works and interact with other writers. The magazine has helped to boost literary activities among the literary circle members in the region, while it deals with the efforts to overcome nationwide pain caused by the Korean War through the power of literature. In this respect, this study aims to rediscover the veiled values of “Juksun” and to draw the connection between literature and cultural industry, while focusing on its transformation as the storytelling art. As an attempt to planning and operating digital literary house and building digital archive, and the making of “Juksun” as a storytelling bank has been suggested. To make it possible, it is necessary to uncover the contemporary writers and define their unique values represented in the magazine, and to develop the contents in relation to the need of local culture. This study wishes to redesign the literary magazine of Daegu as a new platform to revitalize modern Korean literature and to provide the literary resources and heritages.

황금 Baicalein의 위염 및 H. pylori균에 미치는 효과

Scutellaria Radix, the dried roots of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi (Labiatae), has been used in oriental traditional medicine for treatment of fever urine disorder, diarrhea, inflammation. Present study was carried out for the gastroprotective effect of chrysin, baicalein, baicalin, wogonin from Scutellaria baicalensis. This reports evaluated antioxidant effect, antibacterial activity against Helicobacter pylori and HCI-ethanol-induced gastric lesion in rats and showed the significant effectiveness. It may be regarded that the antigastritic effects and antibacterial activity of baicalin, baicalein from Scutellaria baicalensis are originated from acid-neutralizing capacity, free radical scavenging effects and the antibacterial activity against Helicobacter pylori.

Angiomatoid fibrous histiocytoma is a rare soft tissue tumor, occurring predominately in children and young adults, with a low grade malignant potency. This tumor should not be confused with, and is not identical to, the aneurysmal fibrous histiocytoma of skin. We reported a case of a 6-year-old female who presented with an asymptomatic 1.5 cm×1.5 cm sized erythematous nodule on the left knee of 3 years duration. The lesion showed a cystic tumor surrounded by fibrous pseudocapule in the dermis and subcutis and lymphoplasmacytic infiltrations in the perica-psular area. The tumor consisted of fibroblast-like and histiocyte-like cells and pseudovascular cysts. Clinical and histological findings led to the final diagnosis of angiomatoid fibrous histiocytoma. Epidermal nevus arises from the pluripotential germinative cells in the basal layer of the embryonic epidermis. Histologically, it has a distinctive feature of hyperkeratosis, papillomatosis and acanthosis with elongation of the rete ridges. Epidermal nevus also has other histological variations. We report a case of a 5-year-old male who presented with pruritic linear brownish scaly papules on the right thigh. The lesion showed histological features of combined epidermolytic hyperkeratosis and porokeratosis type of epidermal nevus. (Korean J Dermatol 2007;45(8):818∼820)

문학공간의 스토리텔링 방안 연구 -권정생을 중심으로-

문학공간의 스토리텔링 방안을 제시하는 일은 텍스트의 변용을 문화적으로 달성하고, 소비자들의 문화향수권을 담보할 수 있다는 가능성을 갖는다. 또한 지역문화 활성화에 대한 관심이 높은 오늘날에는 문학에 기반을 둔 문화콘텐츠로 향유자들의 정신적·물질적 가치를 고양하는 현장을 조성하고, 지역의 문화자원으로 활용할 수 있다는 점에서 주목받고 있다. 이 글은 권정생의 문학공간을 조망하여 스토리텔링 방안을 제시하는데 그 목표를 둔다. 알려진 바와 같이 권정생은 “파란만장한 민족의 역사를 응축해서 보여준 그의 삶과 문학은 이 땅에서 가장 폭넓은 공감을 자아”낼 수 있는 여러 편의 작품을 창작해 “한국 아동문학의 자존심”으로 불려왔다. 또한 안동시 일직면 일대는 작가가 보여준 검소함, 자연과 생명에 대한 애정, 사람들과의 끈끈한 정이 묻어나 대중의 흥미를 자극할 수 있다. 한편 스토리텔링 방안을 제안하는 일은 ‘권정생 동화나라’의 공간 구성의 개선에 도움을 줄 수 있어 문학연구의 실용성을 아우를 수 있다. To create a way of storytelling with authors, works, and the literary space can have the advantage of transmuting the literature as a cultural industry. In addition, It makes the consumers feel nostalgia for the culture. Especially, nowadays people are highly interested in using the local culture and ``cultural welfare``. So, cultural contents based on the literature receive a great deal of attention. There may be the reason that they make the basis to force up the mental and physical value to the consumer and can be used as resources of the local culture as well. In this article, we``ll look through the life of ‘Gwonjeongsaeng``, his works, and his literary space. Then, based on this, we find a small unit to make the story and present the storytelling methods. Gwonjeongsaeng is called “the pride of Korean juvenile literature.” His life and literary work gain the empathy from many people because they show “our rocky history”, therefore can be highly evaluated as a subject of study. And the literary space around the area of Andong Iljikmyeon also has a high value as a use of storytelling. The thrift over whole his life, his love about nature and life, his deep affection for people can be also possibly used as storytelling. And the storytelling created from his life could be used as a means to increase the utility value of ``Gwonjeongsaeng fairyland``, established in 2014.

천안의 역사문화자원 활용 방안

This study, guessed the concept and practice of historical and cultural resources. In addition, to target the Cheonan, studied the hands-on history education scheme. Rather than has remained in the past gone by simply in the process of accumulated long period, save in his various, and change, historical and cultural resources, many ways in the life of future generations and the current generation it is important in that it provides. And the Cheonan, to overcome the invasion of outside influence, ethnic ruins that have been working hard for independent voluntary ethnic often. So, it is a region that can help in the understanding of ethnic consciousness and safety literary space is located. Therefore, awareness of security and independence of the nation, review the historical and cultural resources of the Cheonan region, and to discuss the use of measures, it is possible to find a way that everyone can understand fun and easy spirit and identity of the nation and even it can be said that it’s.

‘영남대로’의 브랜드스토리텔링을 위한 제언

‘옛길’이 지역의 역사문화자원과 생태환경을 선형으로 체험하는 대상이라는 의견은 낯설지 않으며, 이를 문화콘텐츠로 가공하여 지역경제를 활성화하려는 움직임도 어렵지 않게 찾아볼 수 있다. 그러나 대중에 선보인 다수의 ‘옛길’이 원래의 취지를 제대로 반영하지 못할 뿐 아니라, 대상의 고유한 의미와 정체성을 훼손한다는 지적에서 자유롭지 못하다. 이러한 지적은 왜 발생하고, 문제를 해결할 방법은 무엇일까? 본고는 질문에 답하기 위해 ‘영남대로’를 크게 세 가지 측면에서 살펴보았다. 이 길은 장구한 세월에 걸쳐 한반도를 종단하는 가장 빠른 길이자, 가장 긴 길로 ‘옛길’의 대표성을 지니며, 대중의 흥미를 자극할 수 있는 스토리가 곳곳에 서려 있어 문화산업적인 가치가 높은 편이다. 게다가 지금까지의 연구는 스토리를 발굴하고, 길의 정체성과 가치를 규명하기보다, 관련 건축물이나 시설물을 취합하는 수준에 머물러 있어 연구의 질적・양적 성장을 위해서도 논의가 필요하다는 점에서 논의의 가치가 있다. 본고는 선행연구의 한계를 보완하고, 활용에 실질적인 도움이 될 수 있는 방향제시와 시사점 도출을 위하여 첫째, ‘길’의 의미와 가치를 파악하고, 둘째, 중국의 ‘차마고도(茶馬古道)’와 일본의 ‘시오노미치(塩の道)’의 사례를 중심으로 ‘옛길’의 활용방안과 시사점을 검토하였으며, 셋째, ‘시간이 켜켜이 쌓인 길’과 ‘재화와 인재의 길’, ‘시대의 아픔을 함께 한 길’의 세 가지 화소를 제시하였다. 본 연구는 ‘영남대로’를 조명한 연구 성과가 많지 않고, 관련 콘텐츠가 거의 마련되지 않은 상황에서 촉발된 시론(試論)이나, 향후 관련 스토리텔링과 브랜드 구축에도 시사점으로 활용될 가능성을 아울러 갖는다. Contents based on the old road have been expected to function as a place where people can experience the distinctive historical resources and ecological environment of the region in a linear fashion, and to lead the revitalization of the local economy. However, contrary to expectations, related content was not free from the criticism that it would destroy its inherent meaning and identity. Why do these indications occur and how do I resolve related issues? In order to answer the questions above, we looked at “YeungNamDaero”(영남대로) in three major aspects. “YeungNam Daero” is the fastest road traversing the Korean Peninsula over a long period of time, and it is sufficient to represent the “old road” on the longest road, and there are stories hidden here and there that will be no shortage. This is also because previous research has been limited to collecting related buildings and facilities, rather than discovering the story and discovering the identity and value of the road, and there is a need for discussion about the quality and quantity of research. On the other hand, this paper proceeded with the following research in order to supplement the limits of the previous study and to derive the market for aromatic substances, which is a practical study for utilization, and suggested points. First, we understood the meaning and value of ‘Road.’ The second study focused on examples of the use and implications of “old roads” such as “Chama Gudao”(茶馬古道) in China an “Shionichi” (塩の道) in Japan. Thirdly, we presented three pixels of “The Roads Accumulated by Time,” “The Roads of Property and Human Resources,” and “The Roads Showing the Pain of Times.” This research is a trial study made in a situation where there is little research result that illuminates “YeungNam Daero” and there is little content related to it.In the future, we hope to this study can bring together the possibilities of being used as a suggestion for related story development and brand building.

실험적 위궤양 모델에 대한 천연물질의 항궤양 효과에 관한 연구

Stomach ulcer is the sickness with high frequency of occurrence at the digestive organs and is usually induced by a disproportion of an aggressive factor and a defense factor. To find the medicines having comparative effect to StillenⓇ currently on sale, we screened SHI-7004 and carried out following experiments; Effects of HCl-EtOH induced gastric lesions measuring test, Acid-Neutralizing Capacity, DPPH antioxidation activity, effect of stomach glands secrection. We can suggest that this herbal medicines could be a promising drug for the treatment of gastrc ulcers.
