Interleukin-21 (IL-21)+CD4+ T cells are involved in the immune response against hepatitis B virus (HBV) by secreting IL-21. However, the role of IL-21+CD4+ T cells in the immune response against chronic hepatitis C (CHC) virus infection is poorly understood. This study aimed to investigate the role of IL-21+CD4+ T cells in CHC patients and the potential mechanisms. The study subjects in-cluded nineteen CHC patients who were grouped by viral load (low, < 106 RNA copies/ml, n = 8; high, > 106 RNA copies/ml, n = 11). The peripheral frequency of HCV-specific IL-21+CD4+ T cells was higher in the low viral load group and was negatively correlated with the serum HCV RNA viral load in all CHC patients. Meanwhile, IL-21+ cells accumulated in the liver in the low viral load group. In vitro, IL-21 treatment increased the expression of proliferation markers and cytolytic molecules on HCV-specific CD8+ T cells. In summary, these findings suggest that HCV-specific IL-21+CD4+ T cells might contribute to HCV control by rescuing HCV-specific CD8+ T cells in CHC patients.

중국의 국유대형기업(자동차, 철강, 석유 화학공업, 전자 전기)들이 물류정보시스템 도입의 초기단계에 놓여 있으며 기능별 정착단계로 넘어 가려고 준비하는 기업들이 대부분이며 기업 내 통합단계를 이룬 기업은 매우 적다. 그리고 학계에서도 지금 한창 서방의 물류이론들을 도입하고 있는 단계에 처해 있으며 중국기업의 물류현장을 바탕으로 한 실증적 검증논문은 아직 없다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 실증적 분석으로 중국 기업의 물류분야에서 물류특성이 물류정보시스템의 활용에 있어서 어떠한 영향을 미치는가 하는 것을 실증적으로 검증한 것이다,기업의 최고경영자 및 물류관리자들이 물류정보기술의 도입과 활용에 대단히 관심을 보이고 있다. 그러나 물류정보기술의 도입과 활용에 관한 연구는 상당히 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 충분하지 못하지만 물류특성이 물류정보기술의 도입과 활용에 대하여 객관적이고 실증적인 이론을 제시하는 것에 초점을 맞추었다.

A simple, quick and reliable analytical method for the confirmation and quantification of propisochlor was developed. The propisochlor was extracted from water, soil and rice (stalks, rice and hull) matrices using acetonitrile, and cleaned up with primary secondary amine and determined by UPLC-MS/MS. The LODs of propisochlor ranged from 0.03 ${\mu}g/kg$ to 0.12 ${\mu}g/kg$, while the LOQs ranged from 0.1 ${\mu}g/kg$ to 0.4 ${\mu}g/kg$ in different matrixes. The mean recoveries of propisochlor at three levels (0.005, 0.01 and 0.05 mg/kg) were in the range of 73.7-94.9% with intra-day relative standard deviations (RSD) of 1.1-13.9% and inter-day $RSD_R$ of 3.3-12.7%. This method is suitable for routine analysis of propisochlor under field conditions. The half-lives of propisochlor in rice stalks, water and soil were 1.7, 1.5 and 2.3 days in Hunan, 5.7, 1.0 and 1.9 days in Anhui and 4.8, 1.0 and 3.1 days in Guangxi.

<P>A facile method was developed for determination of trace volatile acetone by coupling a derivatization reaction to surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS). With iodide modified Ag nanoparticles (Ag IMNPs) as the SERS substrate, acetone without obvious Raman signal could be converted to SERS-sensitive species via a chemical derivatization reaction with 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine (2,4-DNPH). In addition, acetone can be effectively separated from liquid phase with a purge-sampling device and then any serious interference from sample matrices can be significantly reduced. The optimal conditions for the derivatization reaction and the SERS analysis were investigated in detail, and the selectivity and reproducibility of this method were also evaluated. Under the optimal conditions, the limit of detection (LOD) for acetone was 5 mg L-1 or 0.09 mM (3 sigma). The relative standard deviation (RSD) for 80 mg L-1 acetone (n=9) was 1.7%. This method was successfully used for the determination of acetone in artificial urine and human urine samples with spiked recoveries ranging from 92% to 110%. The present method is convenient, sensitive, selective, reliable and suitable for analysis of trace acetone, and it could have a promising clinical application in early diabetes diagnosis. This paper is concerned with the synchronization problem for complex dynamical networks with time-varying coupling delay and sampled-data. The sampling period considered here is assumed to be time-varying but bounded. A novel exponential synchronization condition is established based on the Gronwall’s inequality, and an explicit expression for a set of sampled-data synchronization controllers is also given in terms of the solution to linear matrix inequalities. A numerical example is introduced to show the effectiveness of the given result.
A Study on the relevance of Nuo culture in Hunan Flower Drum Opera

The ancient Chinese opera source is closely related to ancient Chinese totem worship and religious sacrificial activities, the Wu Nuo culture. The earliest exorcising culture was protected by the political, but along with the phenomenon of "the collapse of rites and music," the ruling class's art and culture moved downward, from court to folk, fusing with folk songs and dances to gradually form new art forms. Until the Yuan, Ming, and Qing Dynasties, ancient Chinese court music and dance, folk song and dance integrated into opera became the mainstream art forms. Hunan Flower-drum Opera is one of the arts of Chinese opera. Its development is similar to that of ancient Chinese opera. It has a high research value and aesthetic value. Therefore, this study explores the Hunan Flower-drum opera's development from a historical longitudinal perspective and uses the full timeline of exorcising Chinese culture as the starting point to explain Hunan Flower-drum opera's story. It was positioning the Flower-drum Opera as the research object in Hunan, China, and exploring the artistic characteristics left over by the ancient Chinese exorcising culture. Simultaneously, exploring the exorcising culture in Hunan Flower-drum Opera can explain and analyze the formation reasons and style characteristics of ancient Chinese court music and dance and folk song and dance. It also provides a new research basis for the inheritance and development of contemporary Hunan Flower-drum Opera.
Improving Lookup Time Complexity of Compressed Suffix Arrays using Multi-ary Wavelet Tree

In a given text T of size n, we need to search for the information that we are interested. In order to support fast searching, an index must be constructed by preprocessing the text. Suffix array is a kind of index data structure. The compressed suffix array (CSA) is one of the compressed indices based on the regularity of the suffix array, and can be compressed to the $k^{th}$ order empirical entropy. In this paper we improve the lookup time complexity of the compressed suffix array by using the multi-ary wavelet tree at the cost of more space. In our implementation, the lookup time complexity of the compressed suffix array is O(${\log}_{\sigma}^{\varepsilon/(1-{\varepsilon})}\;n\;{\log}_r\;\sigma$), and the space of the compressed suffix array is ${\varepsilon}^{-1}\;nH_k(T)+O(n\;{\log}\;{\log}\;n/{\log}^{\varepsilon}_{\sigma}\;n)$ bits, where a is the size of alphabet, $H_k$ is the kth order empirical entropy r is the branching factor of the multi-ary wavelet tree such that $2{\leq}r{\leq}\sqrt{n}$ and $r{\leq}O({\log}^{1-{\varepsilon}}_{\sigma}\;n)$ and 0 < $\varepsilon$ < 1/2 is a constant.
