        유아 언어영재 판별에서 프로젝트 스펙트럼(Project Spectrum)의 활용에 대한 기초연구

        The identification of verbally gifted children during early childhood is very important for developing their potential in the society. Nonetheless, most researchers preferred to study the gifted of mathematics and science in the primary and secondary levels where reliable predictions of gifted may be made. Comparatively little work has been done in this area. Verbal Giftedness of young children is still developing and less stable than that of older children, and this prevents us from making firm and accurate identification. Project Spectrum can be used for the alternative assessment for the identification of verbally gifted children. The advantages of the Project Spectrum approach for the identification of verbally gifted children are as follows: First, the Spectrum approach can provide a useful means for assessing young verbally gifted children who have not demonstrated high ability on traditional identification method. Second, the Spectrum approach can blur the line dividing curriculum and assessment and thus can assess the learning process of young children.. Third, the Spectrum approach can embed assessments in meaningful, real-world activities Fourth, the Spectrum approach can be a more accurate predictor of potential by linking diagnosis and instruction. Thus, it can make us provide an educational treatment effectively for young verbally gifted children. Fifth, the Spectrum approach can lead individualized education by the early identification of young verbally gifted children.

        통합적 유아 교수·학습방법으로서의 명화 감상활동에 관한 연구

        There has been a trend only to stress the expression activities in an early childhood art education. But, recently, there is an increasing emphasis on the appreciation of famous paintings for the early childhood art education. The appreciation of famous paintings can help increase young children's object awareness, value judgment and expressive ability etc. The theoretical basis for the appreciation activities on famous paintings can be derived from DBAE (Discipline-Based Art Education), Project Spectrum, and Vygotsky's theory. DBAE pursues systematic appreciation education by integrative understanding about an art. Project Spectrum based on Gardner's theory also implies the importance of the appreciation activities through artistic observation for the paintings. In addition, Vygotsky's theory also suggests that the artistic experience which teachers offer is very important for enhancing children's appreciation ability In this study, we attempted an integrated approach by using famous paintings in early childhood curriculum. We presented the teaching method for enhancing the appreciation abilities in early childhood arts education by the integrated curriculum. For this, we suggested the six stages: observation, analysis(or interpretation), integrated activity, expressive activity, and evaluation. For the desirable appreciation education, teachers should respect young children's opinion and interact with young children by asking them many questions.

        교육 실습경험 및 실습기관의 조직풍토가 예비 유아교사의 자아개념, 역할수행 및 교수효능감에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 교육실습경험 및 실습기관의 조직 풍토가 예비유아교사의 자아개념, 역할수 행, 교수효능감에 미치는 영향에 대해 연구하였다. 연구대상은 광주광역시와 전라남도에 소재한 3년제 전문대학과 4년제 대학의 유아교육과 졸업반 학생들로 선정하였으며, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비 유아교사의 교육실습경험에 따른 자아개념, 역할수행, 교수효능감에서 전체적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 역할수행의 하위 요소별로 살펴보면, 설계자, 상담가, 연구자, 행정가로서의 역할에서는 유의미하였으나, 계획자로서의 역할에서만 유의미한 차가 없었다. 교수 효능감에서는, 개인 교수 효능감에서는 유의한 차를 보이나, 일반 교수 효능감에서는 유의한 차가 없었다. 둘째, 교육실습기관의 조직풍토에 따라 예비 교사의 자아개념, 역할 수행은 전체적으로 유의미한 차가 있었으나, 교수 효능감은 유의미한 차가 없는 것으로 나타났다. This study intends to analyze how the course of the student teaching and organizational climate during the student teaching have an influence on the self-concept, role performance and teaching efficiency of preservice early childhood teacher This study was performed to the would-be graduates of early childhood education department, who were engaged in three year-course college and four year course university located in Gwangju City and Jeonnam province. The collected data was analyzed by using the SPSS Computer Program. The major results of this study are as follows. First, according to the course of the student teaching, there were significant differences in self concept, role performance and teaching efficiency as a whole. Second, according to organizational climate during the student teaching, there were significant differences not in teaching efficiency but in the self-concept, role performance of preservice early childhood teacher.

        Vygotsky 이론에 입각한 유아 도덕교육의 방향 탐색

        The study for early childhood moral education divides into two streams. One is the social approach(moral socialization) which emphasizes the internalization of morality by socialization. Another is the developmental approach(moral development) which focuses on the development of moral judgment. But the moral education can not be prescribed to be only one side. This study would like to overcome these problems through Vygotsky's theory. The moral development happens between the two levels, which become the boundary of ZPD in the Vygotsky's theory. Vygosky points out the importance of delivering the educational content by teachers(or scaffolders). He argues that teaching leads child's development. In light of Vygotsky's theory, desirable moral education during early childhood can be achieved by the appropriate teaching and learning process through shared activity between a teacher and a child. Both the social approach and the developmental approach for moral education ignored the content or the method of the moral education. These two approaches will overcome the problem by discussing the teaching and learning method which is derived from Vygotsky's theory.

        선박용 폐 FRP 수지의 재활용 공정 개발

        A recycling process for the waste FRP from boats was developed. The recycling process is composed of decomposition of waste FRP with propylene glycol and synthesis of recycled unsaturated polyester resin from the decomposed liquid material. Prior to the decomposition, waste FRP was cut into 2cm × 5cm segments and mechanical impact was applied by press roller to give gaps between cumulated laminates. Propylene glycol effectively decomposed the waste FRP segments and glass fibers were easily separated from decomposed liquid material. Recycled unsaturated polyester resin could be made from the decomposed liquid material by reaction with maleic anhydride and phthalic anhydride.

        급성신부전을 동반한 알콜성 횡문근융해증 2례

        Rhabdomyolysis is a biochemical and clinical syndrome caused by lysis of skeletal muscle cell and release of muscle cell contents into the circulation. In addition to traumatic cause, various nontraumatic causes have been reported. Rhabdomyolysis has frequently been associated with seamy aspects of life and society: alcoholic abuse, drug addiction, sadistic drill exercise, war events and attempted suicide. The abuse of alcohol causes many hazards in many organs. One of these is acute alcoholic myopathy that may present as a fulminent syndrome of muscle pain and tenderness associated with rhabdomyolysis and acute renal failure. Because the prognosis of adequately treated rhabdomyolysis is excellent, early recognition and prompt management are essential in emergency situation. We experienced two typical cases of alcohol-induced rhabdomyolysis with acute renal failure and report these cases with literature review.

        우울장애 환자에서 자살 시도와 트립토판 수산화 효소(Tryptophan Hydroxylase) A218C 유전자 다형성과의 관련성

        Objectives : Several lines of evidence suggest the serotonergic dysfunction involved in the biological susceptibility of suicide. Tryptophan hydroxylase (TPH), the rate-limiting enzyme in the biosynthesis of serotonin, Plays a vital role in serotonin metabolism. In a case-control study, we investigated whether the TPH gene was a susceptible factor for suicidal behavior in depressive patients. Methods : The subjects were 218 depressed patients who attempted suicide and visited emergency rooms in multi-medical centers. One hundred thirty hospitalized non-suicidal depressed patients and the 161 normal controls were matched with the suicidal group. Individuals in all 3 groups were evaluated independently by a Structured Clinical Interview for the purpose of establishing a DSM-IV criteria diagnosis (SCID). The severity of depressive symptoms was evaluated using Hamilton depression rating scale (HDRS). Results : There was no significant difference in genotype distributions and allele frequencies of TPH intron 7 A218C polymorphisms among 3 groups. Furthermore, no significant difference in genotype counts and allele frequencies of the polymorphisms was found among lethal suicidal depressed patients, non-suicidal depressed patients and the normal controls. Conclusion : This study suggests that the A218C polymorphism of the TPH gene is unlikely to have a major effect on the susceptibility of suicidal behaviors in depressive patients.

      • 光波長이 오이(Cucumis sativus L.) 플러그苗의 生長에 미치는 影響

        This research was carried to find out the optimum artificial light condition for plug seedling production of high quality cucumber through investigating growth response of the seedling by both light wave length and treatment period. The treatment with blue and red fluorescent lamp increased the fresh weight involving hypocotyl and root and controlled the elongation of hypocotyl, compared with other treatments. The 30-day-old seedling treatment with blue and red light for 12 hours showed that vegetative growth including root, stem and leaves was better than that of seedling treated with other lamps. Seedling under blue and red light for 12 hours grew 60.0mm and 0.55g in length and weight of hypocotyl. respectively, Hypocotyl length and weight were 44.9mm and 0.62g when seedling was grown under above light condition for 6 hours. Total chlorophyll contents of hypocotyl were highest in the light mixing treatment, and this accelerated greening. Morphological characteristics by investigating cross and longitudinal section of 30-day-old cucumber seedling treated with the mixing fluorescent lamps indicated that epidrmis tissues were usually single layer and thicker, resulting in small, compact and non-intercellular spaces of cells. On the other hand, epidermis tissues of the control composed of large, longer and round cells and cortex tissues showed large intercellular spaces between cells. Longitudinal section of photo-treated hypocotyl showed that there were more shorter cells and non-intercellular spaces of cells than untreated tissues. As a result, blue and red light mixing treatment controled the cell elongation of seedling hypocotyl, resulting in shortening hypocotyl of cucumber seedling.

      • 일산화탄소 폭로후 고압산소 재폭로시 흰쥐 신장 및 심장의 SOD 활성 변동에 관한 연구

        Carbon monoxide is generated from the incomplete combustion of carbon-containing materials. Carbon monoxide cause muscle necrosis leading to myoglobinuria and acute renal failure. The hyperbaric oxygen exposure is increased production of active free radicals. Free radicals which promoted peroxidation of unsaturated fatty acids may destroy essential cellular components and itself cytotoxic materials. Superoxide dismutase, one of the protective mechanisms against tissue damage, catalyzed the dismutation of superoxide anion to less toxic product. The author performs the present study to investigate on Mn-SOD and Cu, Zn-SOD immunoreactivities in kidney and heart carbon monoxide (CO) and hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) exposure. The animals were divided CO exposure group, air release after CO exposure group, HBO exposure group and, CO and HBO exposure group. The specimen were sectioned in 16㎛ with cryostate. The Mn-SOD and CuZn-SOD immunohistochemistry was performed in renal corpuscle, proximal and distal convoluted tubules of kidney and, in sarcoplasm and sarcolemma of heart muscle. The results obtained were as follows: 1. The immunoreactivity of Mn-SOD were increased in renal corpuscles and distal convoluted tubules, were similar to control group in proximal convoluted tubules. 2. The immunoreactivity of Cu, Zn-SOD were increased than that of control group in renal corpuscles and distal convoluted tubules, were same that of the control group in proximal convouted tubules. 3. The immunoreactivity of Mn-SOD were increased at all experimental group of sarcoplasms of heart muscle. 4. The immunoreactivity of Cu,Zn-SOD were increased than that of control group in sarcolemma of heart muscle. These results suggest that the immunoreactivity of SOD after CO or HBO exposure is greatly increased in kidney and heart.
