<P>An all‐solution‐processed flexible piezoelectric nanogenerator, composed of polycrystalline ZnO thin film and functional polymer layers such as P3HT/PCBM and PEDOT:PSS, generates energy through a mechanical rolling and muscle stretching system. On page 6022, Youn Sang Kim, Sang‐Woo Kim, and co‐workers show that this all‐solution‐processed nanogenerator is feasible as a piezoelectric patchable device and is promising for use in future energy harvesters such as wearable human patches and mobile electronics. </P>

저세포성 골수를 보인 환자에서 저용량 Ara-C 치료 후 급성골수성백혈병으로 진단된 1예

저세포성 급성골수성백혈병은 골수 검사 결과 세포충실도가 5~40%이면서 백혈구 아세포가 30% 이상이 되는 경우를 말하며 급성백혈병 중 5~10%를 차지한다. 저세포성 급성골수성백혈병에서 low-dose Ara-C는 골수양 분화를 항진시킴으로 치료 효과를 가진다고 알려져 있다. 저자들은 저세포성 급성골수성백혈병 또는 저세포성 골수이형성증후군이 의심되어 low-dose Ara-C를 투여한 후 세포충실도의 증가를 보이며, 후에 급성골수성백혈병으로 진행하는 증례를 경험하였다. 본 증례에서는 low-dose Ara-C 투여 후 골수의 세포충실도의 증가를 확인할 수 있어 low-dose Ara-C의 분화 유도 효과를 뒷받침해 준다고 볼 수 있다. 환자는 idarubicin과 Ara-C 병용 요법으로 관해유도요법을 시행한 후 완전관해에 도달하여 공고요법 중이다. Hypocellular AML occurs in 5 to 10% of patients with AML, and has been described as a subset of AML with a cellularity between 5 and 40% when the blast % exceeds 30% of all the nucleated bone marrow (BM) cells. Low-dose cytosine arabinoside (Ara-C) in patients with hypocellular AML is known to be an effective regimen with some clinical benefits through the action of myeloid differentiation. We experienced a 56- year-old female with pancytopenia in the peripheral blood and a hypocellular marrow. She was diagnosed of having either hypocellular AML or hypocellular MDS and chemotherapy with low- dose Ara-C was started. Her BM cellularity increased to 10%. Two months later she was admitted again with thrombocytopenia with a BM cellularity of 75% and was diagnosed of AML (FAB M2). The increase in BM cellularity supported the myeloid differentiation effect of low-dose Ara-C. She achieved complete remission after receiving a combination regimen of idarubicin and Ara-C and is presently undergoing postremission therapy.

Uncertainty Channel between Inflation and Output Growth in Japan and Korea

Bivariate ARFIMA and ARMA-GARCH-M models are used to explain the relationship between uncertainty and average outcomes for inflation and output growth. To analyze the quantitative importance, the effect of an inflation (output) surprise on inflation (output growth) uncertainty, average inflation and output growth were considered. Empirical results show different effects of uncertainty on inflation and growth. For the Japanese economy empirical results provide strong empirical confinnation of Friedman s hypothesis. Bivariate ARFIMA-GARCH-M model also provides a statistical support for Cukiennan and Meltzer s, Deveraux s, and Black s are all statistically significant, but the coefficients for Deveraux s and Black s are negative. For the Korean economy from ARFIMA-GARCH-M models, the Friedman and Deveraux s hypotheses do hold, but two other hypotheses do not obtain statistical support.

In Modern Society, physical education and sports are getting popularization and leisureliness. From this tendency point of view, accidents of physical education and sports are getting on the increase. Nevertheless, out country is not discussed from important social problems by surrounding about accidents of physical education and sports. In connection with the importance about physical education-sports accidents, this study should also be important our civil law §750,§751,§752,§756 and national reparation law §2,§5,§6. Therefore, I would like to suggest that this study is considered a counterplan on accidents-responsibility and accidents-reparation about physical education-sports accidents.

An Efficient Multicast Routing Algorithm for Packet-Switched Networks

This paper has a dual purpose. First, we consider a relaxation algorithm which seems to be particularly suitable for multicasting routing problems. We show that the algorithm has polynomial complexity. Second, to measure the quality of solutions in comparison to the optimal solutions over a wide range of network sizes for which the computation of the optimal costs is too excessive, we also propose a random graph generation scheme in which an asymptotic lower bound on the expected optimal cost can be computed as a function of network node size.

Impact of the GHG Reduction on Korean Economy Using Dynamic CGE

This study addresses on interactions of economy and environment in a dynamic computable general equilibrium (CGE) with a focus on greenhouse gas (GHG) mitigation strategy in Korea. Whether Korea has to reduce the greenhouse gas or not, it has large influence on Korea economy, such as changes in GDP and welfare. The GDP decreases by 0.113~0.132%, and the marginal abatement costs are 110~123 $US per metric ton of CO2 for Korea. In the case of reduction of greenhouse gas in Korea, the output in fossil fuel and energy.intensive sectors are decreased sharply. Therefore, we should be exempted or delayed from the international reduction programme of greenhouse gas abatement targets within the limits of the possible.

Chronic eosinophilic pneumonia(CEP) is a rare disease of unknown etiology characterized by chronic infiltration of the lung with eosinophils. It presents with profound systemic symptoms comprising fever, night sweats, weight loss, dyspnea and blood eosinophilia with nonsegmental air-space consolidation confined to the outer third of the lung, the "photographic negative of pulmonary edema". Histopathologic features of chronic eosinophilic pneumonia are intraalveolar and interstitial infiltrations with eosinophils, histiocytes, giant cells, scattered lymphocytes and plasma cells. Glucocorticoid therapy cause prompt resolution of symptoms as well as disappearans of blood eosinophils, elevated serum Ig E levels and the roentgenographic lesions. Infrequent radiographic findings include nodular infiltrates, consolidations, cavitations, atelectasis and pleural effusions. Deaths from CEP although rare, have been reported, but the majorities of CEP have benign courses and do not need a therapy with ventilator. We report a case of chronic eosinophilic pneumonia, which had a sudden course associated with diffuse pneumonic consolidations on the both lung and bilateral pleural effusion.

낙동강과 탈놀음 연구의 반성

I presented the direction of the research by reviewing the study for the mask plays that range Naktong River and its river valley. Only except for the records of the relativity of the mask plays written by Jung Sang-pak, most of them were not stated with some absolute evidence, but intuitive knowledge. The Daegwangdae, which is a kind of nomadic theatrical entertainment, performed a play for Ogwangdae. A lot of researchers paid attention to Chogye Bammari that was a big market near the Naktong River and played a leading role as a headquarter for Daegwangdae. It is a general view that mask plays spreaded from the upstream to the middle stream, from the middle stream to the downstream, and from the downstream to the sea as a water traffic, but it is no more than an assumption. We should cover a wider range than a water route, and relate it to a social culture of the Naktong River. Also, we have to regard the Naktong River as not only passage for spreading mask plays, but also for making it different to the culture between the east and the west. If you do that, you can understand the difference between Ogwangdae and Deulnoleum. Seo Yeon-ho considered mask play, Sandaedogam developed from the ancient mask plays of Youngnam area. If we accept this view. The exiting theory that Ogwangdae and Daegwangdae and so forth were caused by Sandaedogam has to be reviewed. According to this, the mask plays of the Naktong River and its valley are brought into focus in the research for the mask play of Korea.

Second, I'm going to emboss about the value of the Bandaji ' s tradional beauty and make to help design developing that it becomes to fix for contemporary life style and function. Third, r m going to make low cost and high quali ty of Bandaji' s product through the study of divided modern production method because it has been produced by Korean tradional handicraftsmen.
