      • 수축형 및 확장형 FACE-BOW에 의한 상악 제1대구치 견인시 치근주위 응력분포에 대한 광탄성법적 분석

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the Contraction and Expansion Face-Bows retraction of the maxillary first molars. The experimental models were made with the epoxy resin and the Face-Bows used in this study were standard type, contraction type and expansion type of the Ormco company. The maxillary first molars were retracted with each type of Face-Bow in the direction of straight pull and 500gm in total force. The obtained stress distributions around the roots were analysed by three dimensional photoelastic method. The results were as follows: 1. In the mesio-distal stress distribution, the maximum cervical stress of distal side of the Contraction and Expansion Face-Bows was approximately a half of the standard type case. 2. In the apical view, the ratio of the maximum stress distribution of the cervical one third is as follows: 1) In case of the standard type, distal and buccal maximum stress shows the ratio of 1 to 0.77. 2) In case of the contration type, distal and lingual maximum stress shows the ratio of 1 to 1.08. 3) In case of the expansion type, distal and lingual maximum stress shows the ratio of 1 to 1.46.

        조직외적 요인이 자발적 이직에 미치는 효과 및 재직기간의 조절효과

        Employee turnover has long been a concern of the hospitality industry because of it's high turnover rate. Thus employee turnover continues to be an important issue in both practical and theoretical spheres. Traditionally researches in voluntary turnover focus in the relationship between organizational determinants and turnover, but it's explanation power has not been high. The purpose of this paper is to review the extra-organizational determinants of voluntary turnover, and the moderating effect of tenure on the determinants and turnover. Based on the responses of 643 subjects in 30 grand hotels, empirical analysis showed that family responsibility and community support are negatively related with intention to leave, and family work conflict is affirmatively related with it. But tenure appeared to have no significant moderating effect on the relationship between determinants and intention to leave.

        In this paper, we study the effect analysis on the quality certification of ISO 9000 in a company. For this study, the correct understanding of management level, the effect of certification requisition, and the improvement effects of some problems happen to the company are studied, before and after introducing the quality management system of ISO 9000. To analyze the various effects of the quality management system of ISO 9000, some companies certificated by the ISO 9" are surveyed and analyzed. The aim of this study is to provide some information to a company that want to introduce the quality management system of ISO 9000.

      • 평행봉 Upward kip동작의 역학적 분석

        As upward kip motion is the basic motion on parallel bars, it is easily trained in the classes of physical education. The purpose of this study is to offer some useful data for teaching and improve the skill of upward kip motion . For this study, two members of the national team and a high-class male player in University were sampled at random. their motion was photographed with 16mm movie camera(48frames/sec) and the gravitational censer of the body was searched for through the drawing figure method. Upward kip motion was divided into 3 phases. And then the movement of the center gravity and the angle change of joint were analyzed and compared with mechanical method. The conclusions are as follows : 1. In phase 1, when kipping legs form an angle of 90 degrees with the parallel bars, the moving speed of center gravity on Subject A was 2.4 m/sec. that of Subject B 2.1 m/sec. that of Subject C 2.4m/sec. As we have seen, Subject A and C were of the same speed. and Subjects B was 0.3m/sec later than Subject A and B, so that I think that the moving speed of the conter gravity must be fast. 2. In phase 2. when the legs are in parallel with the parallel bars. hip joint angle of Subject A was Flex 151° degrees. Subject B Flex 136degrees, Subject C Flex 144 degrees. There fore I think that the legs must extend extend the most. 3. In phase 3, when the motion was perfected, elbow joint angle of Subject A in the last frame was Flex 178degrees, Subject B Flex 170 degrees, Subject C Flex 177degrees. Subject B was shown unstable motion because flexed more than Subject A and B . 4. The perfection of the upward kip motion in the parallel bars depend on the moving speed of body gravity when the kipping legs form an angle of W decrees with the parallel bars. the size of elbows angle. hip angle. and shoulder angle when the legs are in parallel . flexion and extention of elbow joint when the motion was finished, and the waste of the P. and F.

      • Benzo(a)pyrene에 의해 유도된 간기능장해에 미치는 자근 추출액의 영향

        민간에서 주로 사용되는 약용식물들 중 간독성의 발현 저해 및 간기능 보호효과가 우수한 약물을 찾아 임상적인 약효를 밝혀보고자 하는 실험 과정으로 탄소화합물의 불완전 연소 및 열분해에 의해 생성되는 간장해 물질인 benzo(a)pyrene 으로 유도한 rats 의 간독성 발현에 미치는 자근 수침액의 예방 및 치료효과를 실험한 결과 자근 수침액의 투여는 B(a)P 투여로 현저하게 증가된 혈청 및 간장의 AST, ALT, LDH, ALP 활성을 유의성있게 감소시켰고, B(a)P투여로 증가한 혈청 total cholesterol 및 phospholipid 함량 역시 감소시킬 수 있었으나 그 효과는 현저하지 않았다. 즉, 자근 수침액의 투여는 B(a)P에 의한 간독성 발현을 유의성 있게 감소시켰으며 그 효과는 전처리가 후처리에 비해 우수하였다. The present study was undertaken to compare the pharmacologicalactivities of cn de Lithospermi Radix reported with the clinical uses in the orientalmedicine. Crude Lithospermi Radix uesd for the treatment of burn, eczema,blister, diuretic, scarlet fever and septicemia as antipyretic, antidotic and antiph-logistics. Therefore we tested the effects of Lithospermi Radix water extracton the liver-protective activities in the rats. The results obtained from enzymeassay, measurement of serum and liver alanine·aspartate aminotransferase(ALT, AST) and lipid composition indicated that Lithospermi Radix water extractshowed significant liver-protective activities against benzo(a)pyrene-induced he-patotoxicity.

      • 하수에서 분리한 합성세제 분해균의 특성

        대구시와 경산시의 하수에서 음이온계 합성세제인 sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)와 sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate(SDBS)를 유일한 탄소원으로 이용하는 균주 289종을 분리하고 이중 합성세제 분해력이 강한, 그람음성 간균으로 운동성인 8균주를 선정하여 그 선정균들의 특성을 조사하였다. 선정균은 40℃ 이상에서는 생육하지 못하였으며 생육 최적 pH는 균주간에 다소 차이가 있었으며 pH 4.0 이하에서는 선정균 모두 생육치 못하였다. 질소원으로는 SDS분해균의 생육에는 potassium nitrate가, SDBS 분해균의 생육에는 soytone이 좋았다. SDS 분해균인 DS-3, 6, 8, 24 및 SDBS 분해균인 BS-7, 8은 세제농도가 5.0% 이상에서도 생육이 가능하였다. 선정균들은 tetracycline에 감수성이 강한 것으로 나타났지만 penicillin에는 강한 내성을 띠는 것으로 나타났고, ??와 ??금속이온은 모든 선정균들의 생육을 억제하는 것으로 나타났다. On purpose to isolate the organisms, which would utilize detergents(sodium dodecyl sulfate, SDS and sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate, SDBS) as a sole carbon source, from the waste water of Kyungsan and Taegu city 289 strains were isolated. Among them 8 strains, which are gram negative rods with motility and produce strong enzyme to biodegrade the synthetic detergents, were selected. The characteristics of them were investigated as follows, 8 strains were failed to grow above the temperature of 40℃ and below the pH 4.0 even though they have variable optimum pH. Potassium nitrate was very effective for the growth of SDS-biodegradable strains and soytone was effective for the growth of SDBS-biodegradable strains as a sole nitrogen source. Among 8 strains especially DS-3, DS-6, DS-8 and DS-24(SDS-biodegradation strains) and BS-7 and BS-8(SDBS-biodegradation strains) could grow above 5.0% of detergent concentration. All of 8 strains were very sensitive to tetracycline but resistant to penicillin. Selected 8 strains were inhibited by metal ions of ??(0.156mg/㎖) and ??(0.156mg/㎖).
