        박병천류 진도북춤의 '맺음기법'연구

        'Heung' may be one of most emotions of Korean people. Among Korean folk dances, Jin-do Drum Dance by Park Byoungchun Sect rooted in Sincheong Nongak, embodies the spirit of dancing in accordance to nature as well as the philosophy of rest-in-motion and presents a structure of improving the emotion of ``Heung`` to the peak through the use of three-prolonged rhythm and internal breathing. I evaluate on breathing as qualitative element to explain emotion. Because the ``invisible thing has contents``, I tried to interpret visible ``beauty of form`` composed by invisible and internal ``beauty of emotion`` with breathing. For Korean folk dance, breathing acts as important factor that can make dance exist as original element which provide life force. The breathing structure of ``bond-humor-relax`` in Korean traditional dance through ceaseless breathing of inhalation and exhalation and various application of breathing techniques, lead to emotional flow which is immanent in dance. Accordingly, this study aims to analyze Jin-do Drum Dance by Park Byoungchun Sect with breathing by using the ``Breathing Notation`` created by Im Hakseon. I try to find how the ``bond technique`` in breathing notation play introduction role to start during dance and how intensity and strength of inhalation, exhalation and breathing change according to intensity of bond technique. I also lead to the emotion of dynamic, simple and unadored ``Heung`` of Jin-do Drum Dance through functional performance of the ``bond technique``. '흥'은 우리 민족의 가장 자연스러운 정서 중에 하나 일 것이다. 민속춤 중 신청농악에 근원을 둔 박병천류 진도북춤은 자연 순응의 춤 정신과 정중동의 철학적 의미를 담고 3연음의 리듬과 순환 호흡으로 ``흥``의 정서를 최고로 상승시키는 구조를 지니고 있다. 논자는 호흡이 ``흥``의 정서를 설명할 수 있는 질적 요소로서 가치와 의의를 두고 있다. ``보이지 않는 것에 실이 있다는 것`` 즉, 보여 지는 ``형식의 미``는 보여 지지 않는 내면적 ``심성의 미``에 의해 이뤄짐을 호흡법으로 해석하고자 한다. 우리 춤에 있어 호흡은 생명력을 주는 원천적인 요소로서 춤이 존재 할 수 있게 하는 중요한 요인이다. ``맺고 어르고 푸는`` 우리 춤의 호흡구조는 들숨, 날숨, 멈춤의 끊임없는 호흡작용과 호흡기법의 활용에 따라 다양한 미적현상으로 드러날 것이다. 이에 임학선이 창안한 ``호흡표기법``을 연구방법의 도구로 활용하여 박병천류 진도북춤 호흡을 분석하고자 한다. 호흡표기에 나타난 끝맺음은 춤이 진행될 때 도입부적 역할을 담당하고, 들숨맺음과 날숨맺음의 강도와 길이에 따라 호흡 크기와 세기의 변화를 찾고자한다. 또한, ``맺음기법``의 적용 여부에 따라 에너지 변화 및 생성에 중요한 수단이 될 것임을 규명하고, ``맺음기법``의 기능적 수행을 통하여 진도북춤의 역동적이며 소박하고 질박한 ``흥``의 정서를 유출하고자 한다.

      • 배추 시스테인 단백질 분해 효소 억제 유전자 BCPI-1의 발현과 종자 발아 및 유묘 생장과의 연관성

        Phytocystatins are protein inhibitors of cysteine proteinases of the papain family that have been identified in both monocot and dicot plants. A cDNA encoding a phytocystatin, BCPI-1 (Brassica Cysteine Proteinase Inhibitor-1) has been isolated from Chinese cabbage (Brassica campestris L. ssp. pekinensis) flower buds. Here, we tested whether BCPI-1 transcription is regulated by hormones, and could be involved in regulating cysteine proteinases during and after germination. BCPI-1 was sensitive to exogenous GA_(3) and ABA, which are important factors controlling seed germination, suggesting that the expression of BCPI-1 is hormonally regulated. We introduced a recombinant plasmid containing the full-length BCPI-1 cDNA under the control of cauliflower mosaic virus 35S promoter into rice embryogenic calli using the particle delivery method, and regenerated a number of transgenic rice plants. Constitutively over-expressed BCPI-1 caused changes in overall plant growth and development, including reduced germination and seedling growth. These data support the role of the BCPI-1 in the regulation of endogenous proteinases during both seed germination and subsequent seedling development. Phylocystatins은 papain계열의 cysteine 단백질 분해 효소 활성을 특이적으로 억제하는 억제자로 다양한 식물 종으로부터 분리되었다. 본고에서는, 배추 화아 cDNA library로부터 분리된 phytocystatin인 BCPI-1(Brassica Cysteine Proteinase Inhibitor-1)의 생체 내 기능에 대해 연구하였다. 먼저, BCPI-1 전사체는 발아 조절에 중요한 영향을 미치는 GA₃와 ABA에 의해 예민하게 증가, 혹은 감소되는 반응을 보임으로써, BCPI-1이 식물 호르몬의 영향을 받으며, 특히 발아나 유묘의 생장 조절에 관련이 있음을 알 수 있었다. Particle bombardment 방법을 통하여 BCPI-1을 벼의 배 형성 세포 내에 도입, 재분화 시켜 형질 전환 벼를 생성하였다. CaMV 35S promoter의 조절에 의해 지속적인 BCPI-1 발현을 보이는 형질 전환 벼의 경우, 발아와 유묘 생장이 현저히 지연되었다. 위의 결과들을 바탕으로, BCPI-1이 식물체 내에서 생성되는 cysteine 계열의 단밸질 분해 효소 활성을 조절하여 종자의 발아와 유묘의 생장에 영향을 미치는 것으로 추측한다.

        학교구강보건실 운영 평가에 관한 연구

        School dental clinic programs is the most active and effective programs to prevent the oral disease for school-children and it is one of the recommended programs by the advanced and welfare countries. In Korea, 15 primary schools have been established the school dental clinics in 1999 as one of the public oral health programs supported by the Ministry of Health and Welfares, and expanded more every year. 11 school dental clinics among 15 were participated for 2-years evaluation project. Such items as the structure, the process, the supply of dental services, the promotion of the health level and the community supports were evaluated through the standardization by governmental suggestions. Average score for 2-years evaluation was estimated as 81.35% as considerably good remark. In detail, score 4.74 for the structure, 22.10 for the process, 19.77 for supply of dental services, 26.22 for promotion of the oral health level and 8.53 for the community supports were calculated. In conclusion, school dental clinic programs in Korea were evaluated considerably good and they should be extended to all primary schools as possible.

      • Benzo(a)pyrene에 의해 유도된 간기능장해에 미치는 자근 추출액의 영향

        민간에서 주로 사용되는 약용식물들 중 간독성의 발현 저해 및 간기능 보호효과가 우수한 약물을 찾아 임상적인 약효를 밝혀보고자 하는 실험 과정으로 탄소화합물의 불완전 연소 및 열분해에 의해 생성되는 간장해 물질인 benzo(a)pyrene 으로 유도한 rats 의 간독성 발현에 미치는 자근 수침액의 예방 및 치료효과를 실험한 결과 자근 수침액의 투여는 B(a)P 투여로 현저하게 증가된 혈청 및 간장의 AST, ALT, LDH, ALP 활성을 유의성있게 감소시켰고, B(a)P투여로 증가한 혈청 total cholesterol 및 phospholipid 함량 역시 감소시킬 수 있었으나 그 효과는 현저하지 않았다. 즉, 자근 수침액의 투여는 B(a)P에 의한 간독성 발현을 유의성 있게 감소시켰으며 그 효과는 전처리가 후처리에 비해 우수하였다. The present study was undertaken to compare the pharmacologicalactivities of cn de Lithospermi Radix reported with the clinical uses in the orientalmedicine. Crude Lithospermi Radix uesd for the treatment of burn, eczema,blister, diuretic, scarlet fever and septicemia as antipyretic, antidotic and antiph-logistics. Therefore we tested the effects of Lithospermi Radix water extracton the liver-protective activities in the rats. The results obtained from enzymeassay, measurement of serum and liver alanine·aspartate aminotransferase(ALT, AST) and lipid composition indicated that Lithospermi Radix water extractshowed significant liver-protective activities against benzo(a)pyrene-induced he-patotoxicity.

        흡입물질이 흰쥐 Lactate Dehydrogenase와 Cholinesterase 활성변화에 미치는 영향

        The effects of volatile substances inhalation on lactate dehydrogenase and cholinesterase in rats were investigated. Male Sprague-Dawley rats were exposed to marketed odorant, ethyl acetate and ethyl ether for 15 days. Enzyme activities were measured in serum and several tissues such as liver, lung, brain, heart, kidney and muscle to find differences of effects according to the organ. Cholinesterase activity in serum and most of tissues revealed time-dependent decrease in the case of marketed odorant inhalation. Especially in heart and kidney significant decrease was observed. Ethyl acetate exposure to rats revealed also decrease in serum and all tissues by 40% to 60%. Ethyl ether inhalation showed significant decrease by 30% to 50°,%. Lactate dehydrogenase activity was markedly increased in serum and similarly in heart, brain and kidney by exposure to marketed odorant. No changes were observed in liver. Ethyl acetate exposure to rats revealed increase in serum by about 200%, compared to normal group and in other tissues by 40% to 70% except in liver and muscle. Ethyl ether inhalation showed significant increase in serum by about 100%. There was no change in liver and slight increase in muscle.

      • 나사형 임플란트 고정체의 길이, 직경, 플랫폼 형태에 따른 임플란트와 주위조직의 응력분포

        Seven finite element models were constructed in mandible having single screw-type implant fixture connected to the second premolar-shaped superstructure, in order to evaluate how the length, diameter and platform shape of a screw-type fixture influence the stress in the supporting tissue around fixtures. The superstructure were made using UCLA abutment, and connected to the fixture with abutment screw. Each finite element model was varied in terms of length, diameter, and platform shape of the fixture according to the commercial fixture(3i Implant Innovations Inc, Palm Beach Gardens, FL33410, USA) while the superstructure and the mandible with a single fixture placed in it shared no difference in terms of appearance. In each model, 250N of vertical load was placed on the central pit of an occlusal plane and 250N of oblique load placed on the buccal cusp. The stress distribution in the supporting tissue and the other components was analysed using 2-dimensional Finite element analysis and the maximum stress in each reference area was compared. 1. Under lateral loading, the stress was larger in the larger in the abutment/fixture interface, and in the crestal bone, compared to the stress pattern under vertical loading. 2. The amount of stress at the superstructure was similar regardless of the length, diameter and platform shape of a fixture. 3. Around the longer fixture, the stress was decreased at the bone crest and subjacent cancellous bone and increased in the cancellous bone area apical to the fixture. 4. Around the wider fixture, the stress was decreased at the abutment/fixture interface, and the bone crest and increased in the cancellous bone area apical to the fixture. 5. Around the fixture having wider platform, less stress was resulted at the abutnent/fixture interface and the upper part of the cortical bone, compared to the fixture having standard platform. In short, the stress distribution of the supporting tissue was affected by length, diameter, and platform shape of a fixture, and the fixture which was larger in diameter and length could reduce the stress in the supporting tissues at the bone-fixture interface and bone crest area.

      • 천연자원을 이용한 간기능 증진제 개발 연구 : Benzo(a) pyrene에 의해 유도된 간기능 장해에 미치는 세신 추출액의 영향 The Effect of Asiasari Radix on Benzo(a)pyrene Induced Hepatotoxicity

        Effect of Asiasari Radix, which is a herbal drug used frequently in the oriental prescriptions, water extract on the liver-protective activities were investigated in the rats. Asiasari Radix extract, when administered into the gast-ric intubation, produced liver-protective effect against benzo(a)pyrene induced liver damage. The results obtainedfrom liver microsomal enzyme assay, measurement of serm and liver alanine·aspartate aminotransferase and lipid accumulation, indicated that alismatis extract showed significant liver-protective activities agai-nst benzo(a) pyrene poisoning.

      • Benzo(a)pyrene에 의해 유도된 간기능 장해에 미치는 쑥의 효과

        Mugwort has been used as a Korean folk medicine in treating liver diseases acting as an analgesics, sedative, diuresis, choleretics. This study was perfomed to evaluate the effect of mugwort extracts on the changes of enzyme activities, lipid accumulation of the serum and liver, when hepatotoxicity was induced by benzo(a)pyrene. The results are as follows: 1. Mugwort water extract administration prevented the increase of serum and liver AST, ALT, LDH, γ-GTP, liver ALP activities and bilirubin content caused by B(a)P injection. 2. The increase of serum and liver ALT, LDH, γ-GTP, serum AST activities and liver bilirubin contents in B(a)P treated group were decreased by mugwort methanol extract treatment. 3. Serum and liver total cholesterol, phospholipid, triglyceride level and serum HDL-cholesterol level were increased by B(a)P treatment. After combined treatment of mugwort water and methanul extracts, these lipid content were significantly decreased. 4. The hepatotropic effect of mugwort water extract and after-treatment against B(a)P induced hepatotoxicity was superior to that of methanol extract and pretreatment.

      • 천연자원을 이용한 간기능 증진제 개발 연구 : Benzo(a)pyrene에 의해 유도된 간기능 장해에 미치는 천궁 추출액의 영향 The Effect of cnidii Rhizoma on Benzo(a)pyrene Induced Hepatotoxicity

        민간에서 주로 사용되는 약용식물들 중 간독성 의 발현 저해 및 간기능 보호 효과가 우수한약물을 찾아 임상적인 약효를 밝혀보고자 하는 실험과정으로 탄소화합물의 불완전 연소및 열분해에 의해 생성되는 간장해 물질인 benzo(a)pyrene으로 유도한 rats의 간독성발현에 미치는 천궁 수침액의 예방 및 치료 효과를 실험하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 천궁 수침액의 투여는 B(a)P 투여로 현저하게 증가된 혈청 및 간장의 AST, ALT,LDH, ALP 활성을 유의성 있게 감소시켰다. 2. B(a)P 투여로 증가한 혈청 total cholesterol 및 phospholipid 함량은 천궁 수침액의투여로 감소시킬 수 있었으나 그 효과는 현저하지 않았다. 3. 천궁의 투여는 B(a)P에 의한 간독성 발현을 유의성 있게 감소시켰으며 그 효과는전처리가 후처리에 비해 우수하였다. The present study was undertaken to compare the pharmacologicalactivity of crude Cnidii Rhizoma reported with the clinical uses in the orientalmedicine. Crude Cnidii Rhizoma used for the treatment of anemia, body chill,menstural irregularity and menstural pain as hematic, tonic effector, sedative,adodyne and clear extravasated blood. Therefore we tested the effects of Cnidii Rhizoma water extract on the liver-protective activities in the rats. The results obtained from liver microsomal enz-yme assay, measurement of serum and liver alanine, aspartate aminotransferaseand lipid accumulation indicated that Cnidii Rhizoma extract showed significantliver-protective activies against benzo(a)pyrene poisoning.

      • 보철물 절삭시 수종의 치과용 절삭기구와 냉각제의 효율성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate effects of dental cutting instruments and coolants to temperature changes of pulp chamber and to cutting weights. To evaluate effects of dental cutting instruments, the experimental groups were devided into 16. Four restorative materials (gold, base metal, resin, porcelain) were grinding with 4 cutting instruments(high speed diamond point, high speed fissure bur, low speed stone point, low speed rubber point). To evaluate effects of coolants, 16 groups were devided into 3 subgroups Group A : no use of coolant Group B : use of air coolant Group C : use of water-air spray coolant The results were as follows : 1. In kinds of coolants, temperature changes were shown in such order as group A, group B, group C. There was statistically significant difference between each group(p<0.05). Cutting weights were shown in such order as group C, group B, group A. There was statically significant difference between group C, B and A(p<0.05). 2. In kinds of cutting instruments, temperature change of diamond point as highest and temperature changes of high speed groups were higher than those of low speed groups. Cutting weights of fissure bur was highest and cutting weights of high speed groups were higher than those of low speed groups. 3. In kinds of materials of specimens, temperature change of base metal was highest and there were statistically significant difference between gold, base metal and resin, porcelain(p<0.05). Cutting weight of gold and base metal were higher than those of resin and porcelain. 4. The surface of specimen of group C, specially in use of high speed cutting instrument, showed less small particles than group A, B in SEM evaluation.
