        Design and Test Result of a Superconducting Double-Spoke Cavity

        Superconducting multi-spoke cavities are outstanding alternative choice for acceleration of heavy ions inmedium velocity regimes. Based on the scheme of China ADS, several researches on the superconductingdouble-spoke cavities were done and two prototype cavities have been developed. In this paper, the RFdesign, the mechanical design and fabrication considerations of the bare cavity will be described indetail. After Buffered Chemical Polishing and High Pressure Rinsing, one of the prototype cavities wasinstalled into the Vertical Test Stand for high gradient RF testing at 4.2 K. The measurement results of thequality factor as a function of the accelerating field and the maximum surface field will be presented. Anaccelerating gradient of more than 15 MV/m is achieved during the test, with maximum surface electricfield of 58 MV/m, and maximum surface magnetic field of 117 mT

      • 银发一族智慧社区养老服务参与意愿影响因素研究

        随着全球人口老龄化速度日益加快,解决养老问题成为一大难题,基于大数据及互联网技术的智慧社区养老服务应运而生。为进一步探析老年人对于智慧社区养老服务参与意愿的影响因素,首先通过从智慧社区养老和参与意愿两个方面梳理相关文献研究,为本文提供理论依据;其次,为实现研究的典型性,以潍坊市作为研究试验点,通过发放问卷的方式收集关于老年人智慧社区养老服务参与意愿的调研并采用单因素分析进行因素筛查,将筛查后的结果通过二元logistic 回归方法进行分析;再次,得出结果主要从三个方面分析,个体因素中年龄、户口类型、职业;家庭内部因素中居住状况、家人是否支持您参加社区养老以及外部因素中邻里关系、暴露隐私是老年人对智慧社区养老的参与意愿的影响因素;最后,通过讨论发现现存问题所在并提出通过提供以需求为导向的智慧社区养老服务、更新养老观念、营造良好外部环境等举措来提高老年人智慧社区养老参与意愿。 With the accelerating global aging population, solving eldercare issues has become a significant challenge, and smart community elderly care services based on big data and internet technology have emerged as a response. To further analyze the factors influencing the elderly’s willingness to participate in smart community elderly care services, this study first reviews relevant literature from the perspectives of smart community elderly care and willingness to participate, providing a theoretical basis for this paper. Next, to ensure the typicality of the research, Weifang City is selected as the study’s experimental site. Questionnaires were distributed to collect data on the elderly’s willingness to participate in smart community elderly care services, and univariate analysis was conducted for factor screening. The screened results were then analyzed using binary logistic regression. The results are mainly analyzed from three aspects: individual factors such as age, type of household registration, and occupation; family internal factors such as living situation, family support for participating in community elderly care, and external factors such as neighborhood relationships and exposure to privacy. These factors influence the elderly’s willingness to participate in smart community elderly care. Finally, through discussion, the study identifies existing problems and proposes measures to improve the elderly’s willingness to participate in smart community elderly care, such as providing demand-oriented services, updating elderly care concepts, and creating a favorable external environment.

        Design, fabrication and test of a taper-type half-wave superconducting cavity with the optimal beta of 0.15 at IMP

        As a part of R&D work for the high intensity proton linac of China Accelerator Driven Sub-critical System project, a superconducting half-wave cavity with a frequency of 162.5 MHz and an optimal beta of 0.15 (HWR015) has been developed at Institute of Modern Physics (IMP), Chinese Academy of Sciences. In this paper, the design and test results will be described in detail. We introduced a new stiffening strategy for the HWR cavity, the simulation results show that the cavity has much lower frequency sensitivity coefficient (df/dp), Lorentz force detuning coefficient (KL), and can achieve more stable mechanical properties. The performance of the HWR cavity operated in cryostat will be also reported.

        An Analysis of Population Polices in China

        This paper examines the impact of various population policies in China, in particular, how to increase the fertility rate and reduce the age dependency ratio. The investigation carried out involved the identification of relevant factors, the establishment of causal relationships between factors and the building of a causal loop diagram, and subsequent conversion into a stock and flow diagram for running simulations. Data collected were from newspapers, published reports, and official government websites. The results obtained from the simulations revealed that the newly implemented two-child policy would most likely be ineffective in alleviating the issue of ageing population in China. Sensitivity analysis carried out to identify potential points of intervention revealed two possible measures. Both measures were shown to be effective in increasing the Actual Fertility Rate, and also in slowing down the increase in Aged Dependency Ratio. Hence, it is recommended that the Chinese government introduce alternative measures, such as giving cash bonus to families that give birth to a second child, or implementing policies that reduce the cost of healthcare services, in order to ensure that its population is productive, and continues to be so in the future.

        Biosynthesis of rare 20(R)-protopanaxadiol/protopanaxatriol type ginsenosides through Escherichia coli engineered with uridine diphosphate glycosyltransferase genes

        Background: Ginsenosides are known as the principal pharmacological active constituents in Panax medicinal plants such as Asian ginseng, American ginseng, and Notoginseng. Some ginsenosides, especially the 20(R) isomers, are found in trace amounts in natural sources and are difficult to chemically synthesize. The present study provides an approach to produce such trace ginsenosides applying biotransformation through Escherichia coli modified with relevant genes. Methods: Seven uridine diphosphate glycosyltransferase (UGT) genes originating from Panax notoginseng, Medicago sativa, and Bacillus subtilis were synthesized or cloned and constructed into pETM6, an ePathBrick vector, which were then introduced into E. coli BL21star (DE3) separately. 20(R)-Protopanaxadiol (PPD), 20(R)-protopanaxatriol (PPT), and 20(R)-type ginsenosides were used as substrates for biotransformation with recombinant E. coli modified with those UGT genes. Results: E. coli engineered with $GT95^{syn}$ selectively transfers a glucose moiety to the C20 hydroxyl of 20(R)-PPD and 20(R)-PPT to produce 20(R)-CK and 20(R)-F1, respectively. GTK1- and GTC1-modified E. coli glycosylated the C3-OH of 20(R)-PPD to form 20(R)-Rh2. Moreover, E. coli containing $p2GT95^{syn}K1$, a recreated two-step glycosylation pathway via the ePathBrich, implemented the successive glycosylation at C20-OH and C3-OH of 20(R)-PPD and yielded 20(R)-F2 in the biotransformation broth. Conclusion: This study demonstrates that rare 20(R)-ginsenosides can be produced through E. coli engineered with UTG genes.
