        항암화학요법 관련 오심과 구토 완화를 위한 비약물요법에 관한 연구동향

        Purpose: Purposes of this study were to understand the current trends on complementary therapy in relieving chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting and to suggest the future research direction. Method: Subjects were selected on CINAHL, MEDLINE, Korean Academy Data Base from 1980 to 2001 which used nausea, vomiting, chemotherapy and complementary therapy as key words in experimental studies. Eight korean articles and twenty-one international articles were analyzed in terms of general characteristics, research methods, and types of complementary therapy. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistical methods. Result: Since 2000, researchers have more actively used complementary therapy. In subject characteristics, mean age was 35.5 years old, 45% of the researchers were performed with high level of incidence of chemotherapy induced vomiting, 14% of them set limit of consecutive cycle during research, and 65% of them did not comment the selecting criteria of sample. About 60% of them were designed post-test only control group: 35% used INV by Rhodes, 31% used Likert scale, and 24% used VAS for dependent variable. Muscle relaxation therapy was mostly applied for relief of nausea and vomiting. Conclusion: Further studies will be needed to control extrinsic variables affecting nausea and vomiting in research design and to accumulate evidence with studies applying various complementary therapies.

        경부에 발생한 침습성 지장종의 치험례

        Lipomas make up 4∼5% of all benign tumors in the body and are most often located on shoulders and backs. Neck lipomas are often developed in the subcutaneous tissues of the posterior neck, Most lipomas have slow growth rate and the recurrence is very rare after surgical excision because of well-defined border. But lipoma originated from muscles(intramuscular and intermuscular lipoma), so called infiltrating lipoma, has ill-defined border and little or no evidence of encapsulation. Histologically the feature of infiltrating lipoma is distinctive. There is a consistent infiltration with dissociation of the surrounding muscle fibers. The overall recurrence rate is less than 5%, but rises to 62.5% when deep infiltrating lipomas are considered separately. Thus infiltrating lipoma is best excised with a margin of normal muscle to avoid recurrence. Its location in the head and neck is uncommon. 18 cases of infiltrating lipoma in the head and neck has been reported to date. Here we report a case of infiltrating lipoma that arises in the head and neck muscle with a review of the literature on the subject.

        Traditionally metaphors have been regarded as a matter of figure of speech, that is, decorative devices used for literary styles. They are viewed as characteristics of language alone, a matter of words rather than thinking or action. Now metaphors are no longer confined to the realm of stylistics. They've come to be considered to play a central role in our thinking and action and we know that they are pervasive in our everyday lives. Our ordinary conceptual system is fundamentally metaphorical in nature. Substitution theory, comparison theory, and interaction theory in the field of philosophical investigations and syntactic, semantic, and pragmatic approaches in the field of linguistics have some their own good points in explaining the meaning of metaphors based on the corresponding literal counterparts with the concept of similarities. But all of them have the definite weak points not to explain metaphors when we meet the difficulties in finding similarities between tenor(target domain) and vehicle(source domain) in actual world. Those problems can be solved well if metaphors are explained from the viewpoint of cognitive linguistics. Cognitive linguistics accepts the attitudes of synthesis against analysis, realism against idealism, and mentalism against objectivism as well as the so-called prototype theory and schema theory. And it defines metaphor as the following: metaphor is congnitive mapping from one domain of experience to another. Lakoff & Johnson(1980) suggests three sorts of conceptual metaphors based on the above-mentioned theoretical constructs: structural metaphors, orientational metaphors and ontological metaphors. They work well for the explanation of the pervasive phenomena of metaphors in our thinking and action. They can be used to explain the novel metaphors in, for example, poems. Thus, I think I can reach the conclusion that metaphors should be interpreted with the methods of cognitive linguistics.

      • 에어로빅 달리기의 심리적 효과 : Research Trend and Future Directions &Issues 연구동향 및 미래방향과 과제

        A great deal of attention has been given to the association between aerobic running and psychological effects. The purpose of this paper is to examine recent developments in the burgeoning aerobic running and mental health literature and to explore avenues for future research. The current review focuses on research that has examined enhancement of psychological effects and well-being among nonclinical & clinical populations since 1980. Five areas of psychological effects are reviewed : (1) the effects of depression (2) the effects of anxiety (3) the effects of self-esteem (4) the effects of creative thinking (5) the effect of children. Aerobic running appears to improve mood and psychological well-being as well as enhancing dpression, anxiety, and self-esteem. Furthermore, mixed empirical support exists to suggest that aerobic running influences creative thinking. Theories regarding the connection between aerobic running and children as well as suggestion for future research are offered. However better research designs and procedures are still needed.

      • 탄소섬유/고인성 에폭시 수지 적층판의 모드Ⅱ 파괴인성 평가

        본 연구에서는 탄소섬유/고인성 EPOXY의 일방향 CFRP적층시험편에 대해 정적 ENF 시험 및 스프릿홉킨손봉법에 의한 동적 ENF시험을 하여 일방향 CFRP 적층판의 모드Ⅱ층간파괴인성치를 측정된 하중응답, 반력봉 반력의 J-적분과 시험편의 변위해석을 통하여 평가하였다 실험결과, 준정적 변위속도 δ = 5 × 10 근방에서 하중 최저점에서부터 하중의 진동이 발생하기 시작함을 알 수 있었으며, 또한 최저 측정점에서 하중점 변위속도의 증가와 더불어 동적 층간파괴 인성치가 증가함을 알 수 있었다. In this paper, an investigation was performed on the dynamic interlaminar fracture toughness of CFRP(carbon fiber reinforced plastics) composite laminates. Composite laminates used in this experimentation are CF/high toughness Epoxy Resin composite laminated plates. In the experiments, Split Hopkinson's Bar(SHPE) test was applied to dynamic and notched flexure test. The mode Ⅱ fracture toughness of each unidirectional CFRP was estimated by the analyzed deflection of the specimen and J-integral with the measured impulsive load and reactions at the supported points. As an experimental results, Loading vibrations are generated when quasi-static displacement velocity, δ becomes 5×10 from the lowest loading point. It is thought that the dynamic fracture toughness of specimens(CF/EPOXY) with the increase of displacement velocity becomes a little greater at a measuring point within the range of measurement.

        교정용 미니 임플랜트 고정원과 SWA en masse sliding retraction 시 전치부 치축 조절 요인에 관한 유한요소해석

        교정용 미니 임플랜트 고정원을 이용한 교정 치료가 보편화되며, SWA와 이를 이용한 en masse sliding retraction은 임상에서 흔히 사용하는 치료법이 되었다. 그러나 고정원을 성공적으로 보존하려는 노력에 비해, 발치 공간 폐쇄 시 전치부 치축 조절에 관여하는 요인에 대한 보고는 아직까지 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 제1소구치를 제거한 상악 치아와 치주 인대 그리고 치조골에 대한 3차원 유한요소 기준모델을 제작하였고, 제1대구치와 제2소구치 사이 주호선 10 mm 상방에 식립된 교정용 미니 임플랜트를 고정원으로 사용할 경우, 측절치-견치 사이의 견인 훅의 높이를 변화시키며 후상방 견인력을 가하거나, 주호선에 보상 만곡을 부여하는 것이 전치부 치축 조절에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 시뮬레이션 하였다. 또한 전치부 치축이 설측 경사된 모델을 같은 실험 조건으로 시뮬레이션 하여 발치 공간 폐쇄 시 설측 경사된 전치부 치축을 유지하거나 개선할 수 있는 요인을 검토하였고, 다음과 같은 연구 결과를 얻었다. 2 mm 높이의 견인 훅에 대하여 후상방으로 견인력을 가할 경우 발생하는 함입력으로 인하여 전치부 설측 경사가 더 감소되지는 않았다. 견인 훅의 높이가 5 mm인 경우 후상방 견인력을 가하면, 측절치의 치관 순측 및 치근 설측 이동이 일어나고, 견치의 비조절성 후방 경사 이동이 심화되었다. 4 mm의 보상 만곡은 측절치의 치관 순측 및 치근 설측 이동을 일으키고, 견치의 비조절성 후방 경사 이동을 감소시켰다. 또한 전치부가 설측 경사된 모델을 기준모델과 같은 실험 조건으로 시뮬레이션 한 경우 치근면의 응력 분포와 25000배 확대된 그래프 상에서의 치아 이동 양상은 매우 유사하였다. 이상의 결과는 미니 임플랜트-SWA sliding 생역학을 구사 시 견인 훅의 위치와 와이어 상의 보상 만곡의 유무에 의해 전치부의 치축 조절이 달라지며 실제 임상에서 가이드라인으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. Objective: With development of the skeletal anchorage system, orthodontic mini-implant (OMI) assisted en masse sliding retraction has become part of general orthodontic treatment. But compared to the emphasis on successful anchorage preparation, the control of anterior teeth axis has not been emphasized enough. Methods: A 3-D finite element Base model of maxillary dental arch and a Lingual tipping model with lingually inclined anterior teeth were constructed. To evaluate factors influencing the axis of anterior teeth when OMI was used as anchorage, models were simulated with 2 mm or 5 mm retraction hooks and/or by the addition of 4 mm of compensating curve (CC) on the main archwire. The stress distribution on the roots and a 25000 times enlarged axis graph were evaluated. Results: Intrusive component of retraction force directed postero-superiorly from the 2 mm height hook did not reduce the lingual tipping of anterior teeth. When hook height was increased to 5 mm, lateral incisor showed crown-labial and root-lingual torque and uncontrolled tipping of the canine was increased. 4 mm of CC added to the main archwire also induced crown-labial and root-lingual torque of the lateral incisor but uncontrolled tipping of the canine was decreased. Lingual tipping model showed very similar results compared with the Base model. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that height of the hook and compensating curve on the main archwire can influence the axis of anterior teeth. These data can be used as guidelines for clinical application.

      • CFRP적층쉘의 적층구성 및 곡률반경에 따른 관통특성

        최근 탄소섬유 강화 복합재료(이하 CFRP)는 비강도, 비강성이 높아 경량화가 요구되는 우주항공분야에서 구조용 재료로 널리 이용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 CFRP 적층쉘의 적층구성 및 곡률반경에 따른 관통 특성을 고찰 하고자 한다. 실험에 사용된 복합재료는 일방향 프리프레그시트로서 적층방법은 〔0₃/90₃〕, 〔0₂/90₂〕s,와 〔0₂/90₃/0〕s, 〔0/90₂/0〕 2계면과 4계면으로 적층하였다. 그리고 다양한 곡률 반경을 적용하였다. (R= 100, 150, ∞). 적층순서에 맞게 적층된 시험편은 경화온도 130℃에서 진공백 성형과정을 오토클레이브로 제작 하였으며 100x140mm 크기로 절단 하였다. 시험편은 강구로 관통시켰으며 ballistic-screen sensor로 속도를 측정하여 충격전 운동에너지와 충격 후 운동에너지를 구할 수 있다. 흡수에너지는 곡률이 커질수록 증가하였으며 4계면 시험편보다 〔0₃/90₃〕s 와 〔0₂/90₂〕s 적층구조를 갖는 2계면 시험편이 흡수에너지가 더 높게 나왔다. Currently, carbon-fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP) are widely used in both space and civil aircraft due to their superior stiffness and strength to weight ratios compared to conventional metallic materials. This paper is to study the effects of curvature and staking sequence on the penetration characteristics of CFRP laminated shell. Composite laminates used in this test are CFRP orthtropic laminated plates, which are stacked with two-interfaces 〔0₃/90₃〕s, 〔0₂/90₂〕s and 〔0₂/90₃/0〕s. 〔0/90₂/0〕s. They are manufactured to varied curvature radius (R= 100. 150, 200 mm and ∞). They are cured by heating to the appropriate hardening temperature(130℃) by mean of a heater at the vacuum bag of the autoclave. Test specimens were prepared with dimensions 100mmx140mm. When the specimen is subjected to transverse impact by a steel ball, the velocity of the steel ball was measured both before and after impact by determining the time for it to pass two ballistic-screen sensor located a known distance apart. Absorbed energy increased as the curvature increased. 〔0₃/90₃〕s and [0₂/90₂〕s specimens, which is small interlaminar number, was higher than fore interlaminar specimen.

        This study does questionnaire over recognition of landscape, major landscape and impressive site in rural community, and research visual preference through precessing pictures with a computer about major landscape. The landscape with natural fabric generally harmonizing with background is high in preference. Also, though major landscape factors are similar, preference is different according to shape, size, quality and color.
