      • 인체 공중 동작 시뮬레이션 프로그램 개발

        성낙준,권영후 한국운동역학회 1994 한국운동역학회지 Vol.4 No.2

A comprehensive simulation software package was developed in C base on the work done by Yeadon et al.(1990) and Kwon (1993a) in the aim of making it easy to apply the experimental simulation technigues to the human airborne movement studies. This package consists of 3 programs: simulation variable computation program (PREP), simulation program (SIM) and the 3-dimensional graphic program (3DMAN). All programs are driven by an easy-to-use menu system and written compatible to KWON3D Motion Analysis Package Version 2.1 (Kwon, 1993b). Program PREP consists of 4 menus: `Edit Data´, `Prepare´ `Angular Momentum´ and `Optimization´. The `Edit Data´ environment is an editor for the lengths of the segments and body lines. The `Prepare´ menu computes the internal orientation angles of the segments while the `Angular Momentum´ menu computes the mean airborne angular momentum of the body and other initial conditions such as the initial position and velocity of the body CM and the initial external orientation of the body. The `Optimization´ menu performs angular momentum optimization proposed by Kwon (1993a). A geometric 15-segment body model - Yeadon-Kwon model (Kwon, 1993b) - with at most 38 degrees of freedom including 3 external orientation angles (somersault, inclination and twist angles) was employed to compute the simulation variables. SIM consists of 2 menus: `Edit Angles´ and `Simulate´. The `Edit Angles´ environment is an editor for the internal orientation angles of the segments. Users can intentionally manipulate the internal orientation angles for the simulation of modified trials. The program displays time-angle curves segment by segment. The `Simulate´ menu actually performs simulation. The initial conditions can be directly manipulated in the program menu environment. The simulation program was tested by several theoretical configurations to screen out the flaws in the theory and to isolate coding mistakes. The simulated results were compared with the predicted results and the program showed good agreements between the simulated results and the theoretical predictions. The simulation program was then applied to several gymnastic maneuvers and springboard dives for testing. 3DMAN was developed in the extension of the traditional `Stick Figure´ graphics. The program is segment-oriented and the 3-D shape of each segment is defined defined independently in a graphic model file to allow the users to use different body models with different, combinations of segments. The model file was designed easy to edit so as to allow the users to change the graphic model easily to meet their specific needs. The graphic model file can be edited using any text editor such as `EDIT´ of DOS. Once the `3-D Graphics´ option is activated followed by the registration of the graphic model files, the program draws the 3-D shapes of the segments whose model files are registered. All the graphics-related menus including registration of the segment graphic model files are accessible within the graphic environment.

        權寧閑,鄭厚燮,趙鏞涉,朴恩雨 서울大學校 農科大學 1986 서울대농학연구지 Vol.11 No.1

        1. Differences in reactions of leaf and neck of rice plants to rice blast among four rice cultivars were observed in a paddy field. Cultivars Jinheung and Milyang 23 showed susceptible and resistant reactions, respectively, on both leaf and neck. Cultivar Norin 6 was susceptible to leaf blast and became intermediately resistant to neck blast whereas cultivar Ginga showed resistant and intermediately resistant reactions on leaf and neck, respectively. 2. Three different heading dates at 5 to 8 day intervals were induced by transplanting seedlings of four cultivars from seedling beds to a paddy field three times at 9 to 10 day intervals. When blast severity was compared within cultivars, leaf blast severity increased as heading dates became late. However, neck blast severity was greater in plots with early heading dates than those with late heading dates. 3. Spore germination of two isolates of Pyricularia oryzae in tissue extracts from leaf and neck of four rice cultivars indicated significant interactions between cultivars and isolates. However, spore germinations in leaf and neck extracts were not significantly different. Mean degree of hyphal growth of four P. oryzae isolates on the sheath adaxial epidermis indicated significant interactions between cultivars and isolates. 4. Some anatomical characteristics of leaf and neck of four cultivars did not have apparent relationship with the reactions of four cultivars to rice blast in the paddy field. Also, the amounts of the total nitrogen, sugar, P₂O??, and SiO in flag leaf and neck were not significantly different among four cultivars and did not seem to affect changes in reactions of cultivars Norin 6 and Ginga to leaf and neck blasts observed in the paddy field.

Efficacy and Tolerability of Generic Mirtazapine (Mirtax) for Major Depressive Disorder:

        Hoo Rim Song,Won Myong Bahk,Young Sup Woo,Jong Hyun Jeong,Young Joon Kwon,Jeong Seok Seo,Won Kim,Moon Doo Kim,Young Chul Shin,Sang Yeol Lee,Kyung Joon Min 대한정신약물학회 2015 CLINICAL PSYCHOPHARMACOLOGY AND NEUROSCIENCE Vol.13 No.2

Objective: Mirtax is a generic mirtazapine widely used since 2003. We conducted an open-label, uncontrolled 6-week study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Mirtax for major depressive disorder (MDD). Methods: Ninety three MDD patients with the diagnosis of MDD and 17-item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HDRS) score ≥14 were recruited. The HDRS, Montgomery-Åsberg Depression Rating Scale (MADRS), and the Clinical Global Impressions-Severity Scale (CGI-S) were administered at baseline, 1, 2, 4 and 6 weeks. Response (≥50% decrease in the HDRS or MADRS score), remission (absolute HDRS score ≤7 or MADRS score ≤10) and CGI-I score ≤2 were also calculated. Adverse event (AE) frequency and severity, weight, blood pressure, and pulse rate were checked to assess safety. Results: The starting dosage was 11.5±6.4 mg/day, and the maintenance dosage was 23.1±9.4 mg/day. During 6 weeks, HDRS, MADRS and CGI-S scores decreased from 25.1±5.6 to 11.9±8.6 (mean change –13.1±8.3, p<0.001), from 30.2±6.3 to 13.73±10.40 (mean change –16.5±9.8, p<0.001), and from 5.0±0.8 to 2.5±1.3 (mean change –2.5±1.3, p<0.001), respectively. The percentages of responders, remitters by HDRS and patients with a CGI-I score ≤2 were 64.6%, 35.4% and 52.7%, respectively. Significant decreases in HDRS, MADRS and CGI-S scores were confirmed at week 1. The total rate of AEs was 32.3%; the most frequently reported AEs were sedation (4.3%) and constipation (4.3%). Weight was increased from 58.8±10.6 to 60.3±9.3 kg (mean change 0.7±1.7 kg, p=0.004). Conclusion: This study, as the first clinical trial of generic mirtazapine, demonstrated the efficacy and tolerability of Mirtax for MDD using a single treatment design.

      • S-47 Predictive risk factors associated with synchronous multiple early gastric cancer

( Young Jae Kwon ),( Seok Hoo Jeong ),( Kwang An Kwon ),( Jungsuk An ),( Woon Kee Lee ),( Kyoung Oh Kim ),( Jun-won Chung ),( Yoon Jae Kim ),( Dong Kyun Park ),( Jung Ho Kim ) 대한내과학회 2016 대한내과학회 추계학술대회 Vol.2016 No.1

Background and Aim:?Previous studies evaluated risk factors of synchronous multiple early gastric cancer, but only in patients who received the same treatment modality, which may limit the applicability of the results to the general population. We aimed to elucidate the predictive risk factors of synchronous multiple early gastric cancer regardless of the treatment modality. Methods:?Patients who underwent early gastric cancer treatment between July 2005 and June 2015 were retrospectively reviewed. In total, 1529 patients who were treated for early gastric cancer were included. Further analysis was performed to verify the difference between endoscopic and surgical treatment groups. Results:?Among the 1529 patients, synchronous multiple early gastric cancer was diagnosed in 68 (4.4%) patients. The mean age of all the patients was 61.3±11.5 years. In total, 1073 (70.2%) patients were men and 456 (29.8%) patients were women. Significant differences in sex (p=0.004), gross appearance (p=0.038), depth of invasion (p=0.007), and lymphovascular invasion (p=0.039) were found between patients with solitary early gastric cancer and synchronous multiple early gastric cancer by univariate analysis. In multivariate analysis, male sex (odds ratio, 2.475; p=0.011) and submucosal invasion (odds ratio, 1.850; p=0.033) were independent predictive risk factors of synchronous multiple early gastric cancer. Significant differences in age, tumor size, longitudinal location, depth of invasion, and histology were found between patients groups depending on the mode of treatment in multivariate analysis.?Conclusions:?Male sex and submucosal invasion were predictive risk factors of synchronous multiple early gastric cancer. Patients with these factors should undergo more meticulous endoscopic surveillance.?Keywords:?Risk factors, Endoscopy, Neoplasms, Multiple primary, Synchronous

      • Internal Validity of the Functional Method of Hip Joint Center Location

        Young-Hoo Kwon,Gary A. Christopher,Suk-Hoon Yoon 한국체육학회 2007 International journal of human movement science Vol.1 No.2

The internal validity of a new brace-based multi-marker protocol was assessed using a set of self-validation measures and different marker strategies and algorithms were compared to gain insights into the behavior of the functional method. Eighteen female volunteers participated in this study; each performed three trials of a flexionextension- abduction-adduction movement sequence. All trials were performed with the right knee fixed in extension by a full-length knee brace to enforce the rigidity of the leg and to minimize the skin movement artifacts. Reflective markers were placed on the brace (five leg markers), sacrum, and right and left ASIS’. The HJC position was computed using two algorithms, Downhill Simplex and Gamage-Lasenby, representing two different object function families. Two groups of marker strategies were also used: single marker (INDIVIDUAL) and multi-marker (MEAN, CENTROID, and ENSEMBLE). Four self-validation measures were developed: Rigidity Index (RI), Sphericity Index (SI), and intra- and inter-trial Consistency Indices (CI). The mean RI and SI values were significantly smaller than the mean reconstruction error of the camera calibration, confirming the internal validity of the brace-based multi-marker protocol. The new protocol also exhibited good intra-trial and inter-trial consistency of the HJC coordinates. The multimarker strategies provided more consistent results than the INDIVIDUAL strategy, and the ENSEMBLE strategy provided significantly smaller SI and inter-trial CI values than other strategies. Both algorithms generated similar results showing no superiority to one another.
