        This paper presented surge protective method and devices for shipboard electrical and electronics devices. Parallel type surge protective devices (SPD) for the 440 [V] and a series type SPD for the 220 [V] rated voltage were designed and fabricated. The performance were evaluated by an un-powered test which applies the 8/20 [㎲] surge current Lip to 10 [㎄]. The maximum clamping voltage of the parallel and the series type SPD were 1,032 [V] and 875 [V], respectively.

      • 海雲台砂浜의 漂砂에 관한 硏究

        It must be a significant problem of national standpoint as well as Busan city that the area of Hae un dae beach continues to diminish since 1976. This problem seems to be caused by the transportion of littoral drifts. Therefore, this paper intended to investigated parameters having best correlationship with the drift and be able to estimate transfer quantity in future, and besides to develop protection method to control the phenomena. 1. A primary factor of Haeun-dae seashore erosion is that the more wave steepness is, the more severe erosion is. When the value of slope is above 0.025 erosion occurs, and relatively accretion occurs when it is below 0.025. And other factor is that is that if constructions place near the shoreline, erosion will be more sever. So in case of landfilling the front of the mouth of Chun river, erosion seems to be more severe because shortage of supply-sand was caused by position deformation of the mouth of river. 2. The range of specific gravities of sands in Heaun-dae beach is 2.56-2.69. At No.23 a great deal of soil was involved, at No.33 clam-shell, sand soil were mixed and dam-shells were mainly included at No.44 3. The materials of sea-bed were sampled at point of 50m, 100m, 300m, 400m, 500m, away from the shoreline of No.23, No33, No.44, No.55, No.65 relatively. As a result of analysis of the specific gravities and median diameters, the specific gravities at both sides decrease according to the depth of water, and in the vicinity of the center a kind of cyclic phenomenon, which the specific gravities having the range of 2.76-2.27 increase and decrease in turns at intervals of 50m, appears. Near the center there are many clam-shell and S O₂, the component of pure sand is only 45.44%, so the specific gravities decrease to 2.27. 4. It seems that entrance and exit of hae un dae sand to Su-yeang, chun river from Song jeang line, recently it is assumed that it go to Hae un dae on the ground of insufficient evidence in diameter, specific gravity. 5. It was known that erosions happen is spring and autumn mainly. 6. Total erosion quantity is 15000m3 and the reduction area of beach sands is 2,230㎡ from July, 1981 to June, 1982 7. The equilibrium slope of beach sand had been step type untill 1982, 3. 17, but it has belonged to bar type since 1982.3, 17. 8. The specific gravities of the materials of sea-bed at the front of Kuk Dong hotel and the 3rd watchtower are about 2.70, Here, sands seems to be transported from land to sea at the latter, from west to south at the former. Chun-river is guessed to be a supply source of sands. But At the front of the 1stwatch tower, the specific gravity of sands is about 2. 57, which is relative light. considering that the specific gravity of sands is 2.573 in su-yeang river. At the front of Beach hotel the specific gravity is the smallest value of 2.54. Here, there are mainly clam-shells, so it is concluded that sands were transported from East-river「in song- Jeung. 9. In protection method of beach erosin, back sea dyke more than 10m(requirement model test) and construct 10m in width low step, is absorbed by it. It is to be desired that beach nourishment per 20,000㎥/year 10. To estimate the wave steepness and erosin quantity the equation, V= -338,727.3(H_0/L_0)+4898.2, was induced. 11. By the equation, V= -338727.3(H_0/L_0)+4898.2 total evosion quantify is 159,042㎥ from July. 79 to June, 82. Because Busan is the city surrounded by sea, it is absolutely necessary to be able to observe the deepwater wave height by means of wave height observation stations.

      • 海雲台 海水浴場 浸蝕에 미치는 海岸制防의 影響에 대하여 (Ⅱ)

        This study has been carried out to investigate into the beach deformation caused by the construction of a sea well. It has been performed to determine the values of three dimensional movable bed hydraulic model test on the basis of the values of the marine investigation of HAE UN DAE beach and two dimensional movable bed hydraulic model test. Form the results of this work a protection method of HAE UN DAE beach erosion can be proposed to be the construction of T type jetty.

      • 海雲台 海濱變形에 관한 硏究

        This study has been carried out to determine the values of bed-sand scale and time scale which are difficult at hydraulic model tests on the HAE UN DAE beach after performing a marine investigation required to establish a protection method about the deformation of HAE UN DAE beach by using hydraulic model test. The amount of topography deformation of HAE UN DAE beach has also been obtained by the two dimensional movable bed hydraulic model test in a quantitative way.

      • 다세대주택 주거지와 아파트단지 주거지에서 양육자의 일상적 이용공간에 대한 접근성 비교분석

        The purpose of this study is to analyze walking accessibility to multi-family houses area and apartment complexes area using space syntax and discuss it from the viewpoint of child care environment. For this study, Bokdae1-dong and Gagyeong-dong that have the most infants in Cheongju City were selected as target places. Auto Cad 2018, depthmapX_0.35_windows, and SPSS 10.0 were used for analysis. Findings of this study are as follows: 1) Apartment complexes area is wider than multi-family houses area in a range of integration level. 2) For multi-family houses area, park/playground showed the highest integration level whereas children"s hospital showed the lowest one. For apartment complexes area, children"s hospital showed the highest integration level whereas park/playground showed the lowest one. However, there was no statistically significant difference. 3) When analyzing accessibility to spaces in multi-family houses area and apartment complexes area respectively according to blocks, it was found that there was a statistically significant difference in integration level of day care center, children"s hospital, and park/playground.

      • 寫眞測定에 의한 構造物 座標鮮析에 대한 硏究

        During engineering projects, land use surveys and geologic investigations, topographic information ofen plays an inportant role. The geological characteristics of photographs should precisely be considered for the determination of the coordinates of structues and strike of inclined surfaces by means of photogrammetry. In this paper determination of the coordinates of structues using photogrammetric method was theoretically approached with geometrical and mathematical models, respectively. And, in the erro analysis of test model experiments, the derived formula was reasonable and effective.

      • 漏電遮斷方式에서의 漏洩靜電容量의 設定値에 관한 硏究

        This paper deals with the ground fault protection from the leakage current in the low voltage distribution system. The protection was carried out mainly by ground connections of stern and loads. But in recent, with the increase of the voltage of the distribution system, it beings to introduce the ground fault current breakers, in this case the leakage capacitance of the distribution system is an important factor, and the range of proper values of the capacitance is determined by theoretical bases. Using this values, the limit value of the leakage capacitance for the proper operation range of earth leakage current breakers can he determined. The protection can be effectively applied and the reliability is improved in case of ground fault in the low voltage distribution system.

      • 寫眞測定에 의한 斜面解析에 관한 硏究

        During civil engineering projects, labd-use surveys and geological investigations,topogrphic information often plays an important role. Especially in geology, it is essential that be precisely surveyed dips and strikes of structural surfaces such as bedding, fracture, and contact planes. And the exact measurements of dips of mountaineous areas can be used not only for land use but also for military purposes. When applying photogrammetry in determining dips and strikes of the inclined surfaces, the geometric characteristics of the photo images must be correctly evaluated. In this paper, dip and strike determination using photogrammetric method was theoretically approached with geomrtrical and mathematical models, respectively. A formula was derived first and investigated for its rationality and effectiveness compared with the measurements. A method that locate the expocure stations through trilateration of quadrilateral,is developed fist, then analyzing the photogrammetric observations of normal-case photographs obtained by Wild P31 terrestrial camera. The results attained are as follows: First, the dip could be obtained simply by photointerpretation and using parallax bar and scale. Application of the derived formula, α=tan?? resulted in improved accuracy as compared to the conventional geometrical medel. In the mathematical model, using derived formula, α=tan??, from plane equation, values of high accuracy could also be attained. Second, the apparent dip apparent dip angle of a stereoscopic image can easily be transformed to its real dip angle, α, if the photographic direction and distance of the apex *Dept of Civil Eng., College of Eng., Dong-A Univ., Assistant prof. of inclined surface from the principal point are known. Finally, as a result of applying the derived method of trilateration of quadrilateral, accurate values were obtained at improve convergence rate when all the anglo and area conditions were used. Thus, the extention of geometrical and mathematical models derived in this paper to aerial photography, can prove to be for engineering planning, resources exploration, disaster controls and also military purposes.

      • GSIS 자료기반부 설계를 위한 ACAD-SYSTEM의 활용방안에 관한 연구

        GSIS is a system that contains spatially referenced data that can be analyzed and converted to information for a specific set of purpose,or application. The key of feature of a GSIS is the analysis of data produce new information. The history of using computers for mapping and spatial analysis shows that there have been paralled developments in automated data capture, data analysis, and presentation in several broadly related fields. Geo-spatial information systems do have a lot in common with auto computer aided drafting(ACAD) systems used for drafting a wide range of technical objects. This study aims to convert of GSIS database model by ACAD system.

      • 컴퓨터 매핑시스템에 의한 국토정보관리 기본구상에 관한 연구

        Computer Mapping System(CMS) are being used in various government offices as well as coporates as a tool in decision making. Efforts are being made to implement computer mapping system databases to systematically and effectively carry out planning, management and monitoring in various fields. But the present dituation is that the database design itself is a big job since the methodology of planning and design of mapping systems are still being studied. This study is about the base conception of Land Information Management, which is an important and time consuming activity necessary in the implementation of such systems. The study was then applied to highway, environment, map management where the functions and data used in highway, environment, map management system were identified through system analysis and the computer mapping system database was designed based on this analysis. Also appplication systems were developed to support departments which used various maps and drawings. Conclusively, the techniques introduced in this study could serve as a useful tool not only in buiding more specific land evaluation system but also in collecting data necessary for Land Information Management System.
