JAVA is interactive, platform idependent and object-oriented language and meets all needs on Internet GIS. This paper introduce JAVA based GIS program to manipulates various geographic data on internet, communicating interactively and transfer real-time data between server and client. This program analysis roof detector data in all part of pusan area and indicates the traffic states, the road surface conditions, weather information, the shortest cut, and road names in JAVA client windows. Also this study shows various techniques of real time traffic informations.

항원의 말단 아미노산이 T 임파구 자극에 미치는 영향의 분석

Immune responsiveness has been known to be determined by the type of individual's major histocompatibiiity complex (MHC). For example, H-2k or H-2a haplotype-bearing mice are high-responders to hen egg-white lysozyme (HEL) antigen, while H-2b or H-2d haplotype-bearing mice are low- or non-responders to HEL. When HEL is injected to the high-responder C3H (H-2k) mice, most of the T lymphocytes recognize the HEL 46-61 epitope region. However, HEL 46-61 specific T lymphocytes are hardly detected in HEL injected low-responder C57BL/6 (H-2') mice. Previously, as an initial step to understand the mechanisms involved in unresponsiveness of HEL low-responder mice to an HEL 46-61 epitope, the antigen recognition pattern of an HEL 46-61 region specific T hybridoma clone originated from C57BL/6 mice was analyzed. The minimal epitope region recognized by the T hybridoma clone was HEL 51-60 and shifted one amino acid from that of high-responder C3H mice. In addition, the arginine at position 61 has an inhibitory effect for T hybridoma cell stimulation by. inhibiting the binding of the epitope peptide with MHC class-II molecules mainly due to the large size of the side chain of the amino acid. In this study, we found that the same characteristics of the arginine are essential for stimulation of C3H T hybridoma clone, 3A9. In order to confirm the influence of arginine on T cell stimulation in T lymphocyte population of HEL high- and low-responder mice, we performed the lymph node cell proliferation assay after HEL injection. In low-responder C57BL/6 mice, the presence of arginine exerts the similar influence on T cell stimulation as shown in T hybridoma cell stimulation experiment. Interestingly however, patterns of lymph node cell proliferation assay in HEL high-responder C3H mice are somewhat different from those of T hybridoma cell stimulation experiment. For example, all the peptides containing the substitutions at position 61 with various amino acids is able to stimulate the T lymphocytes efficiently, although the peptide containing tryptophan at position 61 is the most efficient for T lymphocyte stimulation. Based on these results, possible mechanisms involved in low-responsiveness of C57BL/6 mice to an HEL 46-61 epitope region is discussed.

This study aims at suggesting competition factors and management strategies necessary for survival and continuous growth of small and medium-size construction companies during IMF period. For this study, both literature and questionnaire survey have been performed, figuring out major competition factors and management strategies before and after IMF period. For the questionnaire survey, small and medium-size construction companies located in Kwangju city and Chounnam province are utilized The results of this study are as follows: 1) The major competition factors for the well-managed small and medium-size construction firms after IMF period are surveyed as following order ; ability of CEO, project performance, risk control, marketing, procurement, and strategic planning capability. 2) The degree of significance in terms of management strategies for the firms depicted above are discovered as following order ; quality enhancement and pursuing high value-added products, betterment andrationalization of management system, strenthening technical development, training and utilization of human resources, diversification and conversion of business structure, and drive forwards internationalization.

수용성 키틴이 백서 창상치유에 미치는 영향

[논문]실시간 정밀 3차원 지형측량기법을 이용한 저수량산출시스템 개발

현재 고정밀도 저수량 측량에 사용되는 측량장비에는 수평위치결정방법으로 실시간 DGPS측량장비가 많이 활용되고 있고, 수심측량에는 디지털 음향측심기를 많이 사용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 현재, 수심측량 결과처리 시 문제가 되고 있는 소프트웨어의 가격부담을 줄이고 수심측량과 내업처리에 의한 저수량산출을 통합처리 할 수 있는 국내 자체개발의 저가형 외 · 내업 일체형 저수량산출시스댐을 개발하였다.

의약품중 잔류유기용매 시험법 확립에 관한 연구

Headspace-GC(딘5-GC)를 이용하여 ICH 잔류웅매 가이드라인 class 1, 2에 속하는 28종의 잔류유기웅매 분석방법을 연군한 결과 SPB-5, BB-WAX column을 동시 이용하여 각각을 확인, 정량할 수 있었다.또한 염의 참가효과, 평형시간,평형온도가 headspace분석에 미치는 영향을 검토한 결과 평형 시간 30분,평형온도 85℃,Na₂SO₄Ig을 첨가하여 시험할 때 최적 부넉조건을 나타내었다. 회수율은 1,1-achloroethene(68.3%)를 제외하고 90.9 ~ 114.5%로 패체적으로 양호하였다. 따로 HS-GCJECD, DB-524 column을 이용하여 9종의 잔류유기용매에 대하여 각각의 검랸선을 작성하고 검출한계를 구하였다. 실제 의약품 원료 10종및 제제 5종에 적용시킨 결과 모두 불검출되었으며 본 시험법은 의약품중의 잔류유기용매 분석에 적용할 수 있는 방법이라고 판단된다. The headspace-fC/FID(HS -GC/FID) method was performed for test method developnlent of residu;31 organic solvents in pfrarmaceuticals. Using SPB-S and BB-WAXcolumn, 28 kinds of solvents iri ICH residual sof)·ents guidetine class 1, 2 couBd be individuallt-identified and quantitated. The foIBowing residoal soIYents were not detected by the headspaceinjection condition : N,N-Cmethylacetamide, N,N-dimeth)rlformamide, ethyfeneglycol, formamide,2-methoryethanot, N-rnethylpyrrolidone, suBforane. The effects of the addition of salts,equilibration time, and equilibration temperature on headspace analt·sis were invesugated. Theoptimum conditions weiFe obtained with addtion of Ifa2s04 19 as a salt, simultaneously. thetime and temperature of equitibration were 30min and 8i'f, respectivety. The recovery havefound between 90.9 and 114.5% except 1,1-dichloroethene(fi8.3%). Using DB-624 column &HS-GC/:ECD method, 9 kinds of residual solvents could be individually identified andfuantitated. This HS-GC method can be applied to test the residua3 organic solvent in thepharmaceuticals.

상악동에 발생한 국균증 2례

국균증은 토양, 유기체 그리고 모든 형태의 유기물 잔사에 광범위하게 존재하는 국균 (Aspergillus) 속에 의하여 발병한다.이 균의 포자는 공기 중에서 전염될 수 있으므로 가장 흔한 감염 진균 중 하나이다.부비동에 발생한 국균증은 초기 임상 증상이 만성 부비동염과 유사하며, 방사선 사진 등을 이용한 검사상도 일반 세균성 감염과 구별하기가 매우 어렵다.대개는 병리조직학적 검사로 국균을 확인해서 확진을 내리게된다.국균증의 치료는 외과적으로 상악동내의 병소를 완전히 제거하고 비강에로 충분한 공기를 통기시키는 것이 가장 중요하며 보조적으로 전신적인 항진균제를 사용해야한다. 증례는 40세와 24세인 여자 환자들로서 전신적으로는 건강했으며 임상적 방사선적으로 만성 상악동 증세를 보였다.상악동 근치술을 시행하면서 국균종으로 여겨지는 암갈색 덩어리들이 관찰되었고 술 후 병리조직검사상 국균증으로 진단되었다.국균증으로 진단 후 보조적으로 전신적 항진균제를 투약하였으며 재발없이 치유되었다. Aspergillus is a fungus of the Acetomyces class that is most commonly encountered in the human environment.Aspergillosis of the maxillary sinus is not common and it requires special consideration to diagnose and eradicate. The disease is characterized by a wide range of initial symptoms, and should be considered as a possible diagnosis in sinusitis refractory to antibiotics and antral lavage. Generally the diagnosis of sinus aspergillosis can be confirmed by histologic examination, however, characteristic radiographic appearance such as coherene of radiodense sinus concretions can be found by careful examination of the radiograms. The choice of treatment of maxillary sinus aspergillosis is radical surgery with adjunctive systemic antifungal therapy. We experienced two cases of maxillary sinus aspergillosis, which initially diagnosed as chronic maxillary sinusitis and showed a necrotic mass intraoperatively and histologically diagnosed as aspergillosis.We reports theses cases with review of literature.

지리정보체계를 이용한 송배전 지하시설물관리시스템 구축

현재 국내에서 관리하고 있는 지하시설물들은 몇몇의 문제점을 가지고 있다. 특히, 한국전력공사의 경우 현장에서 구축되는 지리정보 및 속성정보의 신속한 갱신이 되지 않아 보다 정밀하고 안정된 한국전력 선로관리가 어려운 실정이다. 또한, 토목공사 현장에서 관리감독을 수행하고 있는 한국전력 관계자들은 지리정보체계에 대한 지식과 정보는 부족하지만, 현장에 부합되는 지리정보 및 속성정보를 파악하고 있다. 따라서 보다 효율적인 한국전력의 선로관리를 위해서는 이들의 업무분석내용을 충분히 참조해야 하는데 기존의 한국전력 선로관리시스템의 정보는 그러하지 못한 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 한국전력공사에서 시설물공사를 통하여 구축된 송·배전 지하시설물에 관한 지리정보 및 속성 정보를 이용하여 실무자에게 보다 쉽고 안전하게 유지 관리할 수 있도록 사용자 중심의 송·배전 지하시설물관리시스템을 구축하였다. Now, there are some problems to manage underground facilities in domestic. Specially, in the case of KEPCO (Korea Electric Power Corporation). it is so difficult to manage electronic line more stably and detailedly because the geographic information and attribute information being built is not easy to be updated in the field. KEPCO officials who are accompanying management and supervision in earthwork do not have sufficient knowledge and information about GIS but they grasp the information of geography and property which coincide with the field. Therefore they have to refer their business analysis contents sufficiently for more efficient lines management in the KEPCO, but it is problem that the existing information of electronic lines management system is not. In this study, we constructed power transmission and power distribution underground facility management system for the user to manage and maintain underground facilities more easily and safely using the information of geography and property about power transmission and power distribution underground facility which have been built by KEPCO.

구조적 Network Viewer의 설계 및 구현

점차 방대해져가는 네트워크 환경하에서 기존의 네트워크 관리툴은 그 중요성을 더하고 있다. 그러나 기존의 네트워크 관리툴(NMS)은 너무 전문적인 정보만을 제공하기 때문에 일반 사용자가 사용하기 힘들다. 그래서 간단히 웹 브라우져상에서 일반적으로 많이 쓰이는 연결정보와 네트워크의 메타 정보만을 보여주는 플랫폼에 무관한 간이 네트워크 뷰어를 생각하게 되었고, COM 서버와 Active X 뷰어를 이용하여 간이 네트워크 뷰어를 만들게 되었다. 웹 브라우져 상이라면 운영체제에 상관없이 간단히 네트워크의 구성정보, 즉 메타 정보를 알수 있으며, 보안에 문제만 없다면 간단한 인증 절차로 공유도 가능하게 만들었다. 그리고, 화면 구성자체를 비주얼하게 만들어 초보자들도 쉽고 사용할 수 있게 만들었다.
