        설악산 국립공원지역 산간계류의 17개 지점에서 2000년 6월부터 2001년 6월까지 어류상 및 이화학적 요인을 계절별로 총 4회에 걸쳐 분석하였다. 모든 조사지점은 1~3차의 하천으로 비교적 물리·화학적 교란이 적었으며 하천폭은 5~30 m 정도였다. 채집된 어류는 총 18과 42종 2,557개체였고, Cyprinidae는 16종으로 84.7%의 상대풍부도를 나타냈으며, Gobiidae 4종, 5.0?의 상대풍부도를 보였다. Cyprinidae는 전체 채입종의 37.2%를 나타냈다. 우점종은 Zacco temminck로 10개 지점에서 738개체가 채집되어 28.9%의 상대풍부도를 나타냈으며, 아우점종은 Rhynchocypris kumkangensis와 Z. platypus로 각각 4개 지점 648개체(25.3%)와 7개 지점 344개체(13.5%)로 나타났다. 한국고유종(Korean endemic species)은 모두 4과 11종 781개체로 30.5%의 상대풍부도를 나타냈으며, 고유화 빈도는 25.6%로 한국의 평균 고유화 빈도와 유사하게 나타났다. 본 조사에서 외래어는 채집되지 않았다. 국립공원 내에 서식하는 어류의 다양성 유지와 회복을 위해서는 공원 내는 물론 경계지역 하천의 체계적인 관리가 요구된다. The fish fauna of mountain streams in the Seorak National Park area was investigated from June 2000 to June 2001 (4 times). All 17 sites were relatively undisturbed 1st to 3rd order streams. A total of 2,557 individuals were collected and classified into 17 families and 43 species. Cyprinidae accounted for 37.2% (16 species) of the total fish species and 84.7% (2,165 ind.) of the total abundance. Subdominant families were Gobiidae (4 species, 5.0%) and Balitoridae (3 species, 3.4%). Zacco temmincki (RA 28.9%, 10 sites) dominated. Subdominant species were Rhynchocypris kumkangensis (25.3%, 4 sites) and Zacco platypus (13.5%, 7 sites). Eleven of the species are endemic to Korea (4 families, 30.5%). Exotic species were not collected in this survey. Fish diversity was higher in streams around the boundary area than in the national park. Therefore, management of streams in the boundary area to protect the fish biodiversity can be efficiently conducted. Habitat degradation should be reduced for the conservation and restoration of fish diversity.

      • 탈지작업 근로자의 트리클로로에틸렌 폭로에 관한 조사

        Trichloroethylene(TCE) is a widely used organic solvent, especially in degreasing process of metal manufacturing, however few data concerning its exposure and poisoning were obt-ainable. This survey was performed for more information of TCE exposure in this country. Urine sanmples were collected from 144 TCE handling workers and 46 non-TCE-exposed workers. TCE concentrations of four workshops in working environment were analyzed. The results were as follows; 1. TCE exposed workers were 48 male and 96 female employees. Average total duration of employment of these workers was 39.0 months, average duration of works per day was 10.7 hours, and average duation of TCE handling was 469.7 minutes. 2. The average concentration of urine total trichloro-compounds was 156.32㎎/ g crea-tinine, and that of trichloroacetic acid was 69.2㎎/g creatinine. Of those workers, 78 workers had the concentrations of urine trichloroacetic acid over 75㎎/g, which is the biological exposure index (BEI) of urine trichloroaxetic acid in Korea. Duration of work per day and duration of TCE- related work were significantly longer in the group of workers whose urine trichloroacetic acid concentration was over the criteria level of BEI. 3. TCE concentrations of three workshops were over the level of ACGIH TLV(threshold limit value), 50ppm in TWA (time -weighted average). In remaining one workshop, duration of TCE related works was only one hour per day. There was statistically significant correl-ation between the concentration of TCE in working environment and the proportion of workers in a workshop whose urinary trichloroacetic acid concentration was over the criteria level of BEI. 4. Responses to self-administered questionnaire were not meaningful for differentiation of psychoneurologica symptoms due to chronic TCE exposure from othres.

      • 니켈 촉매를 사용한 Arenarol Analog Library의 합성

        Arenarol 이나 avarol 계열의 화합물들은 항암 또는 항 AIDS 에 뛰어난 효과를 보인다고 알려지면서 연구가 활발히 진행되어 전합성까지 이루어졌다. 그러나, 이들이 가진 복잡한 decalone 구조로 인해 십 여 단계 이상의 합성과정을 거쳐야 하므로 신약으로 개발되지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이들이 가진 복잡한 decalone 구조를 neopentyl구조로 단순화 시킨 arenarol 단순유도체 (arenarol analog)를 디자인 하였고, 다양한 종류의 치환체를 갖는 areanrol 단순유도체들을 합성하였다. Recently, it is generally known that arenarol and avarol derivatives have been shown to exhibit either anti-cancer or anti-AIDS properties, and total synthesis of arenarol and avarol were reported. But arenarol and avarol have not been developed to new drugs because they contain complicated decalone structures. We disigned arenarol analogs through simplifying the decalone to a substituted neopentyl structure, and synthesized arenarol analogs.

      • Benzylmanganese Complexes의 반응

        (?-pentamethylcyclohexadienyl-exo-ene)manganesedicarbonyl triphenyl- 과 trialkylphosphite ??가 자연 반응되어 각각 diphenyl-과 dialkylphosphonate complexes로 변하는 것을 확인하였다. 이 반응에서 triphenylphosphite derivatives가 benzyne을 생성하는 것을 diphenylene을 검출함으로써 알아냈고, trialkylphosphite complexes는 alkylidene을 생성하는 것을 olefins을 사용한 trapping experiments를 통하여 확인할 수 있었다. Deuterium을 포함한 complexes 2b와 2d가 각각 phosphonate complexes 3b와 3d로 변하는 것을 관찰함으로써 이 반응의 hydrogen의 source가 이 화합물의 trialkyl-이나 triphenylphosphitc ligand임을 증명하였다. 역시 deuterium을 포함한 complex 2f를 사용하여 trialkylphosphite complexes의 반응의 경우 α-proton의 elimination이 유일한 반응경로임을 증명하였다. 여기 보고된 반응들은 유기합성에서 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 알려진 benzyne과 alkylidenes의 새로운 source로서의 가능성을 가지고 있다. (?-pentamethylcyclohexadienyl-exo-ene)manganesedicarbonyl triphenyl- 과 trialkylphosphite ?? have been observed to spontaneously decompose to give the corresponding diphenyl- or dialkylphosphonate complexes. In these reactions, the triphenylphosphite derivatives produced benzyne as confirmed by the detection of diphenylene and the trialkylphosphite complexes eliminated the element of alkylidene as evidenced by trapping experiments with olefins. The conversion of the deuterium labeled complexes 2b and 2d to the corresoponding phosphonate complexes 3b and 3d establishes that the source of the protons in these decompositions is the triakyl- or triphenylphosphite ligand of those complexes. Using the deuterium labeled complex 2f, it has been demonstrated that elimination of an α-proton is the exclusive pathway in the case of the decomposition of trialkylphosphite complexes. The reactions reported here have the potential of establishing a new source of benzyne and alkylidenes which are known to play important roles in organic syntheses.

      • 개질재를 혼입한 재생아스콘의 역학적 특성에 관한 실험적 연구

        This paper presents the results of an experimental study on the mechanical properties of modified recycling asphalt concrete. Research has been performed to obtain the characteristics of the modified recycling asphalt concrete such as marshall test, indirect tensile test, resilient modulus and wheel tracking test by varying contents of modifier (SBS, SBR) and recycled aggregate(30, 50, 70%). Modified recycling asphalt concrete showed better performance than new asphalt concrete in dynamic stability. Each quality property of the modified recycling asphalt concrete satisfied requirement of pavement construction specification.

        분석결과 검증 및 신뢰성 확보를 위한 실험실간 협력 실험

        The residual study of pesticide has been used in various areas, such as food safety, environmental protection, establishment of tolerance, and explaining the pathway and reaction mode of pesticides, and its importance was expected to increase further more. The aspect of food safety, the pesticide residue survey have been practiced at many organizations, but there were no verification of analytical results at present. In this experiment, we focused on instrumental stability, including response of each instrument and the recovery ratio of each organization's method. As samples for this experiment, we prepared cucumber and sesame, and chose 4 pesticides (bifenthrin, chlorpyrifos, diazinon, and ethoprophos), which were mostly detected from pesticide residue survey and widely used for each crop. The standard deviation of peak areas in the chromatogram of each pesticide were under 1.212 %, so it showed that most instruments were stable. The relationship of recovery ratio of each organization were over 0.996 for every pesticide and each organization. Finally, the analytical results for pesticide residue from each participated organization were not statically significant and we could put confidence in the result from each organization.
