There are some results of the analysis on the problems and reform measures of Korean professional baseball. The major problem of the draft system is that athletes can't choose their team where they want to play on. The rules of KBO draft system had been said that it protected from the international scout competition in indiscretion among 8 baseball teams on these poor human resources. But by regional groups, the athletes who are chosen at first should play for 5 years, who are chosen at second should play 3 years on a specific team so that their personal opinions have been ignored at all. And in these days, there is no labor union for the athletes. Right after the rookies have signed their contracts, their teams can do anything with them with the ignorance. Also FA system can make these athletes' lives on their game play since they must play for 9 years on the same team. Therefore, to solve these kinds of a situation, the distribution between the athletes and the teams should be equal and proper after their contracts. To activate this, the all-out draft system should be executed from now on. Because of this system, they don't have to either concern or think about playing on the same team for so many years by regional groups, and their team's treatment towards them should be better than before. In addition, teams have also advantages of this system that they don't have to think about regional groups to choose any rookies so that all teams can have equal chances to have better rookies and there won't be a strong regional differences. Because of the equal level of each teams, there will be more exciting and interesting games each other and the baseball fans will be increased in high amount for the future. On 1999, the new system that each teams can have only 1 rookie who graduated from high school has a great impact on us since it approaches to the all-out draft system step by step. But, the first nomination of one rookie makes not perfect all-out draft system yet. As soon as possible, if the perfect all-out draft system is executed, the show time of

We could conclude that there would be a positive solution on managing Korean Baseball League in active. Currently, the management of a corporation owning a professional baseball team and the KBO regulations are so positive and owned by those corporations of professional baseball teams. In the beginning of Korean Baseball League, there was a great amount of promoting efficiency by team owners since the economic situation of KBL wasn't good enough. But, because of this unbalanced managed system, the team competition had been worse and those baseball fans had left their home teams. Finally, KBO and those team owners have made the lowest profit from the fans because of their wrong managements and faults. From now on, there should be the moment that this wrong system must be changed. They must realize that the game is shown by those athletes and those fans love the fair games of athletes. There won't be any profits if the system wouldn't be based on those athletes and fans. They have to improve the circumstances and environments of athletes' treatments and freedom from any bad regulations. In addition, there should be a great marketing of getting variety focuses from baseball fans who really want great service from team owners. The professional baseball is a great model of any professional sports. In amateur sports, there is only athletes' efforts needed, but in professional, it's not. Those owners should throwaway that their short term of profits only. If they are thinking of great amounts of profits, they have to improve and develop for athletes and fans continuously. We expect that there will be fine teams and fans from their professional system of team owners and KBO.

<P>On page 5433, Yong‐Young Noh, Antonio Facchetti, Kang‐Jun Baeg, and co‐workers report that high performance ambipolar complementary inverters and ring oscillators are provided by a remarkable enhancement of both hole injection and transport for n‐channel dominant N2200 OFETs. The significant enhancement of hole mobility in N2200 OTFTs is attributed to the strong dipoles in fluorinated high‐k gate dielectric blend of P(VDF‐TrFE):PMMA. </P>

It is purpose of heat-control and improve the controlling apparatus of heat-control in the industrial part. 2. Have finished the Experiment on the Electronic thermo-elment to manufacture Air-conditioner and refrigerator, truly, have researched and investigated the designed construction of the Thermo-Box through basic experiment by the Electronic cooling and heating, air cooling and water cooling, and measurement of endothermic. The Thermo-Box is assemblized by the divised components, and have tested the characteristics of the thermo-Box. 3. By the results of the basic experiment, designed construction of Thermo-Box and the experiment of their characteristics we have got the merchandised problems considered faithfully economic class.

GT rotary file을 이용한 근관성형법과 충전방법의 비교

The purpose of this study was to compare the shaping time of two shaping methods and the leakage of three different obturation techniques. Ninty three canaled human molar teeth were used. which were randomly divided into two groups of forty teeth each and ten control teeth. After working length determination. the one group was prepared crowndown technique using rotary root canal instruments of GT rotary files .12/20, .10/20, .08/20 and .06/20 taper(Maillefer Instrument SA. Switzerland). The other group was instrumented with Gates Gildden burs(#1, #2 and #3) to coronal preparation and GT rotary files .08/20 and .06/20 taper to apical preparation. Shaping time was measured. After root canals were instrumented, they were divided to three subgroups and obturated as follows: Subgroup 1, obturated with single cone method : Subgroup 2, obturated with lateral condensation : Subgroup 3, obturated with continuous wave technique. Three subgroups were obturated using non-standardized gutta-percha cone(Diadent, Korea, 06 or .08 taper) and AH-26(Dentsply DeTrey, Germany) as a root canal cement. Ten unobturated teeth served as positive and negative controls. After immersion in 2% methylene blue solution for 1 month, the teeth were washed during 24h. The teeth were determineralized in 10% nitric aciid and dehydrated by immersion in 80, 90 and 100% ethyl alcohol. The teeth were finally cleared and stored in 100% methylsalicylate, and apical dye penetration was evaluated under stereomicroscope(Leica M420, LC, U.S.A) at (×) 8.75 magnification. Liner measurement of dye penetration was assessed with the use of digitalized image analysing system (analySIS, GmbH, Germany), The data were analysed statistically using independent T-test and Two-way ANOVA and Tukey test. The result were as follows: 1. In canal prepared with GT^Trotary file, shaphing time taked more than the group of using Gates Gildden drill to coronal preparation without statistical significant (p>0.05). 2. The group of single cone obturation using canal preparation of GT^TM rotary files showed significantly more apical leakage than those of lateral condensation and continuous wave technique regardless of shaping method (p<0.05). 3. The group of single cone obturation using canal preparation of GT^TM rotary files and Gates Gildden drill showed significantly more apical leakage than those of continuous wave technique regardless of shaping method (p<0.05). 4. Regardless of shaping method. The group of continuous wave obturation showed less apical leakage than those of lateral condensation without statistical significance (p>0.05). 5. The group of single cone obturation using canal preparation of GT^TM rotary files and Gates Gildden drill showed more apical leakage than the group of lateral condensation using sane shaping method without statistical significance (p>0.05).

In the interrelation between the leadership style and the contentment degree of the athletes each school, there are high relations in the game contentment, role contentment, team and athlete's contentment, when the training and instruction style refer to. And game contentment when democratic type refers to. There are, however, minus relations in the game content ment, when autocratic behavior style refers to. And also, there are high relations in every part when the social support style and positive feedback style refer to. In the case of the athletes who are the high school students, the high relations revealed in game contentment, rolecontentment, team contentment and athlete's contentment, when the training and instruction refer to. Background: The management of vertiginous patients is a great challenge to emergency physicians. We evaluated the diagnostic value of a diffusion-weighted image(DWI) in differentiating central vertigo from the peripheral vertigo in patients who presented no neurological symptoms other than risk factors for stroke. Methods: From March 2000 to February 2001, we retrospectively analyzed the cases of 68 patients who visited the emergency department with symptoms of isolated vertigo and who had risk factors for stroke. DWIs, computed tomograms(CT), and medical records were reviewed, and the final diagnose, the DWIs and the CT readings, the risk factors for stroke, and the time it took waiting for a DWI or CT scan were analyzed. Results: Of the 68 patients, 21(30.8%) had central vertigo: 15 vertebrobasilar transient ischemic attacks(VB-TIA), 4 brain stem infarctions, 1 cerebellar infarction, and 1 cerebellopeduncular infarction. The DWI showed a 28.6% sensitivity, a 97.9% specificity, and an 85.7% positive predictive value in diagnosing central vertigo. It also had a 100% sensitivity in detecting infarctions. Conclusion: A DWI had a comparable sensitivity to MRI in detecting central vertigo and small, but potentially, lethal infarctions in our patient population. We recommend clinical application of DWI in the emergency department evaluation of isolated vertigo patients with risk factors for stroke.

반복작업에 의해 발생한 척골관 증후군 1례

Objectives : To report cubital tunnel syndrome due to repetitive motions. Methods : A worker complaining muscle weakness and atrophy of the right hand intrinsic muscles admitted to a hospital. We evaluated him with blood tests, neurophysio-logic studies (NCV & EMG), plain X-ray and US at the both elbows. We investigated his occupational history, and videotaped his work motions based on the work cycle at his previous work site. Finally, an ergonomics expert analyzed the motions using rapid upper limb assessment (RULA). Results : NCV & EMG studies reveals slow conduction velocity on both ulnar nerve across the elbow, more severely in the right side. US shows us compatible finding with diffuse neuritis of both ulnar nerves at both elbows. RULA score is 7. Conclusion : We confirmed that the worker's symptoms were related to his previous jobs demanding repetitive motions using the elbow joints. It is necessary that we should prepare appropriate measures to evaluate, prevent, rehabilitate, and help injured workers to return to work.

한국무예의 발전동향과 과제 및 전망

Where is the Oriental martial arts going in these days? Can it be separated with sports or physical education to get its own region? To get a solution from these questions, there are three parts of studies of the possible trends on Korean martial arts such as the actual conditions on educating coach of martial arts, the research about thesis of martial arts, and the actual conditions of related journals. For the conclusion, the following five solutions could be shown. At first, there should be a general modification on processing of educating the martial arts coach. 1. Expanding the items of martial arts can raise the level of coach's educating quality based on the curriculum, the contents, and the variety programs. 2. Martial arts sports, ordinary martial arts, and traditional martial arts must be unifiable and simple to develope its problems. 3. the importance of traditional martial arts and the qualified test of its coach must have a mutual preservation and maintenance through being related with each other between martial arts' each items. Second, it's necessary to train the martial arts with required elements of the recognition, the theory, the existence and the philosophy. Third, it's necessary to take shape of pyramidical structure through the long term policy of training martial arts. Forth, variety events of martial arts should be held regularly from the government. At last, it's necessary to expand the martial arts region and make variety activities from related academies or institutes.
