        북한산국립공원 북한산성-인수봉 지역의 산림군집구조

        북한산 국립공원지역의 식생구조를 파악하고자, 북한산성에서 인수봉에 이르는 지역에 16개의 방형구(2500㎡)를 설정하여 식생을 조사하였다. 식물군집을 분류한 결과 16개 조사구는 신갈나무 혼효림 군집, 소나무-신갈나무 군집, 신갈나무 우점군집의 3개 군집으로 분류되었다. 북한산 국립공원내 북한산성에서 인수봉에 이르는 지역의 우점수종은 신갈나무로 나타났다. 수종간의 상관관계는 신갈나무와 진달래, 신갈나무와 개옻나무, 진달래와 철쭉, 노린재나무와 철쭉, 당단풍과 함박꽃나무 등의 수종들 간에는 높은 정의상관이 인정 되었고, 물푸레나무와 진달래, 노간주나무와 당단풍, 쪽동백나무와 당단풍 등의 수종들간에 부의 상관이 비교적 높은 편이다. 조사지의 군집별 종 다양성도는 1.23 6~1.319의 범위로 다른 국립공원들의 능선부 식생에 비하여 비교적 높게 나타났다. To investigate the vegetation structure of the region from Bukhansanseong to Insubong in Bukhansan National park, 16 plost(2500㎡) set up with random sampling method were surveyed. Three groups Quercus mongolica -Mixed Broad Ieaved community, Pinus densiflora -Quercus mongolica community, Quercus mongolica community was classified (or communities were classified) by cluster analysis. Quercus mongolica were found as a major woody plant species in Bukhansan National park region. High positive correlation were proved between Quercus mongolica and Rhododendron; Quercus mongolica and Rhus tricocarpa; Rhododendron mucronulatum and Rhododendron schlippenbachi; Symplocos chinensis and Rhododendron schlippenbachii; Acer pseudosieboldianum and Magnolia sieboldii, and relatively high negative correlation was proved between Fraxinus rhynchophylla and Rhododendron mucronulatum; Juniperus rigida and Acer pseudosieboldianum; Styrax obassia and Acer pseudosieboldianum. Species diversity(H`) of investigated groups were ranged from 1.236~1.319 and it was relatively high compared to those of the ridge area of other national parks.

        국립공원 아고산대 독립훼손지 복원식생 분포특성 및 관리방안

        본 연구는 독립훼손지 중 아고산대에 위치한 지리산국립공원 세석평전과 노고단 복원식생지를 대상으로 현존식생 분석 및 식생분포 특성을 파악하여 중장기적인 모니터링 및 관리방안 수립을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 수행하였다. 현존식생 조사범위는 훼손지 일대 유역권분포 현황을 고려하여 설정하였으며, 세석평전 조사면적은 55,037㎡, 노고단 조사면적은 166,599㎡ 이었다. 세석평전은 초본층에 의한 식생피복도는 90% 이상 수준으로서 나지노출이 없었고, 관목층의 피복도가 60% 이상으로 안정화되어 있었다. 주요 출현수종은 구상나무, 사스래나무, 쇠물푸레나무, 철쭉, 털진달래, 붉은병꽃나무 등 식재수종과 자연적으로 이입한 자생수종이 생육하고 있었다. 노고단은 신갈나무, 호랑버들, 철쭉, 털진달래, 미역줄나무 등이 우점하는 관목식생지가 52%로 가장 넓게 분포하고 있었고, 전반적으로 식생활착 상태가 양호하였다. 노고단의 원식생은 신갈나무군락으로 추정되었고, 군부대철거지에는 귀화식물이 분포하고 있기 때문에 적극적인 관리가 필요하였다. 연구대상지는 장기적으로 주변 자연식생과 조화로운 식생경관으로 발달할 것으로 예측되었다. 향후 훼손지 복원모델은 인근 지역의 원식생을 고려하여 설정해야 할 것이지만, 복원 달성 목표는 실현가능한 수준의 목표를 설정해야 할 것이다. This study was conducted to provide basic data for mid-to long-term monitoring and establishment of management plans by analyzing the existing vegetation and identifying the vegetation distribution characteristics for the restored vegetation in Nogodan and Seseokpyeongjeon in Jirisan National Park located in the subalpine zone among the independent damaged areas. Actual vegetation survey range was established in consideration of the distribution of the watershed around the damaged area. The surveyed area of Seseokpyeongjeon was 55,037㎡, and the surveyed area of Nogodan was 166,599㎡. In Seseokpyeongjeon, the vegetation coverage by the herbaceous layer was almost 90% or more, there was no bare exposure, and the coverage of the shrub layer was stabilized at 60% or more. The main emerging tree species were planted species such as Abies koreana, Betula ermanii, Fraxinus sieboldiana, Rhododendron schlippenbachii, Rhododendron mucronulatum var. ciliatum, and Weigela florida as well as natively migrated native species. In Nogodan, the shrub vegetation dominated by Quercus mongolica, Salix caprea, Rhododendron schlippenbachii, Rhododendron mucronulatum var. ciliatum, and Tripterygium regelii was the most widely distributed with 52% of the area, and the overall diet was good. The native vegetation of Nogodan was presumed to be a cypress colony. Naturalized plants were distributed in the military base demolition site, so active management was required. The study site was predicted to develop into a vegetation landscape in harmony with the surrounding natural vegetation in the long term. In the future, the restoration model for damaged areas should be set in consideration of the native vegetation of the nearby area, but the goal to achieve restoration should be set at a feasible level.

      • Quniolone 화합물의 물, 옥탄올계에서의 전이에 대한 열역학적 함수의 고찰

        Norfloxacin, ofloxacin, enoxacin, ciprofloxacin, KR 10755의 5가지 quinolone 화합물을 대상으로 온도를 달리하면서 물에서 n-octanol로의 분배계수를 측정한 결과 아래와 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. Norfloxacin, ofloxacin, enoxacin, ciprofloxacin 등의 화합물은 온도상승에 따라 점차 분배계수 K_D값이 증가하였으나 KR 10755는 온도상승에 따라 K_D값이 일정하게 변화하지 않았다. 2. 이 실험에 사용한 모든 quinolone 화합물들은 1.0 이하의 K_D값을 나타냈고, KR 10755< ofloxacin < enoxacin < norfloxacin < ciprofloxacin 순서로 증가하였다. 3. 산출된 열역학적 함수, ??D, ??H, ??S의 결과를 종합해 보면, 1) 양의 ??G의 값은 본 실험에서 사용한 모든 quinolone 화합물들이 물에서 n-octanol로의 이행이 용이하지 않다는 것을 의미한다. 2) 모든 quinolone 화합물들이 양의 ??S 값을 나타내는 것으로 보아 화합물들이 n-octanol에서 더욱 무질서해지는 것 같다. 3) 모든 quinolone 화합물들의 두 용매 사이에서의 평형분배반응은 흡열반응이다. The partition coefficients of quinolones-norfloxacin, ofloxacin, enoxacin, ciprofloxacin, KR 10755 from water to n-octanol have been measured as a function of temperature. These data are used to evaluate the thermodynamic parameters ??G, ??H, ??S for the solute transfer process. The partition coefficients increased in order of ciprofloxacin < norfloxacin < enoxacin < ofloxacin < KR 10755. All transfer processes from water to n-octanol of quinolones using in this study are not favoured and the positive entropy changes of all quinolones suggest that all compounds become disorder in n-octanol. All transfer processes were endothermic.

      • 濟州地方에서 감자栽培法 改善에 關한 硏究 : I. Gibberellic Acid處理가 겨울감자의 生育 및 收量에 미치는 影響 I. Effect of Gibberellic Acid Treatment on Growth and Yield of Winter Cultivated Potato

        濟州地域 겨울감자 栽培用 種薯 自給率 向上을 위하여 가을감자에 GA處理로 早期休眼打破 效果를 규명코저 3個年間의 試驗結果를 報告한다. 1) 定植時 萌芽長은 慣行區에 比하여 濟州産에 GA處理한 것은 萌芽長이 짧았으나 處理濃度가 높을수록 增加하였다. 2) 出現期는 慣行定植區에 比하여 濟州産 GA處理한 것은 11∼16日程度 늦었으나 無處理區 보다는 13∼18일 정도 빠른편이었다. 3) 草長은 GA處理한 것이 慣行區와 濟州産無處理區보다 길었으나 生育中에 草勢가 軟弱하여 低溫伸長性이 弱한 편이었다. 4) 收量은 GA 4ppm 處利한 것이 無處理보다 128% 增收하는 편이었으나 慣行區보다는 18% 程度 減收하는 傾向을 나타내었다. 以上의 結果로 보아 濟州地域 겨울감자 栽培用 種薯가 大關嶺 9月産으로 全量 確保가 어려울 경우 不足한 것은 濟州가을감자에 GA 4ppm을 30分동안 處理하면 겨울감자 栽培用 種薯로 利用이 可能할것으로 판단되었다 Influence of Gibberellin treatment on growth and yields of potatoes (Solanium tuberosum L.) were examined. The results obtained are summarized as follows; 1) The sprout lengths were decreased by the GA treatment more than usual (the produced in September at alpine level). However, it appeared there was a trend of increase, as related to higher GA concentration. 2) The days to emergence were late in the GA treatment more than the usual degree of 11-16 days. It was earlier than the control of 13-18 days. 3) Plant heights were longer by GA treatment than those of usual practices and of the control. However, during the early growing stage, it shows that low temperature resitance was a trend of weakness. 4) In accordance with the rise in concentration of GA treatment, yields were increased by GA 4ppm treatment about 128% more than by the conreol. On the contrary, GA 4ppm treatment showed a trend of decrease, about 18% less than the usual practice. According to these results, it is possible to use the planting seed of winter cultivated potatoes, if we treated GA 4ppm, for 30 minutes to the control.

      • Xanthomonas sp. EPS-1의 Exopolysaccharide생산을 위한 무기염류의 영향

        For the production of high viscosity exopolysaccharide from Xanthomonas sp. EPS-1 which isolated and identified from soils, optimum concentration of inorganic salts were investigated : 0.2% KH_2PO_4, 0.05% MgSO_4·7H_2O, 0.3% NaCl, 0.005% CaCO_3, 0.007% FeSO_4·7H_2O, 0.005% MnSO_4·7H_2O. When EPS-1 strain was cultivated at 30℃ for 72 hours in a jar fermentor (impeller speed 300 rpm, aeration rate 3 vvm, 2 liter), polymer content, product rate and yield(Y_p/s) was 18.4g/ℓ, 0.26g/ℓ/h and 37%, respectively.

      • CT 영상에서 메쉬 필터를 이용한 장기의 추출

        In this paper, we studied on the segmentation of liver and spleen in CT image. The proposed algorithm used th information of gray value and location for these organs, and gray value of each organ is automatically estimated by using mesh filter. And also, th proposed algorithm in this paper used the position searching lines based on the information for each organ. Therefore, target organ is exactly segmented without separated organs loss. A trimming algorithm, which use a morphological filter, is provided to remove such noise in order for the organ to have a smooth contour. The small holes of the liver inside are filled up by erosion and the size of the organ reverts to the original state by dilation. The algorithms have been applied to the CT images of thirty persons, which results in 5% error rate of the volume of each organ

      • 섬오가피 분획의 항암면역 조절 활성 : Immunomodulatory Effects of Fractions of Acanthopanax koreanum

        Fractions (05HS-70, AA+KA and EB) of Acanthopanax koreanum Nakai were treated on immune cells in order to determine their immunomodulatory activites. Various Th-1 type cytokines were measured using ELISA including interleukin (IL)-2, IL-12, interferon-gamma (IFN-γ), and tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) secreted by dendritic cells (DC1, DC2), natural killer cells (NK92MI) and macrophages (RAW264.7). As a result, 05HS-70 and EB enhanced slightly secretion of IL-12 from both DC1 and DC2. The secretion of IL-12 was increased greatly by AA+KA. On the other hand IFN-γ secretion was increased greatly by EB but there was no change in the secretion of IL-12 by 05HS-70. In addition the secretion of TNF-α was increased by 05HS-70 while but there was no change in the secretion of TNF-α by AA+KA and EB.

      • 형태학적 정량법에 의한 췌장도의 연구 : 년령의 증가가 미치는 영향 Effect of Increasing Age

        Diabetes Mellitus which can be caused by various factors is known to induce changes in the pancreatic islets. With Wistar albino rats, this experiment was designed to observe quantitatively the islet changes due to increasing age and sex difference by using the method of Cardell on sections of tissues. The experminental animals were bred with regular diet, and were sacrificed at the age of ten, twenty, thirty, forty, and fifty weeks, repective.y. The pancreatic tissue were fixed in Bouin's solution, and their sections were stained with hematoxylin and eosin. the long and short diameters of pancreatic islet were measured with ocular micrometer under the microscope and its surface area per 100㎟ of the pancreas was calculated. REsults obtained are as follows: 1. The pancreatic islet of the young animals show normal aooearance but those of the old are enlarged. 2. The increase in the body weight is marked more in the male than in the female. 3. The surface area of the islets per 100㎟ of the pancreas shows significant increase in the male, but its increase in the female is not significant. 4. Even though the size of pancreatic islets in the rats of forty-week-old group is small, the fraction of surface area of the islets shows the increase. It seems to mean the hyperplasia of the islets. 5. From the above results the sex and increase in the age can be the causes of diabetes mellitus, and the changes of its pancreatic islets are hyperplasia as well we hypertrophy.

      • 혼합미셀 형성에 의한 베타카로틴의 가용화

        베타카로틴의 물에 대한 용해도는 담즙산염의 임계미셀농도에서 급속히 증가하였으며, 혼합미셀을 형성시 용해도가 더욱 우수하였다. 또한, 베타카로틴을 수용화 하는데 필요한 계면활성제의 최적비율은 1:5이며, 글리세롤, 레시틴, STPP, 젤라틴, 카라기난 등 각종 안정화제를 적절한 비율로 첨가하여 업자크기를 측정한 결과, 0.48 μm 의 안정된 혼합미셀 조성불을 얻을 수 있었으며, 이 조성불은 항산화활성이 거의 그대로 유지됨을 알수 있었다. β-Carotene is a member of hydrophobic pigments known as carotenoids, which are responsible for the bright warm colors in some fruits and vegetables, β-Carotene is an important antioxidant which protects the body from free radicals. The body converts β-carotene, a nontoxic vitamin A precursor, to vitamin A as needed. Dissolution in surfactant solutions above the critical micelle concentration offers one approach to the formation of poorly soluble materials in solution form. In the present study, the β-Carotene was dissolved in mixed micelles of bile salts (sodium cholate and sodium deoxycholate). Water-solubility of β-Carotene was estimated by measuring absorbance and phase diagram of water/β-Carotene/bile salts system was plotted. Effects of stabilizer on the stability of soluble β-Carotene was estimated by measuring the size of mixed micelles containing β -carotene. Antioxidative activity of hydrophobic and aqueous β-Carotene was estimated by measuring TBA value of linoleic acid emulsion incubated with anti oxidative components.
