        단백질 간의 상호작용에 대한 연구는 생물학적 프로세스를 이해하기 위해 중요한 부분이다. 이 논문의 목적은 생물학적 내용을 담고 있는 연구논문으로부터 단백질간의 상호작용을 추출하는 확장성을 가진 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 제안하는데 있다. 단백질 간의 상호작용에 대한 정보는 주로 생명과학 관련 연구논문에 존재하지만 컴퓨터로 자동으로 처리하여 상호작용에 관한 정보를 추출할 수 있기 위해서는 텍스트 마이닝 기술이 적용되어야 한다. 바이오 텍스트 마이닝에서 대두되고 있는 중요한 쟁점은 대용량의 연구논문에서 필요한 정보를 어떻게 효율적으로 정확하게 추출할 것인가에 대한 내용이다. 또한, 관심이 있는 단백질의 종류나 상호작용에 대한 관련성을 나타내는 문장내 패턴의 다양성을 수용하기 위하여 시스템의 확장성을 높이는 것도 소프트웨어 공학적인 측면에서 중요한 이슈이다. The research for protein-protein interactions remains an important part to understand the biological process. This paper suggests a text mining technique with extensibility, which extracts the protein-protein interaction from the biological research papers. There is much information related to the protein-protein interactions in plentiful biological research papers, we need the text-mining technique to extract the protein-protein interaction information automatically and rapidly. The main issue in bio-textming lays how to extract the necessary information efficiently and correctly. In addition, it is a significant issue to accommodate the concerned kinds of proteins and the diversity patterns in sentences with the relevance about protein-protein interactions in order to increase system extendibility in aspect of software engineering.

      • 이온선 혼합과정의 열화학적 효과

        Evaporated Pd/Cu, Pd/Si and Al/Pd thin films were irradiated using 80keV Ar+ with doses of 1×10??cm??. The mixing rates are found to be dependent on the thermochemical deriving force. It is found that the collisional processes alone can not account for the observed mixing rates, while the ion induced mixing model based on the thermochemical effect can predict the amount of mixing for all three systems.

        The evaporated Pd films of 450Å onto Si(111) were irradiated to various dose at 78keV Ar+ ions for silicide formation. RBS study shows that intermixing has occured across the Pd/Si interface at room temperature. The mixing behavior is increased with dose which coincides well with the theoretical model of cascade mixing. The absence of RBS deep tails for Pd and small area of this for Si spectra indicate the short-range mixing occurs. From the calculated damage profiles computed with TRIM code, the dominant diffusion species is found to be Si atoms in Pd/Si system. And also it is found that the initial compound formed by Ar^(+) irradiation is to be Pd₂Si which is increased with dose. At a dose of l×10^(16) Ar+ cm^(-2), 480Å thickness of Pd₂Si was formed by ion beam mixing at room temperature.

        골수구성 백혈병 환자에게 발생한 결핵성 림프절염

        혈액질환 가운데 결핵 발생이 증가한다고 알려진 것은 호지킨 림프종을 포함한 림프증식성질환 그리고 모양세포성 백혈병 등이 있다. 또한 동종 골수이식을 받은 환자에서도 결핵은 증가한다고 알려져있다. Kaplan 등은 골수구성 백혈병 환자에서 결핵 발생이 증가한다고 보고하였다. 그러나 골수구성 백혈병 환자에서 결핵의 발생이 증가하는 이유에 대해서는 아직까지 정확하게 밝혀지지 않았다. 저자들이 2년 동안 후향적으로 조사한 180명의 성인 골수구성 백혈병 환자들 가운데 결핵이 발생한 환자는 4명이었고, 발생 부위는 모두 림프절이었다. 결핵은 골수구성 백혈병의 특정 아형에만 국한되어 발생하지 않았지만, 50%에서 FAB 분류에 의한 M4였다. 림프절이 종대된 골수구성 백혈병 환자에서 특히, 결핵의 유병율이 높은 나라에서는 결핵성 림프절염도 감별진단에 포함시켜야 한다. During the neutropenic phase, leukemia patients receiving chemotherapy are prone to bacterial and, fungal infections; occasionally mycobacterial, viral and protozoal organisms may also cause infections. Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection was reported very rarely in these patients. This report describes four patients with M. tuberculosis infection identified from 185 adult patients who were diagnosed myelogenous leukemia between January 2003, and December 2004. There was no patient with M. tuberculosis infection from 44 lymphoid leukemia and 11 acute biphenotypic leukemia patients. Sites of infection were all lymph nodes. Three among four patients were presented with lymphadenopathy at initial diagnosis of leukemia, and the other one presented with lymphadenopathy after induction chemotherapy. There was no patient presented with lymphadenopathy during the neutropenic phase. Tuberculous lymphadenitis was presented in a patient with three acute myelogenous leukemia (FAB class 2 M4, 1 M2) and a chronic myelogenous leukemia, accelerated phase. An acute myelogenous leukemia patient had a leukemic cell and tubercle bacilli in the same lymph node. Tuberculosis should also be included as a differential diagnosis in myelogenous leukemia patient with lymphadenopathy, especially in the countries in which the disease is endemic.

        The Purpose of the Study was to determine whether the glutamate ingestion prior to exercise would reduce the lactat formation and its clearance in exercising mscle tisue during Submaximal and maximal execise. Six elite distance rummers particapated in this study. The Subjects had a half dose of glutamale(15.6mg .Kg?? ??) at 45min and ingested rest dose at prior to exerise. The test Performed twice. One was Performed in the track and the other was in the Lab. Blood Smples were obtained from catheter which was placed in the antecubital vein (Lab test) and finger tip Samples (Feld test) Unaltered blood lactate was observed in both trials, but, tended to less lactate concentration with glutamate ingestion than that of without glutamate ingestion. The recovery rate of blood lactate was markely rapid with glutamate ingestion in the field test. Unchanged in heart rate was founded in both trials. It many Suggest that, the additional supplement st of glutamate can improve execise performance limiting lactate formation or induce its rapid clearance from the muscle fissue.

        The activation energy, escape frequency and kinetic order for traps in Li+ ion implanted and C?? γ-ray irradiated teflon are investigated from TL curve in this research. The activation energy if Li+ ion implanted teflon obtained from the TL curve is 0.65 eV, and the relation between the TL intencity I?? and Li+ ion flux , and the relation between the TL sum n?? and Li+ ion energy E are determined to be I??=C ?? and n??=CE??, which means that the TL is of the 1st kinetic order. The activation energy of Co?? γ-ray irradiated teflon which was implanted Li+ ion obtained from the TL curve is 0.45 eV, and the relation between the TL sum n?? and γ-ray flux is determined to be n??=C ?? and the TL is also of the 1?? kinetic order. And the TL peak appeared at a lower temperature than the TSC peak in accordance with the assumption of R. Chen and R. J. Fleming. The intensity of the TL is proportional to the Li+ ion penetration depth, which means that of does dependence mechanism of TL may be explained in terms of the track interaction model.

        A Study on excited Thermoluminescences of Al₂O₃electron beam Excited TL of Al₂O₃electron beam in Li+ion inplanted is investigated to obscure approaching distance of Li+ion inplanted into Al₂O₃. TL curve injected only electron beam appeared at 375K, 440K and 460K. On the other hand, TL curve in Li+ion inplanted disappeared at 375K, while TL curve at 440K increased sharp. So TL peak affected directly from excited energy of electron beam. By this data approaching distance of Li+ion inplanted into Al₂O₃was investigated And this result agrees with the TSC theory. TL peak at 375K, 460K may be affected F+ center, TL peak at 440K may be affected F center. At this suggested that Li+ion recombined electron restricted at F center and it transforms F center into F+ center.

      • Indomethacin Lysinate의 藥劑學的 硏究

        Pharmaceutical Studies on Indomethacin lysinate At the present time, a major problem in the management of inflammatory and degenerative arthritis has been found in anti-inflammatory analgesic drug which combines potency with safety. Furthermore, the will-established agents in current use, including salicylates, corticosteroids, phenylbutazone, and ketoprofen, have ulcergenic properties as well as other serious toxic or side effects while the efficacy of other, safer drugs such as ibuprofen has been questioned. Considering these problems, indomethacin, 1-(p-chloro benzoyl)-5-methoxy-2-methyl-3-indolyl acetic acid which is a first non steroidal antiinflammatory drug has many advantages in pharmaceutical efficacy to the above drugs and has been used all over the world. But, according to reports, indomethacin is not well tolerated by patients and has a very high incidence of side effects and toxic reactions. In particular, overt gastrointestinal bleeding has been reported. The physical properties of indomethacin make difficulties in preparing of pharmaceutical preparations because of its water insolubility. In order to make soluble in water, indomethacin was made as lysine salt, such as acetylsalicylic acid lysine salt, ibuprofen lysine salt, ketoprofen lysine salt and amino acid salt of phenylbutazone. The purposes of this study was to make a comparison between indomethacin and indomethaein lysine salt in aspects of analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic effect and blood concentration. The experimental results were summerized as followings. 1. Indomethacin lysinate was composed of one molecule of indomethacin and one molecule of lysine. The product which lyophilized was water soluble and melting point was 223℃. 2. Indomethacin lysinate showed about 2 times stronger analgesic effect than that of indomethacin. 3. In antipyretic effect, it was found that the body temperature of rabbit returned to normal after 3 hours in indomethacin while after 1 hour in indomethacin lysinate. 4. Indomethacin lysinate showed about 10% stronger anti-inflammatory effect than that of indomethacin and continued as same pattern until 5 hours later. 5. LD_50 of indomethacin lysinate was 1.8mg/kg higher than that of indomethacin, suggesting indomethacin lysinate as safer drug. 6. Indomethacin lysinate showed 99% dissolution rate in H_2O, 95% in pH 7.2 buffer solution while it showed 20% dissolution rate in pH 4.2 buffer solution. 7. In isolated intestinal absorption test, indomethacin lysinate showed about 20-30% higher absorption rate until 3 hours later than that of indomethacin. 8. Elimination rate constant of indomethacin lysinate was shown as 0.016 in I. V. injection while that of indomethacin was 0.023. Indomethacin lysinate showed higher remaining plasma concentration until 50 minutes later than that of indomethacin. 9. Blood concentration of indomethacin lysinate was 2~3 times higher than that of indomethacin in oral administration and continued as same pattern until 3 hours later. Both drugs, indomethacin and indomethacin lysinate showed pick level plasma concentration after 2 hours in oral administration. 10. Blood concentration of indomethacin lysinate was higher than that of indomethacin until 80 minutes later in I.M. injection. From the above results, it can be concluded that lysine salt of indomethacin is less potent, more effective, safer drug than indomethacin itself.
