Cd_xZn_(1-x)Te 단결정을 이용한 초고속 THz 전자파의 emitter 특성연구 (Ⅲ)

Cd_xZn_1-xTe single crystal system is most ideal crystal for ultrawere investigated for ultrafast T-ray emitters, with composition ratio x=0.00, 0.05, 0.10, 0.15, 0.20, and 0.25. We have found that Cd_0.05Zn_0.95Te crystals are best emitters for T-ray generation, also for above all composition ratio x=0.05 crystals, T-ray emitting ability depended on resitivity were investigated. The results is that the crystals greater than 100Ω-㎝ are good emitters. We study on the Azumuthal angle dependence of the (110) plane and could be explane the 3fold symmetric variation of signals. Finally we could show the linearity is above the 10^5.

대구시 아파트 공급 및 가격 특성에 관한 연구

This study is to analyze the factors which affect the apartment prices and the characteristics of apartments supply in Daegu. The results are as follows. First, this is the analyses on the characteristics of apartment supply. 1)The proportion that the apartment occupies in the whole of Daegu, is more than half and the type of apartment is representative in the city now. 2)The apartment occupies more than half in all residence over Daegu as a representative residential type. 3)Those apartments were supplied by mainly private sectors and small scale site(below 300 houses) occupies the first of three in total. 4)Those have been mass-supplied from the late 1980s when a quantitative-supply-policy was drived. 5)Most of them are regionally distributed in Dalseogu, Susonggu, Bukgu where a large-scale development has been carried out lately. Second, this is the analyses on the characteristics of apartment price. 1)Prices are relatively high in large scale sites (over 1,000 houses) composed of over nine buildings and 132㎡, which were built after 1996. In regional analysis, Suseonggu positions highest zone in apartment prices and the distance from downtown does not have a big influence on the prices. Also the prices nearby parks and department stores are high. Especially, they are affected more by internal factors than by external factors in Daegu.

Comparative AFLP Profiles among Strains of Korean Races of Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae.

We used an amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) analysis, a novel PCR-based technique, to differentiate Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae (Xoo) of Korean races. The 6 strains of Xoo K1, K2, K3 races were tested with 81 AFLP primer combinations to identify the best selective primers. The primer combinations were selected according to their reproducibility, number of polymorphic bands and polymorphism detected among Xoo strains. 18 strains of Xoo K1, K2 and K3 races were analyzed with the selected combinations of primer set. Some primer combinations (Eco R I +1 / Mse I+1) could differentiate Xoo of Korean races that were not distinguished by other fingerprinting analysis. Thus AFLP fingerprinting permitted very fine discrimination among different races.

세라믹 종류에 따른 코어링 특성에 관한 연구

A diamond core drill has been well carried out in the ceramics drilling. In this investigation, a vertical type machining center (MC) was used in the coring of Al₂O₃and Si₃N₄ceramics with a metal bonded diamond core drill. To clarify the mechanism of coring, the influences of coring conditions on the coring force, grinding ratio, succesive zone of coring were studied. At the wheel feed speed of 5.2 mm/min, and the wheel revolution of 3000rpm in Al₂O₃ceramics, the wheel speed of 2.7 mm/min, and the wheel revolution of 1500rpm in Si₃N₄ceramics, the best grinding ratio was obtained. But, from a viewpoint of coring speed, the wheel feed speed at 37 mm/min (Al₂O₃) and 10 mm/min (Si₃N₄) were best, when the coring depth was to 1 mm.

탄소강재의 회전굽힘응력 하에서의 피로균열의 성장식과 수명예측

In this work, fatigue crack growth equations and Life Predition are studied. New exponential crack growth equation are presented to describe the crack growth behaviors from an artificial pit of three type carbon steels (G. J1 and J2) under rotary bending (R= -1). Crack growth curves obtained from new exponential crack growth equations are in good agreement with experimental data of carbon steels. Fatigue life predition are also carried out by numerical integral method. Predition lives using new exponential crack growth equations and 4th order polynominal crack growth equations are also compared with experimental results. Predition lives obtained from new exponential crack growth equation are in good agreement with the experimental ones. The difference between predition lives and experimental ones are not exceed ±10%. The other hand, in the case of using 4th order polynominal crack growth equations, the difference between predition lives and exprimental ones are exceed ±20%.

In the production of large scale maps for cadastral renovation, it is necessary to apply a numerical photogrammetric surveying. This study tries to present some improved methods for cadastral detail surveying - that of aerial triangulation - as a way to guarantee the accuracy of phogrammetric detail surveying result. In other words, such methods as Independant Model Triangulation, Direct Linear Transformation, Bundle Adjustment, and Combined Adjustment are employed in the study. To obtain better accuracy, the Data Snooping or Robust Estimation Method is applied to detect gross errors efficient as well. To substantiate the study, a sample area is selected to compare the accuracy of ground surveying. The result of the study is such that : the application of the numerical cadastral photogrammetry in the area where land consolidation is performed is proved for better accuracy, σ_(0) = ±4 cm, than that of σ_(0) = ±6cm for the ground surveying with E.D.M. total station or σ_(0) = ±12cm for graphical ground surveying in the scale of 1/500. It can be asserted That the numerical photogrammetric surveying is applicable in cadastral detail surveying, and is anticipated that the method will be used for the practical purposes.

저자들은 최근 화농성 슬관절염과 병발한 수막구균성 수막염 1예를 체험하였고, 이는 국내에서 아직 보고되지 않은 드문 예로 사료되어 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. We recently experienced a case of meningococcal meningitis associated with pyogenic arthritis in a 37-year old male patient. Pyogenic arthritis developed in right knee joint during treatment for meningococcal meningitis. He was treated successfully by appropriate antibiotics and arthroscopic irrigation. To our knowledge, such a rare case has not ever been reported in Korea, Hence we report this case with a review of related literatures.

한국의 전자무역 네트워크 구축사업의 현황과 개선방안에 대한 연구

E-trade network potential is not readily evident due to incomplete legal groundwork, lacks of standardization, mutual certification and institutional system, and insufficient information in trading circles, etc. To reap full benefits, e-trade network should be harmonized and inter- connected with trading partners through multilateral or regional cooperation to set relevant inter-operable infrastructure, operate electronic document reposition center. Global certified networks are needed to streamline e-Trade through Grobal e-Trade networks. And to complete global e-Trade network, global e-Trade cooperation between nation is required. To complete global e-Trade, Letter of credit and shipping documents and bill of exchange must be dematerialized. The purpose of this thesis is to identify the current situation and korea problems of e-trade network which has been recently designed by Korea and another countries. Especially it deals with PAA, Korea-Japan e-trade Hub network, ASEM e-trade projects.

매복된 하악 제3 대구치 발치시 항생제 투여의 효용성

To evaluate the efficacy of antibiotic administration in the impacted mandibular third molar extraction the author investigated 107 patients requiring extraction of the lower third molar who visited at the Department of oral and maxillofacial Surgery. Chosun Dental Hospital and were healthy without medical problems and had no signs and symptoms of infection around the lower third molar. The patients were divided into 4 groups according to the method of antibiotics administration : 13 patients without antibiotics administration(group 1), 30 patients with only intravenous injection of Cefazoline 2.0g 30 minutes before the procedure(group 2), 39 patients with intravenous injection of Cefazoline 2.0g 30 minutes before the procedure and oral administration of follow-up dosages of Augmentin for 1 day(group 3), and 25 aptients with intravenous injection of Cefazoline 2.0g 30 minutes before the procedure and oral administration of follow-up disages of Augmentin for 3 day(group 4). Infection rates after extraction wer calculated and compared according to gender, the age of the patients, the level of impaction, and also compared between four groups. The results were as follows. 1. The overall infection rate was 8.4%. 2. The infection rate was higher in male(11.9%) than in female(4.2%), but there were statistically no significant differences between them. 3. Infection rate was lower in patients under age 30(7.2%) than in patients over age 30(12.5%), but there were statistically no significant between them. 4. Infection rate was higher in patients with complete bony impacted tooth(11.1%) than in patients with partial bony impacted tooth(6.5%), but there were statistically no significant differences between them. 5. Infection rate was 7.7% in group 1, 10.0% in group 2, 10.3% in group 3, 4.0% ingroup 4 and there were statistically no significant differences between groups. In summary, it is more important to extract the impacted lower third molar under aseptic condition and to minimize the injury of tissue if possible than to administer the preventive antibiotics in reducing the infection rate in healthy patients without medical problems who had no signs and symptoms of infection around the lower third molar.

Cisplatin과 Tobramycin이 白鼠 Corti器에 미치는 영향에 關한 電子 顯微鏡的 硏究 : Ultrastructural Study

In order to study the morphological changes of Corti’s organ in the rat treated with cisplatin and tobramycin, thirty-three rats, weighing between 200∼250g, were used, and divided into 4 groups, i.e., 3 rats were used for control, and 30 rats were used for 3 experimental groups. Each experimental group was divided into cisplatin-treated, tobramycin-treated, and both cisplatin and tobramycin treated group with 10 rats. Rats were injected with a single dose of 7.7㎎/㎏ of cisplatin intraperitoneally and 50㎎/㎏/day of tobramycin for 2 days intramuscularly, respectively or both. Treated rats were sacrificed on the 3rd and 5th day after the first injection. Results were as follows; 1. Cisplatin-treated group: Outer hair cells of Corti’s organ were degenerated with the formation of vacuoles and appearance of lysosomes, however, inner hair cells showed mild vacuolization. 2. Tobramycin-treated group: NO pathological changes were found in Corti’s organ. 3. Combined cisplatin and tobramycin treated group: Outer and inner hair cells showed vacuolization, appearance of lysosomes, myelin figures and multivesicular body. There were also multivesicular body in the inner phalangeal cell and myelin figure in the Reissner’s membrance. 4. Degeneration of Corti’s organ in the combined treated group was more sever than those of the single cisplatin-treated or tobramycin-treated group. 5. NO pathological differences of Corti’s organ in duration of postinjection were manifested in any groups. It can be concluded that cisplatin induces toxicity to inner ear and cisplatin enhance toxicity more in continued treated with tobramycin.
