        가축분뇨를 이용한 SCP 생산 균주의 분리 및 균체 단백질 생산

        질소원으로서 계분을 이용하는 균주를 선별하고 계분배지에서 균체의 생육속도가 다른 균주에 비하여 우수한 균주를 분리하였다. 형태·생리학적 특성을 기초로 하여 yeast의 분류 기준과 비교하여 본 균주를 Candida sp.로 동정하였으며 본 균주를 Candida sp. D116으로 명명하였다. Poultry feces extract medium에서 4% 농도의 glucose 첨가가 균체 생육에 효과적이었다. D116 균주를 액체 발효하여 균체생산능, 요산 그리고 가용성 단백질의 변화를 조사하였다. 그 결과 약 60시간이 경과하면 액체 발효 배지내의 거의 모든 가용성 단백질 및 요산의 감소를 보였으며 균체생육은 약 36시간 배양하였을 때 최고조에 도달하였고 그 후에는 점차 감소하는 경향을 보였다. SCP의 대량생산의 결과 50%의 계분혼합 배지와 30℃의 배양 온도에서 36시간 배양하여 균주의 생육수준이 3.8×10^9 CFU/ml 농도의 균체를 생산하였고 200 L의 배양액중 약 870 g-dw의 균체를 얻었으며 생산된 군체의 조단백질 함량은 67%이었다. College of Engineering, Dankook University, Cheonan 330-714 and Bioproducts Research Center of Yonsei University, Seoul 120-749, Korea - From the soil collected form provincial area of South Korea, a microorganisms which have been shown good growth in the minimal poultry feces extract medium was isolated. Supplement of glucose to the poultry feces extract medium helped the complete degraded during the microbial growth. Maximum cell growth (3.8×10^9 CFU/ml) obtained at 36 hours of incubation after inoculation. Uric acid was degraded faster in minimal medium that in the glucose complement medium. VFA (volatile fatty acid), which are known as major compounds of poultry feces odor, were almost removed from the minimal poultry feces extract medium. Glucose supplement to the minimal medium enhanced the growth of microbial cells. Addition of 4% of glucose and 4% of neopeptone to the minimal poultry feces extract medium helped the maximal growth of cells.

      • Walsh-Fourier변환을 사용한 PWM인버어터의 새로운 고조파 제거방법에 관한 연구

        The thesis presents the problem of new harmonic elimination method of P\V\i inverter f d induction motor system using walsh series. In other words, this thesis presented technique of the selective harmonics elimination (SHE) by W-FT series in three phase PWM inverter output waveform. A microprocessor(8086 CPC)-controlled three phase induction motor system in order to verify this algorithm is presented. It is designed for a three output voltage in the 1∼60Hz inverter with the 5th and 7th harmonics, 5th, 7th, 11th, and 13th harmonics eliminated, and with the fundamental wave amplitude proportional to the output frequency. As the results, the performance of the proposed method could eliminate the harmonics and reduce computation time which determines switching pattern. In inverters, dead time circuits are inserted in the switching signals to prevent the dc link shortage. This causes the "dead-time effect", the fundamental voltage drop and the generation of low order harmonics, this thesis is deals with quantative prediction of dead-time effect and its compensation in PWM inverters. The performance of the compensation circuits is conformed through the sir,.-elation and the experiment. In the future, the proposed PWM pattern by W-FT series, is effective not only to the induction but also to the other electromagnetic machine such as volta e regulator, UPS.

        자일리톨과 불화나트륨을 함유한 저작성 정제가 교정환자의 구강위생에 미치는 영향에 관한 임상시험

        본 연구는 불화나트륨과 자일리톨 성분으로 구성된 구강 청정용 저작성 정제(덴포정, 하미즐, 부천, 경기)가 교정치료 중인 환자의 구강위생 상태에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 시행되었다. 교정치료 중인 18세 이상의 성인 환자 30명을 대상으로 약제 상요 전, 2주 후, 4주 후에 피험자의 상악과 하악 전치 부위 및 구치 부위에서 각각 치은 지수, 치은 출혈 지수, 치태 지수를 측정하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 상하악 전치부와 구치부 모두에서 치태 지수가 약제 사용 전에 비해 사용 2주 후와 4주 후 유의성 있게 감소하였다(p<0.05). 또한, 적용 2주 후와 4주 후의 지수를 비교하였을 때 4주 후에 좀 더 개선된 경향을 보였으나, 통계적 유의성은 나타나지 않았다(p<0.05). 2. 치은 지수, 치은 출혈 지수도 상하악 전치부와 구치부 모두에서 적용 전에 비하여 2주 후와 4주 후 유의성 있게 감소하였다(p<0.05). 적용 2주 후와 4주 후의 지수의 비교 검증에서 통계학적으로 유의할 만한 차이가 보이지 않아 구강위생 상태의 개선이 계속 유지됨을 보였다. 본 연구의 결과는 치태 지수, 치은 지수, 치은 출혈 지수가 실험 정제 적용 후에 감소하여 구강위생 상태가 개선되었음을 보였다. 이러한 결과를 통해 덴포정을 교정치료 중인 환자에서 부가적으로 사용하였을 경우 치주조직의 건강을 증진시키는데 도움을 줄 수 있으리라고 생각된다. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect a chewable tablet containing sodium fluoride and xylitol (DenPo, Hamizzle, Bucheon, Kyungki) on the oral hygiene state in the orthodontic patients. The subjects consisted of 30 adult orthodontic patients, who have worn the fixed orthodontic appliance at least 6 months. They were instructed to use the tablet forth a day. Gingival index (GI), plaque index (PI), and sulcus bleeding index (SBI) of upper and lower anterior and posterior regions were measured before using the tablet (TO), 2 weeks after using the tablet (T1), and 4 weeks after using the tablet (T2). The data were analyzed with Wilcoxon signed ranks tests. The results were as follows ; 1. PI was decreased significantly in the T1 and T2 stage compared with TO stage in the both anterior and posterior regions (p<0.05). Although PI was decreased in the T2 stage compared with T1, there was not statistical significance(p>0.05). 2. GI and SBI showed similar results compared with PL. In the T1 and T2 stage, there was statistically significant decrease in the GI and SBI (p<0.05). This study showed that the DenPo tablet could be used as an adjunct to improve oral hygiene in the orthodontic patients. The decrease of the indices may suggest that DenPo tablet could be effective in the plaque removal and prevention of gingival inflammation in the orthodontic patients.

      • 비정질 As_2-xSb_xSe_3박막의 결정화

        In this work, the crystallization process in glassy As_(2-x)Sb_xSe_3(x = 0, 0.4, 0.8, 1.2, 1.6, 2.0)films was studied. The crystallinity, the rate constant and the actrvation enery of the crystallization were evaluated from experimental values of the dc resistance which measured at various annealing or crystallization temperatures, 100℃, 120℃, 140℃ and 150℃, respectively, with varying time. Existence of the transformed phase was examined wth x-ray diffraction records. All values of evaluated activation energies were within 7∼31㎉/㏖, and these values were small compared with activation energies of the crystallization reported by other worker, 40∼70㎉/㏖. X―ray diffraction peaks were disaperared for low Sb concentrations or annealing temperatures. So, it was thought that the nucleation process, but the crystallization, may be predominant. The activation energy of samples was affected with the concentration of Sb, namely, as the concentration of Sb is low, that of As is high, the activation energy was large and the nucleation was impeded. The dependence of the activation energy on the concentration of Sb was almost exponential. The crystallinity or the Avrami constant was 1, approximately. It means that nueleation proceed on the surface of the film or one dimensionally.

      • 급성대동맥박리증에서 수술전 경식도심초음파도의 역할

        급성대동맥박리증은, 특히 상행대동맥을 침범한 경우, 응급수술을 요하는 질환으로서 수술전 대동맥판의 손상여부, 질환의 범위, 내벽파열부위의 위치 및 가지혈관의 상태등을 파악하여 수술계획을 수립하여야 한다. 저자들은 상행대동맥을 침범한 3례의 급성대동맥박리증 환자에서 전산화단층촬영과 함께 수술전 또는 필요에 따라 수술후 경식도심초음파도를 시행하여 환자의 치료에 도움을 받았기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Acute type A arotic dissection is a condition which requires emergency surgery. Surgeons want to know not only the extent of the disease but also the exact site of intimal tear as well as the presence of side branch involvement to plan the extent of surgery. Various non-invasive diagnostic tools(transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography, conventional and spiral computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging) and invasive angiography are available for the evaluation of the extent of dissection, site of intimal tear and side branch involvement. Each technique has its advantage and disadvantage. Especially, MRI has been accepted as a gold standard for the diagnosis of aortic dissection, but it is immobile and sometimes it cannot give us the information about the small intimal tear site. Transesophageal echocardiography has the advantage of movability and high resolution in addition to the ability of providing comprehensive information about the cardiac function. Because of these advantages, it has been widely utilized for the evaluation of patients with aortic dissection. We performed preoperative transesophageal echocardiography in addition to computed tomography in 3 cases of acute type A aortic dissection and report these cases with the review of articles.

        수술-교정 치료 환자의 통제 소재

        교정치료와 악교정 수술을 필요로 하는 환자가 점증하는 현 시점에 비추어, 이에 대한 기술적인 측면의 발전과는 달리 수술-교정 치료 환자에 대한 정신사회학적 혹은 정신심리적 양상에 대한 객관적인 정보는 그리 많은 주목을 받는 편이 아니었다. 수술-교정치료는 과학적인 치료과정이긴 하지만, 어느 정도 심미적 혹은 예술적인 측면을 지니는 선택 치료의 면모를 지닌다. 그러므로 치료에 대한 환자의 주관적인 느낌은 치료 기술이나 치료의 의학적 성공 여부보다 더 큰 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 그러므로, 수술-교정 (혹은 교정) 치료에 대한 환자의 반응을 예측하기 위한 정신심리적인 정보는 치료에 유용한 지표가 될 수 있다고 가정할 수 있다. 통제 소재에 대한 연구는 인간의 다양한 행동을 예측하기 위한 유용한 지표로 알려져 왔는데, 본 연구에서는 42명의 수술-교정치료 환자와 성별/연령별로 표본 추출된 42명의 통상적 교정치료 환자를 대상으로 삼아 정신=심리적 비교 및 분석의 방법으로 두 가지 종류의 내외 통제 소재(internal/external locus of control) 검사를 시행하였다. 그 결과 수술-교정치료군에서만 남자가 여자에 비하여 낮은 외적 통제(높은 내적 통제)의 경향을 보였다. 결론적으로 수술-교정치료 환자의 정신심리적 기반은 성형 수술 환자와는 달리 교정치료 환자와 유사한 경향을 지닌 것으로 생각되었다. Surgical-orthodontic treatment is an increasingly more common dental procedure whose unique psycho-social or psychological feature has not been fairly quantified objectively. Since the treatment of a surgical-orthodontic (or orthodontic) patient is part science and part art, a subjective recognition of a patient about his or her own treatment may be more important than technical success during and after treatment. Therefore, the knowledge of the patient''s underlying psychological status could be useful in the prediction of patient's response to surgical-orthodontic (or orthodontic) treatment. The purpose of this study was to investigate and evaluate the psychological difference between conventional orthodontic patient and surgical-orthodontic patient by using locus of control (LOC) examination. Locus of control scale has been proven to be extremely useful in the prediction of a variety of human behaviors. Two types of locus of control data (I-score, Internal locus of control score ; E-score, External locus of control score) were obtained for 42 surgical-orthodontic patients and randomly selected 42 conventional orthodontic patients (as a control group) matched for age and gender. No statistically significant difference was observed in the scale of internal and external locus of control between the groups of surgical-orthodontic patients, males showed lower E-score (external locus of control score, higher internal locus of control tendency) than females. The results of this study suggested that the psychological background of surgical-orthodontic patients, in contrast with that of cosmetic surgery patients, has a similar disposition with that of orthodontic patients.

      • 니켈담지촉매의 제조과정에서 액상산화의 효과

        The deactivation of reforming catalyst in the DIR-MCFC was reported to be affected by dispersion, loading amounts, kind of support and so on. In this research, we checked the resistivities of catalysts prepared by the different methods, and examined the effect of liquid phase oxidation. The oxidized catalyst in a liquid phase showed the increased activity and dispersion even though the nickel species was supported by deposition-precipitation method. In order to investigate the role of the oxidation, TGA, TPR and XRD analyses were conducted. The increase in activity was ascribed to the strong metal-support interaction which was induced by liquidphase oxidation.

      • 기능성척추측만증에 근막이완요법 및 전침치료 증례

        목적 : 우리는 신체를 근막의 통합된 전체로 보는 근막이완요법과 TrP를 파괴하는 전침요법을 기능성 척추측만증에 적용시킬수 있는지 알아보았다. 방법 : 22세의 기능성 척추측만증을 가진 남성에게 다양한 형태의 근막이완요법을 적용하였고, 중둔근, 요방형근, 슬괵근에 전침요법을 적용하였다. 결과 : 3주시술후 다리길이차이, 근막구축, Cobb's 각과 척추회전변위가 감소되었고 흉부압박감 같은 전신적증상이 호전되었다. 결론 : 근막이완요법과 전침병행치료가 신체를 근막의 일체로 보는 관점으로 인체의 구조적불균형을 바로 잡아줄수 있는 새로운 치료법의 기능성을 찾았다. Objective: We investigated this study in order to see the adaptation capability of myofascial release that translating the body being integrated fascial totality and electroacupuncture treatment that breaking trigger points in functional scoliosis. Methods: We applied myofascial relase by three patterns and electroacupuncture in TrPs of gluteus medius, Quadratus lumborum and Hamstring muscle to 22 year-old who have had functional scoliosis. Results: After 3 weeks, The leg length, fascial restriction. Cobb's angle and rotation scoliosis are decreased. Systemic symptoms, for example; chest discomfort are improved. conclusion: Myofascial release and electroacupuncture treatment is new methods that treating the sturctural unbalance in view of body's fascial network.

      • 수증기 개질반응용 니켈촉매에 첨가된 리튬의 효과

        In the direct internal reforming type molten carbonate fuel cell, alkali carbonates used as electrolyte in the cell are transported to reforming catalyst of which activity drastically decreases. In our previous work, the deactivation of the nickel catalyst was studied with increasing the amount of added lithium. Unexpectedly, the increase of activity was observed with a small amount of lithium less than 1wt%. The results of TPR, XRD and chemisorption showed no significant difference between the fresh catalyst and the Li-added one, implying that lithium did not cause the change of morphological property of the supported nickel. To elucidate the effect of lithium the methanation of CO was applied to the catalysts, which was considered as the reverse reaction of the key elementary step of methane steam reforming. It can be seen by an online mass spectrometer that the small injection of CO/H₂ mixture into the Li-added catalyst reactor at 650 ℃ showed the longer tail of produced methane than into the fresh one. The delay should be originated from the effect of lithium, which determined the overall rate on the Li-added catalyst.
