      • Fractal 차원에 의한 표면경화면과 마찰면의 형태해석

        The determination of surface middleography is believed to be extremely important in the areas of contact mechanics, adhesion and friction. In order to describe middleography of various rubbed and hardened surface, the wear test was carried out under different experimental conditions in dry friction. And fractal descriptors was applied to rubbed and hardened surface of laser modified steel with image processing system. These descriptors to analyze surface structure are fractal dimension. Surface fractal dimension can be determined by sum of intensity difference of surface pixel. middleography of rubbed and hardened surface can be effectively obtained by fractal dimensions.

      • 홀스타인의 乳量 및 乳質에 대한 季節, 年度 및 年度 季節의 效果에 관한 硏究

        This was conducted to determine the main effects and interaction of season and year on milk yield and quality on the basis of the data surveyed during 4 years from Jan. 1979 to Dec. 1982 at Gyeongnam area.(J Palnt) The data were analyzed by the least square method and the results obtained are summarized as follow: 1. Average daily milk yield and fat percentage were each 14.45㎏ and 3.44% in the overall observations surveyed. Average daily milk yield tended to decrease in the spring group and average fat percentage, in the summer group. 2. Average daily milk yield was significant(P<.05) in the effects of season and year x season and average fat percentage, in the all factors studyed. 3. Averge daily milk yield and fat percentage were significant(P<.01) in the all factors studyed. 4. Average monthly disqualified milk yield was 7488.83㎏ and average rate disqualified 1.47% in the overall observation surveyed. Average monthly disqualified milk yield generally tended to be higher in the 1980 year and the summer group. 5. Of the average monthly disqualified milk yields, average adification rate was 69.60% Average rate disqualified by testing specific gravity and the others were each 14.33 and 16.07% Average adification rate tended to be high in the winter group and average rate disqualified by specific gravity, in the spring group.

        olanzapin과 Risperidone의 급성 및 만성 투여기가 흰쥐 전전두피질의 Dopamine 농도에 미치는 영향

        항정신병약물들이 전전두피질의 세포외 dopamine 농도에 미치는 영향은 이 약물들의 음성 증상에 대한 효과와 관련이 있는 것으로 보고 되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 최근 국내에서 많이 사용되고 있는 olanzapine과 risperidone을 흰쥐에 급성 및 만성 투여를 한 후, 이들 약물들이 전전두피질의 세포외 dopamine 농도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 샘플은 생체 내 뇌 미세투석법(in vivo brain microdialysis)을 이용하여 얻었고 샘플내 dopamine의 농도는 전기화학적 검출법(electrochemical detection : ECD)을 사용하는 고압액체크로마토그라피(high pressure liquid chromatography : HPLC)로 측정하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) Olanzapine과 risperidone의 급성 투여는 전전두피질 부취의 세포외 dopamine 농도를 증가시켰으며 증가의 정도는 용량 의존적이었다. 2) Olanzapine과 risperidone의 급성 투여에 의해 전전두피질 부위에 나타난 세포외 dopamine 농도의 최고치는 두 약물간에 유의한 차이가 없었다. 3) Olanzapine과 risperidone의 만성 투여는 전전두피질 부위의 세포외 dopamine 농도를 증가시켰으나 그 증가의 정도가 급성 투여에 비해 모두 감소하는 내성 현상이 보였다. 4) Olanzapine과 risperidone의 만성 투여에 의해 전전두피질 부위에 나타나는 세포외 dopamine 농도의 최고치는 olanzapine과 risperidone에 비해 유의하게 높았다. 이상의 결과들은 Olanzapine과 risperidone의 음성 증상에 대한 임상적 효과가 이들 약물이 전전두피질의 세포외 dopamine 농도를 증가시키는 효과와 관견이 있음을 제시한다. Object : It is reported that the effect of antipsychotics on the extracellular dopamine levels in the prefrontal cortex is related to the their effect on the negative symptoms. Therefore, we investigated the acute and chronic effects of olanzapine and risperidone on the extracellular dopamine concentrations in the prefrontal cortex of rat. Samples were obtained using in vivo brain microdialysis. Method : Dopamine levels in the samples were measured by high pressure liquid chromatography with electrochemical detection. Results : 1) Both the acute treatment of olanzapine and risperidone increased the extracellular dopamine concentrations in the prefrontal cortex, dose-dependently. 2) There was a no significant difference in the maximal change of the extracellular dopamine concentrations in the prefrontal cortex induced by the acute treatment of olanzapine and risperidone. 3) Both the chronic treatment of olanzapine and risperidone also increased the extracellular dopamine concentrations in the prefrontal cortex, but they showed the tolerance effect that the degree of increase was smaller than that of the acute treatment. 4) As for the maximal changes of the extracellular dopamine concentrations in the prefrontal cortex induced by the chronic treatment of planzapine and risperidone, the effect of the former was greater than that of the latter. Conclusion : These results suggest that the effects of olanzapine and risperdone on the negative symptoms are related to the increased extracellular dopamine concentrations in the prefrontal cortex induced by these drugs.

      • 제주도내 마을공동목장의 초지관리 이용 및 식생상태의 조사

        Pasture management and utilization for beef production, and botanical composition of the pasture on 81 co-operate village farmsin Cheju-Do were surveyed through questionaires and site visits. The study period was 28 days from October 2 to October 30, 1985. The pasture consisted of 45% improved grassland, in which 24.3% of grass species were imported. The improved pastures were fertilized once a year 100-150kg urea/ha. Grazing period of the pastures was about 5 months, beginning later April or early May(60.5% of the pastures) and ending early-or mid-November (80.3%). Distribution of types of vegetation was, in order of magnitude, native pasture (38.7%), improved pasture (24.3%), shrub (10.0%), unfavorable weeds(8.3%), Speies found with the highest percentage was Zoysia japonica(73.9%) in the native pasture, Festuca arundinacea(40.3%) in the improved pasture and Pteridium aquilium (54.4%) among unfavorable weeds.

        하악 제1대구치의 치근 만곡에 영향을 주는 요인

        Purpose : To find the cause of root curvature by use of panoramic and lateral cephalometric radiograph. Materials and Methods : Twenty six 1st graders whose mandibular 1st molars just emerged into the mouth were selected. Panoramic and lateral cephalometric radiograph were taken at grade 1 and 6, longitudinally. In cephalometric radio graph, mandibular plane angle, ramus-occlusal plane angle, gonial angle, and gonion-gnathion distance (Go-Gn distance) were measured. In panoramic radio graph, elongated root length and root angle were measured by means of digital subtraction radiography. Occlusal plane-tooth axis angle was measured, too. Pearson correlations were used to evaluate the relationships between root curvature and elongated length and longitudinal variations of all variables. Multiple regression equation using related variables was computed. Results : The Pearson correlation coefficient between curved angle and longitudinal variations of occlusal plane-tooth axis angle and ramus-occlusal plane angle was 0.350 and 0.401, respectively (p<0.05). There was no significant correlation between elongated root length and longitudinal variations of all variables. The resulting regression equation was Y=10.209+0.208X_(1)+0.745X_(2) (Y: root angle, X_(1): variation of occlusal plane-tooth axis angle, X_(2): variation of ramus-occlusal plane angle). Conclusion: It was suspected that the reasons of root curvature were change of tooth axis caused by contact with 2nd deciduous tooth and amount of mesial and superior movement related to change of occlusal plane.       • 舊韓末 開化期의 科學的 身體觀에 관한 硏究

        The purpose of this study is to identify the scientifical idea of human body in the Enlightening Period in the light of beginning and development of modern gymnastics of Korea with the conflict between traditional thoughts and the western thoughts. Therefore, I tried to clarify the process of the formation and development of Korean gymnastics in the fluctuation of the end of the Dai Han Empire by examining the scientifical idea of human body on anatomy and physiology of the pioneers in the Enlightening Period. As a method of study, Literature approach, the analysis of academic journals of those days was taken as a method of this study. The results of this study can be summarized as below. Anatomy and physiology related to physical exercise, especially anatomy and physiology of human body, was systematically studied. The concept of physiology was established and Heon-Suk Song and 'the monthly bulletin of Buk Seo Academy' detailed the physiology of human body. But the relationship between physiology and gymnastics was poorly explained expert the explanation of the relationship of the number of respiration and the physical status, age, motion, and temperature in 'the Introductory Respiration Physiology'.

      • 북방형목초의 예취시 초장에 따른 저장 탄수화물 함량과 생산성에 관한 연구

        This study was carried out to investigate the effects of different plant helght on the total water soluble carbohydrate in the leaf, stem, and root of orchardgrass (Dactylis glomerota), perennial ryegrass (Lolium perenne) and red top (Agrosfis alba), grasses of temperate origin grown in experimental plots at Cheju National University, from September, 1984 to September, 1985. The results obtaind were as follows; 1. The dry matter produrtlvity of orchardgrass was 1,449kg/10a, of perennial ryegrass, 757kg/10a and of red top, 531kg 10a. The dry matter yield of orchardgrass was higher than the other grasses and when compared with the others was statistically highly significant(P<0.01) 2. The total dry matter yield varled according to plant height cutting. There were highly significant differences between grasses 20cm and 30cm or 40cm tall. However, there were no statistically significant differences between grasses 30cm and 40cm in height. 3. During the hot season, when grasses were cut for the third time. the total water soluble carbohydrate decreased in orchardgrass and perennial ryegrass but increased in red top. 4. Except for a slightly Increased total water soluble Carbohydrate in all parts of grasses at 2Ocm tall, there were no differences in carbohydrate content at other helghts. 5. The dry matter yield of orchardgrass and perennlal ryegrass at 2Ocm rose as the total water soluble carbohydrate increased but decreased in red top at all plant height. Statlstically, there was no significant correlation between total water soluble carbohydrate and dry matter yield of grasses.

      • 실리카 도파로형 WDM 광 필터의 설계 및 해석에 관한 연구

        본 논문에서는 Mach-Zehnder 간섭기로 구성된 1×4 필터와 성형결합기로 구성된 5×5 광도파로 격자 라우터를 BPM CAD TOOL을 이용하여 설계하였고 최적화 하였다. 마스크 레이아웃을 효율적으로 실현하기 위한 전체 도파구조를 설계하였다. BPM 전산모사를 통해 설계된 소자의 WDM 특성을 0.8 nm(100 ㎓)와 8.0 nm(1000 ㎓)의 채널간격에 대해서 살펴보았다. 설계된 소자는 두가지 채널간격 모두에 대하여 3.5dB 이내의 잉여손실, 0.5dB 이내의 균일성과 -22dB 이내의 누화(crosstalk)특성을 보임을 확인하였다. In this paper, we designed and optimized 1×4 WDM Filter composed of Mach-Zehnder Interferometer and 5×5 Waveguide Grating Router(WGR) composed of two star couplers. The overall guiding structure is designed to realize the mask layout efficiently. Through the BPM simulation, we demonstrated WDM characteristics of these devices with 0.8 nm and 8.0 nm channel-spacing. It is shown that the excess loss is less than 3.5dB, uniformity less than 0.5dB and the crosstalk smaller than –22 dB for both the channel spacings.
